Un Prix OK sur un budget étudiant. Le jour d'après je reçoit un coup de fil disant que mon auto était prêt mais ils "nous avons oublié de calculer une pièce lors de l'estime". Cette pièce était de 324$ plus tax... Si cela aurait été dans l'estime, je n'aurais pas fait arrange mon auto. Rendu à Gareau Toyota ils me disent que je dois payer le tout. Je comprends que ceci est une erreur, mais ce n'est pas mon erreur. Avoir eu un estimé de 1724$ je n'aurais pas réparer l'auto. La fille retourne parler à sa boss et reviens me dire qu'elle ira moitié moitié. Et qu'il faudrait qu'on assume les deux son erreur? Par après j'ai demandé à parler directement avec la boss. Le pire c'était l'attitude de la boss. La gérante du service technique. Elle ma dit que si ce n'était pas 50-50 quelle devrait charger elle qui a fait l'erreur,et a suivi ceci en disant que elle se sentira pas bien comme personne de faire sa à quelqu'un (ce qui ma laissé juge sur ma moralité vu que je veut pas assumer leur erreur. Alors nous avons sortie de la en se sentant juger sur nos valeurs MORALES de ne pas vouloir payer pour leurs erreur. Qui fait ça !?!? Horrible service !! Je ne retourne jamais la. Jai sortie de la jugé comme personne.

I bought my 2022 Toyota Sienna with them. The whole process was smooth and they really know what they are doing especially considering I live Montreal and had to drive 550Km to pick the the van. But it was all worth it as I needed it before Christmas and every dealership in Montreal and Ontario did not have it in stock. If they did, it was already sold due to the chip shortage. So you can imagine my disbelief when I called and Simon told me he has one coming in mid November. All I had to do was put down a deposit, get financing approved and that was it. They were very prompt to answer all my questions and anything related to finance, Simon was able to quickly walk over to Julie the accountant's office and put me on speaker. They guilded me through everything need to make the purchase/pickup without any hiccups. Really good staff. Everything was done over the phone/email. I only met them for the first time on the day of the pickup. Would Highly reccomend. They know what they are doing.
