I was looking for older Nissan Z's to purchase when I get older as I am not old enough to get my drivers license Nissan is my favourite car manufacturer and Z's are my all time favourite car. I was assisted by Alberto Avelar and his help and experience helped me. He was very kind and patient with me and explained everything in a thorough manner. Unfortunately there was no Z's available but that was ok because I was just looking for the prices a dealership would give so I wouldn't get ripped off but Alberto's service was so great that it brought a smile to my face thank you Alberto. .

What can I say about Parkway Nissan? Well this dealer is amazing! The staff are great and friendly and very knowledgeable. For us this is our second Rogue we have purchased from Parkway and specifically Roy. Roy Kloppenburg is an amazing person to deal with. We have had the pleasure of working with Roy on our last 2 purchases and the entire reason we came back to Parkway from Toronto! He remembered us from almost 5 years ago and had our file ready when we arrived and all the details we were looking for in a new vehicle! We can not say enough about our experience here. No pressure tactics, no guilt, and an extremely friendly and experienced team all around. Roy even went above and beyond for us just before he was going on vacation. I had to purchase a car while living in Hamilton due to a degree program which required a lot of driving. Parkway Nissan was an excellent resource, and I am not only very happy with my vehicle but also the service I experienced when I was there. I felt as if they were looking out for me, and they were always very reasonable with pricing and recommending what services were necessary. This is my first car, and I never felt as though they were trying to sell me things I didn't need or pressured, which is something I worry about when trying to fix my car. In short, I would wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Servicing Experience was not so good. When I check Nissan website for oil change service , I found many dealer provide free tyre rotation with oil change that’s why I proceed with them but after I got to know that they don’t provide free tyre rotation with oil change and billed me $40 for tyre rotation. Which was not so good. If same Nissan dealers can give that type of offer then why not you guys . I could have went there for my oil service where I could have saved 40$ but sadly I pay 40$ extra to get service . And service team member stating me , then you don’t have to come here and can go there . Huuuu

Kris, Janel and Alberto are some of the best people in the industry. Not only did they treat me like a VIP customer, they made me feel like part of the family. After having a bad experience at another Nissan dealership in Hamilton, Parkway was amazing. Kris in sales gave me a ton of information regarding my different purchasing options and terms. Janel walked me through the costs and helped me weigh my options. Even Grant the GM came out to talk to me and get me keys for a test drive. If I could rate my experience higher I would. 10/10!

I had a tough time getting an appointment for Saturday although at the end after some argument it turned out that I could if I left the car for the day! If he was intelligent or at least had some common sense, he could have suggested that before and not have argued lol!

Not the best of times to buy a car but Parkway Nissan hit a home run. Called ahead, Jon had the car we wanted to see right out front. No pressure tactics at all. Jon was very thorough going over car explaining all the features. The car was very reasonably priced in today's environment, we purchased car. Kaley (financial mgr) was thorough going through purchase order but did not push to sell extras. This is the 2nd car purchased at Parkway and would go again. This was my first experience at parkway Nissan as I bought my murano elsewhere. I was very impressed with the customer service. Specifically Rebecca from the service department. She heard me asking about a paint stick and even though they were sold out, she got a clear coat stick and came out to my car and helped me seal it until I fixed the mark. She also explained once I get the paint stick how to use it properly. This was above and beyond my expectation and I’ve had many bad dealership experiences in the past (not Nissan) I left thinking to myself I have to write a review which I also never do but I felt she deserved this shout out. I have just had the unhappy experience of Nissan's poor respect for their customers. In 2015, at Nissan's recommendation, I purchased Nissan pressure sensors for my Altimas snow tires. Now I replaced the Altima with a 2020 model. On installation of the snow tires I was told by the dealer that my sensors could not be read by my 2020 model. This is entirely unacceptable. Sensors are NOT cheap! Despite the fact that we have been pleased with our two Altimas, we are likely to boycott Nissan in the future.

From the moment we walked in the door, where we were greeted by Alberto who introduced us to our salesperson James, we were treated with respect and never felt targeted (which is very common being a young couple). James showed us exactly what we were looking for, bringing the vehicles from the lot up to the showroom entrance, while Alberto offered us a place to wait and coffee. We were never pressured into buying the top trim (even though we did decide on the Rogue Platinum), and Janel in financing was amazing, communicating via text message to work with our busy work schedules and ensuring we got the best financial plan to work with our budget.
