Dont buy a vehicle here. Cars are plagued with gremlins. Constant issues and recalls.even with decent cust service ppl it is not worth the headaches or cost. Not to mention excuses made to not have issues coveted by warranty. They also choose to not tell you if they spot problems with your vehicle if its a warranty covered issue unless you soecifically complain about it. My car was there more than once with tires off and apparently their mech is blind because he never seen the badly leaking strut that Fountain Tire spotted right away while doing a wheel alignment. Then they also were blind to the fact I had a twisted brake line that was a manufacturer installed screw up. A canadian tire tech seen it right away and guess what he fixed it for FREE because he was afraid for my safety. Apparently the line could bust and then you have no brake power to the wheel. How nice that the dealer could care less if their vehicles manufactuer screw kills you...I could go on with the multitude of issues including 3 out of 4 tires failing at under 60 000km with blown belts. Told no warranty. Yet other companies like Fountain and Canadian tire all agree it is highly likely the tires were manufacter defected seeing that they all went all at roughly the same time with the exact same problem. Dealership refused to look into it. And tried to make me buy the same brand tiresfrom them for $279/tire!!! Will never buy a vehicle here again they cannot be trusted. And they do not care about the customers safety. Oh another issue car lost power while driving...was lucky I wasnt at hwy speeds with a transport behind me. Transports dont stop on a dime. But my car went from 80 to 10 in under 30 seconds. If you want a good vehicle and real great service go to James Toyota. My hubby has bought 2 times there and the trucks have been solid no issues. With great service. Wish I had gone there too

Great sales team. Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were great to deal with, and made it worth buying out of town. Lost one star due to a major issue during vehicle safety check, which resulted in minor damage to some components which required further service locally. Timmins Garage accepted the charges for the service without hesitation, and dealt directly with the local service department so I could avoid the headache. Overall, happy with my vehicle.

If you want no communication throughout the entire diagnostic and then a bill for work not requested this is the place to go. I had been warned by others but my optimism proved expensive and did not resolve the issue. Management hides behind improperly filled out paperwork. Disappointing to say the least.

I went there to get my tires and oil changed on my service truck and it sat in their lot for 5 hours and the work didnt even get completed. It wouldn't bother me so much if it was my personal vehicle but as a service technician I need quality and quick service. For just a tire swap and oil change 5 hours is ridiculous, especially when I booked the appointment a week in advance.

The folks at Timmins Garage managed to squeeze my poor broken Cruze in much quicker than originally allotted for, and were beyond polite and a fantastic bunch to work with. If you have a GM vehicle you’re making a mistake going anywhere else for work!

They took my van in quickly but wanted to sell me an installed $900 alternator that I did not need because the one that was there was brand new( and also replaced a brand new one that we thought was a dud!). The easiest answers are not always the solution.

Great place. Mitch was an amazing salesman, made me feel comfortable and like a valued customer right through the whole process, even months after I owned the vehicle. It was my first brand new vehicle EVER and Mitch was patient and help me understand the numbers between all options I had been considering, even ones not on his lot. The service department was great, a warranty issue came up, and they addressed imediatley, no wait. I would reccomend Timmins Garage and Mitch to anyone.

Horrible service! We took our truck in to get fixed (under warranty) and they gave it back to us broken and then WE had to pay for it to get fixed. Completely unrelated to what it went in for. Even though they broke it .. we had to pay for their mistake. Service manager Mark is incredibly ignorant and would constantly raise his voice speaking over us. Worst service ever, it was embarrassing. Do not trust the service here, they try and sell/“repair” things you don’t need and take advantage of you if you don’t know these things.
