These guys know their stuff and work through a ton of phone calls each day. Please know your year, model and engine size when you call, it will certainly help get you the correct parts. They were considerate enough to print out a parts diagram and let me circle the parts I needed, making it a breeze to get all of the correct gaskets. Thanks again.

Had the tell tale sign of worn brake pads. Was quickly diag'd that my AV had a frozen caliper that caused the problem. Had that repaired in short order. While waiting asked the Parts Dept about a center console part. Had one they were proud of. He offered eBay & Amazon as alternative sources. On Amazon, found console lid for 1/4 of the cost. It's been ordered and due to ship. Indebted to the Parts Dept. Totally happy with the day's experience.

I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe 4WD. It has 197000 miles on it and it is really great to have an American built product that lasts. I came up in the days when only vehicles from overseas lasted over 100000 miles. However I have had to replace the transmission twice. Once just under 100000 and then just now. I missed the first warranty because GM did not warrant the transmission for 100000 miles until year 2006. Then while the replacement transmission was warranted for 100000 miles it was for just 3 years and it did not give out on me until the 4th year. I know this is not typical since many Tahoe's go over 200000 and never have to have the transmission replaced once but I guess I have not had great luck. I love the fact that you do not have to replace the spark plugs or even service the radiator for 100000 but can't seem to get my transmission to last as long as the spark plugs! It was Lawson Chevrolet that replaced the first one and then Day's Chevrolet replace this one since they took over Lawson. I can say that Day's Chevrolet did a great job getting me in and out and really appreciated the loaner vehicle while they worked on mine. Anyone needing work for over a day or two really should consider the value of what it would cost to rent another vehicle by going anywhere else. Since GM really could not do anything about how the warranty worked Day's Chevrolet has given me $1000 off and in addition to any other discounts that may be available to purchase a new vehicle in the next year which is not bad either. Some may feel it costs more to use the dealer for service but you really cannot put a price on trust and dependability. Good job Day's Chevrolet. Thank you, Paul

Bought a new work truck (box truck) from them a month ago. Multiple problems with the truck. One door doesn’t lock, the box is leaking, part of the rear door assembly fell off. I have called numerous times only to be told that someone will call me back or email me back. I did receive a call back on Friday and was promised an answer on Friday. No return call given from commercial truck manager. I hate giving bad reviews, but I’m out of options. I want my new truck to operate as a new truck.

The service advisor I dealt with, Robert Kidd, is not personable at all. I felt unimportant. I had to follow up with him about what was wrong with my car ad he never bothered to even locate me when my car was completed as I was sitting there waiting patiently. I will not deal with this advisor again as he did nothing to make it right. I am a paying customer just like everyone else that comes in the door and I expect to be treated as such. He needs some training on customer service 101 and how to go the extra mile. Now for your other advisor, Luke Stovall, he is spot on and amazing. I dealt with him the first time I stepped foot in your dealership and he went above and beyond. Robert could take some lessons from Luke, just my two cents.

I bought a car with 15 miles on it, drove it home that night and the next morning had a engine light come on. Since then I’ve been by two times and the employees are so lazy they refuse to even CHECK. Their service is trash!!! I literally pulled up and 5 employees stood around talking, but by the time I got out of my car they scattered then claiming not to have anyone available to look at it. I highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here!
The mechanic work was fine. The real problem found and fixed. Mechanic communicated his concerns about the transmission. The service person at the desk failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. He did not return my calls asking for updates. Since this is my work truck, it was a great hardship to have it sit at the dealership service area for a week and a half till the truck was fixed. I repeatedly told this to the service guy and told him when I dropped the truck off. I would have appreciated him saying it would be days before they could even check my truck out; and a week before it could be fixed. Had I known this I could have made more long term arrangements to rent a truck rather than depend on my assistant's truck. Never knowing when I would get my truck back.
Purchase review... My salesman was Josh Blanco. He did a great job of describing and showing me all different options and details of the trucks I was interested in with low sales pressure. I am extremely satisfied with my buying experience. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a new vehicle to go to Day’s Chevrolet in Jasper. Update after first service. 2/23/21 Buying a new vehicle is the 2nd most expensive purchase most people make. The people at the place one decides to make that purchase at should treat you with gratitude and respect. The people at Day's Chevrolet do that very well. Brock Jones is a great salesmen. Brock kept me fully informed throughout the process as I waited for my new C8 to arrive. He is also very knowledgeable on the vehicles. While waiting the arrival of my vehicle Brock assisted my mother with the purchase of her new Traverse. Brock nailed it again. My mother was very comfortable working with Brock who made the whole process non-stressful. When I picked up my new C8, Brock had all the paperwork done. I only spent about 10 minutes in the finance office before Brock was explaining all the features of my new vehicle with firsthand knowledge of the vehicle. I will be back to see Brock at Days Chevrolet for my next Chevrolet purchase. Thx Brock and Days.
3 strikes on a dealership and your out. Was interested in a vehicle at Days and it was a choir just to get someone to answer the phone or return a phone call. Second we have a SUV that we bought brand new. Had it 13 months. Loaded. 4 year warranty on it. Gave me a low bid from heck. 3rd. Came by yesterday, looked at a camaro outside in the front. Was there 15 minutes. No one ever came out from sales and did anything to help us. We left. No brainer on this dealership. Next.
I had a cabin air filter installed in my car they did a good job so i asked the service guy how much it would cost to install the touch screen on my 2015 ATS Cadillac that i have and doesn't need to be ordered just take the old one out and put the new one in i you tubed the video and all it would take is 1 or 2 hours to install no programing needed just 3 plug ins and thats it well Robert Kidd told me it would cost me $469.00. So i called around and found a place that did it for 149.99,i will never be back to your dealership again!!
I had narrowed my vehicle search down to a couple dealerships and asked for a quote with the best price on the vehicle I was interested in... Sandy came back with a price that made the decision easy. Typically don't write reviews but just wanted to share my honest experience. Stopped by to look at a new 2500HD truck on Saturday. Sales team was nice enough but would not let me drive the truck due to them just getting in in that day they say. I said ok I wont be able to come back for a few days due to work but I would call and check to make sure it is still there before I come. I live 35 miles away. Fast forward to today about 1 week later. I text sales person this morning at 1130. Did the truck sell? She says yes but we have a red one just like it. I said cool can I come by and drive it at 1:30. She replies that's fine. I show up at the dealership a little early at 1:15. I walk in the door and tell them I have an appointment to see the sales person. A couple minutes later someone else walks out and asks if they can help me due to her being with a customer. I said sure and told her why I was there. She immediately replies that truck has been sold. Of course I am confused at this point due to the fact that I had just communicated with them. She then says is there anything else I can help you with and I said do you have another 2500 that I can look at and drive. Then she asks another gentlemen sitting in an office and he yells out without getting up from his computer that the red truck already sold and we don't have anymore. To which I replied "that is why I texted". He then yells across the room and says "It Just Sold!". I then turn to walk out due to the fact that now I know for sure that they have ZERO interest in assisting customers and could only imagine what it would be like after you buy the vehicle. So they basically wasted my time, fuel, and patience just to sell a truck to someone else they already had on the hook for it. I guarantee they had someone else looking at it prior to me texting 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. I get back outside to my truck and there is a text message on my phone from the salesperson. Truck is sold. What time did it hit my phone? The same time when I was walking in the door. They just used me coming to look at the truck to seal the deal on the sale. Otherwise, why would they not tell me before my arrival? Now you know why some car dealerships have the stigma that they do. They have earned it...
Luke Stovall serviced my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time. Great Customer Service. He is always friendly and makes you feel right at home.
I brought my Silverado in for a transmission issue. It strains to shift into second, then it slams into second gear. The service team is unhelpful to say the least. My transmission did not do this when purchased and has gotten worse over the last 4,000 miles. I was told by Robert, the service advisor, that a technician test drove my vehicle and stated that he felt the transmission strain, but couldn’t pinpoint the issue. That a more senior technician would have to take a look at it the following week. Monday came, and Kevin the “more senior” technician test drove it and didn’t find an issue. Now I’m no mechanic, but I know when a transmission shifts hard and strains to shift. Especially one that is progressively getting worse. Luke in the service department seems to think that Kevin is a transmission guru, and that I’m wrong for thinking there is an issue. Luke also refused to let anyone else look at it, stating that Kevin was sure. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.

I live in Mississippi and purchased a truck from there. And I specifically asked that my plates and taxes be included in price. They were not! That’s a 1,000 that was not included. I went in yesterday for an oil change in my vehicle. I’ve been using them since I bought my car. One of the service guys told me my windshield wipers were dry rotten and were going to come off soon. I told him I would get some myself. My husband changed them out today for me and ask me to look at the old ones and see if I could figure out what was wrong with them. They were in GOOD condition!! I could not believe they bold face lied to me. If you can lie to me like that over something as simple as windshield wipers then how can I trust you to tell me the truth about anything...very sad and disappointed.????

We had actually been in the week before & purchased a truck for my husband. I was telling Michael that I was looking to get a Tahoe sometime (hopefully) in the next few weeks or so & gave him the specs on what I wanted. He found it & had it brought to Jasper within about 3 days!! It was everything I had asked for AND turned out to be a little less than the ones we had looked at originally. The experience was smooth, easy & enjoyable! I have exactly what I have always wanted & everyone @ Day's has been so super nice!!

No hassles! Found the car I wanted on the internet. Starting price was already lower than Blue Book, NADA, carfax, and edmunds. Everyone was extremely helpful and ensure the paperwork was ready when I got there. Tammy was especially helpful and friendly. It was worth the 4 hour drive.
I wasn't necessarily planning to buy a car the day I did. We came in to have our Suburban serviced and just looked around a little. There were not many cars on the lot, and I had never looked at a Blazer before. We asked about the Blazer on the show room floor and the employees were more than glad to take it out, so we could drive it. I loved the look and was really in love when I drove the car. I had previously bought four cars from the dealership and was used to working them. When I got back, I said what kind of deal did you make me and Kenny said, are you trading in, I said, no just buying. He went to see what they could do and came back with the offer. I accepted the first offer, which is not my normal way of doing things. I really appreciate everyone working with me and making me feel at ease when I go to purchase a car. I'm glad I have found a dealership that I can buy 5 cars from. We still have all five of the vehicles. I bought a new 2013 Equinox, a used 2011 Altima, a used 2017 Suburban, a used 2017 Dodge Charger, and a new 2021 Blazer. I'm very happy with the service that Day's Chevrolet provides my family and myself. I always tell anyone looking for a car to check with Day's. Thank you all so much!

Day's Chevrolet in Jasper, GA recently completed rodent damage repairs on my 2017 Anniversary Addition Convertible Camaro. The Service Desk personal were friendly and contacted me regularly to update me on the repair status. Once those repairs were complete, I had them mount a new set of tires (2nd set from Day's) and complete a service. Day's had the car in there possession for approximately a month and all in, the repairs, tires and service cost about $6000.00. When I arrived to pickup the car, the service personal took to the cashier to pay my bill, said thanks you for choosing Day's. I paid the bill, the service tech drove my car to the service bay. I was not escorted to the car by service personal to check the car over or provided a review of work completed (other than the paperwork). The exterior of the car was not cleaned (interior was detailed as part of the rodent damage). I assumed after Day's had the car in their care for about a month and the amount of money spent on repairs, the service department would have at least washed the car? When I drove away, some kind of oil spun off the tires onto the side of the car. My wife and I left town for a week shortly afterward and did not have a chance to completely inspect the car but when we returned home we noticed the middle break light cover was broken and the "Y" was missing from the passenger side "FIFTY" logo. I am not accusing Day's of causing this damage. Maybe I am old fashion, but the walk through and the cleaning for the car seem like I nice thank you for choosing us to complete the repairs and spending your money with us.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Andy our salesperson, is absolutely wonderful to work with. We just bought our daughter a new Equinox for her graduation present, which happens to be our 7th car from Days Chevrolet/Jasper. We live in TX and our daughter lives in GA. He made the trade and new purchase seamless! Our daughter is over the moon happy with her new car and we are extremely happy with the service! Thank you Andy and team for yet another great buying experience.
I really like and trust the mechanics at days Chevrolet in Jasper, I’ve had my Chevrolet worked on for the past six years and every time I have service there they have done an outstanding job. I have driven Fords most of my life and have two right now except for the corvette that I get serviced there, but my next truck or car I purchase will be driven off at days Chevrolet in Jasper because of there honesty and integrity and that’s something you don’t see anymore

Everything was fine but when a customer says they don’t wanna buy gap to finance in with their loan to pay interest on for six years don’t beg them and give inflated stories about how people have called crying after an accident! And stop saying you don’t make money off of selling this coverage. You wouldn’t push it like the Covid jab if you didn’t!

Super nice lady put me through to Josh the salesman. I asked about a specific car that was on their website and he told me that he would get some numbers together and text me back within a few minutes. I told him I was looking to buy. I waited about 2 1/2 hours for a text and finally called back and was told that he had just sold the car. He never sent me any numbers. I was planning on going to the car lot that day if the numbers were right. Never got the chance. What a waste of my time.

Bought a car from here last weekend. Our salesman was Rick White, we had a great experience. He got us what we needed. He didn't try to pressure us into anything. He was also able to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Day's to anyone. Andrew Diemer was also very helpful to us as well.
After the sale poor customer service. Did not advise free 1st maintenance on vehicle. I saw and asked. I asked for a chevy accessory several times before I received a reply. It seems like they do not want to install the accessory

My wife and I bought a new LT1 Camaro on November 12 2021. We drove 2 hours after work and arrived late that evening. We were greeted with a smile and was introduced to Brock and Andy. Both these gentlemen were very courteous and very nice. After a short test drive and some paperwork a deal was made. No high pressure no hassle and no back and forth to the sales manager. One of the best car dealerships I've ever dealt with and the finance guy was very nice and courteous as well. If your looking for a new or used Chevy please give Days Chevrolet a chance you want be disappointed.
My car had a appointment and I dropped it off the day before which was a Monday and Tuesday was the appointment. It took till Wednesday before I got any info and all they did was confirm yes it was making a noise in the rear end. Nothing was done it was there until Friday not touched I went and picked car up. I will be taking it somewhere else this will be the 5th time it has been taken in for the same thing very dis hearting
When you take your vehicle to the same place over and over again. They get to know what you expect and how you want your vehicle to look/drive like new. When something is wrong like a running light out they fix it. Little details make the world of different.

Purchased a truck there around a month ago. Overall not the greatest experience. I was kind of surprised that I didn’t even get a follow up call or letter thanking me for the purchase.
I just want to start off by saying this was such a great experience and i couldn't thank Rick White enough for making everything so simple. He was able to find the truck I wanted, and get the whole process from start to finish done in a very quick and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Day's Chevrolet to everyone and to speak with Rick White he will definitely take care of you!
Will not return to DAY'S CHEVROLET FOR SERVICE I HAD MY REMOTES PROGRAMMED AT day's AND THE PRICE HAD DOUBLED FROM LAST MONTH , I can understand the price increase but double .

I had to wait 3 hours and 45 minutes to have a defective air conditioner fixed on a brand new car and was turned down for a loaner for a couple of hours. NOT good!! In fact terrible service practiced!!

Service is a JOKE, anything that goes wrong with my car isnt warranty. They want to charge $500 for something that isnt guaranteed to be the fix. $75 for declining repairs. Keep up the good work Days!
Phenomenal customer service! We purchased a 2020 Suburban from Day's; Tammy Walker was the salesperson. We both have been purchasing cars from dealerships for over 50 years and have never had such thorough, pleasant, un-pushy, knowledgeable, "can do" assistance from a salesperson. It was our first encounter with Day's...... a truly enjoyable experience, and they beat the price on the exact Suburban model we had gotten several other dealers to quote by several thousand dollars. I buy a new truck every two years, so I’m not new to the buying process...I also worked in several dealerships as a salesman for about 5 years. I can tell you the people here are the most professional in the business. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever had. Stephane in service is amazing, & most recently requested my buyers order from a truck I bought 3 years ago. Spoke with Leslie in the office & within an hour it was in my email. Keep in mind these are not digitally kept. She had to go in the vault, dig through 1000s of records, scan & email it. Thank you Days! Looking forward to my next purchase!

when I took my 2016 Chevy Malibu to the dealership I was scared that I was going to be expecting the highest bill yet for any maintenance on my car. I was shocked with the outcome and very grateful. The pricing was in my budget with labor and installment of the part that was replaced plus the level of professionalism was at its utmost high from Luke the gentleman in the service department to the lady that took my payment. I will be returning to them for any further assistance with car car.
Beware of dishonest sales techniques and poor salesman attitudes. Willing to inflate trade-in values prior to seeing my vehicle just to get me there. They gave me the "we can come down to this price" then didn't change anything except the trade in value for my vehicle before they even saw it to make it appear they lowered the price of the vehicle. Dishonest.

Service department is terrible, day I picked up my new truck driveline was making noise and rotors were warped told Luke at service they replaced rotor didn’t know how to fix driveline roaring. But knew how to read the newspaper they left it in my truck.
