While there were some problems at first—the vehicle I was looking at had a dead battery, flat tire, and an oil spill under the trunk surrounding the spare—all were rectified fairly quickly. The vehicles on the lot were otherwise in decent shape, not a lot of rust on any of them, and the prices were good. When I finally settled on a vehicle, they threw in a 3 month warranty in addition to the certification/safety. No e-test, but that's free now anyway. Out of all the small dealerships I've been to in Hamilton, this was the best experience by far. Only one other matched the friendliness I encountered with the family here, but their cars were out of my price range. Lovely Auto Sales was just right.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED Harb Dhaliwal was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. We agreed on a price over email alongside a reasonable down payment. We came to see the car and upon inspection of the car we found that literally everything was wrong with the car and the ad was absolutely inaccurate. Rotors were rusted, break pads were almost down to zero, exhaust was violently rattling, and service on the car HAS NOT BEEN DONE SINCE 2012!!! we took it for a test drive and brakes were barely functional but we were told that everything is in good condition. Interior was all scratched up and not at all what it was said to be. Oil was pitch black. I encourage everyone to please be very cautious if negotiating prices or anything else as Harb does not stick to his word even if valid proof of agreement such as emails are brought up. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with these unprofessionals. THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE!!!!

SCAM ARTIST says all lies, cars listed with no problems non smoking no accidents and I get there and none of that is true. Made me drive for an hr and a half to see this car and the car is falling apart, says "oh that's why I have a mechanic.." I'd rather 0 stars if I could.

Two weeks after I bought the car the brake light & check engine lights came on, I have called him four times he keeps telling me his mechanic is off, I got a 3 month warranty on it. Bought it March 18 the warranty is up June 18, I believe he is giving me the run around till warranty runs out.I wouldn't recommend that car lot.I will be calling OMVIC

Couldn't even be bothered to try and clean the filth from the interior of the car. Refused to return down payment when we decided not to go with the vehicle.

My husband and I had an extremely good experience with Lovely Auto. We bought a truck off him, and bought a warranty, it did not cover the belt, recharging of the unit or the towing. We got the truck home and the next day the AC went which killed the serpentine belt. We had to have it towed back to his garage.Not only did they put in a brand new unit, he was willing to paid for everything that wasn't covered under the warranty.We felt it was the right thing to pay half for the belt, recharging the unit, and the towing. If your looking for a vehicle, we would recommend seeing Lovely Auto.

Dont buy a car from this place. I bought a vehicle and took it to get looked at elsewhere as he said I have 15 days top to bottom coverage. Turns out he won't fix anything that isn't part of the safety. I had an engine code and he erased it before I could view the code. Car didnt even legally pass safety. Sketchy guy in it for money. Now I'm taking him to court over this lemon he sold me.

after being told the car we were buying would be cleaned, it wasnt. We picked it up and had to go straight to an auto cleaner. It was filthy inside. No covid measures in place at all. Just want your money here, once they have it, your forgotten. Would not recommend

Only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review, otherwise it’d be no stars. Bought my wife an 06 Ford Escape from here 3 weeks ago, fully certified, that, according to Harb, would be fully gone over & repaired before we picked it up. Funny thing is, it’s currently in another shop getting $1200 in repairs just so the mechanic can DIAGNOSE the rest of the issues with it!!! Bad control arms, bad hubs, bad balljoints. The list goes on. Essentially, the right front control arm was bent & rusted so badly (along with the balljoint) that if we had taken the car over some train tracks, it would’ve ripped the entire right front wheel/control arm off of the vehicle. Seems like a really passed a legit safety. I’m sure the licensing office will enjoy seeing all the evidence against Harb himself, as well as whatever “mechanic” signed off on that. The vehicle wasn’t even so much as given an oil change before we picked it up from the lot, even though it was due. Don’t be charmed by this shady snake oil salesman. He’s a straight up thief, & you’d do well to avoid him. Certified? Nope. Death trap? Oh yes, indeed!!! This man knowingly sold us a car (for too much money tbh) that actually could’ve put our lives in danger! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST! Not one single word from his mouth is the truth. His ONLY concern is unjustly lining his pockets with other people’s hard earned money, like a typical scumbag. Anyone here who claims his dealership is a good place to go, is honestly either a friend of his, a fake profile run by him, or just plain not very smart. Sorry, but facts are facts. My biggest mistake was putting any trust in this thief (funnily enough, based off the bogus good reviews posted here). Do yourself a favor & walk away from Harb’s scrap car emporium. Thank me later.

Worst experience ever! BUYERS BEWARE!! I purchased a SUV in FULL from this dealer. Not even a week afterwards the car had problems. I was literally there daily fixing their mess. Now not even THREE months after buying, my car shuts off while driving and does not start back up. Scariest thing ever while I have my child in the car. The only way my vehicle will run, is if I jump start it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Two words: buyer beware. We purchased an '09 Town and Country from Lovely back in February, and I wanted to wait a few months before submitting a review based on a longer period spent with the van. First off, the owner is friendly, speaks English just fine (contrary to another review), and was willing to work with my budget, going so far as to reduce an already reduced price on the van. I took it for a test drive around the neighbourhood and used my own judgement on the condition of the van. At the end, I pointed out a missing rear windshield wiper, which he replaced by the time I picked up the van. So in terms of customer service, I was quite satisfied. Here's where the buyer beware part comes in: make sure you have your vehicle inspected before purchase. About three months after buying our van, I brought it into a mechanic for a squeaky brake. The squeaky brake turned into a $3500 repair including brakes, shocks and struts which were all in bad shape. These are all things that would have been caught had I spent a bit of money on a pre-purchase inspection. Also, despite the air conditioner working when I test drove the van, it broke at some point and no longer works without another $1000 repair. So, final review: 3/5 stars. Good service, questionable vehicles. Do your due diligence as a buyer here.

THIS MAN WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE!! I had been conversing with Harv for a few days about the White2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo. Pictures that were presented on the kijiji as showed a well maintained sedan, however this wasn’t the case AT ALL. The cars upholstery was completely ruined and had cigarette burns in the seats. Harb posted the car had NOT been in an accident. Again, this was not the case as the car had been in an accident (Left side) and had been deceitful about the cars performance. The brakes, calipers, and rotors were in TERRIBLE shape. Honestly I was BAFFLED when I saw the state of the vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I would like to comment on the customers with ,not so nice reviews. Lovely's Auto has very competitive pricing, for very nice vehicles. You could find yourself having to fix some repairs that are required for Preventative maintenance. If you expect to receive a brand new car or truck. Then go to a dealership and spend 40-50 grand. But then again people like you would still find problems to complain about. Have a nice day.

AAAAA++++++ Great Seller Buy with confidence.. last week I went to the car lot took a look around a lot of Nice condition vehicles seems like they buy very nice automobiles. This Hyundai on the lot caught my eye. So I went inside their office. Nice to see a nice clean organized office. I started speaking with harb about specifications on the Hyundai I was interested in. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. Made some notes and research the car a little bit period found out that that was actually a very good car for me so I went back the next day. Noticed that went they were closed. So I called the number on the business card even though the business was closed he still answered the phone and answered my questions I had on the Hyundai. I asked him if it was possible for me to take the vehicle to my mechanics the next day just for him to look at it.. he said sure no problem. So the next day I took the car for a test drive. And really liked it. So I brought it to my mechanic and my mechanic looked it over and said it was in very good shape.. brought it back to the car lot. Told him the good news he even put four brand new tires on for me. So we bought the car from him. I told him that I needed the car by a certain deadline because the vehicle I was driving was starting to die. He was fine with that so he took care of all the paperwork and Licensing as well as certification and tires and a very fast and timely manner. 2 Days Later the car was ready for pickup nice and clean. Signed a little bit more papers. Hand me the keys to my new car :-) when I went in the car I noticed that it didn't have any floor mats and I knew that from before so I was fine with that. But I did mention I was trying to look for floor mats for that vehicle and that they were expensive. He said I might have some in the garage come with me and have a look. So we did and he even threw in a very good set of floor mats to protect my new vehicle. In a summary lovely Auto Sales as a very nice car lot of newer wall maintain vehicles. Clean office they've helped me with the licensing and plates as well as sticker. He even gave me a warranty through lubrico for free :-) as of now very happy customer. I highly recommend this dealership as a good used car dealership in Hamilton.. I was actually reading some of the reviews and was quite surprised to see the way some of these people were talking. But I would imagine that's what happens when people are upset that they couldn't be financed or something along that nature. My experience was nice and smooth with lovely Auto Sales and I do recommend them to anybody in Hamilton. Thanks again harb!!

I purchased a 2003 Honda CRV with 4WD from them at the beginning of 2017 which required a copious amount of work, he is Indian so it was extremely difficult to conduct price negotiations. I originally wanted to give him 2500$ for it but he was being insistent that it was worth much more( it was not worth 4000$, not even close). They at least let me use their hoist to drain the fluids from the machine which was kind enough but the price was still too high. After every repair the vehicle now returns almost 500km per tank in the winter. Be careful here, ask the proper questions and always look at the fine details. Thankfully I am a wicked self taught mechanic which made everything simple for me. STAY AWAY FROM NOT SO LOVELY! Addendum #1 If I could bankrupt this shady low functioning liar then I seriously would, you and your family should not be around automobiles. Horses and carriages maybe but not real machines. The CRV is running well and at 220k it only burns around a pop cans worth of oil every 5k, be careful here! Addendum #2 Do not let them attach their license plate frame without some type of price reduction, mine was ripped off to avoid any free advertising. Be smarter than them because nobody has time for these low IQ mind games.

I got my ford focus here . I gave them a small down payment and they charged me a small interest rate compared to any other loan provider. My car ran perfect never any issues , only normal car maintenance as any car owner we have to do. I drive by and look at cars that have an wonder if I should do a trade in but I still liked my car. I do plan on getting a other car here. If you want a good price loan deal.this is the place they are friendly informative.

I bought a car from this place where should I begin I was overcharged for the car when he phoned me and told me it was ready went down to pick it up when I got there I paid them I got in the car I left the driveway the check engine light came on went right back in said it was a CO2 sensor had to order it in said it was fine to drive till then take it on the highway the front bearing was gone had to go back when the mechanic fix the bearing as my car was coming out of the shop the belt started squealing the mechanic said it need new belts the owner looked at him with an evil stare and the mechanic walked away he told me he wasn't going to buy new belts it's not part of the safety but I do believe it is eventually my battery light came on I took him to the shop need a new alternator and new belts so that was $348 I've only put 5000 kilometres on the car all he cares about is his bottom line and once the cars off the shop the only does what he has to do so I don't know how he gets these car safety but if I were you I would go somewhere else buyer beware he seems nice he had me fooled everythim I turn the key I'm scared its going to cost me more money in repairs I paid 2800 out the door but funny enough on my warranty he said I paid 1200 so basically the warranty is useless I wonder what price he put down for taxes mabby the tax people should put a microscope you know where

Bought a truck from lovely's tried to tell me it was 200 dollars for a plate and 6months sticker then asked what time I wanted to pick up the next day 1hour 15 min past that time finally shows up with the plates then they can't get them on 15 more min but the part that bothers me most when you sell a car on a lot wash it before your customers pick up and second at least have enough gas for them to get home and as for the financing what a joke when I asked about putting 4000 down financing 3000 wanted 500 a month for 12 months that's one crappie interest rate as for the vehicle I will repost for sure good or bad to inform others after I give it some time

Purchased an auto with 3 mos warranty. Turned out to be 30 second warranty, he didn't cover anything, and lied about state of vehicle. BBC COMPLAINT, claims car became defective withn 48 hours off lot, no fix. Be very cautious.

Made an appointment to go test drive a car on a Sunday morning. Made my way from Toronto to Hamilton. He was late getting there and forgot the dealer plates so I couldn't even take the car out for a test drive. Waste of my time. Also the car I was interested was in poor condition in comparison to what was promoted and pricing. Not going back and wouldnt recommend.

The place is horrible, harb knows nothing about cars or any type of vehicle for that matter. He is a scammer on all levels and should never, ever be trusted with either selling you a car, or buying a car. I came to look at a car for someone know. I looked at it online and he photoshopped it, so now not only is he bad at selling cars, he also false adretises. Anyways, I look at the car check and while he said it was all working I found multiple leaks, scratches, mold spots, and, holes on both the inside and the outside of the car. I am in no way a car person, but even I could awnser the questions that not only did he refuse the awnser, he full on avoided it. I had been looking for a daily driver / winter car for the last few months, I checked out / drove at least 30 other cars from dealers etc without really loving any of them... I visited Lovely Auto and was greeted by Angad who showed me the G35x in the kijiji listing I was interested in. Car was clean with low mileage. I drove it and I could tell right away it's a good one (tho a longer test drive would have been ideal - but I guess dealers have no real way of knowing who is serious and who isn`t, so I can`t blame them). I was ready to buy the car, but there was an issue with radio / climate control / head unit. Angad told me they could not fix this without me putting a deposit, even if I'm agreeing to purchase the car. I wasn't comfortable with that, but really wanted the car. Angad agreed to revise the sales agreement to include conditions of this defective unit being repaired and in working order on delivery. He revised it 3x actually, so that the wording would be to my liking, which was much appreciated. I've had the car for 2 weeks now and so far so good. I'm definitely happy with it. I read some other reviews here, some of them of customers with poor experiences, but really (at least from what I understood), they don't seem to be the dealer's fault. If you buy a car with poor reliability ratings, or with high mileage that hasn't been well maintained, it's only normal to run into some issues. That being said, Angad also shared with me the work that was done on my car for the safety / certification. He said they had changed the front brakes, and they certainly had (I could feel it right away), so they lived up to that end too. My advice would be to do your homework first (is the vehicle you're considering reliable?), if you're not a car person, go with someone who is and hopefully they can help you throughout the process. Don't forget though, at the end of the day it's a used car and there is an element of chance to your experience as well. Be that as it may, the team at Lovely Auto is legitimate and I would recommend them to family and friends and do business with them again myself.
