BUYERS BEWARE!!! OVER PRICED VEHICLES WITH PROBLEMS. This business will lie just to look good, my dad was there as a witness and you never once mentioned the gas problem, the mirror damage, or the belt squealing. They that Moe called me frequently and he never did, i was the one that called him all the time. and if this place is cheap and decided that a used part was better than a new aftermarket part. Maximum Motor Car is cheap and never tell the truth!

Nice cars, great prices & pretty good financing deals but other then making sure the dash lights went off for the safety, they did NOTHING for delivery. They didn't change any fluids (which was one thing we asked them to do and they said they would) and it WAS NOT detailed all all. All this was extra stuff is expect when you buy a car from a dealer. New or used....it's expected!!!! That's just good customer service. Maximum Motors, your half way there ... Just take it the rest of the way and you guys get 5 stars.

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle through Maximum motor cars and I've got nothing but great words I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Sam took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy or silly sales gimmicks. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Maximum motor cars, It was worth the hour drive to get there. Made a special trip there to see a car my girlfriend was interested in. We walked in and was greeted with a “yeah?” We said we had emailed about a car & were here to see it. The man (Mohammad) didn’t seem pleased. He might of rolled his eyes? Then seemed to bounce around the office without saying any words. No dialogue what so ever. Then he might of mumbled for ya to follow him out back. He handed me a key. Pointed & walked away. Then said a few words as we were finishing & he vanished. If this guy is the sales manager. I’m a astronaut! I’ve sold a million things & both my parents were in auto sales. Usually you get a “hi folks. Thanks for stopping in’ how can I help’ what are you looking for ‘ etc etc”. My girlfriend & I left shaking our heads & saying “wow”. ... can’t get much worse. ... I should be their sales manager. When I’ve been in sales. I always made a point to thanking people for stopping in. Making conversation. They don’t have to spend their hard earned money at your business ! Remember that !. Even if we loved the car. We wouldn’t of done a deal with the way we were treated. Or not treated.

Let me start by saying I do think Sam is a good person. His "mechanic" is one of the most unprofessional person I've ever met. I want to warn all potential buyers...do NOT allow your car to enter the door of the garage beside this place. For the life of me I can't understand why Sam uses them ever. I bought a car from here it was a 2007 so needed some work. Switches and key fob and tire needed a patch all pretty easy. Sam agreed to fix it and I was sent to Kevin next door where I had to come back 4 times because it either wasn't the right one or it was broken (Kevin blames this on Sam). By the forth time and months now months later I dropped it off for the weekend and said I would be back on the Monday. No call from them and I go back to find my car isn't on site. Kevin has driven it to his home. I'll be the first to say Sam took my call and worked till 9pm trying to figure out where my car was. Kevin is an idiot and I still didn't have my car back until late the following day. The switches and key fob finally fixed and all on Sam's dime. BUT it seems I've got bad luck with this car...it broke down this weekend stranding me I middle of no where and just cost me $942 to put a new alternator in. If you buy from here use your own mechanic, don't let anyone send you "next door" for any reason!

Bought a truck from them in May of 2017. Was a non pushy unrushed environment, they had a great selection of trucks. I do however recommend that you take the vehicle and have it double checked after the safety, their mechanic seems a little scatterbrained and forgets things. The vehicle had fog lights when I originally test drove the truck however the lenses were broken when I picked up the truck the fog lights were just gone I will have to replace those myself. Front suspension on my truck was a little loose and the drive shaft axle nuts we're not torque down to spec in fact they were loose and rattling around inside the rim, the left front brake caliper was also seized / sticky so I just replaced it. So overall my experience was good they just need a better and more thorough mechanic to perform their safety checks.

I bought a Cadillac from them and they told me everything is perfect on it and I got the best warranty. 3weeks in starts making noises, that's after only driving it couple times and turns out the warranty covers only transmission but they kept telling me it covers everything and now I have to pay 1500 because they never took it for service nor did the maintenance work and the warranties I bought they're useless. Thanks for haggling me and ripping me off while calling me brother.

I promised Mohammed I’d write a review, I’m a few months late but here it is. Bought a 2010 Ram 1500 with a little under 200,000km. Everything went smoothly and quickly with the purchase. No car salesman b.s. I was seeing from other dealerships while shopping around. Friendly service and very helpful and to the point of putting me in the vehicle of my choice. Simple, easy, and friendly. And easy to contact when needed. When I picked up the truck it was fully detailed inside and out. It looked new...totally different from the truck I thought I’d purchased! The brakes were new all around and a replacement wing mirror was on order because a signal light on it wasn’t working...so I’d have to bring it back in a week to have it replaced. I took it to my mechanic for an alignment adjustment and was told the lower ball joints were worn, one side worse than the other. I told Mohammed and they replaced the worn part, when I brought the truck back for the mirror, at their own expense. And the experience was still friendly, easy, and quick. I’d recommend them to anyone. An excellent selection of used vehicles! Specifically trucks! I’ve read some of the bad reviews on here and I’m sure some are justified but remember you’re buying a used vehicle. After a week with my truck the serpentine belt was squeaking so I replaced it myself. I didn’t bother asking Mohammed to do so. I’m sure he would have but at some point the vehicle is my responsibility. The price reflects the condition. I’m sure other parts will start needing replacement but it’s not new, it’s used. It’s expected. I know what I bought, I got a great deal, an awesome truck, and the service and sale was great. Thanks again guys! Dale

The list was very long of issues. I called & text my sales guy. Tried to work something out with no luck. Same old run around. Now my mechanic fixed the truck 100% how I should of got it. My advice is please take it to your mechanic & if your having second thoughts go with your instinct.

Bought a porsche 911 Oct 20 2018. Took the dealership 3 months to repair it. After i originally bought it. They rarely return calls and texts for updates on the car. When i viewed it, the car had 140200kms, picked it up oct.20, 141650. Dropped the car back the next day. With a flashing check engine light. When i picked it up Jan 23 repaired it had just over 143000 kms. Day i picked it up, the 2nd key wasnt in the office, i was told it will be mailed to me. I bought the car with a 2nd set of wheels and tires that had New Rubber. Dealer said i was going to get reimbursed for my time driving as i live 150 kms away 1 way, for insurance that im paying on the car, and only around Christmas time, i was told to get a cheap rental for 35$ a day as i had family coming from overseas, and i needed a car. (11 days i had a rental) Once I picked up the car, after 3 months of buying the car, i was told to wait a week to get reimbursed as its slow. I waited a week and i was told they repaired the car, i got a great deal and i wont be getting extra money. They lost the 2nd key and i wont be getting a 2nd key. The rims and tires that i got with NEW RUBBER, 2 wont even pass safety. Contacted OMVIC and BBB, I was told this is a common thing with this dealer from OMVIC so WATCH OUT

I recently went to maximum motors to purchase a car and we instantly fell in love with a Cadillac. Our salesmans name is Mohammed. In my mind the most honest, genuine and caring salesman anyone could ask for. We took the Cadillac for a ride and when we got back we told Mohammed that we would take it so we put 1000.00 dollars down to get the car in for safety before we payed the rest of the money. A day or two laterwe were forced to cancel the deal of the Cadillac. My wife called Mohammed and he gave us our deposit back no questions asked. The most sincere salesman I have ever known.

Our cooperation took some time as during the first car review I had requested some corrections and fixes in the car which I had noticed. Mohamed kindly wrote down all of them and committed to fixed them - without any additional costs. All of that with small time delay was delivered perfectly. Additionally he presented me invoices for the parts replacement as a proof. Many thanks for that great job. Few days later one of the pars which was replaced broke down (the expensive one), yet it was not fault of Mohammed or service but the producent. Maximum Motor Cars were so kind to resolve that issue and replaced it without extra charges. Mohamed handled that thing perfectly and I'm very grateful for that.

Absolutely horrible experience with them, booked an appointment to go and see a vehicle I show up for the appointment and no one knows what is going on turns out the vehicle wasn't even there. I told then I was driving 1.5 hours to see the van for my company and I basically wasted over 3 hours and a bunch of fuel for no reason, completely unprofessional. It's been 5 days since they said they would reach out to me and make this problem right they never called, nice try on making this look good on google at least follow through on what you say your are going to do. For years and years I have contemplated buying a used car I know how many fears and worries there are with buying a used car. I contacted Maxim motor car and I bought a car from Sam. He was accommodating and made the process extremely easy for me. Although most people wouldn't purchase a car over the phone without actually seeing it and driving it.... I did. And I'm glad I did because I have a real awesome car. And even though my 2009 car needed some minor maintenance Sam took care of everything I didn't have to pay a penny. He scheduled inspection appointments, paid for replacements.Sam has shown Incredible integrity and Kevin his Mechanic is tremendously skillful and funny. Highly recommend these guys. Bought a truck. When I took it for the test drive there were a couple thing wrong with it. They said they would repair them so I called later that evening after doing some other test drives and put a down payment. Took them more than a week to get it in for safety, and the repairs were never made. On top of that the dash lights for the door ajar and tire pressure would not turn off(weren't on during test drive). When I mentioned this they just told me it was common for that vehicle and had no interest in in doing further repairs or replacing the door latches; which is the common fix for this common issue. For a "dealership" they don't seem to worried about customer satisfaction and i paid too much for a truck when I would have had a better chance buying an "as is" vehicle.

Hey! Just a warning to everyone thinking of visiting this place, check the 1 star reviews. This place scammed one of my friends, so I decided to do a little digging. After sorting through all of the reviews, I noticed a couple of patterns. It seems although Maximum Motors is trying to sell themselves as an honest and family run business, they are up to some interesting review tactics. First off, check and see how many of the 5 star reviews come from people with under 6 reviews. ALSO, (I'm sure they will delete these after I point it out), check out how many of the five star reviews seem to be reviewing all the same companies. Seems like customers of Maximum Motors sure like Clothing liquidations in London! And woodstock Chrysler! and Dreamchasers contracting! Huh, funny. Seems like a lot of reviews only review these companies... It couldn't be that these are fake bought reviews for a price.... could it? It's not like fake review marketers often have accounts that post reviews for places all over North America... Do they? Yep. They sure do. I'm sure this guy giving EVERY wedding planner in south chicago negative views is looking to buy a used car in Ontario a couple weeks later, right? TBH, this is a scam. Not all, but a significant chunk of the high level reviews are fake. They use very "keyword centric" language for default templates. Look how many times the word "2010" comes up in top reviews. People traded in more 2010's than every other year combined according to the reviews it would seem. Don't fall for this. They clearly fake safeties, fake reviews and sell you broken vehicles with "Bumper to bumper" warranties that basically cover nothing outside of the engine. Steer clear of this scam, they are trying to sell you a hot potato.

I purchased my first pick up truck from Maximum Motor Car a month ago and what a month it has been!!! From the time that I first walked in, Sam was very helpful. I had phoned to let them know that we were coming and the truck was running and he handed me the keys for a test drive. I fell in love with it immediately!!! I then dealt with Moe to complete all of the paper work. I had quite a few extra requests that they probably do not have to deal with regularly. I originally was planning on purchasing the truck in my name but then decided that it would be a better decision to purchase it under our farm, because it would be used quite extensively for farm use. Moe cheerfully changed the paperwork for me and helped me to get farm license plates, which required a few more background documents then a normal license plate. They were able to expedite the whole process so that I was able to have the truck in just 3 days so that I could take it on a long distance trip. Thank you to Maximum Motor Car for working so quickly and efficiently, which allowed me to have the vehicle of my dreams!!

Fake safety. Everything they said would be fixed at time of pick up was not fixed. They lie and cheat the customer. Going through MTO and OMVIC now Reply to owners response. When I called from the side of the road to tell you the brakes fell out. I was told by the owner he's sorry but things happen after safety that he can't control. I only put 300km on from pick up day. 180 km was from diving it home and back to you because the passenger door wouldn't open. I have also sent 3 emails on top of the phone calls. If you want me to post the emails on here I will.....
