Worst service department I have ever dealt with, took my car in to have a look at the right rear caliper as their was extensive wear/damage on the break disk. Ideally I wanted peace of mind. After a day and a half the representative told me after I needed to inquire about my vehicle that they are unable to verified if there is a problem only if I change the disks and pads that could be verified. Long story short they charged me $67.00 just to tell me to get the disks and pads replaced! Will not recommend this department for your service needs!!!! One star is too much......

Damaged a fellow VW owners rocker panels by not putting the vehicle on the lift properly. "factory trained technicians" more like tire monkeys paid $16/hr while the dealership charges a premium for "certified" service. goodluck.

I just want say how much thanksful to them. I went to a couple other place in Ottawa and Gatineau, they wouldn't do the car transfer for me, cause I m asking for Quebec plate with Ontario driver license. I can see they are helping me a lots, even I just bought a used car. The price is fair, and all the people work there are very friendly. Super recommend this place. I will give 8 out of 5 stars if possible.

Every time we took our car in to switch the tires they would find $1000+ worth of repairs to do. Last time l was most concerned about a weird noise. They told me it was the bushings. ~$500 and a full day later I drive out - nothing is fixed. Noise is worse than ever.

save yourself the headache and go somewhere else . If you want to talk to someone on the phone they will send you to voicemail and nobody will ever call back.had a wiper motor go out . they charged me 150 diagnostic fee to confirm it's the wiper motor which I told them it was. I guess they don't know how to troubleshoot anything without hooking it up to the computer. Then they wanted over 400 to get a new one and install it. I declined . Got one the same day somewhere else for 100 - took me 10 minutes to install. they called 2 weeks later that they got the wiper motor.

The service responsible was polite and tried to help but the overall VW service was very poor. My task was maybe challenging because my US purchased Tiguan need to be configured to be Quebec compliant. The result was that vehicle configuration is mismatching and driver windows are not functional. The dealership mentioned that they did not get support by VW Canada therefore they weren't able to fix the vehicle configuration. I was calling VW Canada and received mainly only excuses. My impression was that they don't want to help. It's better to sell a car. I did have an appointment with a sales representative at the same dealership but I have never witnessed such unmotivated interest to sell a car. The offers were so boring and non creative. It was sad. It seemed that VW doesn't even want to sell although during the Corona Crisis with terrible automotive sales. Last but not least I want to mention that my car was at the dealership for 8 weeks due to the Corona Crisis and the shutdown but also they failed to create a satisfactory customer experiences they didn't even clean my car. I have received a dirty dusty car back. Sad VW experience - Eine traurige Erfahrung mit Volkswagen. Ich glaube das nächste Auto wird ein Mercedes, BMW oder Audi. ..und Tschüss VW.

Worst service you can get. From buying, to servicing, even payment, everything is a frustrating experience to go through. Employees have no idea what they are doing and are just dishonest and will do everything to avoid helping you under the warranty. Very unfunctional organization as a whole. Great experience overall, ordered a hard to find car, they found it. Took a couple days longer to get so they gave me a loaner car. Once they got the car, it was prepped and windows tinted in 24 hours. Sales team was excellent, patient as I went back four times and two different test drives. I love my new Golf R! Thanks guys!

(Translated) I bought my new GTI Autobahn from a Volkswagen dealership in Montreal because they offered me a better price than Volkswagen in the Outaouais. Two days after taking possession of the car, the check engine light came on. I am calling the Volkswagen Outaouais service department to make an appointment. I waited all day and never got a call back. So I had to make my appointment online. On the day of the appointment I bring my car to the dealership and in the afternoon they call me to tell me that they don't have the required part and that my car will just be ready the next day. The next day I go get my car and everything is fine. The day after the repair, the check engine light came on again. I'm going back to Volkswagen de l'Outaouais to have it repaired. I am called to tell me that they are unable to find the problem and that Volkswagen Canada has sent them a long list of items to check on the car. In the end, it took them A WEEK to fix my car. They provided me with a courtesy car during this time, but you can tell it wasn't a GTI, but rather a base Golf. The day after picking up my car from the dealership, I noticed damage under the driver and passenger door. They clearly damaged my brand new car by putting it on the lift. The next day I go to the dealership once again (this is now my third visit in three weeks). I meet the director of the service department. At first she tried to insinuate that the damage was caused by the Montreal dealership when they PDI of the vehicle, but she ultimately confessed. She gives me an appointment a week later to have the damage repaired in a garage specializing in body repairs, and she tells me that it will take 2 days to repair it. Once again they provide me with a basic Golf as a courtesy car. Okay, it's only for 2 days right? No! It took them TEN DAYS to fix my car! It was now 40 days since I took possession of my car and, in all, it had spent 20 in the garage! And during that time I make payments for a GTI Autobahn, but I ride Golf CL. In addition, it was agreed that I would leave my car at the dealership and that they were responsible for bringing it to the body shop. The morning I left my car at the dealership, I put my car in "Eco" mode, but when I looked for it 10 days later, the mode was changed to "Sport"! This means that the employee who brought my car to the garage, was in the settings of my car to change the mode from "Eco" to "Sport". I can just imagine how this employee drove my new car…. This shows a great lack of professionalism on the part of their employees! When I asked for compensation for all the troubles and stress I had with this NEW car, much of which they are responsible for, they refused. They say I have already been compensated because they paid for the repairs and they gave me a courtesy car during that time. And also because it was a simple accident on their part and unintentional. And also because my car is low. What? So it’s my car’s fault and not the incompetence and negligence of their employees? All of these excuses are totally unacceptable! I do NOT recommend Volkswagen de l'Outaouais at all! (Original) J’ai acheté ma GTI Autobahn neuve dans un concessionnaire Volkswagen de Montréal, car ils m’offraient un meilleur prix que Volkswagen de l’Outaouais. Le jour du rendez-vous j’apporte ma voiture chez le concessionnaire et en après-midi on m’appelle pour me dire qu’ils n’ont pas la pièce requise et que ma voiture sera juste prête le lendemain. Le lendemain je vais chercher ma voiture et tout va bien. Le jour suivant la réparation, la lumière check engine s’allume de nouveau. Je retourne chez Volkswagen de l’Outaouais pour la faire réparer. On m’appelle pour me dire qu’ils sont incapables de trouver le problème et que Volkswagen Canada leurs ont envoyé une longue liste d’items à vérifier sur la voiture. Finalement, ça leur a pris UNE SEMAINE pour réparer ma voiture. Ils m’ont fourni une voiture de courtoisie pendant ce temps, mais on s’entend que ce n’était pas une GTI, mais plutôt une Golf de base. La journée après avoir été chercher ma voiture chez le concessionnaire, j’ai remarqué du dommage sous la porte conducteur et passager. Ils ont clairement endommagé ma voiture flambant neuve en la mettant sur le lift. Le lendemain je me rends encore une fois chez le concessionnaire (c’est maintenant ma troisième visite en trois semaines). Je rencontre la directrice du département du service. Au début elle essayait d’insinuer que les dommages avaient été causés par le concessionnaire de Montréal lorsqu’ils ont fait le PDI du véhicule, mais elle a finalement avoué leurs torts. Elle me donne un rendez-vous une semaine plus tard pour faire réparer les dommages dans un garage spécialisé en réparations de carrosserie, et elle me dit que ca va prendre 2 jours pour la réparer. Encore une fois ils me fournissent une Golf de base comme voiture de courtoisie. Bon d’accord, c’est seulement pour 2 jours non? Non! Ça leur a pris DIX JOURS pour réparer ma voiture! Ça faisait maintenant 40 jours que j’avais pris possession de ma voiture et, en tout, elle en avait passé 20 au garage! Et pendant ce temps je fais des paiements pour une GTI Autobahn, mais je me promène en Golf CL. En plus, il était convenu que je laisse ma voiture chez le concessionnaire et qu’ils étaient responsables de l’apporter chez le garage de carrosserie. Le matin où j’ai laissé ma voiture chez le concessionnaire, j’ai mis ma voiture en mode « Eco », mais lorsque j’ai été la cherché 10 jours plus tard, le mode était changé à « Sport »! Ce qui veut dire que l’employé qui a apporté ma voiture chez le garagiste, a été dans les réglages de ma voiture pour changer le mode de « Eco » à « Sport ». Je peux juste m’imaginer de quelle manière cet employé a conduit ma voiture neuve…. Cela démontre un très grand manque de professionnalisme de la part de leurs employés! Lorsque j’ai demandé pour un dédommagement pour tous les troubles et le stress que j’ai eu avec cette voiture NEUVE, dont une grosse partie ils sont responsables, ils ont refusé. D’après eux j’ai déjà été dédommagée, car ils ont payé pour les réparations et ils m’ont offert une voiture de courtoisie pendant ce temps. Et aussi parce que c’était un simple accident de leur part et non intentionnel. Et aussi parce que ma voiture est basse. Quoi? Donc c’est la faute de ma voiture et non dû à l’incompétence et à la négligence de leurs employés? Toutes ces excuses sont totalement inacceptables! Je ne recommande AUCUNEMENT Volkswagen de l’Outaouais!

Il faut croire qu’une fois la vente conclue, le service après vente n’est guère important pour eux. Si c’était à refaire, j’achèterais ailleurs sans hésiter!

Wasn't great. They sold me a good car at an average price, but that's about it. I understand language barriers but the guy helping me had trouble understanding what I would ask him in terms of maintenance, etc. They sold me 600$ worth of "extras" like washing the car (which was already clean) and other minor things. When I asked before I even saw the bill if the list of these minor bonuses was included on the negotiated price, they said yes. I notice only after I made the deposit that there was a 600$ "plus package" fee, which I assume to be those minor conveniences. If I had the guts, I'm sure I could've put my foot down and said no when I saw the bill. They will try to sell you undercoatings, extended warranties (for things that might not even be on your car), and other things that you really don't need. Thankfully they weren't pushy, but let me make my decision before the end of the day (6pm).

They really knew what I wanted and they did everything so I could get the one I wanted :-) Everything was easy and well explain when it was time to signed all the paperwork. My ability to speak French isn't great, but the staff were very helpful in English. I recommend looking here for a used car for sure. There was lots of attention to detail in the sale. I went back to Volkswagen Outaouais and using it at the service counter which did not seem to surprise me simply credited the rear link not replaced. The customer service leaves something to be desired and I suggest that you check the repairs made. (Original) J’ai fait réparer ma voiture par Volkswagen Outaouais pour bruit excessif due à une bearing roue avant droite. Suite au diagnostique du technicien il mentionne que les 2 bearings avant sont à être changé et les bushings de control arm avant et link arrière passager pour un total de 2485.08. Il m’on changé pour 6.80hrs et les réparations ont seulement pris un peu moins de 4 h. Quand je suis arrivé pour payer ma facture le montant s’élevait a 2545.03 j’ai mentionné à l’employé qu’on c’était entendue au montant de 2485.08 et il a rectifié la facture. En arrivant à la maison mon voisin mécanicien retraiter à vérifier les réparations pour me dire qu’il n’ont pas changé le link gauche et m’a mentionné que j’avais payé beaucoup trop cher pour ce genre de réparation. Je suis retourné chez Volkswagen Outaouais et l’employer au comptoir des services qui ne semblait pas étonner m’a tout simplement crédité le link arrière non remplacé. Le service à clientèle laisse à désirer et je vous suggère de vérifier les réparations effectuées.

I had purchased a brand new 2013 Jetta from another dealership and had the absolute worst sales experience of my life (I'll spare you the details, but they ended up costing me $1600 out of pocket due to a "registration error" made by an overzealous finance manager). The issue was resolved (albeit 6 months later), but needless to say all my faith was lost in the Volkswagen brand, and I was now the owner of one of their vehicles. I pulled into Volkswagen L'Outaouais about 6 months ago seeking a service check and had an excellent experience! I only go to this location now, and always get great service. This location and their Service team has restored my faith in the VW brand. Highly recommend.

The Turbo engine had a problem. They kept my vehicle for over 4 weeks without providing me with a courtesy vehicle. Then in the summer of 2019, I noticed that my bumper was abnormally damaged. There were a hundred little white dots. The dealership sent the bumper back for paint but unfortunately the quality of the work was just as bad as the first time around. A few months later, the bumper was still abnormally damaged, due to the quality of the paint. Then in the summer of 2020, I noticed a strong smell of humidity in my car. I had to go to the garage twice to persist and try to make them understand that there is a problem. After examining the vehicle a second time, the dealer informed me that there was a major problem with water infiltration, especially with the sunroof. The dealer proceeded to work on the sunroof, replacing some parts. At this point, we are at the end of fall. The following summer (2021), when I open my sunroof for the first time since the work, I hear a loud cracking noise. I immediately bring my car to the garage, only to be told that it will take more than $ 3,000 to repair the sunroof (note that the last people to touch the sunroof are the garage mechanics at Volkswagen, but according to them , they are not responsible for the problem). In short, exhausting experience from A to Z, constant problems over a period of only 3 years. I will never go back to Volkswagen Outaouais. I finally sold my vehicle, discouraged by all the problems and the lack of service at this dealership. (Original) J'ai fais l'achat d'une Tiguan 2015 (usagée) à l'automne 2018. Ils ont gardé mon véhicule pendant plus de 4 semaines sans me fournir un véhicule de courtoisie. Ensuite à l'été 2019, j'ai remarqué que mon pare-choc était anormalement abîmé. Il y avait une centaine de petits points blancs. Le concessionnaire a renvoyer le pare-choc se faire peinturer mais malheureusement, la qualité du travail était aussi mauvaise que la première fois. Quelques mois plus tard, le pare-choc s'est encore anormalement abîmé, dû à la qualité de la peinture. Ensuite à l'été 2020, j'ai remarqué une forte odeur d'humidité dans ma voiture. J'ai dû me présenter 2 fois au garage pour m'obstiner et essayer de leur faire comprendre qu'il y a un problème. Après avoir examiné une deuxième fois le véhicule, le concessionnaire m'a informé qu'il y avait un gros problème d'infiltration d'eau, notamment au niveau du toit ouvrant. Le concessionnaire a procéder aux travaux au niveau du toit ouvrant, en remplacant certaines pièces. À ce point-ci, nous sommes rendus à la fin de l'automne. L'été suivant (2021), lorsque j'ouvre mon toit ouvrant pour la première fois depuis les travaux, j'entend un gros bruit de craquement. J'amène immédiatement ma voiture au garage, pour me faire dire qu'il faudra payer plus de 3 000 $ pour réparer le toit ouvrant (à noter que les dernières personnes a avoir toucher au toit ouvrant sont les garagistes chez Volkswagen, mais selon eux, ce n'est pas eux qui sont responsables du problème). Bref, expérience épuisante de A à Z, des problèmes constants sur une période de 3 ans seulement. Je ne retournerai jamais chez Volkswagen Outaouais. J'ai finalement vendu mon véhicule, découragée par tous les problèmes et le manque de service chez ce concessionnaire.

Now third day I come here for pick up they gave me the key I took the car look at the picture I attached wire stuck in the front console I called from my car to see if they are open no luck and left them VM I need to make other appointment for me to go and show them what happened when you tech did some work he didn't realize that some wire stuck in the front console really he was sleeping while he was doing this i ask the manager her answer was oh mistakes happen wow she ask a very new tech pl fix it and then they fix it so its all cost me 4 times visit and 40$. Great experience when I bought my car but Worst place EVER for service!!!! I had trouble with my brakes making an awful sound when braking when my car had 3000km on it. They charge me saying they couldn't hear it, I had to make a video and even with that they wouldn't refund me. Went there 3 times for this problem that got never fix. I end up going to Hunt Club as the reviews are amazing for that dealer and WOW, amazing experience there, they replaced my brakes and provided me with a rental for free. They also charge 50$ less for oil changes.

We bought a 2016 tiguan from the dealer last year and paid around 25k including 1495$ of corrosion protection and warranty. Last june we brought the car for a service when I picked it up I noticed a chip of paint on the driver side, I notified them and they explained that it was due to washing the car and that it should be covered by the warrenty, 4 months later they notify us that vw canada will not cover it. Why they charged us 1500$ if it will not cover any corrosion except perforation ? Why the dealer didnt want to take responsibility even when they check their rapport and found that there was no issue with the car the day they received it? Why Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. will not cover an issue with a car that supposed to worth more than 40k after 4 years ? The only answer I got yesterday was : they just lost my business and I will never buy or recommand a VW car. After modifications from vw scandals , starting having problems with glow plug dash light and had to stop the car and restart it and it was find for a wild , and it got to a point where I could not drive the car from lost of power . I called vw outaouais and they did a diagnostic and changed one glow plug but still the same problem they call me and said we need to do another scan but I would have to pay for it but I refused and called vw canada so they did not charge me , they parked the car outside and said just get a certain connector and try that . We went to purchase a used vehicle. We made sure to ask the salesman if the vehicle was AWD since it was a necessity for us. He assured us it was and explained how 4Motion worked. We signed all paperwork, put a deposit, and on the delivery date (3 days later), I noticed on the paperwork the vehicle was FWD and not AWD. They were quick to admit their mistake and told us they were receiving other vehicles that may interest us in the next few days. We returned, found a vehicle we liked and decided to purchase an actual AWD vehicle. This was Tuesday evening. I asked if we could pick it up on Friday. They said it may not be possible so it would be ready Monday at the latest. Late Monday morning I receive a call saying they were waiting on a "part" and it wouldn't be ready to be delivered until Wednesday. All this to say I think it was a fairly big mistake, and they were VERY hard to negotiate pricing with even once they admitted their mistake. We felt like they are not there to satisfy their customers needs and are just there for another sale. Told us many times "If we don't sell it to you, we know we will sell it to someone else in the next few days". Only reason we went ahead and still purchased a vehicle from there is because we had leverage and were quite persistent with negotiating and were finally able to bring the price down. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone based on the experience we had.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. The team at VWO are honest, caring and helpful. I went to trade in my Civic for a newer used one on their lot. I test drove the newer Civic and was underwhelmed by it. Test drove a used Jetta, loved it and started the process. VWO helped me get top dollar for my trade and helped me work out the best arrangements for the new car. One very small hiccup in the process was handled with openness and honesty and all to my satisfaction. When I picked up the car I was warmly greeted by everyone. Not impressed. Called to dealership to get info on block heaters and installation on my 2009 VW TDI. I was transferred to service and was told the job takes 3 hours, but I need to talk with parts for pricing. I was transferred to parts and rep told me the price of just the part. I asked him for total cost and he said "I don't know I'm transferring you to service"..., and click..I waited on hold again and got an answering machine. For a VW dealership, I was shocked this could happen. Poor service and not friendly at all.

I bought my car at this dealership almost 4 years ago. Turned me off VW completely. Worst customer service I have ever seen in 20 years of owning a vehicule. Diognostics badly done, repairs badly done. On several occasions they kept my car for several days to get the appropriate parts and this one last time, could not offer a complementary replacement vehicule. I will now drive out of my way to get my repairs done (still under warranty) as I have lost all trust in this dealership to get the job done.

Really really questionable ethical treatment to paid customers. They damaged a friends car while giving it's one and only service. They lifted his car and bent his rocker panels because they didn't lift them in the right areas. What did Renaud (the GM) do? Nothing at all. He brushed his hands free of any wrong doing then proceeded to condescend my friend like he was a child then called him very harsh names. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere to buy your car and get it serviced anywhere else than there because they will screw you in the end.

AVOID the Hull dealership at all costs!! It was the worst experience I've ever had. The psychotic finance manager Audrey was extremely rude, condescending and insisted on educating us on how credit applications work like as if we were idiots. How a dealership can employ such ignorant people and stay in business is beyond me. She barely spoke proper English or French and treated us like as if we were not worthy of the vehicles sold in their lot. Thankfully after two days of getting the run around, she informed us that Volkswagen did not approve our credit application and were able to get our $250 deposit back!! Funny, because that same day, we went to the Bytek Volkswagen dealer on St-Laurent Blvd in Ottawa for a second opinion. Not only did they provide excellent no-hassle service, but also gave us a better deal with all the bells and whistles we were looking for - AND there was no hesitation with our finance application. To summarize: Worst dealership. Worst service. Worst follow-up. Worst professionalism. Please read on and save yourself the time, money and frustration. I was an easy sell. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted. Volks Outaouais didn't need to sell me on anything. The sale was already done when I walked in. Even more, I brought them another customer immediately who leased immediately with them also. So easy. The experience was so awful that I actually cancelled my contract with them. And we will certainly never visit or have our cars serviced at this dealer in the future. This is coming from a loyal VW customer for the last 16 years!!!! What a loss. Some highlights: 1) Not once, but twice did the staff allude to the difference in income between my partner and myself. Flashback to the 1960's. 2) My salesperson failed to follow-up on his promise to help me extend the lease on my current VW in a timely manner resulting in my driving my car one month past my lease expiration. Not only did he forget, he was quick to blame other staff for his shortcomings. He actually also lost my lease extension paperwork forcing me to have to send it all in again. 3) We were sold tinted windows that surpassed the legal standards for tinted windows. As our luck would have it, we were stopped by police and handed a 170$ ticket. When we returned to the dealer to A) Ask for compensation and B) Understand how we could have been sold a non-standard grade of tint, we were told 1) They explain the risks to all their customers and 2) It was our responsibility to pay the ticket and get the tint changed. Funny that our salesperson had to get up an innumerable number of times during the initial lease signing to ask his manager to help answer of all our questions yet he was such a "veteran" that he "certainly" told us about the risks of installing illegal tinted windows. Also, if it was such a routine part of their practice, one would expect they would have the customer sign release of liability form at the time of signing. They do not. A "He said, she said" debate thus ensued. Very pleasant. After yet another visit to the dealer where, to further highlight our salesperson's professionalism and respect for his customer, he arrived 20 minutes late, he then begrudgingly accepted to refund us the cost of the tinted window change from his own pocket. We went to the shop he recommended. His estimate for the replacement was 40$ when in reality it cost more than 100$. When he learned that the cost was nearly triple what he had anticipated, he refused to pay us the amount. All of a sudden, this amount was too much for him to pay, but not too much for his customers. Another broken promise. In the end we got compensated by way of a credit at the dealership. Amazing! We're now 300+$ in the hole for your mistake, and our reward is spending more money at your dealership. A fine deal indeed. P.S. The new manager spontaneously told us that he's been so busy putting out fires with disgruntled customers and carrying out empty promises laid out by the previous manager that he hasn't even had time to learn their computer system. A chance to build a longstanding relationship with two young professionals. Evaporated.

Let's start with I think the only people who leave positive remarks here must be paid to do it. I've purchased 2 used cars here and in both cases have had very negative experiences. They hide stuff that is discreet in hopes that you won't see it and after you buy it and notice they say it wasn't broke when they sold it. They say they've repaired things that they haven't. So if you buy a used car, please go over it with a fine tooth comb before you drive it off the lot. After sale is absolutely terrible and disrespectful. The service department is a big ZERO. The service Manager is friendly, but honestly I think beyond oil changes you should go somewhere else. They have difficulty diagnosing problems and then repairing them. Several months after I purchased the car the back door still did not open properly (something that they told me they had replaced before purchase), so they replaced it and as I drove away a light on my dash come on telling me that the license plate light was malfunctioning. When I looked at it the light was hanging there and I had to put duct tape to hold it in place to ensure it didn't fall off. Holy cow, my car was there for almost 2 days! My ABS was coming on everytime I applied the brakes, they told me there was nothing wrong with them until finally the service manager did a road test and got me the earliest appointment he could cause my brakes were dangerous. Prior to that the staff basically treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. There's still a problem with my ABS and they can't find it. The shuttle completely lacks the word service! I think this guy believes that you're lucky to have him. Ummm... clients pay your salary :-) I have purchased 2 used cars here over the past 8 years, I gave them a second chance but there won't be a third. The first car they hid the fact that the brakes were worn down. When I took my car in for servicing at Bytek a month after I purchased it, I was told my brakes were falling off. When I approached them, they told me it was my fault. In the end, I called VW Canada and reported them. VW made them replace the brakes. When you buy a used car here, make sure you ask for a copy of the inspection report and what they have fixed. Then take your car to an independent shop and have it looked over. What I've highlighted here is the tip of the iceberg. So... VW Outaouais, you haven't changed in 8 years. Time to get your act together. You fooled me once and twice.... shame on me.

I have been a dedicated customer for four years. Service is always friendly but patchy and so many screw ups since day one. I get my Jetta (which I bought there new) services there twice a year. I had made an appointment to get my tires changed for Monday 29th April. In the meantime My car hits an unmarked pothole on a poorly lit street (thanks Ville de Gatineau). My tire and rim are ruined. I am driving on a donut and because of my health and lack of mobility I cannot use a bus. I called today and VW Outaouais refuse to help me or squeeze me in. They won’t even let me pick my tires up without 24 hours notice. I have a doctors apt in Montreal on Thursday so need a functioning car for Wednesday evening. When booking tire changed customers should be prioritized according to their needs and previous use of the dealership. I am disgusted, stressed and without a car. No way of getting my tires until tomorrow and no means of getting them changed after that.

The financing team told me because of credit problems I needed to put a cash down to be approved, I did so and wasnt called back for a month, called back myself and was told I was denied and they didn't have time to call and tell me. You need to do right to the guy you damaged the rocker panels. I have seen the pictures on Facebook and it is clear as day that it is hoist damage. I have worked in the industry and this particular damage was done by lifting the car in the non designated "lift points" using a 2 arm car hoist. There is no way its done otherwise as they claim. A brand new car like that doesn't have to go to a non VW garage unless its being modded with aftermarket parts. Judging on how the car looks; It has nothing modded. I for one advise people not to bring their car to Outaouais VW for servicing or even buy from them. They will screw you in the end. Buy elsewhere and have it serviced by trained technicians. Not like the morons here! Again; Renaud Plourde; do the right thing by fixing your mistakes instead of hiding like the coward you are!

I’m still waiting for that call, though I’ve bought those 2 cars somewhere else since then. At places were they cared about actually calling people back. Great customer service guys !

My experience with service department has been very good. Issue for me starts at reception. I had to make 5 phone calls before I got anyone to get back to me for proof of purchase on the VW settlement. And oh yea, within 2 months of the public revelation of the emissions cheating fiasco, (Nov.2016) a sales person called me to see if I was interested in coming in to come in a for a trade for a 2017 vehicle. Are you kidding me?! Dealership has fallen short of customer service regarding the emissions issue. No updates, communications, nothing. Other dealerships have done a much better job.VW Outaouais smarten up!!!

It's all smiles and courtesy when buying a car. After that don't really care about you. Sales is only good if you can speak to the manager but service department is to be avoided. First of all they never answer the phone. That Emerick guy (don't know about others) is always trying to sell you useless services and one time even tried to put it on the bill without telling me! I understand selling services is how they get paid but I don't appreciate it when they think you are an ignorant. If you need maintenance, do yourself a favor and find an independant shop or a better dealer to do it even if you have a brand new car. They will tell you you could have warranty issues but that is not true as long as you use oil and parts recommended by Volkswagen.

They offer amazing service and client care! They really do their best to sell you the car you want/need and do everything to make sure you’re happy. Bought a new golf for my girlfriend here and we had a great experience dealing with the sales department. I have also done my routine maintenance here and the experience is just as good! Hands down the most honest dealership I’ve ever been to! Big thanks to Ludovic, Emilie and Amine, they all have a deep passion for cars and it shows. Had To wait an hour before my car was taken in the garage, was on time at my appointment, but THEY are always late. Bad service at the garage. Only way To get decent service is to complaint. For oil change they need your car for the full day( which takes tops 40 mins To do) and charge 3x the price. Do not go there for fix ups on your car, go to any ottawa vw dealership
