Otto and Shane helped me to find a reliable SUV, when family came to visit, and picking all three, plus luggage, would not fit in our VW Beetle. They handled a window issue within 3 months with ease, and returned it without labor, and just the material costs.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but Otto's service was so pleasant I felt compelled to give them a kickback. Their vehicles are reasonably priced and they make every effort to ensure that you'll leave satisfied about your purchase. Joe and Shane assisted me through my purchase, both were very friendly and professional. I had found that the door unlock button wasn't working and Joe promised me that they would promptly fix it, offered me a discount and to make an extra key. After I took the car home I discovered there was a leak with the washer fluid pump and they helped me to fix it right away at no cost. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be looking to buy more cars from Otto's!

Apparently, if you are not White, you are not welcome at this establishment. Very racist manager/owner. When I came in, he hid himself behind the door, and told me to “remove my car from the property”, and refused to even talk to me. I guess pockets of Hamilton are still pretty racist.

Had an overall good experience. Bought a 2005 nissan altima at 120k and am currently at 180k and had a few minor issues but did not notice anything wrong in the first couple of months since purchase. Typically wouldn't trust smaller used lots for higher end or more expensive brands (Mercedes-Benz, BMW etc) but for an older car I'd say everything went well. Would shop there again.

Ottos Auto Sales is a great place to look for used cars. They have knowledgeable staff that are always there to answer any of your questions and, unlike most dealers, they aren't as antsy with the customers. I was able to take two cars out for test drives without a sales person there to try and convince me to buy the car during the entire drive (many other dealers I have visited have very little knowledge on the cars they sell anyway). Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit in the future. Ask for the sales manager Joe. Nicholas D.

Joe was AMAZING! I bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra. He made sure the car was ready to drive like he was getting ready and safe for his family. Put on two new front tires,fixed the rear trunk button and replaced two belts on the car at no extra cost. Hard to find that type of integrity and salesmanship anymore. Cared about me as a person not $$. Will deff look into buying my next cat from him again! I'm also a young female and didn't feel like I was being pressured, scammed or treated like an easy target.

We are extremely happy with our purchase of the 2011 BMW X3M! The Otto's Auto team was honest and helpful assisting us outright from the start, we did not feel pressured throughout the entire process. He assured us if any problems or issues arise after the purchase that they would help fix and accommodate! After taking the vehicle home, we discovered an issue with the overheating. After notifying the dealership, Shane was able to quickly arrange a loaner vehicle for me and helped us fix the issue by replacing the water pump and thermostat at no charge. A huge thanks again to Joe and Shane for the outstanding customer service at Otto's Auto! Had a great experience purchasing my 2020 M4 from Otto's. The entire purchase process was done virtually as I am located in Toronto. The sales rep. Masood was just fantastic to work with. Masood took care of every little detail I asked for and was very patient through the whole process as we went back and forth for almost 5 days before I finalized the deal. If you are looking to purchase a BMW I highly recommend dealing with Masood at Otto's. You will not be disappointed.

This my first time to write reviews, but Otto's service they deserve it. Their vehicles are reasonably priced and they make every effort to ensure that you'll leave satisfied about your purchase. Shane, the owner son, assisted me through my purchase, he were very friendly and professional. I had found that an engine light up issue and he promised me that this would be fiixed. during the safety check,a new rear rotors and brake pads was also replaced. Also he helping me get the new plate number which was my lucky number without extra cost, how amazing is that. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be looking to buy my second cars from Otto's!
