If could put a minus I would for the rating for the speedy in Timmins. I go in because my windshield is leaking and I was given a quote for a seal and a separate for windshield. I got a call and a voice message was left indicating my windshield was in and that all that was needed was the seal and they had to wait for it to come in ans they will call me back. I waited over a week and no call back. I call today and was told there was a miss communication on the front clerks part and I was told the seal is attached to the windshield and they can not remove the window with out breaking it. I told Ron the manager it does not make no sense. They must go theough a lot of windshields if thats the case. Now because timmins is limited on windshield people I have to go to sudbury and found out its possibly just the seal that needs to be tucked in. all speedy wants is ypur money they do not care and never again will i refer or say anything positive about speedy in timmins. next step complaining to head office and the better business bureau.

An unfortunate event of a rock hitting my windshield by as a transport truck passes me, devastated. Called around for quotes and got told I would have to wait a week or two weeks, Had to replace my entire windshield, but thankfully for speedy glass they were able to one day order my windshield, I dropped off my car in the morning and picked it up the same day! Thumbs up guys! Thanks for the awesome customer experience!

They fixed my car windshield chip and gave me guarantee chip not going to expand with crack . But after few weeks one long crack appeared on my windshield which start from the chip . I went back to the speedy glass . They said yes it start from the chip . So they failed to fix the chip and they said they will give me $80 discount on the new windshield which is $400 something . So please confirm with them what is the guarantee they claim . Im not satisfied with the service they gave me .
