Great. Love the recent improvements. I enjoy being able to buy my tickets on the nice imagine cinemas website and being able to skip lines. Not perfect though as cost of food (not unusual for the cinema) is just ridiculous.

Watch many movies at this location. Always good! They have changed a great deal since I was younger. They do offer refills for popcorn and pop which is great. Reserved seating is a nice touch.

I go to this theatre 10-20 times a year, and my experiences now are WAY better than what they were before. Generally clean, but they get to them fast enough. Seats are good, although you do get the odd one that feels like someone jumped on them. Temperature is usually comfortable, I've only complained once of it being too hot during the summer with a fully packed Friday release. Video quality is very good for a small town, although the brightness could be turned up a bit for some movies. It's no IMAX, but I've never complained about it EXCEPT for 3D movies. I don't think it's bad quality, just why do they have tinted glasses for a movie that might already not bright enough. Even Moana 3D I found too dark.

Saw Infinity War, didnt get kicked out when I couldn't hold back the wail of my heart breaking. Seats were comfy in the luxury theatre. Even though it was packed, I didnt feel like the stranger to my right was in my personal space.

Honestly, the place is always filthy. I understand it's hard to keep up with traffic in-between movies, but a quick pass with a broom would go a long way in the lobby. Very over priced as well, as all theatres are, however theatres farther south are much larger, cleaner and nicer... and they charge the same amount. Why are we paying the same amount for much less? That being said, the staff are always very nice, and the theaters themselves are always very clean.

I watch lots of things. As a man born with 2 (two) eyes, I have spent every waking moment watching, seeing, viewing, and peeping. Not peeping at Tom's, though, that's weird. I have since fallen down the rabbit hole of Marvel films, the nuance and intricacies they weave into the storylines have enthralled me in a way I never thought possible. Moving to Timmins from the great big city, the world where Silver City reigns supreme, I was worried I wouldn't get to see the Avengers clap some cheeks on the big screen. I was wrong, and Cinema 6 is a great place. The chairs are so comfortable I might start working from home inside the theatre. Their staff aren't afraid to absolutely soak your popcorn in butter, which was a welcome surprise. The nachos are, like my 56 year old daughter says, bussin bussin. The candy variety could be seen by some as lacking, but they have peanut M&Ms, so I can't complain. If you like movies, shows, or have a pair of eyes, this is the place for you.

Went to see Black Panther tonight. It was supposed to start at 6:45, but when we went to take our seats, we discovered it had already started. It was already about 20 minutes in. Refunded our tickets, but not the food we bought. This is just the latest in a long series of problems I've had here. I'm done. They've lost me as a patron.

Comfy seats. Great view and sound. Cinema Temperature is good. Customer service is not the greatest for my first time being here... The ticket man should tell us which direction to go for the movie we are watching. There were 3 staff standing around while we stood waiting to get popcorn. We watched one of the employees spin his dusty broom in front of the open popcorn dispenser..eeww. The only employee who helped us is a 4th staff member who arrived with his buckets of ice, thanks to him we were able to get service. When he asked his co-worker to prepare the popcorn, he had to repeat 3 times before someone heard and lent a helping hand. Not impressed for our first time.....

While there was an issue with the pre-booked tickets and rescheduling online, I can confidently say the management of the cinema takes customer service to heart. The luxury seats are amazing, the popcorn and nachos are great movie snacks and while human errors may occur they do care and strive to continue to provide a great movie going experience.

Smaller than the average cinema but still had nice reclining chairs when I checked out Rambo. Was an older movie so lots of seats available. Temperature was good but a little chilly. Tuesday movies with reclining seats was only $9 which is pretty cheap. Front staff is friendly but only one person working. Might be faster to use the machine or purchase online. Overall no problems.

Renovated theatre with new VIP option with pick your own seat and recliner seating. Makes the movie watching experience more enjoyable. It may be a bit more expensive but worth it. The movie selection in general is good but sometimes movies you look forward to seeing don't make it to this location.

Very good place to go, usually it has most of the new movies that come out in theatres but one of the biggest flaws I've had in my experience at Cinema 6 was the fact that their payment methods didn't include contactless payments. This means no tap, no Google Pay, no Apple Pay, Samsung Pay .etc For a movie theatre that was a monopoly in Timmins this is unacceptable. Basically this ruined a lot of my experience here. Step it up!

I've lived in Timmins for most of my life... It would be nice to be able to call and speak to a human not a stupid robot.... Concession stand is still a rip off.... Tickets are same price as other movie theaters..... Lobby is usually dirty and food everywhere... I've gone to watch shows and stepped on food and chocolate bars left by people up and down the main isle and the rows too, gum under the seat.... Like just gross

I don't really know what to say, It's a disgusting place. The unfortunate part is we have no where else to go in town to see movies. I mean, I'd expect it to be expensive, It is at any movie theater, But still you'd think that the extra three bucks for a cola would go towards cleaning that damned place.

My family used to go mostly just for the popcorn. I frequently go just to pick up popcorn without going for a movie. Unfortunately now portion sizes have decreased and prices have increased. The drink sizes have been halved, so that halfway through the show, you have to get up for a refill which is ridiculously expensive. That is, if the concession stand is even still open. What is most upsetting, is the change in popcorn seasoning. It was the best part of the popcorn Now it only comes with a single tiny packet, less flavors, and they don't taste anything like they used to. They're too sweet. All in all, sadly I'm done with cinema 6.

Luxury seating is nice but it was very dirty during this visit. Cup holders had crusty used candy in them, floors were dirty with previous food containers, long lines at concession. The place isn't being taken care of very well at all, it's too bad we would go more often if it was cleaner and lines were shorter. For the price you pay to go, it's not the way it once was.

I remember when this theater first opened. In need of an update though. Some staff are more lively than others. Was a bit put off at seeing candy stuck to the floor for first seating during a Sunday Matinee. Asked for it to be removed, and it eventually was. Enjoyed my movie (Godzilla: King of the Monsters) which is all that counts. A shame that the people across from me wouldn't stop with their colour commentary, but it is what it is (not the theater's fault). I'll go again because it's the only game in town and I enjoy watching certain films on the big screen.

Went to the Lux cinema last night Nov 11. First off need to take out a loan just to get a bottle water $5.00, never again. And we are now in November there is snow on the ground there’s no need to waste money having the air conditioning turned up to the point where we had to put on our jackets. We usually go once a week or when ever shows are on we wanna see ...seats in regular theatres need to get cleaned some how and the floors..I find it sticky in their alot.. we have been lucky most shows we want to see play in the lux which is alot nicer...bring a sweater cuz it always gets chilly! Sound and video quality is ok not as good as other city's but this theater is the only one we have here.

Hello, Cinema 6 now has a new management team. We are working very hard to make your movie viewing experience a better one. We are currently expanding our lobby entrance and have installed two ticket kiosks. Although we are still in the process of connecting them once they are up you will be able to scan your online ticket or buy a ticket with your debit or credit card. This will enhance traffic flow and hopefully we won't have a line up of people waiting outside in our -50 degree weather. We will also be offering freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate and French Vanilla (in the process as well) as well as a variety of teas for those that prefer a hot drink instead of a pop. Decided to take my father to see Fallout (Mission Impossible) in the vip. Reclining seats were grest, although everyone in the theatre had to cover their ears from the extreme loudness from the audio!! Also would of been nice to get a drink and a popcorn, kept checking, but the line up never ended. Up date please, open on other side of counter and hire a few more kids !!

Sounds is often off from the movie (voices too quiet, improper surround sound mix) and too quiet. I shouldn't be able to hear the guy on the other side of the theater whisper to his buddy. Always dirty, floors are sticky. Concession takes cash only and the entire lobby is filthy.

Really bad experience , really my first bad experience going to any movie theatre, my first time trying Cinema 6, I gave them chances tried it probably 4 times in the short time here (one of the employees of actually alright) .unfriendly and argumentative employees who do not know how to deal with customers. I am big supporter of cinema industry and live going to movies even more now that coved put them in a bad situation but god I shouldn’t have tried Cinema 6. Today was the last straw for me. I am a soldier and love going to movie on my time off but I know from now on I would not going to movie if my only choice is Cinema 6. Also today I felt a bit of racial bias which just make me sad.

Very small In comparison to newer movie theatres, but their is 1 screen inside with leather recliners that is fantastic. Just too bad they werent all like that. The popcorn is amazing. I actually prefer it over silver city popcorn.

They've done a lot of improvements and I appreciate the luxury recliners in 2 of its theatres. The seating is still plateaued so you do get some head visual if a person in front of you doesnt recline or is really tall. Also it would be nice if they would partner with a pizza joint and just get pizzas delivered and kept in a spin oven. Theres no options in terms of "real food" comparatively to its competitors. I give a modest 3 stars..

Worst theatre ever. Bought advanced tickets to see Avengers:Endgame in VIP. To get to the theatre to be told that the movie times were changed and nobody was notified so it was an hour into the movie. Now cannot see it in VIP as they are sold out and is being removed. Very unhappy with the service received and would rate a 0 stars.
