It was not a good experience at all. It took three weeks for the financial manager to even look at the fact we wanted a car. The sales person that we were dealing with was never in the building everytime I called. The first week the people were all optimistic about us getting a new car and they said they would do everything. It felt that way for the first two days and then after that.. we felt as if we were an after thought. No one was getting back to us and my gf that was the one buying the car never heard anything. They never called. The second week, the only time they would do something is if I called and was on them...I have not seen such lack of work ethic. Once again the sales person that we were dealing with was always "out" or off that day. This went on for the rest of the week. The final third week, i FINALLY got to talk to the financial manager. He tells me this is the first he has heard of our interest in the car. I do admit that he did try to help us but in the end it did not work out. Needless to say that can go into a car dealership and be out with a car in three or four days but this is the first time it took three weeks and I never heard so many excuses on why things were not getting done. Im going to another dealership for sure and take whatever hit they give me but at least it will get done within an acceptable timef rame.

I expected to get a 2013 at the newest, and ended up in an awesome 2018 Kia Optima which I love and makes me feel super safe to this day, which makes my family happy ????

So when I found out that I actually needed a new car, I went straight there. Everyone there made the process so much easier than I had previously experienced with other car dealers. I went there to see what he could offer me, and I walked out with the keys of a 2013 Ford Focus. I highly recommend them. We had bad credit from a very bad car deal when we were advised to check out port city auto. We had bought an suv that had major engine problems and had constant repair costs and it caused us to miss payments, the dealer we bought it from was a nightmare. Port city auto was our saving grace! They got us into a car that is a perfect fit for our family, extremely reliable and managed to get us financing at a low interest rate! We live out of province and they delivered our car within 48 hours, it was such a Hassel free experience! By far the best experience I've had buying a car from a dealership!

Went in to look at cars for my wife. Staff was pushy to take a credit card deposit so I could take a car home for the night. I did not want to take a car for the night and I made it clear multiple times. Could not get a price from the sales people. They kept saying "make an offer". Then we were told "our credit was not good" and there would be extra cost associated with the car and we could only pick this or that. Went to another dealer that week and picked what I wanted off the lot with super low interest and no jassle. Went back to that same other dealer 3 months later and bought a second car with no issues. Will Never go back to port city again.

Here's a review for you. My now ex and I bought a car from there. She stopped making payments and according to the loan info I have finally received, the loan papers were put through from No Bull Auto, my employment was listed as a job I held 23 years ago and I make $43,000/year. I have never made that much in a single year so I'd trust these guys as far as I could throw one of their used cars. And Brent is one of their employees and the other Hoy guy is probably a family member

Then when said was going with another dealership he became harassing and began to tell me off. I can't imagine a company allowing such a person work for them. If he acts this way then I can only imagine he would be dishonest with me financing with them. So sad to know there's people and companies out there like this.

Wow what an experience. I had no intentions of getting a new car but I received a call Wednesday afternoon about an application I made several years ago. I told them I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere. We talked for a few moments about what I’d like to see in a new vehicle from type to price etc and the next afternoon my new car was delivered right to my work place. I didn’t have to do a thing or go anywhere. Now I have a 2017 Nissan which is 5 years newer than my old car. They took care of paying out my old car and getting me into a much newer car for about that same cost. Got my interest rate cut in half and didn’t get sucked into a 7 year loan either. Was hands down the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. They will have all my future business. Thanks to Corey at Port City who made it fast and easy. Highly recommended.

Was happy when I got my car from them but few days of driving it it was clunking bad in the front so I took it in got it looked at and the sway bar links both front drivers and front passengers side was broke shouldn’t have passed inspection but the paid to fix it and 4 months down the road I am stuck with a $1500 fix on the passengers side air bag thanks port city auto for telling me you would get me out of this and into something else and than come back and tell me there is nothing you can do not a happy customer and I will never ever deal with these people again ????????????????

The guy that helped me was very friendly and helpful got me into a suv pretty smoothly at a good price even supposedly had the car facts.lol Within 9 months of oweing the vehicle the heater never worked took 30mins to start to blow hot the valve cover leaked oil all over the engine filled the car with smoke,both tire rod ends were beat out of it which in turn destroyed the tires the shifter on the car does not stay locked in place when in gear, the a/c doesn't work and the heater blows endless heat now thanks portcity auto for everything the endless repair bills on top of the payments. Absolutley a complete peice of junk

My experience at port city auto was not so good, yes ryan and mike were good at finding me a suv, got the suv delivered 4 days after it being at mechanics, paint was falling off around the fenders, I ha to fix it because they wouldn’t unless I took it to them and cost me bridge, and hotel, took it to get it licensed and all the dates were wrong on the inspection, one month later wheel barren went in suv, lights all on dash asked if they could fix it cause it was at the mechanics for 4 days, Ryan said he would ask his boss and get back to me GUESS WHAT he must have blocked me cause I never heard from him since!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Buyer bewaregot a car in dec 2018 had problems in the first week in February they finally call me back to bring my car into nab auto at 80 raddall burnside because I give them a bad review so I took it down before I took it to nab auto and nab auto said it was a flex in my frame the car was fine it's not fine it needs a controll arm sway bar links and strut mounts back brakes and rotters I now have to pay for I called Ryan and told him I'm not happy tell Norbert the owner to call me that was February its April still no call a flex in the frame really and one of there employees told me to come down here to knock me out the owner told me not to mind him he's an ex boxer and how funny that my car got scratched that week in February when the boxer said he was going to knock me out.nab and port city auto the ploice will be investigating under the moter vehicle act. you lost my business I'll never be back

Terrible experience. I immediately got a "wierd used car salesman greasy feel" from the place. Their main goal is to put a person in a vehicle no matter if they like it or not. As long as the price is high and they rake in profits. Their goal is numbers... not pleasing customers. A salesman named Adam is the worst of the worst. Total grease. He had me go five hours away from my home to get a vehicle he promised he had that didn't even exist. Told me that the dealership gets 30 cars a week from the auction. Told me he had FIVE of the vehicles I was looking for on the lot as we spoke on the phone. I showed up and there was a total of 13 cars on the lot and NOT ONE of the SUV I was wanting. He said "I have just the car for you!" I said "I came here for an SUV! Not a car!" His response "What? You don't like the car??". There I am... no transportation... no way back to my home... and NO SUV like he said he had. Total liar and scumbag. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE.

The car from the accident was a special one of a kind from the U.S, and it was deemed not drivable, which is disapointing.
