The worst customer service all over Petro canada i ever been. There are two old ladies working there doesn’t even say hello not friendly at all always rude behavior. There washrooms are most of the time closed or dirty as hell. I have been there 4 times and 2 times they were ran out of disel for semi trucks. I suggest owner should better take care of it.

Asked politely regarding men's room. Was rudely told if men wanted a restroom they shouldn't have broken it and no you can't use the women's. I pointed out, again politely, that I wasn't the one who broke it. Was told by attendant he's tired of fixing it. This place will never see another dime of my money.

Bathrooms were in very poor condition. Writing in the men's bathroom wall on my last 3 stops there in 3 weeks. Common you operate a business with truckers . Shame on you petro Canada. Spend some money on bathroom maintenance. It's pathetic

Really bad experience from last 4-5 times morning lady staff is really rude dont want to help at all, washrooms were dirty and unhygienic especially considering that we are pandemic and they always have new excuse for you, when they don’t wanna clean washrooms, long haul drivers plan their trip according to stops where they can use restrooms looks like for gas stations money is everything. At top they don’t want to give you any contact information where you can complain about it.

Place is a effing dump. need to call ahead if they have fuel or if the pumps are working. Driving a truck in this dump is easy but getting out is another story specially when trucks are parked right in the middle of the exit and drivers are either sleeping or in the restaurant. I will be happy when the other fuel stop opens up just around the corner where the old Husky used to be. .

The only good thing about this truck stop is the Tim Horton’s across the road. The fuel islands are filthy. The parking is poor. The showers are not large or clean and it’s rare to be able to get one. I tried last night and again this morning with no luck. Last week when I did get one, I brought up the state of the shower (dirty, and mirror smashed) to the employee at the cash he all but called me a liar. I’ll be buying my fuel elsewhere from now on.

I will not be visiting this location any longer on my next trip up to Cochrane. I was greeted with an employee who was not interested in having my lottery tickets checked or cashed nor cared at all about being there. When she finally did try to check them. Both ticket's winning $2 but only paying out $2 instead of $4 claiming she had left a toony on the table moments before, to which I replied that I had not seen her do so. She responded well someone took it!!! Frustrated, I was in a hurry to leave, I than decided to phone them back and requested to speak to the manager, shortly after speaking with him, I was assured that he would look into it asap and get back with me the next day. It's been 4 days now and still waiting. It's evident, both the employee and the manager need some retraining on how to deal with customers. If not, get another Job! Will NOT recommend!

They are selling bad gas here. My trucks mileage dropped from 1000km per full tank to 550km per full tank. After filling my truck at this location.

Diesel pump 3 hose leaking bad. Went in and told the 2 young people working, nothing they could do about it. I had to to put pylons out to close the pump. I then moved to pump 4 and satellite hose was torn apart. They already knew about that. I could only put in 160 litres of fuel and they said I needed 220 litres to use the shower. Had to go back to my truck and get another Petro-Pass receipt from North Bay to prove I had enough litres bought in the past 24 hrs. Showers were not clean at all. Store is small and crowded.

Worst management ever ... i went for shower they told me you need to fill up and bring the receipt... thats fine every place do that ... but when i pulled my truck for diesel there was no diesel .. i went in again and told there's no diesel ... the lady working told me to than you cant take shower you have to wait until diesel truck arrives ... never stopping here again for diesel

Loved the customer service the guy at the desk was the only one working I believe so, talking for aug 19,2021 around 10:00pm, he made sure to clean the shower before we could use it, it’s so rare in Canadian truck stops but it was impressive to see dedicated customer service and nice to use a clean shower ! Making this my permanent stop just because of the customer service and clean showers !

I'll never stop here again!!! They will not see another red cent from for anything!! Guy was rude ignorant to what was going on with there so called driveway to which I was not blocking (in point of fact) , he was trying to call the police on me (they never showed up) but once the truck beside me on the right left everything start flowing again. Guy from inside was also stating he has been working there for two years he knows who is at fault! Well I had been going to this stop for 15 years and I'll repeat tou will never see another red cent from me and I'll be advising every other driver I know to never stop here again
