BY VERIFYING THE DOCUMENT AND THE SIGNATURE OF THE DOCUMENT BY THE TECHNICIAN, WE FOUND THAT THE TIME INVESTED IN THIS TASK LAST LESS THAN 19 MINUTES: TIMING INDICATED BY THE INSPECTOR AND, AMONG OTHERS, NO MENTION OF TIRE WEAR AND BRAKE . INSPECTION ??????? FURTHERMORE THEY MENTIONED A NEW REPLACEMENT TIRE, WHILE IT WAS USED WITH A VULCANIZED PART INSIDE. AT THEIR REQUEST, I PROVIDED THEM WITH A DOCUMENT AND MANY VERY VERY DETAILED PHOTOS OF MY RV AND THEY DRAWN A ESTIMATED OF $ 19,300. AFTER RECEIVING AND INSPECTING MY RV, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY FOUND TWENTY SEVEN MECHANICAL ANOMALIES (THE MAJORITY OF WHICH I DENIED) AND AT THAT TIME THEY TAKEN THEIR NEW OFFER TO ***** $ 8,300 *** ** A LOWER OF $ 11,000 !!! Someone tried to get rid of me like a fish! !!!!!!!!! AFTER MY PROTESTS FOR MECHANICAL DIFFICULTIES THAT DIDN'T EXIST, THEY COME BACK TO ME WITH A COUNTER OFFER AT $ 12,300, STRONGLY, MY RV HAD A NEW VALUE OF $ 4000 AND HAD A LOT LESS DEFECTS! !!! WHAT DISHONEST FROM A DEALER! GO AND SEE HIS DOCUMENT TITLE: OUR VISION…, HA, HA, HA, HAH! THROUGH THE NEGOTIATIONS, THEY COME TO ME WITH THE PRESSURE SALE TACTICS BY WRITING MAY 19, 2020: "I NEED AN ANSWER TODAY" YET THERE WAS NO PRESS THE SHOPS ARE AT THAT TIME CLOSED AND DEAD! FINALLY THERE WAS A PURCHASE: I WAS DELIVERED A $ 36,000 RV SALE AND NOT CLEANED! AFTER A FOUR WEEK WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT THE SAAQ, THE SAAQ REFUSED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION BECAUSE THE SALES CONTRACT HAD BEEN **** WRONG WRAPPED BY LEISURE DAYS **** !!!!! !!! I HAD TO WAIT FOR A NEW CONTRACT FROM THEM AND ANOTHER WAIT OF FOUR WEEKS TO FINALLY REGISTER THE MOTORIZED DATE AUGUST 4, 2020, 4 MONTHS LATER …… AND THE BRAKES WERE HAZARDOUSLY FINISHED. ****** THANKS TO THEIR 188 POINT INSPECTION, I HAD TO MAKE REPAIRS AT A COST OF $ 5,000 AS OF MY ARRIVAL AT HOME ***. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND WILL BE MY LAST PURCHASE FROM A DEALER IN MY 82 YEAR LIFE! (Original) JE N’ACHÈTERAI PLUS JAMAIS CHEZ CE CONCESSIONNAIRE ! EN MARS DERNIER 2020(COVID 19) , J’AI ENTREPRIS DES DÉMARCHES CHEZ CE CONCESSIONNAIRE POUR ÉCHANGER MON FIFTHWHEEL CONTRE UN MOTORISÉ DONT ILS DISAIENT AVOIR FAIT UNE EXHAUSTIVE VÉRIFICATION MÉCANIQUE (CERTI-CENTRE ) EN 188 POINTS ET AUCUNE ANOMALIE DÉCELÉE…. À LEUR DEMANDE , JE LEUR AI FOURNI UN DOCUMENT ET DE NOMBREUSES PHOTOS TRÈS TRÈS DÉTAILLÉS DE MON VR ET ILS EN ONT FAIT UN ESTIMÉ DE 19300$ . It's been two weeks, several emails and calls to the Winnebago dealer and it doesn't seem certain if I can get the parts. Yet I spoke with 4 people. (Original) Margo aux pièces, connaît son affaire! While we ultimately made a large purchase here I wish that we hadn’t. There were red flags along the way including paperwork errors that had to be corrected twice. Then, after multiple revisions, upon signing in persons - which they insisted on during a pandemic vs digitally - there were still more mistakes included them having indicated “decline” on the expensive insurance policy we actually purchased. While I don’t think any of it was intentional, the mountain of paper work is done by hand by those who may want to think about retiring. Yet, the primary irritant and reason for this review is that they provided the wrong banking information which resulted in our wire not going though which held up the transaction by an extra week and caused us to miss an important delivery date that they had committed to. When we expressed our disappointment in the extra delays in delivery due to their mistake they made it clear that we were the once’s inconveniencing them. Once they had the cheque any hope of pleasing the customer was gone. To be fair, they are all very friendly but please double check the paperwork and everything else they say. Or save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere where they actually care about details and commitments. ** update - they called me back a day after the transaction closed to tell me that they had failed to return my deposit on top of it all. Error #5. Again, not malicious just incompetent. Let's see what error #6 turns out to be...

Although the staff were courteous, we had an extended warranty problem with our suspension. The trailer was a 2016, with low mileage. They informed me that the work had to be done. When I enquired about warranty, they said our insurance would not cover it, but they had not put in a claim. They told the company it was normal wear and tear after the fact, so we could not be covered.

Especially since security is in question. It shows the standard of this company. Hope this comment helps other people.
