Spoke to Wayne when I found out I was moving to Greenwood. Told him what the family requirements were well ahead of time. He kept in regular e-mail contact to advise me of their changing stock and highlight anything that meet our needs. He found us the perfect car and sorted out the finance and all the paperwork well ahead of time so all we had to do was turn up, sign the papers and leave in our new vehicle. The car was well presented and their after sales were exceptional too. I recommend them to s couple of my friends who also used them for their vehicles.

Best car buying experience ever. I was anxious to even go out and look at cars because it's always been a stressful experience for me, but the people at Greenwood Auto made it easy! Wayne, Rebecca, and Ron were all so friendly and easy to talk to. They answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The best part? No one pressured me at all into making a quick decision (I visited them 4 times before I made up my mind and no one seemed annoyed with me, lol), or tried to talk me into something I didn't want or wasn't sure of. Ron showed me whatever vehicle I wanted to see, more than once. Rebecca worked to get me the best interest rate and gave me the time I needed to read and understand the paperwork, which I've been rushed through everywhere else. Wayne addressed the only concern I had quickly and easily so that I was satisfied with my purchase. They're a great team and I would definitely recommend them!

We were given a more than fair trade in value for our vehicle and once we decided to move forward, the transaction was done with ease due to Rebecca and Theodore's professionalism. The typical car salesman pressure did not exist from this outfit. They were informative, helpful, and excellent to deal with. I was very excited to test drive a car here that looked perfect online. I drove 2 hours to the dealership to find that the car was missing a back wiper blade, had dangerously bald and under inflated tires, and had body damage that was not disclosed. Similar cars on the lot seemed to be in equally bad condition. I was completely turned off and very disappointed because the price was quite high on this car. They returned my deposit without a hassle and were all very nice, but I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

Buyer beware. I purchased a 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300 AMG Appearance Package Sedan from Greenwood Auto Sales in October 2019 for the average value of what that car cost in October 2019. The process seemed honest enough however, upon purchasing the car I was not provided a Carfax report, nor were any accidents disclosed leaving me with the impression that the car had not been in any accidents. In the colder months I started to have issues with the rear driver’s side door not latching closed and thought it was just due to the cold, but the problem persisted even as the weather got warmer. Unfortunately, this issue was not covered in the aftermarket warranty I had purchased. This month, I decided that it was time to part with the car as my needs changed and I required a different type of vehicle. It was very surprising, upon bringing the car in on trade, that I found out that the car had been in several accidents totaling around $8,000 in damage and one of these accidents was damage to the driver’s side of the car (which explained why the door wasn’t working). Also, there were several owners for this car that was only six years old. Due to all of this I did not get the average trade-in value out of the car and took a significant loss. This being said, had this all been disclosed, it wouldn’t necessarily deterred me from purchasing that beautiful Mercedes-Benz C300 but I certainly would not have paid what I did for it. Don’t make the same mistake, pay the $40 and get a Carfax report or ask the dealership to provide one.

Donnie and Wayne have been looking after me since December 2013. My car I had was pretty much done. They provided a 2007 Ford Focus nick named the Get After It mobile. It has done more trips back and forth from Cambridge then I can count. Its about to do its 3rd trip to Florida. The staff always makes sure I am well looked after. Not just with my transportation but making sure any accomodations for races and being there for every fundraiser I put on for my pursuit to be a paralympian and some day one of the best wheelchair racers in the world. The dealership is very community minded with local fundraisers and amatuer sports teams. Best used car dealership in the east coast of Canada period.

This is the most unprofessional use sales you will ever find.... they don't answer there phone or message back... this is my experience with such a so called professional. Yesterday I reached out on kijiji to purchase one of there ads. He was very fast to reply to my response I asked a couple questions with quick reply. Then with his answers I decided to make the purchase I then called the dealership several times (6l with no answer also sent several messages online no reply. I tryed til after 10pm online lastnight NO RESPONSE. I then sent a message at 6 am this morning letting them no there would be someone available to pick up the machine today I just need to no the details to payment. Still no response. Almost 4 hours later WOW I get a message but this is the message sorry its sold..... in the beginning very responsive to my couple questions. The nothing. This dealership could be the last place to purchase anything and I would walk before I gave them my money.... so you take this review how you like but I would not purchase anything from this company. To reply to the unprofessional reply to make it look like they are good people... I started calling at 10:43 am right after the last kijiji reply. To arrange payment not a deposit. I just checked my calls to this so called company and there was 17 call yesterday...... the funny thing is I just tryed to call 3 more times this morning and again 5 minutes ago with no one answering the phone... if there is an out side source that deals with online reply they where great to answer my questions but then when it was mentioned I would like to purchase it communication then stopped...... then I began to call. Again everyone, my advise everyone with being in business for over 15 years myself stay away from both these peoples company.

As a former mechanic, I was asked to look over an audi A5 2.0T for a friend that was on the lot at Greenwood auto sales. I immediately noticed a run in the paint in the drivers side front fender. Upon closer inspection, it was very obviously involved in a front end collision. Amongst other items, it required tires, brakes and it had a maintenance minder on the dash. Despite it being in below average-to-poor condition, the price was well above fair market price for a serviceable and clean-titled car. I had instructed my friend to ask about the front end damage when he returned. The salesperson eventually (and reluctantly) showed the history of the vehicle and that it had over $9000 in collision repair from 2 separate accidents. This was only disclosed after my friend had mentioned that he had taken the car to a mechanic who had noticed some issues. Maybe it was a fluke, maybe not. Either way, if you are set on buying and paying above fair market value for a vehicle from this establishment, I insist that you take it to a certified and trusted mechanic before you buy.

When we went looking for a "new to us car", we found one at Greenwood Auto Sales.Had it about 4 days and things started to go wrong. Wayne, John ,Jessie and all the rest of the wonderful staff, stepped up to make it right. They looked after a number of repair bills (about 3). Then it broke down again they told us to come back to the lot, that they wanted to get us into something trustworthy. We ended up in a wonderful Chevy Sonic(we love it btw).They looked after everything ,so we were able to drive away satisfied and above all else safe.I would recommend Greenwood Auto Sales to anyone and everyone. So you want to get a newer vehicle. But who can be trusted to not take advantage of you. Are not all car dealers in it to extract as much money as possible and leave you with with a lemon. I have found a place where this is just not the case. I bought a car from there and it had some issues, that preowned car dealer came to me, gave me a ride home and had my "new to me" car towed to a shop to get repaired at no cost to me. That sounds like a good deed but it did not end there, We had more problems so they paid for not 1 but 2 shops to diagnose the issue and give them a price. A hefty price it was but they stepped up and said yup fix it right for them. After all this cost and headache and 3 weeks of back and forth we think wow this is great service but it was still not fixed. Back to a dealership for that brand of car who reported it was one of 3 things ranging in price from an additional 2000 up to 6000 dollars and no 100% promise that would even be the end. So after all that money and time what was a used car dealer going to do? They had us come back in, select a different car, wiped out our previous purchase as if it never happened and got us into an awesome sonic which fit our needs and budget to a T. I can only close by saying Thank You Greenwood Auto Sales for being the most honest, open and ethical group of people in the industry. When I need another car in the years to come it will come from you. Family and friends will all be directed to you. People that I despise I will send to anyone else. because they do not deserve Wayne or John or Jessie or any of the other great people at Green Wood Auto Sales but I will probably send them to you anyway because maybe it will help even them be nicer people.

I want to start by saying, I did call ahead to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still there, which I was advised it was and they would call me if that changed before we arrived for test drive. The staff were all above and beyond helpful. I was nervous to say the least about buying a new vehicle but that didnt last. I have been looking on line for months and this was the first and only test drive needed. The price was great, the finance officer was just incredible and the sales guy was a great guy. (Sorry horrible with names). There was no pressure, no hidden fees and no regrets. Thank you all so much. Will be recommending to anyone who asks where they should get a vehicle
