Pavel is a super helpful guy who and is not pushy at all, he seems to just want to make sure you get the vehicle you will be happy with. Not a good place for people who are looking for a deal. The sales rep I talked to used a very condescending tone with me. I am sure they have some decent cars but the sales rep I talked too either lied to my face or didn't know what he was talking about when it came to car pricing.

Really bad customer service, rude and over charging for services. Did an inspection of a vehicle in Quebec a months ago and pass safety, brought to their shop and they found a problem with the vehicle. Tried to sell me 4 tires because one of my tires had a small crack on it. I dont give you a 0 star because there is not 0. Stay away from this shop. I dont give reviews but this shop requires to undertand that customer are the business.

We just moved to Hamilton and were looking for a mechanic to do servicing on our car, we looked up and found good reviews here so we went. They tried up selling me many things. One of them was the back lights, they said they fixed it up within a week I had to go to dealership and change it again. I know they had offered me warranty but after all the up selling on my first visit I didn’t want to go back. That was my first and last visit there.

I did not buy a vehicle from them but when I went in and spoke with Pavel, I wish I did. He was extremely kind and courteous. He probably could have sold me any car on his lot but knew what I wanted and didn't take advantage of that. Even though he knew I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle from him he still went above and beyond to make sure I knew what to look for when buying a car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for car. You walk in and it's like you're talking with a friend. Pavel isn't just another sales man. He's looking to get you what you need.

Very bad customer experience. I called in the office to see the car in about half hour, was told I can see the car, its available. I came all the way from St. Catharines at 5:30 office was closed, and no car on the lot. Called back to find out if I can still see the car, was told: Covid rules. We close at 5. you need to make an appointment... Website says office hours - 9:00-6:00

After one year of owning the 2011 Jetta I purchased from here I cannot recommend buying a car here to anyone. There was an extra $699 "Delivery and Installation" fee included on my bill that I had to chase the sales and finance guy for a few days to get back to me in cash. (Still paying extra interest on that because I financed the car.) When I bought the car, I had purchased an extended, full coverage warranty that includes brakes and when my rear caliper seized I called this place to fix it under warranty and was simply told "Brakes aren't covered under warranty" and had to call the warranty company to work with another mechanic to fix my car. The salesperson did get back to me eventually stating that my caliper was indeed under warranty and I could bring it in but by then I already had it fixed elsewhere. Here is a small list of the things I had to do to this car within 12 months of buying it: The battery has died and been replaced along with a rear caliper, headlights, new front suspension, and brakes all around among other things. Hopefully my experience can help you make a more informed decision when you're looking at a vehicle.

Well I am a female sitting at the side of the road with my dog waiting for CAA to tow my car I literally just picked up at the place. Car over heated twice on my way home. I am still not home. It should have taken me a little over an hour to get home. It is 4:30 and I picked up the car at noon. Unbelievable. Sent an email, but as of yet there has been no response. It is 32° out and we are in a heat warning. This should not happen, I should at least be able to make it to my home with a car I just purchased.
