Professional, honest service. I took my BC car in for an Ontario safety. Marco took a look at it, told me exactly what needed to be done - no surprises, everything he said needed to be fixed were things I knew needed it anyways. Dropped off the car for repair, he got it done on time, and there were no surprise charges. I would recommend this shop 100%.

I am finally home to write this review about the amazing guys at O2 Automotive. I was on the way to Quebec for a holiday with my girlfriend and I had my "check charging system" light come on. Mind you my car nearly has 300,000kms on it so it was a matter of time. I Quickly pulled off the road and found these guys near by. They had my car looked at in a matter of minutes and told me I needed a new alternator as unfortunately suspected. That was the just the start of the 5 star service, they proceeded to call around to every shop in the local area to see if they could locate the part for me. But for a 2006 Acura in Iroquois, Ontario that's easier said then done. They couldn't find the part but they offered to have it express shipped to them for the morning after. I had no choice but to say yes. They said the car would be done by 10:45am the next morning but when we arrived to wait there around 10:15am the car was essentially done waiting for us, we couldn't believe it! They charged us an incredibly fair price for such a rushed job and we were on the road again continuing our trip. If only you guys were closer to the Toronto area I'd take me car here all the time! Thanks again to you both at O2 Automotive, my next time passing by ill be sure to stop in!

Many thanks for quick service and compassion from the guys at O2 Automotive. On the way to our holiday in Quebec, our car's "charging system" notification blinked on, suspecting battery, alternator problems. These guys were the closest place we could find, and we were not disappointed. A quick look and it was obvious we couldn't continue driving to our destination, and had to stay overnight in town. Unfortunately the part we needed could not be shipped out fast enough to have same-day service, but the lads at O2 Automotive not only had the part expressed shipped the next day, but had it done earlier than expected! Fair pricing, friendly service. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for making this not-so-fun experience bearable!

I moved from Ottawa a year ago and the other day coming from ottawa to home in iroquois I noticed my brakes dragging. Not knowing any mechanics in the area I did my research and found o2 automotive had good reviews. I made an appointment the next morning and took my truck in for service. I was given an estimate that seemed very reasonable so I went ahead with the work. I recieved a call a couple hours later informing me that a relatively small part was worn out and told it needed to be replaced and was given a revised estimate and went ahead with the work. All the work was done on time no surprises in the price and I couldn't be happier with the work. Eric was very polite and informative and professional. I will certainly be going back to o2 automotive for all my future work. All in all if you want friendly small town service and the job done right at very reasonable prices this is the place. Thankyou so much Eric for your professionalism and integrity. A customer for life.

Came in with one problem. Left with problem fixed and no others found. They seem like very honest mechanics. I had to go in because of a problem with my brakes. They found the problem quickly and fixed it at a very reasonable price. They didn't try and upsell any other services or find other "problems". Very polite and prompt.

He fixed our car for less than half the price than other places AND he saved the car as there was a huge nest inside the engine that other mechanics had missed that was about to catch fire. These guys are awesome. I broke down nearby on the 401 and they were incredibly accommodating, letting me use their phone, wifi etc., while waiting for a ride. On top of that they walked me through the entire repair process, helped me find high quality parts, had the car fixed and back on the road much faster then I anticipated AND ended up coming in below their initial quote. If I didn’t live in Montreal I would use here guys for every single mechanical need I had, and I 100% intend to use them whenever I am in the area. 10/10, great service and expertise - I very highly recommend them.

I had the BEST experience at this garage. I had a tire issue last Sunday and decided to wait until Monday to deal with it when this garage was open. I called as soon as they opened on Monday and they told me to come right in and they’d look at it. They had my car fixed up and back on the road in an hour. Both of the gentleman I dealt with were professional, friendly and informative. There was no attempt to suggest anything more than what was needed. I highly recommend this garage!

I find as a woman who knows very little about cars, I am often wary about quotes I receive for work that needs to be done on my car. For this reason, I drive from Ottawa to Iroquois to see Eric and Marco. They are honest, have reasonable prices and educate you on basic information so you have an understanding of what is happening with your car and where your money is going.
