The entire purchase experience from start to finish was seamless. Every effort was made to accommodate and inform me through out the entire process. Sales consultant Dwayne went out of his way to secure the vehicle with my preferred specifications from out of town. This allowed me to obtain the vehicle within weeks instead of months waiting for a factory order. Delivery day was thorough and once again seamless. Personal touches such as assisting with the transferring of my belongings to the new vehicle, downloading the Lexus app, connecting my phone and explaining all the vehicle features were made. Had a very frustrating experience in this dealership. They gave me a perfunctory inspection and told everything was okay and refused to to do further inspection even I was so concerned about my engine. After leaving, I am still very worried about whether there are potential damage in my engine. I immediately went to another Lexus dealer in the east (emergency check, no appointment). They were very friendly and professional to help me, spent the whole morning inspect and solving my problems. In contrast, the way Tony grham treats Lexus users is very disappointing. I had doubts about Lexus's after-sales service. Now I am very glad that I did not choose Tony grham to buy my lexus. I will not choose to come here again in the future to maintain my car or buy a new car.

Apart from the needed work every time I asked them for extra touch up works and they nicely have done them without any question. Every time they leave my car clean outside as well as inside. We recently purchased a 2019 Lexus RX 450 hybrid through Tony Graham Lexus. The original listing was on AutoTrader. Dwayne Neilson, Sales Representative responded right away to our first email, answered our questions promptly and sent all the relevant information on the vehicle history such as Car Fax, service records and package details. Everything was done virtually as we live in Callander, which is about four hours away from the dealership. Arrangements were made for a friend in Manotick to test drive the vehicle for us. And to top it all off, Dwayne offered to meet us half way in Petawawa, when the deal was completed, to deliver the vehicle and take our 2009 Lexus RX 350 as a trade in. At all times we were very impressed with Dwayne’s professionalism and friendly approach to ensuring we were satisfied with our choice and making the whole process easy and straightforward. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dwayne in particular. When times return to normal and we can safely visit our friends in the Ottawa area, we will certainly plan on visiting the dealership in person to reconnect with Dwayne.

But on this occasion I have to single out Chris Carey, service manager. This Spring I misplaced a small but important part for one of my accessories. The Lexus Canada website couldn’t help me and the part, it seems didn’t exist in any catalogue. Chris took it upon himself to solve the issue. He reached out across North America. Tony Graham dealership review of experience buying a Lexus through Tan Vo I would like to take a moment to share with you my most pleasant experience with Tan Vo, Sales Consultant with Tony Graham Lexus in West Hunt Club in Nepean. This was one of the best experiences for me giving how emotional and stressful buying a luxury car can be. He was amazing and made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond for me and tried to help as much as possible. He really knew his stuff, makes and models and what was in his inventory for me to see and test drive. He wasn’t pushy but very helpful and accommodating. Tan was a very good listener. He was very friendly and quickly established a rapport with me. Tan is very comfortable with technology and you could tell he was someone who is committed to client satisfaction. He also relates well with his co-workers and especially the Shirley the main leasing agent who was instrumental and helpful in the leasing process. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. He was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I was looking at many Lexus dealerships around the province of Ontario and Quebec and his prices were more than competitive and very attractive during this pandemic. I had the worse sales experience here out of all the car dealerships in Ottawa. The sales rep was completely disrespectful throughout my time there, please let me elaborate: I went in to test drive and get a quote an IS 350. From the get go they condescendingly asked if I had my G license, while they held the photo-copy my drivers' license in their hand (this is required for test drives at all dealerships), which I reminded them of. They then pointed out the fact that there is the 5k or so liability for the car, which I thought was normal but a bit weird they brought that up. Then asked if I was a student, which I was I was working for many years now. Felt a little weird to be questioned liked this since it wasn't my experience elsewhere ok I was ok with it. When I was test driving the car, I noticed that the car had a rumbling sensation when making sharp turns in/out the dealership lot. When I told them about it, they accused me of damaged the car and demanded I tell them where I drove it. I told them I it wasn't during to ride, but was noticed in the parking lot as I had only used main roads in the area (Hunt Club, PoW, Fallowfield, Woodroffe). They then said I must be imagining it (After test driving multiple cars that day, I don't think so). When I asked for the finance quote they printed it out for me but when asking for the lease quote printed out as well, they told me no dealerships do print both lease and finance quotes (after visiting multiple, I KNOW they do) and asked me if I was wasting their time by asking for this. Worst part is, when I said no they actually do provide both, the rep demanded I show them where I had been to that provided both finance and lease options (had been to Otto's BMW and Star Motors) and asked me to show them the physical quote and said once again they did not want to waste their time. At that point, I realized I was wasting MY time with this rep and he would not be able to get over the fact that I am trying to buy a car for real and said thank you and walked out to the front desk and asked for another rep to work with because I liked the power on the car! I should note that the new rep was professional and to the point which I managed receive to both the finance and lease quotes without any issues as expected. So, I have hope that this is not representative of the service of the whole dealership. However this experience was honestly very troubling and uncomfortable for me and at least I myself would be avoiding this dealership for my purchase. To the first sales rep: Please use your time to learn about the fact that the IS 350 is 6cyl (they did not know this) rather than asking me to show you the physical quote I got for my m340i earlier that day. Please get over the fact that people in their late 20s can afford/would want a Lexus. I have never been treated like this even at any of the other luxury car dealers in Ottawa!!

I had my battery die on Monday night. I thought it was a warranty issue and asked to have an appointment to check my battery. I was told by the service staff at 7:30 a.m., Brad, to call Sharkey's towing which I found out later works in Stittsville. Therefore, 2 hours later, I was finally able to get my battery boosted and drove into the dealership. When I got there, Brad rushed me into signing something which had 2 pages of items. I was rushed and stressed out from waiting for the tow truck all morning. He said that they would do a service on my car and didn't explain all of the details. I signed the first page and told him that I didn't need an oil change, turns out that I did (after going to another service centre). He didn't give me a chance to read the 2nd page, which I DIDN'T sign. I got a call later from Brad to have a few extra items fixed which the prices were way too expensive. I told him I'd think about it and left a vm later to say I didn't want those things done. I spoke with Maggie who I relayed that I didn't want the new items and then she asked me if I still wanted the preapproved items done still, which she didn't list out for me. I said yes. I came to pick up my car and got a whopping $810 bill! I was shocked and when I said that I didn't sign the second page, she told me that I didn't need to sign it, only the 1st page. I don't know much about cars and yes I'm sure my ignorance was obvious. I'm very disappointed by how I was swindled into getting my transmission fluid replace for $151. I don't think I'll be coming back to get servicing here again as they seem to take advantageous of people who are stressed and rushed and it doesn't seem like a very transparent process of what is going to be done to your car and how much it'll cost.

She was awesome to work with, from the appointment to take a test drive Yan had the car ready out front and warmed up for me when I had made contact requesting a test drive. My girlfriend was in an accident and learned the car may be a total loss/written off. In preparation, we were shopping around for a new vehicle. We decided to go to Tony Graham Lexus to test drive an IS 350. We were really disappointed with the salesman we had. He was aggressive, which is fine to a point, but he told us time and time again things that were not true. "I will give you the best price without having to negotiate, the end of the month does not matter, it does not matter about numbers, and I can have the car ready for you on Monday" (this was a Wednesday and the following Monday was a holiday and the car I wanted was only available in Toronto). Keep in mind, I do understand there are different sales tactics/styles. The main reason we were not satisfied with the service was he misled us and in turn broke our trust. When we sat down to discuss payment options he only suggested a lease and his offer was MSRP. When we asked where this "best price was" he said we only get the best price when we come back and were ready to buy. The salesman never even offered us a different option (IS 300 vs IS 350). He was absolutely not helpful and was putting pressure on us. The second time we went there he was again not giving us his "best price", he was not answering our questions adequately and kept tip toeing around. It was only when we made it clear he was not being helpful did he give us a better quote. In the end, we left the dealership upset mainly due to the service and how we felt we did not develop a relationship or trust with the salesman because we did not feel he was helping us. Immediately after, my girlfriend called Bel Air Lexus and arranged a meeting. The salesman arranged for us to be met at the door and the service was excellent and we ended up signing because the service we received was outstanding. Perhaps it is an isolated event at Tony Graham Lexus, however, because of this, I would absolutely not recommend Tony Graham and I would definitely recommend Bel-Air.

Hi there, Just wanted to give an honest opinion about one of the sales rep at the Tony Graham Lexus dealership. His name is Thanh and he really is unprofessional and disrespectful. Please avoid him at all cost. Witnessed first hand how unprofessional he was towards one of my family members when he was inquiring about a vehicle. It was honestly just a sad sight to see and something should be done about this sales rep. The sales manager can get back to as many reviews as they would like but just seeing reviews about how terrible the sales rep experiences has been since my personal experience. It just does not seem like things are changing internally at this dealership. Loyalty and politics is what drives these dealerships and companies in general. With that being said, stop replying to these reviews about bad sales rep experience and actually do something about it. To the ones looking to purchase a Lexus, find another dealership because this one is not it.

I had much more expectation from a Luxury brand car. I took my NX 200t for the first service after 2000 km driving about a month ago. I had an issue with Torque Steer because my car pulls to the right side during a little hard acceleration which is really disturbing. Unfortunately, after an hour waiting the service department said that they can not do anything for it and the reason of this pulling is "bad design of front-wheel cars" which it does not make any sense for me while I have been driving front-wheel cars for almost 15 years. I have to add that my car was not washed properly as well. So, I am really disappointed with the service especially when it is my first time that I purchased a Lexus.

Am home at parents’ for holidays, running errands. We called this morning and Maggie got us right in to assess tires. She personally took the tread measurements, explained considerations, had “a tech” take a confirmation look, and right then got the car in the bay for 4 new all-seasons. Very comfy while we waited, and upon request a salesperson went and got more half & half for our coffee. So pleased with the service and thoughtfulness. I hope your parents also get Maggie next time they go it!

Overall experience after everything has been 5/5. I recently purchase a used vehicle from here. I was recommended a sales representative, Tan Vo. The same night that we were in contact with each other, he found the vehicle I was looking for! I went in for negotiations on the vehicle. Tan was very professional and went in knowing what he could offer me, didn’t try to start off screwing me over as other dealers have in the past (extra charges, no leeway whatsoever on tires/brakes, etc.). For the days to follow he met all my needs and was as professional as you’d expect from a Lexus dealership. Gave me recommendations on cleaning products and went as far as sending me everything I need to pick up to take care of my new purchase! Next person I was introduced to was Shirley Cheung, she called me promptly during a timeframe that I set. She was to be dealing with my finance % and setting up the money side of things for me. Let me start with, she is very good at her job. I only had one issues, I was recommended a undercoating (rust proofing) for my car and the rate was $700, this seemed high so I made a few calls and either I miss understood or it was $500 too high. Besides that, she got me an amazing % for a used vehicle (thank you). I had a couple visits after getting my car back regarding my tires. Each visit was quick and painless, tan took care of me every step of the way. I dropped it off so they could take a second reading of my treads because i was worried that they had less than 50% life left in them. Tan set me up with a loaner while they looked over my vehicle, no issues, no cost. I got my car back and they gave me the same answer, it has more then 50% life. I was then introduced to the service manager Chris Carey, he heard about my issue and ended up helping me out, got me some tires that were clearly in better condition (basically new). Answered all questions I had about the car and was very flexible with a time I could come by and drop off my car to get the tires changed. Gave me one of the tires that they changed because it was still good. The Lexus team from the moment you walk in, and every visit onwards is there help. It’s the little things they do that make the experience. Making sure that you are comfortable, satisfied during and after every visit. Thank you!

With Covid-19 we were driving less and hadn't noticed that the security light was "out". Of course the key-fob didn't work, so we resorted to using the mechanical key to enter the car. Not amused! We used most of that day, 08 January, with Lexus "roadside assistance" jump-start the car, and having Tony Graham Service installing a new battery. OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) is the place to go to deal with this dishonest and deceitful dealership. We had an encounter with Salesman Marc Comeau. We negotiated all the terms of the deal over the phone for a 2015 Lexus RX350 F-Sport at around 1:00 pm on October 4th, after we reached an agreement, we scheduled an appointment to see the car at 4:30 pm on the same day. We then called the salesman to reschedule it a bit earlier at 3:00 pm. My father, who is a senior citizen, arrived on time at 3:00 pm and was surprised to find out that someone else was test driving the car. They made him wait until the other buyer is finished, and made him test drive the car as well. When the time came to initiate the purchase process, my father was told that the car has been sold. The salesman misinformed us about a potential buyer who is ahead of us. The salesman did not even ask us to put a deposit on the car, which we were willing to do to avoid this degrading situation. I have contacted OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) and I have placed a formal complaint against this professional misconduct. Senior citizens deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and truthfulness, but apparently Tony Graham Lexus thinks otherwise.

3 year old Lexus, had to bring it into Tony Graham because of a fowl smell coming from vents when I started it up. Ended up paying $225 for ac cleaning. Strange that I never had this type of trouble with any of my previous cars. I tried talking with managers but they wouldn’t cover the cost. They tried to tell me that I’m not doing enough km and the car is sitting idle. I have put 8,000km on it since March. Very disappointed with the customer service and the industry as a whole. Seems like nobody cares about repeat business anymore. Would have expected more form a luxury vehicle dealership.

I was informed that the control arm required replacement. I agreed to proceed and was subsequently advised that the part had to be ordered. I was charged for the part even though it was unavailable and there was no time provided for when it arrive. I have dealt with this dealership for 7 years and have never failed to pay my bill. The professionalism of the staff has decreased substantially in the past 4 years where the sole motivation is to generate profits as opposed to providing a customer centric experience as Lexus was once known for. While it would be more inconvenient, I will try the service department at BelAir.

I will definitely be coming back and servicing at Tony Graham Lexus. I brought my older ES300 in for a leak I noticed on my car. They were able to take me the same day and they even had the parts in stock to fix my car. I was so impressed with service I received as a first time customer.

I have had some rattle issues with my sunroof due to high pressure blower of a car wash. I took my car to Bel Air and the mechanic looked at and could not repair it. He sent me to the Toyota body shop on McArthur. There the manager quoted me over $1000 plus taxes no parts and my car would have to be in body shop for 5 business days which meant renting a car. I then took my car to TonyGraham Lexus on Hunt Club for wheel alignment and asked them to look at my sunroof. Well it took the mechanic to tightened something in my sunroof and my card drives like a top. It cost me 1 hour labour vs thousands of dollars. It was fast and I would like to thank Derick and Alex for taking care of my issues and the great technical skills of David the mechanic. I find with this dealership they have honesty integrity technical support team. Chris who overseas it all has a great team behind him. Better late than never...I purchased my very first Lexus back in January from hands down the best car sales representative I have every came across; Tan Trinh. If you are going to go to this Lexus dealer (and I recommend you do), ask for Tan. I wasn't sure about what I wanted and I had a budget. I did a lot of shopping around before I bought my Lexus, and Tan was the ONLY sales rep that worked with me to make my purchase happen. He was personable and down to earth. Great people skills. When it came time to talk numbers, I still had some reservations - it was important for me that I stayed within my budget. Shirley from the Finance department was extra patient and empathetic to my budget concerns. She held my hand through the whole process (figuratively) and made sure I was comfortable with and understood my finance options. On the day I went to pick up my car, Julie was there to give me the keys. She showed me nothing but great customer service. Overall my experience was a 5/5. Can't say anything but good things about my 2012 Lexus RX350. I have 65000km of carefree driving with nothing but regular oil changes. The last regular maintenance was a wonderful experience with no delays and no surprises. All I needed was a brake inspection and Lube and still had 50% pad wear left. I will be keeping this beauty untill the new bigger 2016 RX350 comes out next year.

Cars are great and the service department is really good ... the service is not as expensive as you might expect. Having bought and fully serviced my last two cars here I was never disappointed and felt honesty was a very important part of the service departments management. That being said, my latest 2015 car purchase was not a Lexus. The sales department was friendly and helpful but once the staff for trade in values got involved it went downhill. You would think that 15 years at a dealership counted for something but no .... the first trade value offer came in $5000 under black book in spite of the Lexus i was trading was low milage. I walked. Know your trade in values before shopping (always good advice).

Bought an RX350 recently. Cody A. was sincerely great to deal with. Honestly, not a single drop of the usual bs one encounters at a dealership. I knew what I wanted going in, had done my homework prior to walking in. He helped with options selection and actually talked me out of some of the add ons that just arent well reviewed by previous buyers. I was looking for someone good at their job, to find a way to make the price work, not try to game the deal. Lx aren’t cheap vehicles and my expectations of customer service were commensurate with the money I was about to spend. Tbh, this was my only reasonably pleasant car buying experience as it never turned confrontational. I d recommend contacting Cody for everyone looking for a quality ride and wanting to short circuit the shady sales tactics used elsewhere.

Took over 2 hours to get a new set of winter tires. Didn't expected it took this long. My service appointment took 2.5 hours, which apparently is normal, but had I been told beforehand, I would have dropped off my car and picked it up when the service was complete instead of waiting around for nearly 3 hours. The Service Manager, Chris Carey, responded really well to my complaint and did what he could to rectify the situation. I'll be continuing to use their services since Chris was so willing to fix the problem.
