BAD. BAD. BAD PLACE TO BUY USED PARTS. THEY SOLD A BAD ENGINE FOR MY HUBBY OVER $3,000 AND IT DIDN'T WORK WELL. AFTER I WENT THERE WITH MY HUBBY TO GIVE THEM THE DRAMA OF THEIR BUSINESS LIFE, $2,000 WAS REFUND BACK. IF I DIDN'T WENT WITH MY HUBBY, JASPER AUTO WAS READY TO TAKE MY MONEY$$$$ JUST LIKE THAT. BUT I WAS ABLE TO SHOW THEM WHAT A WOMAN CAN DO. THANK GOD I WASN'T FOOLED. I GO MY MONEY BACK BY FORCE, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Horrible, scab business, butchered a very expensive truck component and refused to return 'down payment' these people are typical used part used car salesman scum sucking cronies, please save yourself the time and find a reputable part dealer To the owner: Making fake reviews on google only makes you look worse.

Bought transmission from here, was sold the wrong one, bell housing was different. I could only get 3 bolts on.... when I called, was told the computer said it should fit so it should be good.... tried it anyway, transmission wouldn't move and kept getting codes from the transmission. Tried to return it and was told they would have someone look at it and would get back to me.... well no one got back to me and now I am out the cost and core of the transmission....

Told me a part I ordered would be ready 24 hours ago and is still not ready. When I explained I wasn't to happy as a customer about it he was too sick to just cancel the order. Says I am trying to tell him how to run his business but if you tell a customer a time it would be ready then maybe you could at-least try to be within the time frame not days later. Only polite to you if you follow his way of customer service. I have ordered parts from rodway, eskimo, and kendale since the pandemic and never waited more than the time they told me it would be ready. So no sir I am sorry when you tell me I am unaware of the changes in the used auto parts industry since covid and its not an excuse anymore.

There's one thing I got to say about Jasper auto used parts is it to have a huge selection of used auto parts I broke the sunroof in my vehicle and because they stop making the vehicle 12 years ago it was very hard to find what I needed couldn't get one from the dealership or from any other records that the only one that had one so you don't want people to show you never know they seem to have a huge selection of parts or they know where to get it from real real fast if they have to

Had an interesting experience today calling them... ME: "Hi! Im looking for a used ABS/Wheel speed sensor, City Auto Wreckers said you guys had a Tundra" Sales Rep: "Yeah, we dont sell those, they tend to not come out, they twist, crack, fail, etc." ME: "Oh! Well it is what it is, thanks man have a good day!" I then decided to check the price for the hub and wheel speed sensor, because the sensor is $280.00 CAD. Dials right back and gets the same guy ME: "Hey man, I forgot to ask, whats the price on the wheel bearing/knuckle" Dude cuts me off while Im stumbling on a word, and is speaking a mile an hour, telling me again, how he just wont sell me the sensor, that its all sold as a package, taht they wont budge on it, and isnt listening and sounds like he is trying to hang up on me ME: "NO DUDE, NOT THE SENSOR, THE PART IT GOES INTO" Sales Rep: "thats kinda rude" This is where I hung up. What part is rude? The part where you are not listening to your customers? The part where I did what you did? Good luck guys! But Im going to other yards :)

I am from Calgary. I used a used-parts web site to find that Jasper had the grill I needed. I called them up to ask about it. They sent me a picture, more pictures when I asked, and quoted me a fair price for the part including delivery to Calgary. It arrived well-wrapped and in excellent condition. I'll use them again if they have what I'm looking for.

Asked over the phone if they had a certain part to which the guy said yes they have plenty. I let them know id be by in a half hour to pick it up. Upon arrival, nothing was picked yet so I then sat for another 45 minutes in the parking lot (covid had the front office closed) for the owner to come out and say that they didnt have the part. Owner could care less about me sitting there waiting for the part and didnt apologize. Completely wasted my time and gas money coming from out of town for the part, don’t waste your time going here.

Got me the part I was needing 2 days after they predicted, and I called 3 times to get updates on if/when the part was ready, stating that they would call me back within 5 minutes, they didn't call back the first two times and on the third called me back 2 and a half hours later. I still got the part I was needing but the communication wasn't great

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. I would think twice about going here, I purchased a part for my Jeep, sent an etransfer to hold the part. Less than 24 hours later, we arrived to pick up the purchased item and THEY PARTED items of what I PURCHASED! I even received photos with the item before they parted it out and EVERYTHING WAS THERE. THEN they had the audacity to say I can get the complete part if I paid more money to them. SHADY! I'm also going to report them to the better business bureau for this deceitfulness. Thanks alot, you guys must be so proud on how you run your business. If the owner would like to contact me I would be happy to discuss this further.

Great people, they will negotiate on prices with you. Had some issue with some parts they had me return money and find me new parts. Most yard guys will not take responsibility and push you off but these guys go above and beyond for you. I really recommend them for parts.
