La veille, mon conjoint et moi allons porter le véhicule au concessionnaire puisqu'il a un RV pour installer le blociteur et démarreur a distance et changement d'huile le lendemain. Je prend la peine de m'informer le matin pour savoir quand l'auto va être prête durant la journée :vers 12h max 13h. Je prends la peine de spécifier que je me retrouve sans véhicule a amos a attendre... L'auto a été prête a 16h !!! J'ai téléphoné 4 fois pour savoir si l'auto était prête.. on me répond ha ds un heure.. mais des heures après toujours pas prêt! Ne prête pas d'auto a leur client... Bien meilleur service après vente dans d'autres concessionnaires !!!!!
