0 Stars is what this dealership deservers.. Purchased a car in 2016, they showed me a carproof with no accidents. Perfect!! Made the purchase and 2 years later I go to trade the vehicle and what do we find? a $6300 accident 2 years before I purchased the car. Contacted the GSM Serwan he promises he will look into it and try to fix this. 4 months later no response to voicemails or emails, I try emailing everyone on their management team and no response. Terrible customer service, and the fact that they don't even acknowledge any of my emails and I can see they have been read. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE SAVE YOURSELF SOME THE TROUBLE! My trade now is worth about $5k less because of the carproof accident.

I must admit they are simply amazing. I’ve had a few of issues with my car in the past year and I’ll make the drive to deal with them. They are responsive and honest. For instance, i had an issue with the rubber band by the windshield coming off and they glued it back (charged me for the labor which was nothing) although as it was the winter I don’t think the glue had set in properly and the band started coming off again. Next time I dropped by they glued it back free of charge. They usually do a complimentary car wash too. I had a break problem recently and even though it would be a short fix they would lend me a car. I feel like out of all car dealerships they are the best I’ve dealt with. The overall customer service is outstanding and they are overall really helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Today was the first time that I have taken my MDX for service at Gatineau Acura. I live in Ottawa and have always gone to Camco Acura for service. After 3 bad experiences, I was looking for an alternative. My car had been diagnosed by a Honda dealership as having a noisy power steering pump. As they could not get an Acura part, I filled out a form on the Gatineau Acura site asking if they had the part in stock. Within 10 minutes of sending the form, Ling from parts called to tell me that the part number that I had was superceded by a new one. He gave me the new part number and told me that he had one in stock. I decided that it was best to have them install it, so I booked an appointment online. Check in was easy and quick. My car was brought in and within half an hour, the techician, Pat, came out to talk to me and explain that the issue was not the power steering pump. He took me into the garage and spent 15 minutes explaining to me what the cause of the noise was. He advised me to do nothing for now, and I accepted that advice. The big surprise was when the service advisor handed me my keys and told me that there was no charge as they "had not done anything". Obviously, I did not argue, but they had, in fact, spent almost half an hour diagnosing my issue and advising me how to proceed - far from doing nothing. Since returning home, I have spoken on the phone to the service director, M. Louis-Seize to tell him how impressed I am with the way things went today. He was not surprised. Clearly, this is the way his department does business. I am very impressed and will definitely be back to Gatineau Acura for any future service.

Horrible service. Went two times and never going back. First time they didn't have the car we wanted to try, as they lent it to a customer, so we left our phone number for them to call when a test drive would be possible. They never called. Worst after sale customer service experience EVER!!! Purchased a 2012 Acura TL from this location on Nov 11th 2016. A week later I noticed the dome lights in the vehicle didn't work. Thought it was a simple bulb issue. Then a month later noticed the vehicle momentarily lost power while making a left turn across oncoming traffic. Brought the vehicle into Policaro Acura in Brampton Ontario for regular maintenance and asked them to change the bulbs while they were at it. A few hours later I received a call from them informing me that it wasn't a simple bulb issue and that there were major electrical problems with the vehicle. They had the vehicle all day and were not able to diagnose the problem. I contacted the General Manager (Pawan Dilawri) at Casino Gatineau Acura on Jan 27th 2017 and left a voicemail informing him of the circumstance and almost two months later, I still haven't received a response. On Feb 10th 2017, I tried calling the Sales Consultant I dealt with (David Blais) who informed me that is was a "USED" vehicle as if I didn't already know that. It's interesting how they advertise as "CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED" but when there is a mechanical issue, that same vehicle then becomes "USED". He then referred me to the Service Manager (Li Cheung) who said he would look into the matter and call me back to which I have still to hear from him. If decent customer service is what you expect, then avoid this dealership all together. BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! IF YOU MUST PURCHASE A VECHILE FROM HERE... BRING YOUR OWN PERSONAL MECHANIC!!!

It is a very high end dealership which should not forget to reset your oil life and leave dirty fingerprint on the hood after getting your SUV serviced. This is unacceptable from that level of dealership. Most of the time their services is ok. Even though it only happened once, it is still unacceptable. I would expect this from a local garage.

Buying my new 2012 Acura MDX there was the worst vehicle purchase experience I ever had. The car came with dirty windows and could not be cleaned by dealer so they had to replace all windows and chrome trims. Result, interior door panels are loose and rattle a lot. It also took me about 8 hours to clean this brand new vehicle the day I received it. Roof was full of glue and was dirty all around. When I complained to the dealer, he just would not care. I also went back last year before I purchased my new civic to check the ILX. Got an online price before and suddenly, the car was 5k more when I got there... The Honda dealer in Gatineau gave me such a better service. Don't get fooled, you won't get a "premium" service if you purchase a "premium" car from this dealer.
