Recently my wife’s car was making a knocking noise in the engine, as a mechanic I was a little upset because it only has around 160,000kms on it. I was talking with Hyundai and they suggested I take it to the dealer for a check over and to confirm the problem we were having (understandable) I was very impressed with the willingness to help, and the fast turn around. They ordered a new small block under warranty and installed in a very reasonable time. Before all this I wasn’t sure I’d buy another Hyundai again but because of their service I would consider shopping there in the future for when my wife and I decide to get an SUV. I can't say enough amazing things about the service and experience I had at Mountain Hyundai. Jessica is absolutely outstanding. She worked within my budget, gave me plenty of options and was very patient. Jessica listened to all my needs and explained all the features, as I was upgrading quite a bit from my 2010 accent so being educated on the specs was important. I drove away one happy gal! The vehicle has been everything I expected, but the customer service at Mountain Hyundai is beyond compare. This week, I found out just how caring they are of their customers. I was in a difficult position with something, and they stood behind me 100% Its easy to be great when things are easy, its much harder to be great when things get difficult. I'll never forget how they helped me.

Had a very unpleasant experience the second time I brought my car here. I arrived at the dealership at around 1:10 PM and was told that a Service 3 maintenance will usually take 2 hrs to finish but waited more than 4 hrs(left 5:30 PM) and was the last customer to leave the dealership. I don't understand why my car was the last to get done and my car is entirely fine. The only thing that was done to my car aside from the service maintenance was to change the tires and my tires are all on rims! Why don't you advise your customers if the service will take longer than expected or if there is any delay? To add more to the disappointment, I don't normally check my credit card charges but due to frustration , I checked and compared the credit card receipt and my invoice and was surprised that I got charged for $50 more so I had to call the dealership just to correct it. It was a really really frustrating experience! Also, I noticed and few other people noticed in the dealership that some are being given a free stuff while some weren't. A lady was surprised when one of the sales advisor handed her a wireless charger and that called other customer's attention. I don't care about whatever free stuff you guys are giving but that bothers me as I felt like there's some sort of "selection" and "special treatment" among customers. I provided a feedback response from the e-mail that I got but it looks like it got buried on somewhere else mailbox.

Lena Holtved was a professional from the moment we met and beyond the purchase of our 2022 Kona. This is our fourth Hyundai, third from Mountain Hyundai. We have been pleased with each purchase and will most likely be back for our next car. Until then, we'll enjoy our new purchase especially because Lena made it a very smooth process. And as she says, she's only a phone call away if we have any questions. She's in my contacts.

Bought a 2017 Hyundai Tuson with an extended warranty which was an extra 3+thousand dollars. First time taking it to Mountain Hyundai 6 months after buying the car with a concern that the car wanted to stall, and did not slip into gear. Still same issues going on until June 2019, where I was told the clutch was replaced. Again in November 2021 same issue. The " replaced clutch"( still) gone again withing 60 thousand km. Now they want 1,700+ to put a new clutch in . The best warranty won't cover the clutch, big surprise here. Hyundai head office won't help, Mountain Hyundai won't help, even though by Mountain Hyundai's own admission it affects about 30% of all Hyundai Tuson clutches. Do not make our mistakes and pay money for warranties that are not worth the paper they are printed on. Hyundai is not worth it and Mountain Hyundai is less than transparent or helpful.

I was a walk-in customer, and was immediately acknowledged, and set up with a sales associate- Frank. I test drove one vehicle that Frank recommended, and fell in love like he said I would! Frank (and other associates) made the sale as smooth as possible as I also requested to do a trade-in as well. I was promised a 2 day delivery date, from the moment I picked my 2022 Tucson, which is exactly what I got. I came in Monday, picked my vehicle and drove away with it on the Wednesday. I highly recommend Mountain Hyundai!

Highly unprofessional and incompetent bunch of people at auto service department! Damage done to my car. I have had a series of events with the auto service department, which I am listing below after my most recent car service: 1. Back in March/ April of 2020, there was a bad odor problem with my car, which they couldn't figure out for next 3-4 separate visits. 2. Then there was an issue of water coming into the car through underneath the glove box compartment, and then after 2-3 visits, they figured out that somehow a small animal might have made its way through HVAC lines, and had clogged the lines, due to which above issue 1 and 2 were happening. Charged me about $240 to properly flush the lines, and both the issues were corrected. However, on both the occasions, while they were figuring out root cause, they were putting the blame on a minor collision which I had back in Sept. 2019, in which my car was hit from the back by someone while waiting at a left turn (no fault of mine!). 3. The most recent issue which I had happened on Nov. 27, 2021. They have completely ruined the steering wheel alignment of my car and are now unable to fix it. My steering wheel is off center now and slightly tilted towards right, which was perfectly fine before the service. I went in for my regular service along with a scheduled alignment service which they had suggested me to go for during my last service. At the time of checkout, the service advisor Scott Mcvittie also admitted that the steering wheel is off center now and tilted towards right and two of their technicians couldn’t fix it after spending more than 2 hours, but guess what, they came back with the same blame game, that it could be due to that minor collision, which happened back in Sept. 2019!! Spoke to their manager yesterday and today, and he is reciting the same words that it could be due to that collision and they just did the inspection only, and I have to reach out to my insurance company to get it fixed, and in case insurance company is unable to help me out in this (which I highly doubt as my car was in perfect condition prior to this service, and moreover that collision incident is more than 2 years old), then it is my headache!! In nutshell, paid them twice for the alignment inspection to actually damage my car, and on top of that, putting the blame back on me! Pathetic customer service!

Beyond Disappointed. Returned home to find my vehicle was scratched during service, and nearly a month later still no contact from Management, let alone reconciliation - Very shameful, as the Advisors & staff are wonderful, but Management is clearly lacking in empathy & customer service.

Brought my car in on Monday Oct 18 for a recall, 2020 Elantra, I was in and out in less than 1 hour, everyone was very courteous and great Covid safety measures in place! The only suggestion I have is the car wash leaves soap and spots on the car, had to go have it washed over after I left!

From the warm greeting from the gentleman at service, through to the friendly smile (yes, you can see a smile through a mask) from Cameron at service desk, through the general friendliness of everyone in the space. On to young Jordan escorting me to my test drive, all the way to warm Silvia. I cannot recall a more enjoyable 'potential' customer service!

Horrible experience with the service of getting my 2019 Accent Hatchback oil change and winter tires installed. Was told job would take 1hour to 1 and half. It took over 2 and a half hours. Plus, had my cargo cover mysteriously disappear and no one from Mountaian Hyundai knows where it went to. Now I have to cover the cost to replace it myself. Will never take either of my vehicles there again.
This was my first time to this dealership. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had booked the entire appointment online. I needed new tires and regular service. What started out as what could be a bad appointment turned around quickly to be a fantastic experience. There was an issue with the tires that I ordered. The issue was handled fast and efficiently. I was kept updated on a regular basis. I had requested an alignment as that was recommended online. I was told that the alignment was fine and not required. The service advisor Glen was great throughout the entire process. He was able to obtain some discounts on my service and parts due to the long wait. I didn't ask I was just given as a thank you for being patient. I will be back and highly recommend this dealership. I will be going here for a long time to come.

Irresponsible and unprofessional service. 1st visit for my car service the tests were performed on someone else’s account. 2nd visit for car service things were left open under the hood and fluids weren’t topped up as shows in the pictures. Service manager threatened me and told me that he has my address where i live from my account. I was told not to come back for service to this location. MISS USE AND LEAK OF PERSONAL DATA!!!! CANT TRUST THIS LOCATION ANYMORE.
