Inquired about a truck online. Avery called me immediately and talked to me about it. Wasn’t pushy at all. Went up there today and test drove a couple of trucks and decided on a 2019 Ranger Lariat. The experience was probably the best I’ve had at a dealership. Avery the sales guy wasn’t pushy. He made sure to find something that fit my exact needs and was able to get me a great deal. Finance experience was great as well. I will be using Shottenkirk for now on and will always refer my friends and family to them. Top notch service.

Had to have recall work done on my wife's car, the paperwork from Ford said it would be a half-day of work, after it being there for 2 days and I called to find out where her car was, they said it was Ford's fault and offered a loaner car, I'm at this point thinking, cool. Then when my wife went to return the loaner car they claimed it had 3/4 of a tank of gas in it, which it did not since we are 8 miles from there and there is NO way it used 1/2 tank of gas to drive 8 miles. Talk about taking advantage of a lady! We will NEVER go back there for anything, and once we get the survey from Ford we will let them know about falsifying records at this location as well. NO wonder Ford wants so much paperwork from them to do recalls, they provide false documents!

I purchased a used 2015 F150 Lariat 4wd. Fully loaded, not cheap. The truck looked clean from a distance. I literally detailed the truck the very next day, and spent about 2 hours on the interior. The sales department was great; however, the truck was obviously smoked in for years. You could see ash in the window seals, the vents, the sunroof. And the leather seat stiching. The smell was obvious too. I'm assuming the detail shop just wiped it down. At $40,000+ I would think the dealer would have an actual detail performed. I still purchased the truck, and I will go back. I would just allow the detail department more time to property clean a vehicle for resale. The details are everything.

Long story short I called the dealer and decided I wanted to buy one of their cars and I told them I had the money and would come get it the next morning because I had to work. I spent around 3 or 4 hours there the day before trying to work out a deal. They agreed and knew I was going to purchase the vehicle. The next day they call (after I already had the money for the loan) and said they just sold it to someone else and then expected me not to be angry. POOR ETHICS! I would never treat a customer that way. Will never have my business.

I had car towed in to Shottenkirk Ford , The car was running when I picked up but still had problem when I picked up..the interior light was on would not go off, dash lights were lit up telling me it was problems.I went into service people they came out to car I showed them problem they drove car back to back service dept,when they came back around the interior light was off but dash lights saying I had problems with oil light flickering off and on and airbag light was on and that door was open,problem still there,We took photo of problems ,I was told take car and bring it back with oil light flickering on car ,and by way after they took car around back the auto headlights don't work on car,I have to use manual headlights now.. All this was supost to of been fixed under car warranty.with auto shield.. Now my oil light flickers all time,the rpm dropping on auto and my auto headlights don't work.im left. With electronic problems that were covered on my warranty not fixed..So all in all I was a month and 3 days with no transportation, and picked up my car with my dashboard lighting up all light flickering and my headlights on auto not working. And I was told that auto Shield sent their own computer to put in my car.

I have never met a person who says they actually enjoy "car shopping" however I will say that they provided excellent service. We have been shopping for 3 mos and finally found a good price on a Toyota Tundra. I can tell you horrible crazy experiences at several other dealerhsips, however Bruce (our sales rep) was extremely professional. He called when he said he would, he had the vehicle ready as promised, he delivered on all of his promises and even called after the sale to see how the truck is doing and if we were happy. Never bought a car there but we their service department. We never had any issue with them. With all the recent reviews concerning the corporate, I think I will look into that to make my opinion. But friendly and professional as far as I know. Just an update. I did two services there for two cars in the last few days, service Dept still great and friendly and pro. Nothing to complain there. I had time to walk around and all the cars that I saw got an updated window sticker with a overpriced “protection package” that add $1695 to the value of the vehicle..... (wheel locks, door edge guards, nitrogen, 1 year key remplacement, windshield repair and dent and ding removal). Just be aware of that “little” add up before you buy your deal.

I went to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper to try and sell or trade my truck. The salesman, Keith Bramlett, was very helpful and we had a deal struck up very quickly. I was in and out in under 1.5 hours. Upon me arriving home, I was talking my wife about the deal and she starting talking about buying a boat or camper... in which I told her that I had just traded the truck for a car that was better on gas... that didnt sit over well since you cant pull a camper or a boat with a commuter car. So I called my salesman and went back to the dealership about getting the truck back. They were very understanding of the situation and we cancelled the deal. Not many dealerships will do that, and it made a big impression on me and what kind of dealership it is and how helpful and understanding they were. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone. And I will be doing business there again in the future.

My house is in the woods in a gated community, and I've had numerous service appointments for damage caused by rodents of some kind that get in my engine. Their service has been prompt, with loaner cars as I have needed them. They've even given advice on how to prevent future invasions. When expensive and unexpected work like this is needed, it's good to have a friendly and knowledgeable team.

Do not trust their service department. Their last attempt to gouge me came when I took my Ford for a recall. They could not bear to let me walk out with no charge. I did not take the bait, but ended up spending $40 with a place I trust (Roland Tire) to prove I didn't need to spend $200 to have my rear brake pads replaced.

I had a great experience with salesperson Keven, however I am finding out in hindsight that the finance department took advantage of me. I asked to use my local LGE credit union as lender, and was told their best rate was 5.2% but their partnered credit union could do 4.8%. I suggested calling LGE to check this rate but was told they were closed and was pressured to move forward with their suggested lender if i wanted the truck that day. I thought this was strange given my excellent credit but continued on against my brain telling me dont. I called LGE the next week and was informed I qualify for a 3.2% rate for similar loan terms....i was lied to by the finance manager and am extremely disappointed in the shady tactic used here. 06/29 Update: Credit Union Loan Source (the one I was duped by Shottenkirk Finance into using) added $50 to loan amount for BS processing fees AND charges $7.50 per month to online pay. I'm in the process of refinancing to LGE but avoid CULS like the plague.

After submitting my credit information thru the website and confirming the vehicle is available, they call me approx. 1 hr later to tell me the someone else bought the vehicle. During the time between my credit submission and the call to tell me it sold, I had been in contact with the sell person multiple times and not once hinted to the idea that someone else was looking to purchase at the exact same time. So now I have 3 HARD PULLS on my credit and NO CAR. Tried to obtain my loan approval information from the sales guy for 3 days and asked that a finance mgr call. And over a week later I have no information or a returned call. WORST customer service I have experienced at any dealership.

Drew is an excellent customer service person, Tony is a very very experienced mechanic. Tony fixed my 2017 Lariat FX4’s front wheel bearing noise issue the first time, than this trip he replaced a oil pan that was defect from the factory that no one knew was there. He probably saved me 12k for a new motor!!! I can’t express how happy I am with this and If anyone reading this review has a F150 with a Ecoboost, or 5.0l. Simply put this is just not a good dealership. Sales are not bad but DO NOT use the service dept. Its reputation is warranted and not reflected in these more than likely paid reviews. We have lived in Jasper GA for over 30yrs and since this dealership has opened all we have heard from most if not all is how bad the service department is. Even with that we bought a new Ford (first new Ford in 30+yrs) from this dealership and the buying experience was okay but what we experienced from the service department after we had an issue with our new car was exactly what we had heard. Service Dept is just plain rude and frankly clueless on just about everything. You can just see the incompetence spewing out of the mouths of about everyone you talk to. For some reason they asked us on multiple occasions "if we bought the car from here" which we did but why would that matter? The car is new and under warranty from the manufacturer. Anyways, we will be taking to another dealership for service and we will not be buying or supporting this dealership ever again. I will say, Shottenkirk Hyundai in Canton GA is completely different than this place. They are extremely professional and a dealership I would highly recommend.

I took my Ford Fusion in for an airbag recall. I have a Toyota Mechanic and a Paint and Body person both in my family. So naturally I was really hesitant to bring it to someone I didn’t know. Of course they gave me my car back with grease footprints all over my carpet and down the side of my passenger door. My adapter that I plug my car charger was completely hanging out of its socket. With my car charger missing. I got lucky and also got a dead bee with my service and 2 new scratches on the outside of my car. Do yourself a favor, buy a Chevrolet or go to any other dealership around. Absolute, terrible, worst service ever. And I won’t even go back for them to fix anything. They will NOT touch my car again. Ever.

He is a hard and fast worker and still finds time to talk to you and make you feel like you are not being pushed to the side while you are waiting on the bank approval. I loved that about him the most! After the bank approved me, i wanted to add upgrades to my new truck (spray bed liner, exhaust, etc). Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had questions, like, can this be done and how much, and would it void a warranty? She was able to answer all my questions. I could go on and on about how awesome everyone here is. This was a bad experience. Went to look at an infiniti q50. The salesperson who asked me to come for an appointment was not even there when i arrived. He promised to fill up my car if we didnt work out a deal. They did not fill up my car. They just gave me half a tank of gas. The infiniti was scratched severely and the pictures online did not show the damage. The battery was bad so the car didnt start, they had to jump it off. The heat and air conditioning were defected in the car. The salesperson said it was just traded it. It needed to go in the shop. So why do you have a car posted online trying to sell it if it needs to be in the shop? Thats not good business. I stated the price should be decreased due to problems. The salesperson told me to check back tomorrow. They have an appointment to try to sell the car for the posted price to somebody else. What kind of customer service is that? I am here today, you should be assisting me. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a car here. Would rate a 0 if i could.

Perfect example of a shady, crooked dealership. $1695 (protection package) will be hidden in the purchase of your vehicle. This consists of wheel locks and tinted windows. Documentation fee $699. Once in the finance office interest rate will be marked up 2% over what bank is offering. If you are lucky enough to be aware you are purchasing an extended warranty it will be at a $2000 or more profit for the dealership. Most people will never be aware they have even purchased any products until they get home and look at the mountains of paperwork that is thrust at them during the finance process. Buyer beware!

Only to find out not true the old bait and switch. There trucks are high priced they make no effort to negotiate. I didnt have a problem walking away as i was not in need of a new car but would have purchased one had they made any effort. Dont recommend them.

Beware of this dealership. After a number of phone conversations and e-mail exchanges I made an appointment to meet at the dealership. This appointment was confirmed verbally and confirmed in writing via e-mail by two different employees of Shottenkirk Ford. When I arrived there the person I was scheduled to meet with was not there and no one that was there had any idea who I was or why I was there. Drove 45 minutes each way to get there. Disappointing. Be aware: there is a severe lack of communication and lack of customer service here. They do not do what they say they will do.

Great service department! Had a front tire blowout at 75 mph in my F150 - scared the hell out of me. Had the spare mounted by an emergency road service (thank you, USAA!!), then went straight to Shottenkirk. This happened on a Saturday afternoon, and the Service Dept. was open!! David assisted me, found an available replacement tire at a nearby supplier, ordered it on Sat, and I had it mounted at Shottenkirk on Monday afternoon. Very helpful, supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, and savvy people. Great service department!

I got into the truck I wanted for around the price I wanted to pay but that was the only good experience about this place. I definitely feel (after I gave them my money), that I was just a number to them. I'm going to be paying nearly $50k, after all my payments. For that price I think asking for two keys and an owners manual would not be a problem. And I noticed a trim piece missing 2 days later as you open passenger door that i didnt see because I dont get in on that side. Well they told me to go to a junk yard. Good luck finding a 2017 f350 in a junk yard! I was going to bring my fiance to get a new car there but not happening. I dont ever recall buying a new car a good experience. I was hoping this place was different. They must have the burn and turn mentality.

They pretend to be a nice southern car dealership. At some point they will slide the buyers order across the desk towards you. If you look at carefully you will notice a "standard" $1200 charge for clear coat protection. Two lines down you will also $699 "standard" doc fee. Yes most dealerships do charge a doc fee to fund their Christmas party or whatever they use it for but $1200 FOR CLEAR-COAT PROTECTION? Do they think we are all stupid? I felt like I was in the movie Fargo. Totally insulted my intelligence....and to top if off they let someone with a credit score of 832 and $6k down walk out the door. The kids they have working there have no idea what they are doing.

My husband and I went to look for a new car for our family tonight and had the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left without purchasing a vehicle. The lady that finally showed us a car was not educated on the vehicle at all and continued to tell us that AWD and 4WD was the same which it is not. The finance guy was completely rude and was clearly happy to NOT sell a car when he walked away smirking and said "well that was easy." I have family that has worked in the dealership business my entire life so I am not uneducated on how the process works. Not willing to budge on price at all is not reasonable. I did my research and know what the vehicle is worth and they were over priced. Luckily for us we are not in a hurry and will find a vehicle somewhere else that appreciates our business. We would not recommend this place to anyone we know.

I went in to buy a car Saturday. When making the deal out sales rep Jeff, the GM Steve and Eddie the used car manager worked and got us in the payment area we wanted unfortunately we had to return the vehicle. Steve has kept his word in our car situation. He has done his best to fix our problems and make us happy. They provided us with a rental and will have our trade in back to us by tomorrow. I give 5 stars because he has not lied to us and has kept his promise to make us happy. Even if we don't get a car from them I know they did their best and treated us fair. Edited---- I was put into a new car!!! Our situation was handled in a very professional manner and I walked out smiling. All the staff that worked with us stayed friendly and very patient through all my questions and concerns. I have tried with them twice. I can’t say enough bad things. They will not work numbers. They gave me an outrageous out the door price because of me having my own financing. If I would’ve used their finance companies they would have stuck with the original price. Then they used the famous “we’re already losing 2300” line. I tried a counter offer and they wouldn’t budge off their price. I could’ve nearly bought a new truck for what they were wanting for a 2018. I ended up using Prater Ford in Calhoun Georgia and can’t say enough good about them. It was well worth the drive. I got a great deal on the same year model with less miles. My car sat in their service & parts lot for 9 HOURS awaiting a diagnostic test to check the ac. An appointment was made the day before and the car was dropped off at 8:30am. With no call from them stating the results of the test (which was requested) a call was made to them at 4pm. THEY HAD NOT LOOKED AT THE CAR!! They promised to get on it and have the test done in 45 and give us a call. We did NOT receive a call and when we showed up at 5.45 they had still NOT LOOKED AT THE CAR!!! They had no excuse. Amazing Hospitality! Having driven an F250 Supercrew 4x4 for 18 years, it was time for a more economical truck. While I liked everything that I researched about the Ranger, I was cautious. However, Shottenkirk Ford had a Ranger Lariat that caught my interest. Being two hours away, I called and spoke to Ashley. She was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Ashley was not an overbearing sales person. Over the week, she was very helpful and assisted with questions about my trade. Given her pleasant demeanor, I drove to Jasper, Georgia and found everyone to be family friendly. No high pressure sales tactics. Ashley shared the service records, took a test drive and was very gratuitous during the financial negotiations. The entire Shottenkirk Team were friendly and courteous. The vehicles are priced competitively. It was worth the drive. Especially the drive home since it was in my new Ford Ranger Lariat.

Recently purchased a 2018 F-150 from this location. Great experience. I travel a lot and contacted the dealer initially using the online chat feature while out of town. That same day I was contacted by a sales rep Avery. I let Avery know that I am not a patient person and wanted as much finalized prior to coming in. Avery did a great job putting up with me and providing the required info promptly. I selected the vehicle prior to and came in to the dealer when I got back in town. Unfortunately Avery was sick but still answered his phone when I called and he put me in touch with billy who was working that day. Billy was great. As soon as I arrived he had the truck ready for a test ride and took my 2010 F-150 in for the trade assessment. When we got back the trade value had been assessed and was more than fair. I always get 2 trade assessments prior to my dealer of choice as a baseline and the offer was more than what I had previously received. We shook hands and then I was handed off to the finance rep. I forgot his name but this guy was also great. Before we began I let him know I wanted gap insurance however wasn’t interested in any of the other back room offerings. He did his job and explained each option however was not pushy. We agreed upon a rate and duration and finalized the sale. While I was waiting for the truck to be detailed the manger introduced himself and asked how everything went. We chatted for a while and then the truck was ready. I arrived at the dealer at 1:30 and left with my new truck around 4:30. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle and highly recommend both Avery and Billy to help make the experience go well. I will definitely be using this dealer for future purchases.

Own an automatic 2013 Ford F-150 with a Powertrain RECALL issue. Vehicle has driven fine. Received letter my Ford Corp about RECALL. Took truck to ShottenKirk Ford to schedule the repair of the RECALL. They informed me that without warning lights they couldn’t perform the RECALL. Hmmm, what? Okay... about six months after that visit. My husband was driving to work at 55 mph, when it downshifted from five gear to first gear. Truck tried to abruptly stop, tires squealing. Glad my husband was driving it when it occurred instead of my inexperience teenager daughter. Dropped it off, they downloaded a new software. Picked up at no cost to me. Drove fine on the way home. That night it breaks down. It wouldn’t accelerate, even after pressing the gas pedal. Cut it off. Waited a bit, and started up again. Drove about a mile, started acting up again. Was stranded, had it towed to SF. Next day they tell me transmission is shot, new one for 4840.00. Or a “bandaid” ( is what I call it) for 720.00. Decided to get second opinion. And had to pay out of pocket 115.00. Diagnostic fee, but the truck was not doing that when I brought in. Makes me wonder if they did something to it while under their care or the lack of addressing the RECALL in a timely matter. Never again!!! 2/10/20 UPDATE Received call from Jerry few days after my review, he explained how this job is his livelihood, and that he takes reviews SERIOUS bla bla bla..... I informed him how displeased I was with the whole situation, and wanted a refund for a diagnostic test. He said he would talk to the Service Manager and call me back in a few days. Well it’s been three weeks and NO call nor refund!!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

We went down there to buy a F-150 we test drove one and decided on a different one. The salesman was very pushy the entire time. We arrived at 10 am didn’t leave until 7 pm. We were told we were waiting for tires and the vehicle to be cleaned. We waited and noticed that the tires weren’t new from the start but were okay with it as long as they were good tires. We soon realized two days later there was a plug in one and it was leaking. I called the following day and was given the run around but told to come on down. I went down there the next day and spent half a day getting shuffled around. I received no new tire to even replace the leaking tire that couldn’t be repaired. We suggested to remedy the problem with just a new set of Tires, we noticed we didn’t even have 4 matching tires. When you pay 45k for a vehicle you expect to have brand new tires. I’ve since tried to call multiple mangers with no call back. Over all terrible experience.

My college-age son arrived after the service department closed with a "check engine" light warning, but the sales and other staff helped him fill out the paper work needed to have the car checked out in the morning. I am 62 years old and this is the first and only time I have left a dealership having purchased a new vehicle without having that feeling in my gut that I was manipulated into paying more, or buying more, than I really should have. I knew with first eye contact I was dealing with an honest person who would truly want to find a deal that both sides were happy about; not just the dealer’s. I met David in the service department and got the same vibes from him. As for the rest of the team everyone seemed really nice and friendly. I didn’t get the feeling I do in most dealerships where there are questionable sales people scuttling about who all congregate in a back room away from the public after the “mark” leaves and high-five each other & talk down the customers. I contacted Shottenkirk and asked about a very specific vehicle. They told me it was available so we went immediately to purchase it. After test driving the vehicle they informed me it was actually not available. A few days later I received a call saying the buyer was being difficult so they would give me a chance to purchase the vehicle if I sent in everything within the day. I completed all paperwork and purchased the vehicle. Customer service was great at that point since I was purchasing a 37k vehicle with 54k miles. Dealer didn't disclose the truck was previously owned in Canada which voids all warranties if paperwork isn't filed for transfer. This information wasn't disclosed at time of purchase. I learned when I pressed the home button on the GPS. The dealer only provided one key fobs and said they would send the other later after contacting original owner. I never heard anything after purchase. Carfax said no previous accidents. Within 24 hours of purchase we realized the front bumper was dented in when we removed the dealer tag. The dealer was contacted but I didn't receive a single return call. On April 16th I contacted the dealer requesting info about the sell no response. I requested info regarding the extended warranty and gap insurance I purchased and no response. After the vehicle was purchased I have not been able to get information from the dealer which has been very disappointing.

Got to dealership things moved fast I was trying to trade my van which was estimated low with a high payoff, understandably. But they immediately had me looking at a 2020 new Ford Explorer which I knew would have never been in my budget but the financing said with the rebates it may be possibly so we took it for a spin fell in love and came back to the immediate response that it wouldn’t work at all financially, the annoying part was why would they even have me test drive something then tell me it won’t work, huge waste of time! Found on car gurus came to look at something totally different!!! I bought a 2015 Ford (Certified Pre-Owned by Ford) F150 XLT from this dealership in Jan 2018. The car buying experience was pleasant and had no issues with the purchase of the truck. However in 2020, I needed to upgrade to an F250 and went to go trade it in at another dealership when I got a pleasant surprise when the dealership ran the Carfax. Turns out the vehicle sustained moderate damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. This accident happen in Nov. 2017 and was not reported to Carfax until July 2018- 6 months after I bought the truck. How can this be allowed to happen when the truck was Certified Pre-Owned by Ford? I took a loss of value of about $5000 when I traded it in and not to mention the fact that I paid more it since it was "supposedly" Certified Pre-Owned. There was no sense in trying to pursue this legally since I live Tennessee. Attorney fees would have negated any $$ if I received any from this dealership and not to mention the time and hassle to deal with this BS. If you are in the market for a used car, I would highly use caution in purchasing from this dealership- especially if it is "Certified Pre-Owned". You have been warned!

Disappointed. Found truck I had been looking for after about 2 months of searching and comparing. Contacted dealership on Friday to confirm availability and possibly get an out the door price. They were quick to respond to confirm it was available but would not get back to me on final price but whatever. Called later that afternoon to make sure they were open on Saturday and that the sales person I had been in contact with was going to be working. Woke up Saturday and called a little after 9 to confirm availability again and told them I was on the way since it was a 2 hour drive for me. Told them I would be there around 11 and I filled out the credit app and got pre-approved before leaving. Showed up about 11:20 just to be told that someone had walked in 20 minutes before I got there to look at the truck and they had dibs on it since they were there first. Was later told I should have put down a deposit. Didnt even know that was a thing. Oh well.... guess I'll just keep looking for a truck....just won't be there. Also, when they did give me a price it included a $800 advertising fee. If you see that on the pricing sheet and still pay it then you are a fool.

Prior to signing was assured 3 times no payment for 90 days. We got the welcome packet and payment due 45 days from date of signing. I called multiple times to speak with finance. He won’t return or take my calls. Dana in sales assured us it was a mistake and they could fix it. We are now being ignored it seems and lied to to close a deal. Everyone should think twice before purchasing from this dealership. If you do, do not take their word make sure you double check your paperwork.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Platinum F150 from this dealership. The dealership seemed very accommodating at first through the initial emails, phone calls, and scheduling a test drive. After the test drive I discovered some minor cosmetic damage to the body of the truck. I expressed concern to the salesman and he consulted his manager and together they assured me that if I purchased the truck I could bring it back and they could fix it over the weekend. I agreed to purchase the truck based on their promise. To keep a long story short the dealership ended up keeping my truck for four weeks after pushing out the timeline multiple times. During those 4 weeks they were generally unresponsive and the communication that I received from the salesman and sales manager was very vague. I escalated the issue to the general manager and he didn't seem to really care that his dealership wasn't living up to its promises. Dealerships like this are the very reason that the auto sales industry gets such a sleazy reputation. They promise whatever it takes to make a sale and then don't deliver on any promises. I would stay far away from Shottenkirk if you're looking for a dealership that values honesty and integrity.

I live in Knoxville, TN (2 1/2 hr drive). I called on Friday regarding a new F-150 on the website. I told the salesman about the vehicle I would be trading, filled out the KBB quote thing (at his request), then told him the amount I wanted to finance. He ensured me that it should be no issue to get close to that number. Still skeptical, I called again today prior to making the drive and was again ensured that it would be worth the trip. I made the drive, only to find that "close" to this dealership apparently means $5,000 more than where I wanted to be. I understand if the numbers just aren't there, but don't have me drive 2 1/2 hr each way for no reason.

Took my 2012 Fusion to have air bag replaced (recall). Could not have asked for better service from Jerry Adams the service manager and his son. I had to wait three years for the air bag but that was Ford not the dealership. I purchased this car new from Cherokee Ford in Woodstock and when I got the recall in March 2016 I called Cherokee Ford to asked if the car was safe to drive and was told by some MORON in the service dept that "it's as safe as it was yesterday". I will never buy from Woodstock Ford again. This is why I took my car to Jasper to have it fixed. Looks like I have found a new dealership to do business with.

So I left work early and drove up there. Used car manager tried to convince me head gasket was blown. I has just replaced engine coolant reservoir. Offered half of NADA clean trade.

Don’t allow these people to tell you something is wrong with your vehicle without showing you the problem. they fixed things on mine that wasn’t what I asked about now I have to fix more that should have been done in the first place . They told me my slaybars were fine I may of 2019 now I’m being told they are worn completely out.
