Called and spoke to Nick about a BMW. Advised I was interested in coming in to test drive, however, was aware that the dealership closed at 8 pm (I called at 7:15pm). He ensured me that there would be someone available to take me for a test drive that close to closing time. I arrived at the dealership only to be told that Nick had left for the day and that a test drive was not available; big waste of time. For this and the fact that the dealership has been reported and fined twice for scamming customers, I would not recommend this dealership.

The worst experience ever. I had called this place and had spoken to Hassan on December 30th, 2020 at 2:45pm over the phone as I was enquiring about a 2004 Acura TL (Golden Color) that they had advertised on Kijiji Auto for $888+taxes. He had said it's available and I asked him if I can come see the car tomorrow and he said sure as he took my name and phone number down. December 31st (today) I call him while I'm on my way to Canadian Fine Motors, and Hassan confirmed that I can still come to check out the car. Once I get there, the front desk person, told me that the car is sold. I'm like sold? How? Because I had just spoken to Hassan about be coming down to check the car. I was told to wait as Hassan was busy with another client. I had waited and Hassan came to me and said, he apologies as he didn't know how this had happened. Moral of the situation is that, they sold the car when I had already told him I was going to come and check it out. The car was $888 I just needed the engine and transmission from that car as I am a Automotive Mechanic. I'm very disappointed because of Hassan selling the car after telling me that he's holding it for me. He could of easily told me over the phone today while I was on the way that the car is sold. But, he said to come in. 1) Wouldn't recommend this place. 2) I guess I needed to be one of the expensive car buyer to have it on hold I'm just trying to make a buck for myself and my family and this is the outcome I get from a well known dealership. Mr. Hassan, it was only $888, that probably isn't much for u to worry about but, you have lost one of many other clients from ME and perhaps this review! Take care, Chao. Husnain N.

Horrible experience at this dealership! A lot of broken promises. Sale rep Jay especially was very rude and failed to communicate important details. I went to purchase a vehicle, manager was 35 minutes late arriving. The information provided was thorough but many interruptions while trying to put the deal together. The vehicle was to go into shop to prepare for the sale, was told would be awhile so if i liked grab lunch and dealership would cover the cost of lunch (cost was never covered). Upon returning there were a few issues and the deal did not happen right then. My documentation for trade in was held by the dealership incase a deal could be made. Two days later the deal was totally off the table and was assured my documentation and deposit would be FedEX next day service. It is now 2 weeks later and after numerous phone calls i was told today Nov.06 that it was put in Canada Post snail mail. I might get in in 5 days if lucky .I feel these actions are unprofessional and totally unsatisfactory. Seems that you are somewhat important if making a deal otherwise you are not. Unprofessional actions are not a way to attract or keep customers will not buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. As a follow up to this review i think it fair to update. I have had a few phone conversations with staff and it appeared to be communication break downs. The matter has been resolved and i thank the staff who made this happen.

Did not participate in the buying process but I knew that they changed the brake pads right before purchase. They cut corners and didn’t change one of them, resulting in a damaged brake disc. They saved a couple dollars, hid it from me, and it resulted in hundreds of dollars of damages. Response: please fully understand my review before replying. Not being part of the buying process doesn’t mean that I didn’t buy a vehicle from you, I am merely unable to judge your service, but now I am getting a clue. You have 100% performed service on my vehicle, as the brake pads were changed between the test drive and pick up, it is unprofessional to shift blame.

Recently bought a second car from them, the next day the check engine light came on. Got the car diagnosed and decided I wanted to exchange my car for another one. Love the new car. I have already drove it long distance, gas mileage is great. They may try to sell you the warranty, it may work for some, but I decided not to get it based on many reviews about extended car warranties. Do your own research to decide. Also get a mechanic to check your car before you purchase the car. One thing I had to learn the hard way. My new car could have been cleaned "detailed" a lot better the second time I got them to do it, but over all the owner Hassan was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Chris and Nick were great as well. I would buy another car from them in the future and recommend them to friends.

Do not buy a car from here gave me soooo many issues buying my benz. Car didn't come safety or certified because the car didn't have mufflers, my sales rep told me that they were locating mufflers and car was getting safetied but found out the next day when I went to the dealership that the car wasn't gonna be safetied from the manager. PLEASE NOTE whenever I brought up a issue with the manager his only threat to me was take your deposit back like so unprofessional. They also told me the wrong warranty package telling me everything was covered finally when day came to pick up my car they told me they gave me the wrong warranty and I wasn't being covered for everything VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP AVOID AT ALL COST. all the promises given weren't done. car seat had a rip they told me they were gonna figure it out didn't touch it and gave me a car with a huge rip in the driver seat. I have screenshots and will upload within 48 hours to show how this dealership treats customers. THEY didn't even clean my car found the old owners stuff in the back seat pockets very unsanitary with covid happening found used up tissues under my spare tire have pictures of my car after i picked it up, had to send it out to get recleaned waste of money and time for me. THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T CARE FOR CARS I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES THEY ABUSE THEM AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CARS, not naming names my own car was curbed the first day i went to see it damaging my cars lip. PLEASE GUYS DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR LIES AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP FULL OF LIARS AND CHEAP PEOPLE. screenshots will be provided to make it more believable.
