Buying a car here was a breeze. I fell in love with a Passat there and was approved for financing in a matter of minutes. The car is super clean, fast and fun. There was a small hang up in right at the start when the Passat started misfiring but this was dealt with immediately and without any kind of hassle, it was evening when it happened and by mid afternoon the next day I had my car back and it’s running like a dream. I highly recommend this dealership and they will be my first choice for my second vehicle!

I have purchased two cars from Kevin and Cam at Island Auto Pros. I was amazed when the second car developed a unforeseen problem. I had already had the car for two mths. Island Auto Pros has really fast turn over for cars. I found myself checking back weekly too look for the "right car". I eventually found a car that I absolutely loved! The only downside, the check engine light was on, after taking it for a drive, Gary had his guy check the codes, and they replaced the faulty parts before I bought the car! The next day, the engine light came back on. I took it to get diagnosed a local dealer, and then went back to Island Auto Pros. To my surprise, Kevin sent the car to his shop and got the recommended work done. The car now runs perfectly fine and no check engine light. If you need and affordable car, and a company that stands behind their cars, I would recommend Island Auto Pros.

This is the worst car dealership on the island, and when I say the worst I do not use that word lightly. I have talked to multiple people around town such as mechanics, tow truck drivers, and other people in the industry and they all have the same stories. My family had the worst experience for months with this place. I am disgusted with the customer service, and the level of lies they are willing to tell. Be warned even their own staff will tell you not to buy their vehicles because they are junk... their own employees!

At 1st they were very helpful my 1st vehicle was a write off during the snowfall they helped me get into another vehicle right away... ive had many issues with this vehicle since i got it they took back to a mechanic twice ive been on stand by my warranty is almost up they will no longer answer me. My extended warranty is through Lubrico and what needs to be done they will not cover... so island auto pro knows this after all their reassurance now i get nothing and I'll be stuck with a dud and im telling all ppl who are looking for a vehicle dont go to island auto pro

Great place for used cars. Whole experience was very easy and quick. They got me into a car that suited my needs exactly and for the price I could afford. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the car was supposed to be detailed before I picked it up and the cleaning was definitely subpar. Lots of dirt and dog hair left from the previous owner. But overall a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable option.

However Kevin went well beyond what most dealers would have and rectified the problems. Very grateful for having the pleasure of dealing with them. Worst dealership/customer service imaginable. Lied about the condition of the car. They said it was a great reliable car. Took car to a licensed mechanic who said the vehicle is unsafe to drive and made a list a mile long with all the problems. Would not refund any money. Absolutely disgusted by this company and its employees. I feel like they pay someone off to make their unsafe vehicles pass inspection.

I referred someone here because i know the owner which apparently meant i was to get a referral bonus of $200. He also asked me to paint his windows for the holidays. As soon as i decided i couldn't afford the vehicle he was trying to sell me, he ignored me for 2 weeks and then told me he changed his mind and i was no longer getting a bonus referral and he no longer wanted his windows painted. Sorry to the friend i referred as she also ended up with a lemon. **Response to Kevin: I was checking financing because I was interested in the vehicle. Whatever you had me sign you said was just about checking financing. Stop playing this off like you're the victim here. I will NOT be stopping in.

Horrible experience since day one! The heater did not work, so they tried to fix it twice, and it still doesn't work as it should. And then, when i got it back, the key fob no longer worked. A couple weeks after i had the vehicle, it stalled on the highway which was so dangerous because my 2 young children were in the backseat. After that i wanted to trade it in, but instead of trading it, they offered me another vehicle! Why would i want a 2nd vehicle from there? Now, it keeps dying, which requires me to jump it every time i want to use it! And yes, i did change the battery and make sure all the lights are always off. Also, the driver side window has dropped and needs to be taped to remain closed. The list will continue, I am sure of it. I needed a reliable vehicle, what i got was the complete opposite!
