We have all the opinions of people who are using the services of TRI TOWN TOYOTA (Car Concessionaire) in the area of Iroquois Falls (Canada).
At the moment the business receives a score of 4.2 out of 5 and the score has been calculated on 56 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is very good, and it's founded on a large number of reviews, so we may conclude that the score is quite faithful. If many people have bothered to give their feddback when they are happy with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to give reviews when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Car Concessionaire belongs to the category of Car dealer.
The only real trucks
Always treated me with respect over the years and now on the 3rd vehicle from them!
Good customer service. Nice new facility

Amazing service and prices!
This is the place where i do a full in depth review of new toyota vehicles, Check out my YouTube Channel!
I attended the dealership recently for vehicle maintenance. It is very pleasurable entering a business and being greeted by a friendly, smiling and welcoming staff member. Awesome Maddison! It places you at ease and instils confidence. They provided outstanding service with honesty and integrity. I shout out “THANK YOU” Team Toyota for your diligent care of my vehicle and your excellent service!
Superb friendly service!
Finding a vehicle these days is a challenge to say the least, everything is pre-sold before it hits the lot. I recently purchased a Rav4 from Marc at Tri-Town Toyota. Purchasing a vehicle over the phone site unseen was a new (and slightly uneasy) experience for me but Marc was excellent to deal with, providing me with quick responses no matter what time I sent a message requesting updates or more information. Marc even agreed to meet me on a weekend while the dealership was closed in order to accommodate my schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Marc at Tri-Town Toyota - thank you Mark for a wonderful experience!
Great customer service!
Great service!
It was a great experience dealing with Tri Town Toyota for the purchase of my new Tundra. Quick, efficient and fun. They met and exceeded expectations. My purchase was from out of town and I have no regrets about the 10hrs of driving and have continued to tell anyone who will listen about the experience. I believe that Marc said that he would come down and hand wash my truck as required, so I'm pretty thrilled about that...
Tri town toyota is a great dealer. I had the privilege of making a deal with Kris William's. Felt like more of a visit with family as he treats you like family. Very honest and tells you the facts, not just want you want to hear. Test drive was great. Salesman wasn't trying to push you into a deal, rather he just told us the information we needed to know and left the decision with us. All the costs were clearly laid out with no confusion. After purchasing the vehicle Kris took his time to show us everything we needed to know on how to operate the vehicle and its many features. Service is also great. Toyota is a high quality vehicle with great people that stand behind their product. Highly recommend this dealership
Excellent service I dropped in with a flat tire on Rav 4 with in 1/2 hour was repaired they even put back on vehicle and put spare back in place great job thanks
Le pire service client et ils sont sexistes. They will try to squeeze every dollar out of you and treat you as a fool. Don't come here to service your Toyota car and don't come here to buy a car, their prices are more expensive than other Toyota dealerships.
Excellent service!
The service of was top notch! I have bought 2 vehicles from Tri Town and Marc has always provided excellent service. Thanks Marc!
Good
The service department is very rude and unfriendly. They will think of creative ways to charge you extra money for services that is supposed to be included in the extended care plan you already purchased. Really regret servicing my brand new Toyota car here. Would recommend all customers to go to another Toyota dealership to service your car.
Drop in need to replace my wipers and had awesome instant service
I recently bought a brand new car from Kris at Tri-Town Toyota. Exceptional service! They even brought in the car I wanted from a different dealership to make me happy. Thank you. I am so pleased with my new C-HR!!
By far the best car/truck buying experience you can have anywhere in this province. These guys care and they love what they do. If you are buying a Toyota do yourself a favor and get it at Tri Town. I drove 500KM to pick up my truck at this dealership and I can assure you it was worth every kilometer and every minute. Everything was seamless; the application, the credit app, the payment, the add-ons, the delivery. Everything went exactly as I had wanted and I can't thank Marc and Neil enough; you guys truly made a dream come true and have earned a customer for life :) There are no hidden agendas with these guys, they want you to be happy with your purchase. They are not trying to upsell you or over charge you. Just an amazing transaction. They love what they do and it shows. Again, thank you for everything I haven't stopped smiling since picking up my truck. You guys are the best and I will recommend to everyone I know :) Alaa
Excellent Service :)
Was seeking more information and the service guy I spoke to on the phone hung up on me and said that this conversation isn't productive. First time interacting with this dealership, very unfriendly and poor customer service.

If I could give less than one star I would! Do not buy an automobile here. When I took it for a test drive with the sales attendant I noted that my armrest was broken and asked if it could be fixed (buying a used Kia Sedona) "sure!". She also told me that it would be certified, oil changed and came with new winter tires...When bought, no oil change, the winter tires were crappy and bald, and the armrest that they "fixed" was secured in place (which I did not know until later) so now I can't put it up or down to lean over to the passenger side. One of the buying features that I like was that the rear seats were supposed to fold down into the floor for storage; the first time I tried to do it, neither of them would fold down and the middle seats would not come off of the hinge to remove them as well. I brought it back to the dealership where they agreed to "fix" them; the rear seat are functional now but I cannot still remove the middle seats...they're stuck. I paid for an extended 5yr warranty, for a lot of good that did me, because every time something broke, it wasn't covered under their warranty! The final straw came two years ago when my Rt side sliding door lock stopped working with the automatic lock, and my Rt side mirror and Rt side front door handle broke off in the span of 2 weeks. Once again I brought it to the dealer where they said they would call Kia for the parts under warranty and call me back...3 weeks later, I called them back and no one had any record of me being there or that I needed parts, I was livid, and the service manager promised her would look into it and get back to me. I got a call back and agreed for them to order the parts and call me when they came in...3 weeks later I called and they once again forgot. I then tried to going to another repair shop where thy said that Kia was giving them a hard time regarding my warranty and would not give them a straight answer but offered to fix it if I paid. I went to another shop and Kia did the same thing to them. Needless to say, that I was not paying any more money and by the time Kia got back to my last repair man, the warranty had run out and it would cost me over a thousand dollars when all was said and done! I now have a van with a taped up passenger side mirror, I have to lock my passenger sliding door by hand, my middle seats don't come out, my armrest doesn't move up or down, and we get into the front passenger door by rolling down the window to get to the inside handle to open it (and because I can't reach over from the drivers' seat due to the armrest) but I refuse to get this all fixed and will continue to drive this van into the ground because I refuse to give Kia or this dealership any more of my hard earned money!

Superb experience going to tri town Toyota! These guys took my trade in all over the phone and set me up with a sweet volkswagen jetta. Gave me an awesome buying experience and made me felt welcomed and respected ! Marc and Neil made everything super easy!
Took a day off to bring my 2020 Tundra to the Dealership in Liskeard because it's the closest one from my home. I know I didn't buy it there (I tried) but the Dealership in North Bay had a better price. All that to say, my truck is making a weird noise when it's cold, they performed a diagnostic and they told me it's the Dealership in North Bay that put too much undercoat and it did contaminated my serpentine belt. They checked my belt but they are charging me for telling me this. They didn't change it. Anyhow, I went to speak with the manager and he told me they have nothing to do with what's going on at the Dealership in North Bay so he's not responsable for the damage it did to my belt. I'm aware that the diagnostic is 115$ if there's no defected part, but there is a defective part that needs to get changed. I have owned several machines in my lifetime and let me tell you, not one of them had a squealing serpentine belt because of cold starts. We live in Northern Ontario and cold can do damage to any vehicles. Toyota should be working together, not against each other. Imagine having to blame another Dealership because you can't fix the problem. That's just very low. There's a reason why people buy their vehicles in North Bay. They offer better prices and better services. You won't make a great name out of this dealership if you can't provide proper services. Why do they sell extended warranty if you can't respect a normal warranty? It's still making noises. You just lost a customer.
Do not go here. Service is a joke. Lied to by employees. over 2 wks waiting for them to replace brake line. They still haven't touched vehicle. Recommend driving to North Bay go to Toyota down there, much better service n experience. I'll be towing vehicle to another garage, problem most likely fixed with in a couple hours. TRI Town Toyota, not only did u lose me as customer, you have lost everyone that I have told, all over a brake line.
Would not recommend this dealership. I was asking if they can give me an information document on what is covered in my extended warranty and they said to ask my original dealership. Since the ECP is a standardized package, I asked why they can't just give me a sheet with general information on what is covered, that is when they hung up the phone and said that this conversation is not productive. Never experienced such rude and unfriendly customer service in my life. My whole family are long time Toyota customers, and we have never received this type of rude customer service at any other Toyota dealership.
I brought my Silverado there for service and was greeted by a friendly staff member. She was helpful right away. The technician brought me into the shop to show me what was going on with my truck. They provided excellent service and i'll have no problem going back there next servicing requirement. Thanks for the great experience.
