Worst customer service I’ve experiences. Had an issue with my vehicle that was a recall. Damage was caused to my vehicle due to recall. Ive been there and called the manager for 6 times over the last 4 months and still getting the run around...... 4 MONTHS. This is truly unacceptable. Would never buy or deal with this dealership

This was a weird encounter. Went to look at a Grand Cherokee. Found one on the lot that we liked, and when we tried to walk into the dealership to discuss the vehicle, the salesman, Rick stopped us at the front door and asked how he could help. We informed him that we were interested in the vehicle and would like to talk numbers and potentially test drive it. He told us that the dealership is not allowing any test drives because of COVID. Thought this was weird, but continued to ask him a few more questions about the vehicle and potential factory orders on a different trim, which were met with very short and unhelpful answers. He then rambled on, saying that he can’t make a trade with another dealership to get us a different trim, which is not what we asked about and had to clarify again what we wanted. Eventually we stopped pulling teeth and decided to go to another dealership. I’m not sure if this sales rep recognized how serious we were, but we ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere the same day. Overall this was a very strange encounter, and I would encourage this dealership to take everyone’s questions and inquires seriously.

I have taken my mom's vehicle in for service at Taylor Chrysler. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. All the necessary work is explained to me, and if the need be I either contact my mom or one of the staff members does. If necessary, a ride or a vehicle is booked while the vehicle is being serviced. Thank you.
Sales staff were great for our new purchase but the service hours aren't very good for working people.
So en route to Hamilton from Kitchener and I lose all control of my car while on the 401 and ended up having to get it towed. I was able to reset the electrical indicator (which the manual mentions to do, but if it comes on again - it needs a tow). I called Taylor and let them know I was coming in via tow and explained my issues. Dropped off around approx 10:30am Thursday, and told it would be looked at around the afternoon. I called around 4:30pm only to find out it hasn't been looked at and was being saddled for the night. Luckily, I used my parents spare car and made my way down the next day. To my demise, there was a family of squirrels living in my engine bay (3 to be exact) and was quoted 3 hours at $120, just to clean out the nest and to do a electrical diagnostic. A couple hours later, I get a call telling me my throttle body is "defective" and that is the reasoning why my car suddenly stopped working, and with the new part, labour and an engine tune up - $1816 later. (and somehow, this had nothing to do with the squirrel's who seemed to have chewed up a lot of electrical wiring as every wire now in my engine bay is covered in black, electrical tape.) I called on the Saturday as this wasn't sitting right with me and spoke to Ashley, who physically went and looked at the tech WO and told me over the phone that there was "a lot of debris in the engine bay" - and to come in Tuesday for an updated invoice - so I can at least try and get something from my insurance company). Tuesday comes and I get a call from Ryan saying this had nothing to do with the squirrels, and this is a "common problem" and going through insurance would probably end up null. So I called my insurance company, explained the issue, and with their advice, I was to put a claim in and to obtain the "defective" part / pictures that the tech's took of the squirrel nest for evidence. After informing Ryan of this, it took 3 separate phone calls to get the physical "defective" part that I paid for when I bought my car. Apparently, there is a part refurbishment program Chrysler has, and if they didn't send back my old part that day, they would be charged $200 dollars - so at first, my part couldn't be found...then after informing them I started an insurance claim, they went to "look in hopes it didn't get already sent out", and lone behold, they find the part in the "scrap" pile. To date, my family has bought 5 cars from this establishment. The PT cruiser we had left me with a permanent L2 compression in my back as the airbag was defective and didn't go off. The Dodge Journey, less than 3 years old, had back left rear control arm snap clean in 2, permanently disabling my mother for life, and now being told the less than 5 year old jeep compass with 75K on it, has a fairly integral part of the engine that is defective...(not to mention I had no passenger airbag for 2 years due to a recall that Chrysler had no idea how to fix). We've been more than loyal to this establishment, and it sounds a little fishy considering how can you send back someone else's property without even telling them. To date, it doesn't logically add up as they would've received the work to repair my car anyways through insurance....so why put a customer through this? I would not recommend this establishment to anyone....if you need a good mechanic, talk to Colin at Lucarelli Auto tech on Barton street Update: December 8th and still no follow up from dealer principal Peter Grosvenor....I guess he only follows up on positive comments...
My husband and I drove from another dealership in Oshawa where we test drove to drive a car they have there. They took our keys to appraise it at the same time. We were asked only a few questions about it and then we were shuffled out to the car. We were greeted with a filthy car that we couldn't see out of, and that smelled like smoke and sent off on a test drive. When we came back, we were completely ignored and stood in the showroom for 5 minutes until someone came and gave us our keys and said, "it drives alright". He turned and walked away and left me holding his key out to his back. I was a little flabbergasted about this. I didn't know what was happening. I asked my husband what we should do, he said give it a minute so we stood there a few minutes longer, I gave the key for the test drive to the receptionist and we walked out. Our car hadn't been moved at all, so we didn't understand why the man had said it drives alright. We felt so put out and ignored. It was honestly the strangest feeling we've ever had at a dealership and we won't be back.

Never again - $800 for front break pads and rotors on 2014 caravan. Charged me more than full retail price and for the sanding disc and solvent cleaner. I know things have been slow due to the shutdown so they tried to make up for their losses on one job -mine. Priced the same job at another dealer - $150 less right off the top. Unless you have unlimited income I wouldn't suggest this place at all - way too expensive.
I have been dealing with this dealership since 2012 when I had to service my fleet vehicle for work there. It was always a good experience so I returned when I needed a personal vehicle and bought a 2015 Dodge Journey and then a 2018 Dodge Caravan GT. Fraser was my sales associate and was super helpful on the Thanksgiving Day weekend. Really happy with my new van which has 8,000km on it already! Thanks Taylor. EDIT: I'm editing this review because it won't let me post another one. I went back to Taylor because they were having a sale on Caravans and I thought, heck maybe I can upgrade to a 2020 with less miles (I do a lot of miles) than the one I have for similar pricing. Yup that is what happened. I contacted my super great Sales Guy Fraser and he worked hard and got me a wicked deal on a new 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan so I traded in my 2018. Thanks again Taylor!!
Another Update: We just had our first oil change after buying this car, and they let us know that the Oil Filter bypass valve was missing - Johnston said it is easy to break and should have been replaced, and impossible to miss during an oil change. This leads me to believe that Taylor (whos sticker was on the oil filter) did not replace it if it was missing, or broke it. This valve is there to bypass the oil filter when the engine is cold to keep oil pressure up. Without it, damage/excess wear can occur to the engine when cold. I'm very upset that Taylor would sell me a vehicle with a missing part. Its been a Rollercoaster ride with this dealership - with Dead batteries, making good on that, and then seeing additional corners cut. Not sure I'd recommend this place now. ====================== I bought a van from Taylor Chrysler and unfortunately I ran into an issue within a week - due to a misunderstanding with service/me/sales I ended up going to Costco and getting a new battery and left a negative review here, feeling a bit raw about having a week old (to me) can not start. NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES later after posting the review here, the owner/“dealer principal” Peter calls me, and immediately sorts things out. I truly believe this was just a misunderstanding and at the end of the day Taylor Chrysler turned a bad situation around and stood behind their product. The sales experience was great as well - ask for Rick he’s a busy guy but is zero pressure and gives you all the time you need!

We sent our vehicle here due to a safety a recall from chrysler. They broke a piece/part while replacing the 1 of the 2 recall items. They wouldn't fix the part they broke without downloading the cost onto me. They then gave us a quote for one price over the phone then changed the price in the next conversation. Escalated the discussion to the service manager who suggested we consult the phone recording. They pulled the telephone recording, but refused to provide it afterwards to legitimize their claim. I decided to tow my vehicle to my regular mechanic at RSK Automotive on Cannon.

Went there for recall work, done to satisfaction. Purchased parts, the parts guy was knowledgeable and friendly. Then returned to have an nagging issue diagnosed, turns out the repair cost will be abhorrent and since it's not for a critical system, they advise against repairing it. Appreciate the honesty, seriously.

Through the Carfax report we determined that a recall issue had to be sorted out and Fraser didn't hesitate to work with their onsite mechanic to have the part replaced in time for me to pick my new vehicle up. Came in on a Thursday to replace a radio on my dodge charger. Needed a rental that day to do some running around. Got a call stating I would be required to wait until Monday for a refurbished part to come in. Had to keep the rental over the weekend. Picked up my vehicle on the Tuesday to find that there is no lighting to the new radio unit. The glove box wouldn't open as a panel wasn't reattached properly and the CD that was in the old unit was never returned. Came back on the Friday to have the problem resolved. Dropped the car off 2 hours early to ensure they would have enough time to address the issue. Came back to be notified that they were too backed up to address my issue and that I would need to reschedule again. There was no priority given to fix their own error. I have already paid in full and this issue still hasn't been resolved. This is the worst customer service I've ever received.
I have been dealing with Taylor Chrysler for many years and have always had a pleasant and positive experience while in the shop. But, my most recent experience left me in tears. After spending a lot of money on a major repair to my car, I inquired about a questionable warranty to see if it would qualify for coverage and Eric in Service made me feel so stupid. He lacks in customer care, compassion and empathy. His arrogance left me beyond frustrated and extremely upset.

I would like to thank Jason Krop, My Sales Consultant for getting me into my new 2018 Dodge Journey. With the help of Frank Cabrea, Financial Service Manager, who made it possible to get my outstanding loan interest from being 28% plus to a whopping 9.99%! From the beginning Jason has been excellent to me; gave me and my spouse a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle to the service department. I made sure that I had all the information and paper work in order for him, to make it a fast transition to get me into my new Journey. Because of the Easter weekend, it made it a bit slower to get things moving but Jason had everything going. On his days off, Jason was texting me and emailing me, wishing my family a Happy Easter. He also was able to get me into a rental car at a much lower rate than anyone and hopefully will be getting me into a loaner vehicle until I pick up my new Journey. Leading up to this day, my luck with my 2010 Dodge Journey was not too good. First my crankshaft senor had to be replaced, after that my vehicle had another issue. After taking to the service department at Taylor, my adviser Chris Steinberg had my vehicle inspected, had a highway test done on it, and gave me a rundown of what work needed to be done and explained to me what the cause of the problem was. My throttle body needed to be replaced, due to the fact that it was probably not service by the previous owners. I did not have the money to repair it, and was advised by Jason and Chris that it would be better to look into getting a new vehicle. I have been to other dealerships in the past but I have never experienced this customer service that Jason has done for me and the Team at Taylor Dodge. For now on, I am only going to have my vehicle serviced at Taylor Dodge; I trust the team and the customer service.

If I could give a -10 I would! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Service department is terrible! I waited 3 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment. When I tried to take my jeep in for service on a Saturday they basically said I was an inconvenience to ask for what I needed on a Saturday. Service manager told me off for complaint about the lemon they sold me, said it's not their problem. Not to mention that when I purchased the vehicle in 2016 I was promised 5 oil changes free......hahaha! Right! I have spoken to the service manager 3 times now in total and all 3 times he was a arrogant and abrasive. Do not waste your time and energy here!

Their shuttle driver dropped me home (Binbrook maybe 20km), and when my car was ready, they refused to pick me up because it was too far. VERY disappointed that a multi-million dollar dealership was not prepared to shuttle a customer back, forcing me to find a ride so I could get back with my car to get my kids from daycare. Shame on you Taylor Chrysler.... I will NOT be bringing our Caravan, Charger, Cherokee or future business to you again. Ps, their driver was very nice.

Called the dealership to find out if there are any Ram 1500 Backcountry models in stock, sales man had no clue and argued with me that there is no such model and I called wrong dealer ship and I should call GM and ask them about High Country, I told him it's not GM but it's Ram 1500 Back Country Model for 2022, he became aggressive and told me I don't know what I am talking about. Who would go to this dealership where the actual sales people don't even know their product and become so rude? This goes to show how the management communicates about new product yet if u work fo Dodge, u should know all the model. Perhaps these sales people need to spend more time on learning their product instead of learning how to intimate customers.

Came in 4 separate times to get E-tested, each time “someone was on break” “come back at 3” or their machine broke. Absolute joke service, sat inside for an hour only to be told they couldn’t do anything, tell me to come back the next day, I come back and they say they’re no longer doing the E testing.
Very disappointed went in 5 weeks ago was told by Frank C the Business Manager that I couldn’t buy a used truck and roll my car over. He insisted I buy a new 2019 if I wanted to roll my car over and that I would need 5000 $ down to make all this happen. I went in today and everything changed. He wanted to take mine and my wife’s car 2015 Dodge Charger away from us or he needed 15000 $ down first. Please be very cautious about doing business with this man. He was not honest with me or my wife.

Brought my 2016 Jeep in for an oil change and a few minor warranty concerns. The oil change was done quickly but none of the warranty issues were resolved to my liking. One item had to be put into Chrysler for approval.. This item was not approved and when they called and told me so I asked for information on follow up with Chrysler Canada. I was informed there was no incident # or really any recourse for me to take. I feel the service department did not do their best for me and was unable to tell me how to escalate the issue. Don't think i will be going back anytime soon.

Jason in sales was good to deal with. The disappointment come when we went to pick up our new truck. First off we had no instruction to the new vehicle. None due to their Covid policy. There was hardly enough fuel to get home. I called him from the parking lot and asked what was up . He said all we get is 40$ in fuel. 100,000$ on a truck to get 40$ in fuel? This dealer needs to review their policy.

I have bought two vehicles in the past from this dealership. I have had such good experiences with them I even recommended my mother and sister as well as friends. Every single experience they have had has been the same. Your always well taken care of. I've used all the services from sales to rental from body work to oil changes and they have all be done well and in a timely fashion. I see some of these other negative reviews and question the motives behind them as I've always had positive and only positive interactions. All I can say is from mine and several close to me you couldn't find a more friendly and accommodating dealership. Peter was a treat to deal with and has always been there to answer any concerns or question me or my husband has had. As well the other sales staff there are always working as a team and willing to help each other out to ensure the customer walks away happy. The staff looks happy to be there which tells me they also are well taken care of. Anyways for my new jeep thank you and for being a great dealer thank you.
Just purchased a brand new 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman. Initially I thought that I lucked out on a great deal, as it was their last 2018 in stock and exactly what I was looking for. But where I really lucked out was the over the top treatment and service that I received from salesmen Jason and Jeff. I felt right at home and part of the family with these two. Great sales people. Baught a used van seven months prior to service and service said I needed 3 grand in repairs? Then told my wife to take in for service every 5000 km. Another service mistake put my oil change sticker at 15000 km called to ask about mistake said it's good for up to 13000 km by manufacturer warranty, so then asked why am I spending x amount of $$$$ to get it changed ever 5000 km the question was definitely avoided with no straight answer. All in all good sales questionable service..

Brought my vehicle in this morning to have sunroof fixed since it was leaking. Waited all day until i called at 3:30 to see how things were progressing. Come to find out the company they bring in to fix these issues hasnt shown up yet. Get a call at 4:30 that drain plugs clogged and it will be $190 to fix (that is half price). So thank goodness for dodge forums and people who have had this issue. It cost me 6 bucks for weed eater line, 30psi of compressed air and 10 mins of my time to fix. I would think about finding a new company to use who actually shows up on time and doesn't try and rip people off.

I needed to get on our 2016 Grand Caravan's sliding door lock actuators replaced. This is a common issue on the current Caravans. I had a quote from another dealership that I did not agree with. I bought the actuator from the other dealer and had the intention to replace it myself. Due to time and weather being cold I booked an appointment at Taylor. It was cheaper then my usual dealer. The dealership replaced the provided actuator for me. When I pickup the van the interior door panel was not attached correctly. It was very dirty and smeared with greasy fingers. The rubber window trim was not installed correctly and paint was damaged in the corners where the door was slammed back into position when reinstalling it. I let them correct the issues and touch up the paint. Update: A few hours after giving a 1-star review I received a phone call from a member of the service department. Attention to detail should have happened the first time however I appreciate that someone matched my negative review with my invoice. They assured me that the door was not placed on a table, and was on a stand. Given that this is a family car/semi daily driver ill give them this time the benifit of the doubt that perhaps the marks on the door were existing and not from the tech. I will give them a second chance. Ill make my final judgment at my next service.

I had the most horrible experience in buying a vehicle here. The salesperson that I dealt with was the stereotypical used car salesman. Rather than saying I don’t know but I can find out, he said whatever popped into his head first as an excuse, repeatedly contradicting himself. It started when we came to view the vehicle. I asked where the tonneau cover was. He said it didn’t come with one. I told him it was in their pictures on their website and that you could clearly see the marks from it on the box liner. He then told me that the previous owner must have taken it off. This was immediately after telling me the vehicle was a Chrysler corporate vehicle and that they get to order a new vehicle for themselves every 6 months and that their previous vehicle is then sold at auction. So he wanted me to believe that they bought this vehicle at auction and then the previous owner just happened to find where it went and came to claim the tonneau cover. Seriously!!? Do you even realize how ridiculous you sounded? Anyway, he told us that he talked to the manager and that because it was in the pictures I would get a new cover and it would be installed in time for my pick up date for the vehicle. Wednesday comes and we arrive to pick up the vehicle. We noticed that it had a used tonneau cover on it but thought perhaps they found the one that was removed. Upon arriving home, we investigated a bit more and found out this was actually not a factory tri-fold soft tonneau cover but a old, cracked, roll up tonneau cover. Trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and an easy out, I emailed him the following: Subject: Re: Tonneau cover So did they just throw on the used roll up tonneau cover until the new tri-fold one comes in? Is it being shipped here? Cause I don’t really want to drive back down there any time soon. Thanks Nadine His reply: Subject: Re: Tonneau cover Hi Nadine My apologies Nadine. Don’t know why they put a used roll up one on. We will make it right we will put a new soft one on. You would have to bring the truck back in. It has to be installed by a certified technician here in case something happened. When could you bring it in? Thanks Jay Since I live 2.5 hours away, and they couldn’t/wouldn’t accommodate me on a Saturday or past 5 pm on a weekday, nor were they willing to ship it to my local dealer for installation, I had no alternative but to take a day off work, losing a days pay and 8 hours of my life to drive back to Hamilton to have the old cover removed and the new one installed. The salesman takes us out to the vehicle to show us the new cover that was installed. Upon first glance, you could clearly see that it was sitting off the box on both front corners. The salesman also saw this and proceed to tell us that this sometimes happens and that when it relaxes it will sit down on the box, but that it is sealed now though. I could clearly see that it was not sealed! What he should have done was marched back into service and had them install it correctly! I was extremely frustrated and just wanted this to end so we drove home where my husband fixed the tonneau cover in 10 min. The clamps were not tightened enough in the front. Certified technicians should have known this! Tell me again why I had to lose a days pay and waste 8 hours of my time so it could be installed by “certified technicians”? And after all of this, I still did not receive the factory tonneau cover as promised! This email states it would be the factory cover, which should have been Mopar. I got an after market one. Subject: Re: Tonneau cover Hi Nadine It’s a soft tri fold cover. It only comes that way when ordering from the factory That’s the one in the photos So needless to say, I will be registering a complaint with OMVIC as well as reporting to the BBB.
Purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 Sport Rebel. Roger Filka did a FABULOUS job of helping me and my family purchase our newest truck. Gotta say this truck is AWESOME!!! This the 4th vehicle and 2nd truck I have purchased from Roger. Talk about integrity and honesty. Roger delivered beyond our expectations. The service team at Taylor is outstanding as well. You won’t be disappointed shopping there.
I went in for a supposed 10 minute recall appointment. 50 minutes later I notice that my vehicle hasn't moved from customer parking. I asked what the delay was and they said mine is the next one in. Two hours total time for a 10 minute part replacement. Not even a sorry or offer of a drink. I'll go to another dealer from now on.

CAREFUL!! I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with 56K. I had an appointment on July 17th, 2020 to have my oil changed and tires rotated. After the service I was told that I needed to have my rotors machined in the front and the back within the next few weeks because they were very rusted, especially the front for a cost of $ 525. I questioned this because the car is a 2019 model, had only had 56K and I have owned many Jeeps and never had to have the rotors serviced so soon. The service agent told me that because of Covid cars were not driven as much and rotors got rusted. I am a senior and during Covid the car was kept in the garage but I went for a drive EVERY day as a safe alternative to get out of the house for a short period. I was VERY suspicious of the of the need to have the rotors machined so I went for a second opinion at Canadian Tire on Hwy.8. Guess what?? I do NOT need to have the rotors machined. My brakes are in perfect condition. I will NEVER take my car back to Taylor Chrysler on Centennial Pkwy. I am a senoir, a female and I was told that I needed work done that was not required. Shame on Taylor Chrysler. You have lost a customer for good.

However, twice we went into the service department and received excellent service. The three stars are for the guy behind the counter in Service. He was great. As to the salesman Roger Filka, he was horrendous. Never called back after 3 messages were left so we moved on.

Please be careful when you bring your car here. I had been bringing my Jeep here for years, but the last time I brought my vehicle in I had a few things inside my car stolen while it was being worked on. I called and complained but they did nothing to help. I will never bring my vehicles back here ever again.
Not a good experience my last time at Taylor Chrysler. I brought my car in to check a heating issue and fix my windshield spray nozzle. I decided to not have the work completed to fix the heat because it was extremely expensive. So all I had fixed was that tiny little nozzle that sprays windshield washer fluid, yet my bill was $116?!! I was charged a half hour labour to diagnose the heating issue. In the 24 years I've been driving I have NEVER been charged for a quote and/or diagnoses. It has always been a free quote to diagnose the issue and then its my option if I want to have it fixed. Yet, they billed me $52.50 for labour?!! They also charged me $22 to top up my coolant because the hose was removed for inspection, which they did not confirm that charge with me. I know its not a big amount I'm talking about here, its just very frustrating to pick up your car and have all these petty charges. And I know its because I didn't get the work done there. Which in the end, I will never bring my car there again. So enjoy the $116 you gouged from me, because its the last you'll get from me.

I signed a deal that night on a Dodge Ram...If you are looking for someone who cares Jeff is the guy...all the staff were friendly and courteous... Had an appointment for service...there was some miscommunication on both ends about my appointment and then I was told I could take my car somewhere else...so I did! Very rude service in the service department.
I asked for an appointment for a semi-synthetic oil change over the phone and gave them the make and model of my car. They said it would cost $73-$83 depending on how much oil my car takes. When i got there i repeated what i wanted and they pulled up my file and said to be back in 30-45 minutes. I came back in 35 to hear them tell me that they dont have my oil and that the last time i had a synthetic done on the car. They told me that a synthetic would cost $160 and I asked how much i paid last time because i know i would never pay that much. They said that i paid $88 byt that they must have goofed up. I said well then i will take my car elsewhere and they said they already emptied my oil so i need to make a choice which was to pay $75+tax for a regular oil change or $160 for synthetic. I asked why they didnt know about what type of oul my car takes before they emptied it and why they didnt know that they didnt have it. They said that they dont know until the technician sees it...wow!!! Its DODGE...how dont you know and why do u ask me whattype of car i have before i even come there? I didnt have a choice because i wasnt going to pay almost $200 for an oil change or go home with no oil in my car so i had to go with the regular. I even spoke with the service manager who sided with his employees and decided that he would give me the regular for $70 and no tax....gee thanks????i should have been given the full synthetic for the price of the semi that you originally told me was going to happen.... i will never bring my car to dodge chrysler on centennial parkway in Hamilton again...obviously not in tuned to customer satisfaction and to all of you who are thinking of going there...DONT...i watched hiw they come out to the other customers telling them that they need more done to their car then what they came in for. Im not done here either...i will find someone higher to speak with about this...did u think because im a woman you can take me for granted...not so my friend...not so...not when it comes to my money.

Down to earth, normal people. I didnt feel like I was being 'sold' a vehicle so much as I was there to buy one. I had a pleasant experience with Fraser as my sales consultant, again very down to earth, Hamilton style salesman. Exactly what a guy like me needs when shopping trucks. I found their trade-in procedures to be the best compared to the typical dealership unfair lowballs before, would recommend checking out their prices that way. Overall great experience, honest people, good sales service.

Tried to book a service appointment online since nobody answered the phone. Simply got ignored. Tried again a week later with the online form and received not a single call or email. I took my business elsewhere after that. All I wanted was a new set of winter tires and an oil change. Found a great local auto tech in Stoney Creek as a result though so ill throw an extra star in for that.

Received a phone call from Roger hours before picking up my new truck which resulted in roughly an extra $140 in payments per month. They missed something in the contract and I was informed last minute. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I highly advise taking notes on the conversations and reading up on OMVIC sales policies before purchasing from this location. I have a 14yr history with Taylor and 8 vehicles purchased. I've had both positive and negative experiences. This review is based on my overall experience. I have used 5 different Chrysler dealerships and Taylor as a whole is middle of the road. If it was based only on the sales experience, it probably would be 5 stars but the post-sales service experience drags it down to 3 stars. PROS: Great in-stock selection optioned to actually appeal to people. They're the only dealership that options their in-stock vehicles exactly the way I'd order them. Sales team always attentive to my needs and got me into my new vehicles quick and without issue. Never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle I didn't want. Financing never pressured me to purchase something I didn't want. Frank has always provided me with all my options and offered his opinions but always accepts my decisions as final. Taylor has an on-site car rental fleet with good selection of vehicles. Quick and easy to get into a rental and on your way. We're talking minutes. That's convenient. Every time I've had a vehicle in the body shop for more than a minor buffing job, they have always detailed the vehicle inside and out before giving it back to me. Even if the repair work was only on the exterior, the interior gets detailed too. Peter & Dave Grosvenor: These guys really do care and want their customers to have the best experience possible. If you're having problems and feel stuck, definitely go talk to them. CONS: The service bays and body shop are straight from the 80's and don't inspire confidence in the quality of work because the environment your vehicle is in while being worked on looks old, outdated, and uncared for. Getting an oil change at Taylor is painful because there is no Express Lane. Often your oil change is given low priority and results in waiting for hours to be completed. Don't bother with service appointment. They give priority to vehicles needing most work. You could be next in line and a vehicle comes in on a tow and that vehicle will be taking in before you. This was verified to me by the service manager. Don't ever leave the dealership. You will be bumped to the end of the line. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and was told I was next in line but would be an hour or so before done. Decided to take their shuttle and wait at home. Called at 2pm and they were just getting to my vehicle. Absolute BS. They take on more than their capacity allows and they are always in a “put out the fire” mode. So if you want your vehicle worked on, scream loud and scream often. Or go somewhere else. The service department is the worst part of this dealership. Staff are put into job positions they are not qualified for simply because there is no one else to fill the position. They don't have the skills or training to properly handle customer complaints and it frequently results in their actions making the situation worse. Service refuses to admit their errors. Had vehicle in for warranty work that directly resulted in damage to my vehicle and Taylor wasn't going to fix it. Had to go to the top of the chain and talk to Peter to get anything done. Most new dealerships have one or more drive-thru bays where customers drop off their vehicles and are greeted by rep as they are exiting their vehicle. Taylor's doesn't have this. These are the things that makes other dealerships better. Body shop always overbooked resulting in the job being rushed out the door and lacking attention to detail. Most recent work done had a trim piece around the hitch receiver installed improperly. Clips bent under rather than inserted into the proper slot. Very sloppy. Makes you wonder what else they didn't do correctly that you can't see. Pushy Staff. I really didn't appreciate the new body shop manager (Mario) badgering me about giving the dealership a positive review when my only concern was getting my vehicle back and getting home. Pretty shady self promoting to try and force people to give you a good review.

Had my Jeeps soft top replaced under warranty (less than a year old). They must have dragged it across the shop floor because the paint on the soft tops latches was ground off. On closer inspection some screws were missing and some were drilled out and put in a different location. IU also had a front end alignment done. They did not lock down the steering wheel so the wheel was cocked to the side while driving straight. Go some where else for your service I certainly do.

I recently purchased a truck off these guys and have all good things to say about them! Before going to Taylor I went to another dealership to look at a different truck, not only was that dealer not NEARLY as friendly and accommodating as Taylor, but their pricing was an additional $4,000 and it had less options than the truck that Taylor had. I worked with Rick and Roger to close my deal. They're friendly and efficient with their service. On top of this, I spoke with the dealer principal while I was there and he sparked up a friendly conversation with me too. I come from the northern end of the GTA and even if I moved 4 hours away, I would still go to Taylor. I am so happy with their service that I felt the need to write this review (my first one ever). Thank you guys! I suggest everyone goes in and sits down with these people. These guys were also able to get me great financing when the other dealer didn't even really try hard enough. To top it all off, I never felt like I was being pushed into making a decision.

Hi, I visited this location for services, and I have been to several other places. But Taylor was the very great especially with my van. I was happy to drive back unlike other Chrysler showrooms. I did my regular oil and filter maintenance and few other regular check ups last Saturday, gentlemen name Michael was very knowledgeable and given me clear explanation of what's required and what's not.
Went to purchase a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk online from this dealership two weeks ago. Got in contact with the sales department which then put in touch with Frank a salesman there. After waiting 5 to 6 days the dealership worked out my financing and appraisal on my trade in and contacted me with the numbers and my approval. That day Frank contacted me, it was mid day and I was working and asked if I could have the numbers sent to me so I could look over them the next day. Frank agreed and sent me the paperwork that evening. I work as a nurse on the front lines (during a pandemic) so unfortunately when Frank called I was not able to drop everything to immediately look over the paperwork. The next morning I was woken at 9 a.m. from a call from a different salesman that advised me I needed to make a decision right away as there was someone else looking at the vehicle. I advised this gentleman that Frank and I agreed that I would speak with him that afternoon and as long as my numbers looked good I would be taking the vehicle. He told me he needed my decision now. I said well then he can give the car to somebody else. After that conversation I immediately emailed Frank and advised him of my disappointment in the whole situation and how I thought it showed much disrespect towards frontline workers and to customers overall. This would of been the 3rd car my husband and I bought from this dealership (despite the fact he works at Ford and gets discounts there) but I can say we will not be returning. Update since putting up this review: just received a call from the sales manager (which I find out is the one who called to pressure me into the sale) telling me i declined the purchase of the car due to the my trade in value. I advised that was not the reason and he was putting words into my mouth, I did advise I wanted to talk to FRANK about the value but I was not saying no because of it. I was saying no as he told me I needed to make up my mind that moment as someone else was interested. He began becoming very rude and loud with me and I had to ask him not to contact me again, he kept speaking over me so I had to end the call ????

You bring your car in under warranty and they reluctantly take it into service all the while scheming on how to sell you something extra or get rid of you quickly since you are not a money maker for them. So basically like every other dealer more or less. I found the only way to get a warranty repair is to have a different mechanic give you a print out saying what's wrong with your car and then take it in to Taylor with your car. Then and only then will they actually do something instead of patronizing you. Let's say your car is 1 years old and your oil is leaking. Well they will repair it but won't even give you an oil filter. You have to buy one.
We are forever grateful for the way we were treated when we were desperate to rid our mini van of a horrible nasty milk explosion from an Online Walmart grocery pick up order. The smell was absolutely unbearable, even with our masks on. The folks at Taylor answered our call and offered us help right away, when no one else would even call us back.. They worked hard and stopped at nothing to get our van clean and rid of that horrible smell. They were friendly and really took great care in what they did. Amazing team! Thank you so so much!
I'd like to thank Ian, John and frank for their great service. I traded my truck in on a new 2021 ram 3500 and it couldn't of been easier even during a pandemic with covid protocols in place. Ian stayed late and even msged me on his days off to keep me up to date on the trucks progress and I appreciate it alot. Very good service department
Worst experience I have ever had. I brought my jeep 3.0crd diesel in for repair and almost $500 later its not fixed. Took it back and they want to swap out other parts now after telling me the first fix parts were the cause. I told them I wont pay for trial and error. They didn't like this at all and asked me to leave. I spoke to GM and he too was no help and told me they are not use to working on vehicles with 300,000k I told him it was a diesel and wondered what his point was (maybe he was trying to say they don't have enough experience??), I was then phoned my Service manager who also did nothing - told me they replaced the faulty parts before and now the mechanic can visually see leaks in a few seals and they need to be replaced, I asked him if the seals are o bad that the mechanic can visually see issue do you not think they would have been bad 3 days ago? I told them I wanted to see my old parts they changed the first time because I don't believe they were bad and they are just guessing. I still have not heard back. I also told GM that I would allow them to put parts on my jeep at their cost until they fix the problem, then what ever part it was I would pay for that. Of course they are not willing to stand behind their mechanic word with their money but with my money they have no problem trying to convince me their are right and to keep trying new parts. As a side note my jeep was in twice and neither time did they put air in a soft tire. I left it soft after the first time with tire light clearly lit up on dash panel to see what kind of dealership I was dealing with. I guess if I had of paid to get air in my tire then they would have added air. Overall from the GM to Service Manager (Bob)to front service desk (Chris), I had a terrible experience. I guess if your willing to pay for trial and error they will treat you good. Otherwise you get treated like I did. I will never go back, well except to pick up my parts they said were broken so I can inspect them.
We had our truck repaired at the collision centre and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Mario and patty were great from the get go. They took care of everything. The workmanship is top notch no issues to deal with when we picked up the truck. We highly recommended taking your vehicle to them. You’re in great hands at Taylor Chrysler .

By far one of thé worst experiences I've every had getting a part replaced under warranty they let your car sit for weeks and gave numerous excuses and lies why it's still sitting a month after it was taken in and it was always everyone else's fault there should be no reason what so ever a car would need to sit for a month or more to be repaired...warning better hope your car don't need to be fixed under warranty they have piss poor service and will never deal or take another one of my dodge cars there again

Just bought a new 2019 Ram 1500 from Taylor Chrysler. One of the sales reps, Jason Krop, contacted me in less than 24h from when I inquired about the vehicle online. He was incredibly informative, professional, and honest with me as he walked me through the deal and provided me with advice. He responded in a timely manner (as I don't live near the dealership), and always made sure I was up-to-date on the status of the deal from a far. When I visited the dealership all of the staff were welcoming, and I was never pressured to make any quick decisions or sign up for something i wasn't comfortable with. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and i'm glad it was with Taylor Chrysler! Highly recommend.
When my car was damaged I looked for a FCA approved facility.. I took my low numbered B5 blue challenger to John and his staff for repairs... I could not be happier with my results. John treated my car as his own and made sure that all the fine details were covered before it left the shop. No one can tell it had been hit... I highly recommend this facility for all your bookshop needs..

Sales department was great, super kind and welcoming. Service department was very rude and talked down to not only me but other customers when they asked any questions. Extremely unorganized as well, took my car in around 9am the one day and 8 hours later, no call. I called them and they responded "oh yeah it's been ready". I wish I had gotten the name of the one younger lady that works reception, she was the only one that was kind. I took my business elsewhere and can't believe the difference in service.
Phoned service department to make an appointment and was told next available was in one week and 2 days time. Found this to be a bit strange as this has been going on all summer while employees are still laid off due to “covid”. (10 months) Clearly don’t care about their employees or customers. Gone elsewhere since and customer experience has been way better as the service advisor does not talk down to you. Taylor Chrysler service department clearly a waste of time!! And this was still a few weeks before Christmas and didn't seem busy at all when I drove up to the service department. Maybe you guys should hire more staff if you can't keep up. Every other shop appears to be operating at full capacity. Why isn't Taylor. Going else where for now on.

Bought a 2013 dodge ram Cummins sold me a vehicle that was back in the shop in less than 100km before purchasing the truck I was told maintenance was done on the truck and the expensive egr service was performed the reason the truck went back to the shop was because of the egr service! They cheaped out and didn't service the crank case filter which is supposed to be done at 80-100k but replaced it when the truck went back. Also the truck was not washed or cleaned properly the truck bed was very dirty the interior is also dirty stain on sheer garbage behind the rear cupholder I will never give back here and send anyone here again If I could upload pics I would show what the interior looked like.

Recently I took my 2014 town and country to Taylor Chrysler for a repair and had a wonderful experience. I ask for the Service manager Ryan who I dealt with before he is always straight-up as to what the issue might be. But anyone on his team can handle any issue. Their mechanics are truly the best who worked on my car. I believed dealers are the best when it comes to big important components on your vehicle. My car was having an issue so I explained that my battery warning light came on and voltage across the terminals were only 12.4v with the engine running. I got an appointment and brought it to the shop, they diagnose the issue within minutes as a faulty alternator, which Ryan already knew from my description and replaced it with 2 years warranty, I am back on the road no time wasted.
