I came from 6 hours away to pick up a car I was looking for for a while. Rob was amazing to deal with and was lightning quick to reply. No high-pressure sales or the likes. Car and paperwork were all immediately ready when I arrived and there were no unusual fees. One of the new tires put on the car with the safety was well overinflated and formed a bulge in the sidewall from the long drive home. Rob paid for the cost of a brand new tire without any haggling. Highly recommend!

Would be a 1 star if I didn't genuinely enjoy the car as I do. Firstly, I was paying insurance for 2 weeks on a car not yet in my possession because a minor part replacement was taking longer than the 2-3 days I was told. The owner had ordered the part from a scrapyard in Alberta; once it arrived, he couldn't get the mechanic in to swap out the part for an additional 2 days. Once they replaced the part, he found out that the part was defective to begin with, so he went and bought it new from a supplier in town. When I went to pick up the car, there was a sizeable dent in the front bumper which wasn't there when I had gone to test drive it. It seems like someone made an error when trying to install the front license plate, as there's a bolt stuck in the frame behind the plate. The owner refused to give me a partial refund to cover the cost of replacing the bumper. Full disclosure, he did offer me a full refund if I was interested, but I didn't want to go through the trouble of finding a new car and getting it insured again. On the bright side, the car was very well detailed & cleaned upon arrival. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Bought a 08 Town and Country here about 5 months ago. Have put about 8000km on it and have had no issues at all at 168K kms. Lots of bells and whistles on this van and they are all working. Van was in great condition and I felt I got a good deal after comparing many other T&Cs. Anything that goes wrong on it now I can comfortably feel it was not something that was hidden from me, which is why I took this long to write my review. Forget the name of the man who sold me the van, but he was great with questions and was comfortable with tossing me the keys and letting me poke around for at least an hour, and test drive it alone. I remember some info online about the van being inaccurate (did not have dvd player or sunroof, sun roof would have been nice lol) I would looking Envoys stock next time I need a car. If you look at my profile I am not associated with Envoy in any way, just a good experience and I love my van. Was my first time not buying a car privately.

Horrible business, sold me a lemon. I will never refer this business to anyone. Funny you couldn't find me or my husband. Let me remind you....its a 2011 nissan murano that we paid cash for less than a year ago. You also sold me a set of winter tires for $400 that were so old that I could not use them. Does this refresh your memory? I will bring the vehicle to you, maybe once you see it, that will refresh your memory even more!

I bought an SUV and the whole underneath is rotten. The mechanic I saw today said it was like that long before we bought it. It will cost over $4000 to fix. Not only that, 35 days after I bought it the air conditioner system went on it and that cost me almost $2000 to fix. I will never buy from this guy again or refer anyone. Beware.

Just picked up an A7 here a couple weeks ago, and they replaced the rotors/pads, as well as the rear tires before purchasing. And the price was so competitive, they left me no room to haggle it lower. Would highly recommend for a used vehicle, all their cars are clean for good prices on the lot, check them out, so many options. Feel like I drive a batmobile now, without the responsibility of being batman. Thanks guys.

unbelievably unprofessional - after agreeing to buy our used SUV in an accommodation sale, Rob ghosted us - left us standing around at the BMW dealer for 3 hours waiting for a trade-in on a purchase we couldn't complete. No response to text messages, phone calls, or email. We had to leave without our new car and return the next day after finding another buyer. Neither we nor the BMW dealer had ever experience something like this.
