I would not recommended this hotel if you a staying as a group/team. We had issues with trying to cancel the second night of a 2 night stay. Apparently you have to give 30 days notice to make any cancellations. Our reason for cancelling the second night was out of our group/team's control..... I called the manager 3 times to discuss, and I have yet to hear back from her. As a business traveller I try to book Hampton Hotels when possible because I have always been very satisfied with their properties and I will continue to book with Hampton ..but In the future, should business or pleasure bring me back to Timmins, I will be booking at a different hotel....there are other options available in Timmins. Hampton Inn Timmins, a business that is in the accommodation business, is not very "accommodating"!

Great hotel, nice and clean, lacks few services.

This hotel is in a great location. Right near the downtown and the mall. There is also many restaurants close by including a Boston pizza in the same parking lot. The staff are also very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The pool is a regular Hampton Inn pool but was very clean. The beds are soft and comfortable as well. The breakfast was great with lots of choices for waffle toppings.
