BUYERS BEWARE!! At the point of purchase they are wonderful. However 2 years in with 40,000 km they do a service and since that service 2 months ago I have had no heat! All of December and January without heat. I brought it back twice! Still no heat. I have spoken with their service dept, left messages and voicemails which I have had zero response! Not even a phone call! I work afternoons and they are aware of my schedule yet still no resolution! They did a rad flush and other not needed services that cost me over $1200 and now I have no heat! Paid this garbage car off in 2 years and on the day I did I was driving to work without heat! Thanks KIA!!
I had an appointment for a tire change, & usually I have a bit of social anxiety at these kind of things. However, when I got there I was greeted by the kindest lady named Miss Martha, and honestly I’ve never experienced better customer service. She was attentive and sweet, & made the whole process (even something as small as a tire change) memorable. I’ll definitely be going here for all my service needs!!

We found a great deal on a used Kia Sedona at the Kia of Hamilton dealership. We live in Kitchener, but the price was worth the drive to Hamilton. The dealership ultimately delivered a meticulously detailed and clean vehicle for the agreed upon price. The reason for the 4 stars is due to, what appeared to me to be, a lack of organization in the sales department which resulted in more work on my end of the buying process than what I feel should be reasonable. In the end, we are very happy with the vehicle, and the detailers at this dealership do an incredible job of cleaning the vehicles. Buying a vehicle is always stressful and chaotic and this experience was no different, but I would still recommend Kia of Hamilton due to the competitive pricing and the great job they do getting the vehicle ready for delivery to the customer.
Very positive experience during the promotion event. I was immediately welcomed by agent Adam. My 2017 lease was soon to be up and we went over all options - renew, finance, purchase outright. No pressure. All questions answered thoroughly in the office and the test drive. Once the purchase was completed, I met with Nicole who described warranty considerations - again, no pressure. I was completely satisfied and within 72 hrs was driving my 2020 KIA Soul out of the lot. Not just Adam and Nicole, but all staff from reception to management were remarkably warm in their approach and professional.
Always friendly. There have been times I've had appointments or work scheduled after my maintenence and they work hard to get me out on time. They never appear rushed or put out. Waiting for my car today I even seen a young man visiting on his day off who helped an older couple who's tire bolts needed tightening. 2 years In and always a great experience.

Our sales associate Ryan was great! He was super helpful and kept us at ease through the whole process. He was patient through all of our questions and taking the time to make up our minds. At no point did we feel any kind of pressure. He took the time to get to know us and help us make the best choice for our needs. The finance manager Nicole was a pleasure to deal with. She made what is usually a nerve racking process, one that was very easy to deal with. Liam helped us when we picked up our new Soul, and he definitely went above and beyond. He could have just gone through the necessary steps and sent us on our way, but he took his time to make sure that we had a memorable experience. We felt his genuine excitement and happiness for us. Fabulous detail work on my vehicle I brought in. Saw what they had done on another car and decided to bring mine in. I could clean the inside but never seem to get rid of salt stains from winter. Now it looks showroom clean with salt gone. I think this will be a yearly clean for sure. Saves me 1 day when I do inside and outside myself

My partner recently purchased a car from this location and overall had a good experience but needed to go back after 2 days for service/help. Long story short, the staff were unprofessional, blamed the problem on her by stating that she could’ve just purchased the extended warranty when they offered it to her and offered no help/compensation. I took a look at the reviews to see if my partner’s bad experience was by coincidence but found an alarming amount of negative reviews within the past 3 years regarding the same issues. All the customers were overcharged, unhappy with the service or lied to about the condition/durability of their car. These are the same issues we had with this location. On the side note, i found it very interesting that 3 people left a 5 star rating (without a review) around the same time we visited the location and complained. We felt that it was necessary to leave a review for future customers to save them the trouble and hope that this reaches you while the owner tries to bury the truth with fake 5 star reviews. We have learned our lesson to do further research prior to making a purchase in the future. Edit - March 27 2021 I am leaving another review in response to the reply I received from management. As much as I appreciate your effort in explaining it all to me, I am well aware of what an extended warranty is and how it works. I am disappointed in your response as it only confirms my previous statements and also because it does not actually address any of my concerns. It’s also upsetting to see that my partner’s mother and aunt are described in this way when in reality all they expected, all any customer expects, is to be heard. Their experience was negative because they felt dismissed by the staff, blamed for the problem, and because what they were offered is way too overpriced compared to other locations. They managed to get jenna lifetime warranty for her window for the fraction of the price you offered. Sometimes all it takes is an apology or some sort of accommodation to keep your customers happy. Also, their statement about leaving a negative review is not a threat if it reflects the nature of their experience. It isn’t intended to cause harm, it’s simply sharing/being honest about a negative experience. Your approach in dealing with the problem is what’s problematic.
I am so happy with my brand new Kia Rio EX. I love this Kia dealership many of my family and extended family have purchased both new and used cars here and have never had any complaints. If your in the market for a New car Tom is the greatest salesman . Knowledgeable and very easy to deal with . I should probably add patient ????Nicole (my new bff) had me driving that car and was willing to sell her house so I could get it . Well maybe not quite but she worked her magic and had me approved in about 25 minutes. I will definitely be back to buy more Kia products and would highly recommend to my friends and family .

I just bought a new Seltos from these guys. This is after having bought and enjoyed 14 years of their Spectra. I received the absolute care and respect I had received years ago which was amazing. A lot of things changed for sure, but not my expectations of care and respect and I am happy to say, this dealership still knows how.

I will be the first to admit I don’t like car dealerships. My past experience with service centers were never good rude poor employees, customer service you name it. Kia of Hamilton was the EXACT OPPOSITE! The service team was so nice and helpful. My car needed more services than I had planned so they gave me a rental so I could get back to work. They are the best dealership I’ve ever been to by far and away!

I always receive excellent service from the Service Department. I have been taking my KIA there since I bought my car in October 2011. They have always been excellent at explaining what repairs are needed and why. They also let you know which repairs can be put off until the next visit and which ones are more immediate in nature. I have never had any issues with the quality of work. I highly recommend the Service Department for all your KIA needs.

OMG !!! trust me readers this was the worst dealership ever I have visited.I went to buy optima lx+ Demo 2019 but horrible experience with sales manager the manipulation with price gonna make you crazy no black and white lots of hidden things I felt like I am selling car to them not they are selling. to me. I end up buying Mazda 3 GT very simple to buy thank you Mazda Hamilton ????????. But I must say the service rep ADAM from Kia was really nice person overall thank you Adam being nice to us ????????.
The whole experience here was very unpleasant. My boyfriend and I arrived for our appointment to look at a specific vehicle. we were not greeted by anyone. Reception was anything but helpful. Had to approach our sales lady, Mariana, who was seated at her desk. She went over numbers with us, repeated herself many times, asked the same questions over and over, it was 45 minutes before we even saw the vehicle we were interested in. Then to find out it was completely out of fuel, then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for Mariana to go get gas. We were very interested in purchasing the vehicle, but Mariana continued to ask the same questions, requested my boyfriend to give her his debt card to ‘prove that we were serious’ At the beginning of the appointment we let Mariana know that we had another appointment and were on a time crunch. She left us waiting, (I’m pretty sure she was chatting with a coworker) to the point where we had to leave. Then texts saying we forgot his debt card and that she would leave it with reception. She did not leave it with reception, I had to hunt her down again to return the card. So extremely unprofessional. No apologies on her end. Just lack of customer service and lack of knowledge.
I was contacted via text back in Sept for service promotion that was to expire end of Sept. I was very clear that due to surgery I would not be able to come in before then. I was advised that I only needed to book by that date and booked for a date in Nov. I arrived at said date and was told 1st that was not my Date ans 2 that offer has expired and that they would not offer that deal. After showing the kind gentleman I was working with the conversation he took it to the manager and they not only honored the promotional price but also took my apt that day (it was only an oil change). While my car is in there they came out with a list of almost 13 or more items that needed attention (some just regular service). The most important being my brakes and other large ticket items. I noted I'd take the list to my regular mechanic and have him take a look. Thank God I did! The only thing that needed fixing were my brakes, the others my mechanic advised me they were not even close to needing repair/replacement. I know service tech need to upset, but to tell me items needed to be fixed when they did not is not ok! Thank goodness I had enough sense to ask for a second opinion and not put me out financially especially around Christmas. Needless to say I really doubt I'll be coming back for service if this how they try to scam ppl put of money.
Went in on a few fact finding missions. Scott answered all my questions and was very accommodating to my busy schedule. I definitely feel more confident and informed about the car purchase I will be making in the near future.

I came in last Saturday (July 20th) because my Forte was having issues. Martha and the whole service team is amazing. The generosity and the good vibes coming from that place was very welcoming; especially it being a Saturday morning. They all did an amazing job keeping everything very simple in terms of explanation of what was wrong with my car and it was nice of them to shuttle me to and from my work place. The service was fast and my car is doing great now. Thank you to Martha and the whole team for a job well done! Edit: Got a tire change with oil service and there was a promotion for Kia Canada stating if I got a tire change within the certain dates which I did, I would get free wiper blades, I even read the fine prints. When asked the advisor stated I had to keep my tires with them for me to be eligible which was not the case as it did not say that anywhere in the email. Contacted Kia Canada and they also confirmed that was the case and that the advisor was wrong. Not only that, they didn't bag the tires and put the tires directly on the backseat. My whole back seat was dirtied from tires as it was not in a bag. Like why? I will admit I told them I was in a time crunch as I had a doctors appointment and they insisted for me to get my brakes done which I told them would be conditional if they can manage to do it within a certain amount of time. But if you can't do it with a certain amount of professionalism why bother doing it at all?(bagging the tires and not just throwing the dirty tires in my backseat for it to get totally ruined). I dropped the rating from 5 stars to 3 stars and not lower because of my initial experience with the dealer.
Asked for quote for a car with the lowest value for my trade in, received a quote valuing my trade in at more then 10 times what they finally valued it as prompting me to make choices faster then I normally would have due to me thinking a new to me car was more affordable then it actually was.

Just bought a 2020 Kia soul from this place and super happy about the experience! Jordan and Nicole were both great, honest, and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all during the entire process and couldn't be happier about my purchase! I came from a horrible experience at another dealership where they leased out a soul I already put a deposit on and tried to hide that from me. Jordan and Nicole couldn't believe it and tried to make my experience as fun as possible to make up for the bad taste left by the other dealership. Hope to have this car for a loooong while.

Special shoutout to Nicole Carobelli who helped a ton too. ORIGINAL REVIEW 02/21/20: I bought my first car there, and picked it up last week! I ended up getting a 2020 Forte EX. I recently had a new stereo unit installed because my Bluetooth kept cutting in and out and no one could hear an entire sentence. I finally had a new unit installed and I am very happy with it as it works perfectly.

Had my tire change for the winter season. They had brought out the wrong tires for my vehicle. Had to wait over an hour longer while they went to get the proper tires an install them. This is the second time this has happened with this dealership

Another Update: Still no call back from the GM. Appointment for today cancelled and rebooked to Wednesday. It's been well over a month now to get the windshield replaced. At this point I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Update: Still have not had our windshield replaced. We have been given two appointments only to show up and the first time, the windsheild was not in and today the person who does the repair was not in not was our appointment even noted in their system although my husband received a confirmation email. Two calls to the manager and still waiting for a call back. Looks like they go out of their way to make the sale, but drop the ball on service after. Very disappointed!! My husband and I just bought a Kia Soul and had a great experience. We had come from another dealership where the guy would not leave us alone for 2 seconds and when I walked in here to look Adam approached us. First thing I said was, can we please have some time to ourselves and we will come and get you when we need to. He was so respectful and polite right off the start and went back to his desk. When we were ready he was awesome. He knew every little detail about the vehicle and answered all of our questions on the test drive. He worked to get us a great deal and presented us with options that we wouldn't have thought about. He made the experience very personal. The follow up thank you card was a nice added touch. Nicole handled our financing and was great as well. She was very honest and also made the experience very personal. She followed up promptly and made this part of the transaction very smooth. I would haven given 5 stars, but the heated windshield option was not working ( not a big deal, things happen on new vehicles), however, 3 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be replaced. I think if my windshield broke, I would not have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement so I feel that this department is lacking in follow up. Overall I would highly recommend Adam and Nicole to anyone buying a new vehicle.
OMG - if you are wanting a Kia then you have to go and see Ifte and Nicole at the Hamilton Kia - they both understood how I love Sorento's and they worked overtime to make it happen - and I drove of their lot in my new Graphite 2017 Sorento - and it feels like I'm back home again when I sit in it. Thanks can not express how I feel toward what they both did.

Very disorganized. My wife has made several appointments with them and each time, she is told that the appointment cannot happen as someone did not write it down properly into the calendar. I strongly recommend not only writing down the name of the person who books your appointment but insisting that they photograph the calendar with your appointment in it and sent it to you, then get their name, then call several times between booking and having your appointment as they seem unable to maintain an appointment.

I just want to thank Garrett Smith, my salesman, for going the extra mile to make sure that the purchase of my new 2020 Kia Soul EX Limited Edition was handled to my satisfaction. Garrett went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I just saw the owners response to my review. Let’s be clear, I gave Garrett a good review because he tried to help me after the horrible treatment that I received from the dealership, specifically from Andy. So although I gave Garrett 5 stars, I cannot recommend the dealership.
Took my 2017 Kia Sportage in with 99,000km with a 100,000km 5 year warranty in 2019 because my air conditioning was blowing hot air. Was told they could not find a leak but there was no coolant found in the system. This was not under warranty as this is normal wear and tear. If wanted it recharged the cost would be $200.00 to test the lines for leaks (which they already had) plus an addition $285.00 for the recharge of the system. There was a note that they feel there is a pin hole leak in the line that cause the coolant to escape again. This week in 2021 I took it in to have the system look at again because it was too hot not having ac. Was told "if you dl brought this in when it was under warranty hun, it would have been covered". No the evaporator core is where they found the leak and the cost to replace is $1,600.00 plus HST. I guess it's roll the windows down again

Felt pressured from the service department that certain things needed to be done. I got my kia checked with another mechanic who I know personally who told me what was recommended could very safely wait another season. Be careful when they try to add stuff on to your normal vehicle maintenance. Always get a second opinion. On an aside, they told me during maintenance they check vehicle headlights. They failed to do this. I had my headlight replaced again with the person I know.

Had an appointment to put winter tires on (they were already on rims and balanced) and was told that there was a software update for the vehicle and for both services it would take 1.5 hours. I told them I had another appointment that morning and not do the software update. The gentleman stated that regardless of the update I would be there about 1.5 hours anyways. I thought that was a little extreme just to do a tire swap but said ok but I need to be out of there by that time or I'll be late for my next appointment. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes a lady called me over to the service desk to tell me that one of the bolts broke while they were taking off the tires. She said it would cost $130 (before taxes) ontop of the $60 to swap tires and be another 1.5 hours to fix. When asked she told me they were not responsible for breaking the bolt. I told her I needed to get to another appointment and to just give me the van back. After another 20mins or so I was finally out of there but I was late for my other appointment. I brought my van to my local mechanic and was charged $56 after taxes to fix the bolt.
My recent experience buying a new vehicle at this location has been a positive one! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease. Excellent!
If anyone is looking for an honest and fun car buying experience then go and see Scott at Kia of Hamilton. Such a genuine super nice guy whom will do his best to make your time there smooth and agreeable. Not all salesman are that traditional shady type, Scott is one of the good ones.

Our Optima was in for a voluntary recall. The service department was great. The car was ready on time and arrangements were made so we could pick it up after the service department closed.
Dropped our van off for oil change and winter tires and ended up spending 1700 on stuff that was not necessary. I complained and was told the manger would call and he/she didn't call. Be careful what you agree to when the extras start and question very specifically if it is required or not. Brakes would have lasted another 6months to a year, injectors don't need cleaning at 60000km. I didn't think I agreed to 4 wheel alignment and injector cleaning either but we got the full treatment. This is the second time this has happened to us and the lack of response is troubling. That's the reason for the negative feedback. It is my fault for not questioning more and I have myself to blame. Stay healthy

Being a person who does not know a lot about vehicles, I felt comfortable working with the Kia team. Beginning from the their website, I could navigate the menu and was given access to pricing of new and used vehicles. There are other companies which do not provide the cost of their vehicles. Marianna and Nicole explained the buying the process. Never once did my husband or I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle or buy various warranties. Nicole explained the value of additional warranties and the cons of not purchasing them. At all times costs were explained thoroughly. The actual pickup of the car was seamless. Additionally, I misplaced the ownership of our previous vehicle to receive a refund from the cost of the sticker. Nicole sent me a copy the ownership immediately. Nicole also purchased the new plates for us. My husband and I woud definitely recommend Kia of Hamilton for the exceptectual service and the pricing of a quality vehicle.

Had my kia Soul in for alignment and winter tires. Was advised my brakes were really bad and they were thinking of me and my family by advising me to get the brakes done. Very respectful staff and always thinking of my needs and keeping me up on the needs of my car.
It all started with a quick telephone to look at a second hand Sorento, the salesperson then showed us how it is actually the same as buying a brand new one with the promotions available at the time of the call, we were in this location just a few days after and ended up purchasing a brand new 2018 Kia Sorento V6 with the help of Jordan and Shannon, both were very helpful and provided fairly accurate and detailed information. It is expected that a salesperson would beautify the unattractive parts of the deal, however, a good salesperson is able to provide all the details and still keep the buyer interested. Before reaching over to Kia, I had visited Bay-Kings Motors which is not too far away, I had previously purchased a brand new Jeep Patriot North from there and was looking into maybe getting a Durango, I ended up not purchasing there for a couple reasons that I will provide in a review over their account. While the Durango had a V8 that produced 360 horsepower, which is just 70 over the Kia V6, the price difference was key as it was a few well earned thousands. It did not even make sense from an acceleration point of view as it was less than a second of a difference. The interior of the Kia might be lacking in some gadgets compared to the Durango R/T but it was making up for that in a lot of ways starting from comfort and updated technology all the way to the finishing quality of the interior and the materials of which the car is composed of. Here is the best reason to own a Kia, the warranty of it. The base warranty is OK but it is possible to be increased to 7 year and have it cover almost everything you can think of, here is the thing, the salespersons will tell you that you can extend it to 10, but from what I've red and understood you are only able to make the choice of extending it (for an extra charge off course) up until the 5 year and add the 3 years that will cover you up to 10. The salespersons of Kia just "missed" that part and delivery date was standard, everything else was explained in details and was very clear, much better than the experience at Bay-King Motors. So far the car is amazing, I am so happy for this purchase and the decision made. (be sure to know that if anything changes, I will update this review or add a different one) Thank you Kia of Hamilton!

We bought a new KIA Forte last month at Kia of Hamilton with the assistance of Mariana Pimenta. Mariana was amazing during the entire process (first online contact, test-drive, negotiation, purchasing, after sales) and made us feel very comfortable in doing this process during the pandemic. I purchased my 2015 Kia Soul new from Lockwood Kia in Oakville and since I used to work in Oakville I always went to that dealer for service. But last winter one of my headlights appeared to burn out. Since I now live and work in the Hamilton area I didn't want to drive to Oakville to get a light replaced so I went to my local Canadian Tire. They replaced the bulb no problem. I then began having an issue where the light would go out, then start to work again a week later. Finally last week I decided to have it looked at. I decided to go to the Hamilton Kia dealership since it is closer to me. I was advised that Canadian Tire had made some kind of mistake when they put in a new bulb (see attached copy of their invoice) Kia Hamilton told me the "headlamp melted plug to bulb". They would not honour my warranty and said it would cost $939.24 + taxes to replace the entire headlight assembly. Obviously this was not in my budget. I contacted Kia Canada but they would not assist me. So I took my little Soul back to the Canadian Tire where I originally had the bulb changed. They said there is only one bulb that will fit in the Kia Soul and the attachment is made in such a way that you cannot hook it up incorrectly (see attached copy of their invoice) They also showed me the ACTUAL damage to the plug (see attached photo) which was very minor. The part which needed replacing costs $30.00. They replaced it for me for free inside of 45 minutes. I am very disappointed in my experience with Kia Hamilton. Not only would they not honour my warranty but they also tried to tell me I required almost $1000 in repairs for a part that costs $30.00. If they had been honest with me I would have paid the cost of the labour and the part. Now I would not trust them to give me a truthful estimate for any future repairs.
Great service! All the staff is great and are always trying to help and provide assistance. There is a room where you can wait while your car is ready, coffee, water and WiFi. You can get easily a test drive. I bought a Niro and there are other great vehicles, so far this is one of the best brands on the car market.
This is my 7th vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. I purchased the 2021 KIA SELTOS SX Turbo. I love KIA's designs and that is why I keep buying them. Mariana Pimenta, the Product Advisor who sold me my vehicle, walked me through the process with kid gloves. Quite impressive! I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles for over 40 years and this was easy. I did not feel the “pressure sales pitches” that are typical of car salespersons. After I decided on a vehicle, I was taken to the Finance Managers Office Nicole Carobelli…. Oh no! Here it comes! Was I pleasantly surprised, Nicole is smart, knows her numbers, seamless approach, and she gave me what I wanted, not what she wanted. I left smiling ???? I described what was occurring in the car. I was then told they didn’t feel the same thing and recommended several additional services. The issue wasn’t clearly communicated at any time. I then got my car serviced for what I thought may be the right thing after being quoted for several things in a rushed manner. When I went to pick up my car the misfire code detailed on the paperwork said exactly what had occurred and then the service representative did say I should get it done and described what they felt when they drove the car which was exactly what I had initially described. Very disappointed, and now after 400+ bill I still need to fix my Poor service, poor communication.

I am here to post an update and edit my review rating about how extremely annoyed I am with Kia's sales tactics. I have been contacted directly now by two different dealerships with a phony request trying to say they have a specific buyer that wants my vehicle. The first time I was contacted I called in to see what was going on - only to find out this was just a tactic to lure me into a trade-in. I have now gotten the same gross request from another dealership this time via email. There is no specific buyer Have some INTEGRITY and be straightforward honestly this is straight up scummy scales tactics and I expect more from you KIA. - Kia of Hamilton via an email - Cardinal Kia via a letter in the mail I threw away the letter from Cardinal Kia but here is a screenshot of Kia of Hamiltons' email. Trying to take advantage and trick people into larger car loans on false and fake stories just GROSS. ________________________________________________________________________ Just brought home a used 2013 Kia Rio from Kia of Hamilton. I got a great deal on the perfect car for me. Salesman Jordan was very honest, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me through each step of getting the car on the road. I had shopped around through a lot of other dealerships and I felt that he was the most transparent with all the costs included so I could make an informed decision with no surprises. We bought the new 2020 Telluride and we absolutely love it! So glad we traded our van in for this sweet ride. Its definitely a head turner and super safe. Garrett was a great sales guy and loved dealing with him, the only thing that got my goat was that he said he would be throwing something into the deal when it was time to pick up the vehicle but to this day we aren't sure what he meant by the statement. Didn't receive anything extra at pickup (Its not about getting things for free its when you say something you act on it, this reason for the one star missing, if there were 1/2 stars I would give 4.5) Nicole C was great for financing The service department was super friendly and clean Loved that we had our kiddos at the dealership and they were entertained by the toys. Friendly staff and attentive to me with information. This is about Kia... I do not like showing up for an oil change both times to find out that Kia suggests more service over the oil change. It these are typical with the Kia Optima, they should be under warranty. So a $70 oil change cost me over $400.

Where to begin...my hubby and I met with Adam to look at some cars. We were stuck between a Kia and a Chevy SUV. From the moment we got there, Adam was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever whilst there. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the knowledge of the car we were looking into. I like to think of him and Steve as Batman and Robin. Steve from financing was of tremendous help. Is it weird to hope that he gets a raise soon? Steve was amazing. I mean a literal superhero. The way this Kia has their team working together is fantastic. Back to Steve though, he went to bat for us and we were able to get our dream car. Its only been a few weeks since our initial visit and a couple of days since getting our Kia Sorento. It’s been the best experience. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market :)

Very poor experience with the service department. Took my kia to get an oil change and check the trans fluid as my kms were at that point. They took my car in, checked it and came back with a list of 5 things I needed done, amounting to over $1700. On that list was spark plug replacement. Service advisor told me the technician said they were stating to “bend.” I asked what that meant and the service advisor advised they would fail soon. I didn’t agree to most of the services they suggested as it didn’t feel warranted. I Later called the dealership I bought my kia at, as it was different one and my car was under warranty still. The technician there said spark plugs don’t “bend” and advised that’s not a term he nor anyone else there was familiar with. Long story short. I approached the service manager to complain and he advised me the service advisor and tech deny saying that. They didn’t resolve the issue and simple continued to say no one remembers saying that to me or explaining it in that way. This is clearly a case of a technician trying to take advantage of an unassuming consumer. I won’t take my car here again for that reason and I would caution anyone servicing their car here as well.
Traded in my 2018 Forte for a 2020 Kia Forte EX+. They were able to find the car I wanted at another location and brought it in for me. Jordan and Michelle did a good job hooking me up. This is my third Kia. Very happy with them!

0 customer service. We bought a 2019 sportage and in the deal we had Kia tint the front windows . On the passenger side when the window rolls down it rips a small hole in the tint . The car was back and re tinted at least 3 times without the real problem being resolved Now they ignore us like it never happened and our new car still has a rip in the tint This is my third new Kia and I have experienced the first , second and third owners of Kia Hamilton By far these guys are the worst. Beware

kIA dealership saved me a fortune. I had engine issues and got 2 assessments. One from an independent garage and one from.Speedy. They both said new engine was needed. After calling KIA Zthey said it may have recall on.it and to get it assessed by them before replacing engine at 4000. They found out I did not.need new engine. It was spark plugs. Car has never driven better. From now on KIA is my first go to for repairs

Had a good experience buying a new car here this week. Both Mariana and Nicole were very friendly, helpful and informative. Test drove cars on a Monday and then had traded in my old car and picked up our new vehicle by Wednesday. Nice, quick process.
I have a 2017 Kia Sorento and l love the car. Actually it’s my second Sorento. I had to take it in because my AC unit wasn’t blowing cold. The service department was very fast and friendly and took my car in right away for a diagnosis. Of course it wasn’t anything covered on my extended warranty. They completely checked the system, scanned for leaks and recharged. It now blows cold once again. The service advisor Martha was extremely friendly, and tried hard to get something covered under warranty without success. The only reason l didn’t give five stars is that I told them I would wait for my car while they recharge, and it took them five and a half hours to do it. This seems very long especially since there was no repair involved.
We recently went to Kia Hamilton in preparation to buy a new Carnival EX+. We had been to another Kia first but weren’t happy with the fact that the finance guy was helping us with minimal knowledge instead of a sales rep so we chose to go to Hamilton instead. I made an appt ahead of time to test drive the EX+ and the sales rep advised it would be the car he is currently driving. To our disappointment we arrived to a dirty car to test drive. We were shocked it wasn’t cleaned or even sanitized with the current pandemic especially when the appt was made days ahead. There was a used medical mask hanging on the gear shift which you basically had to touch to put the car in drive/reverse and park. There were used dirty tissue’s in the door where you had to touch to shut the door and just a mess all around. We absolutely loved the car but we’re so turned off. Once back at the dealership we asked for the numbers as well as a estimated trade in value for our car. We literally had to fight to get a quote which we found so odd as we had looked at several different manufactures and all of them were more than happy to quote our trade in. Over all it was a very disappointing experience and even though that was our top choice for a minivan we actually left and bought another brand that day. Sorry Hamilton Kia you did not deliver on service and lost our sale.

Kia of Hamilton was amazing! I went to different Kia’s to purchase a new car and no one did what they did for me. I would never go to any other Kia besides this one. It first started with my sales guy named Jordon he was amazing and worked quickly to get me me the best deal. Jordon was very patient with me and made sure he went over eveything I was getting in the different trim lines for the car. Jordon pulled out all the different trim lines and sat down with me and explained each extra feature I was getting and went over the different prices with me to make me comfortable with the price. The best part was he even texted me after hours giving me more information to help me make my decision. After finally making my decision he connected me with Nicole. Let me tell you about Nicole she was amazing!!!I don’t have the best credit and she was able to not only get me a low interest rate but she also got me approved within a couple of hours and even worked after hours on my deal. I was in a car accident early April and was dreading buying a new car, the whole process seemed like a pain. When I got to Kia of Hamilton, I was welcomed by Ryan. Ryan was extremely kind and understanding, assuring me that we would be able to find something that fit the budget and look that I wanted. This is a great place to get a vehicle. This was my first time buying new ( always had used cars) so wasn't too sure what to expect. My sales guy was amazing easy to talk to and got me the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Horrible sales experience. My husband and I walked in to test drive a Kia Telluride about 3 weeks ago. We were greeted by Steve. He advised that he could help us, no appointment necessary. We test drove a demo they had on the lot and immediately fell in love. We requested to trade in our wrangler.. and order an SX black out edition. Steve, great. Sales manager .. he was something else. We waited over an hour and a half to get an appraisal for the Jeep. Steve kept assuring us it wouldn’t take long. They came back with a terrible number that didn’t work for us. The sales manager was busy having a grand old time joking around with his employees rather than working. They were lounging in his office. We could hear them all laughing. After sitting there for over an hour and a half, he walked over and told us he would have given us the number we needed however he was playing it safe? Also that he’s filling in for someone. Whatever that means. Thanks for being so transparent. When we were told the Telluride had to be ordered and we were fine with that.. they didn’t take us seriously. We were treated as if we were second class citizens. In any event, Steve texted us the next day with the same low blow number for our trade in. That evening we went to Kia Georgetown.. ordered our 2021 Kia Telluride SX Blackout. We waited the 2 weeks .. it didn’t kill us. We also got the trade in number that we needed.. we received the same trade in value from Infiniti Oakville & Acura Oakville. We showed Kia Hamilton the appraisals and they still managed to blow us off! My brother who also went to Kia Hamilton the week after inquiring about a Kia Stinger.. was ignored and treated like he couldn’t afford it. He purchased his 2020 Stinger from Kia Motorway Mississauga. I think you guys need to tighten up your sales floor. A bit more professionalism would be beneficial. Makes sense why your service and sales seem to match in performance and satisfaction. Will never go back!

I went in with a leaking windshield on a brand new Kia Rio (less than 6 months old). Without looking at the car, the service person told me it was SPIDERS and that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. I couldn't believe that, so I called the Kia dealership in Burlington. They got me in quickly and fixed the windshield no problem—all covered under warranty. When I told them what Kia of Hamilton told me about spiders causing it, they said "that's bulls**t". Not impressed at all by Kia of Hamilton's dismissive attitude and reluctance to service my car under warranty. Will definitely be going to the Burlington Kia from now on.
Bought my first car through Rohan a couple weeks ago. My niece Jenna purchased her first new car less than a week ago I would have marked a zero for experience but guess this is not an option.Jenna wanted this car it really wasn’t sold to her Adam salesman just got lucky. The first evening she had to wait over two hours to get deal put together she was told this was because it was month end. She returned the next day to sign papers and had to wait another two hours. She was given the car which because they transferred from another dealership had over 300 km? No explanation maybe it was a demo? Just a sales point when selling to a 27-year-old girl not a good idea to mention target buyers are women 65 years of age, it was almost a dealbreaker. Fast forward two days a stone hits her windshield she was advised to wait to hear from their window guy unfortunately window guy has been going through some personal problems and could not meet her for a few days. I often wonder if the chip was treated right away would windshield have cracked? I’m no expert but this special BMW coding could this of been possible? Friday, March 5 she had an 18 inch crack on her brand new car as she had not heard back from window guy she went back to dealership there was nothing they could do to help compensate or offer Jenna who paid 30,000 for a car a few days ago. There was also no mention of this magical BMW coding Adam had told her about. The first visit service team basically said nothing they could do but replace the $1800 windshield at Jenna’s expense. Even though the car Adam told us her car was bumper to bumper warranty for 100,000 km and Jenna was in possession of the car for three days. Adam had her wait in the car while he will discuss this with their manager for an hour. We went to the show room and Adam and manager were sitting in office chatting, I asked iif he had spoke to the manager and other gentleman identified himself as a manager he basically told us what service talk department told us he couldn’t help us. I wonder if they were ever going to tell us this or just let us sit in the car for another hour. I found the manager rude he didn’t even stand up to speak with us or discuss any resolution and was not sympathetic, I found this very disrespectful as a woman and wonder if we had had a man present if outcome would’ve been different, he just didn’t care the sale was made and they had their cash. They couldn’t do anything but perhaps as a good businessman he could’ve taken off mechanics fee to fix the windshield or tossed a few oil changes or perhaps an air freshener for her new $30,000 car but he could not do a thing. My sister and I love this car he could’ve had two sales within the year I will never step in this dealership again and Jenna will transfer everyone to the Mississauga location and continue service there. Just to mention there was a female manager who did show some empathy to our situation as we were leaving. Bottom line do not go to Hamilton upper James

I went in for a recall and hands free issue. At the end of the day the recall was done, the hands free issue is unresolved and I suddenly had a new problem. When contacted I was told “ not our problem”. Now I’m paying an independent garage to fix the issues. Not going back.

Update: I received a phone call from the sales manager there, Scott, to apologize for the experience and find out a little more about the incident. He apologized and was very professional with me and wanted to make sure that this doesn’t happen again, and that I wouldn’t be deterred to come back to the dealership. He was very understanding and thoughtful, which shows that they care about their customers and their business. Because of this, I am changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars, because no other business has dealt with a negative feed back as gracefully and responsibly as they did. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Went in to view the Sedona just before Christmas. I was there with my 2 month old baby. I was inquiring about the pricing, the options available, and warranties. The sales rep made me feel a bit uncomfortable as he asked if I need my husband to look over the financing, which I indicated that I didn’t. After more conversation he suggested about a test drive which I declined since I was just looking, he asked if I wanted to come back for a test drive with my husband the next day, I indicated that it would be my vehicle and my husband does not need to test drive it or be there for the purchase. I proceeded to tell him that my current vehicle was purchased without my husband even seeing it or driving it, which I think he was a bit surprised by. As a woman I felt a bit put off by the interaction. It made me feel that I needed: 1. My husbands financial permission to buy a vehicle. 2. My husbands approval of the test drive. Regardless of my relationship dynamic with my husband, who by the way, was put off by my experience and was angry about it, I do think that vehicle sales have always been geared to selling and marketing to men, when the reality is that women have majority of the purchasing power in the household. Needless to say I didn’t come back with my husband back to the dealership.
THis is a horrible dealership. I bought a used car 17 days ago and when i test drove it the radio was not working and i wanted it fixed before i bought it. I picked it up and they assured me that it was fixed. It was NOT and when i took it in 2 days later i was told that i would not be able to get a radio that worked. Since then i have called the dealership 6 times and tried emailing them and there is no return call. Kia of Canada also called them and got no where and Kia of Canada said that the dealer is independent. This is a HORRIBLE DEALERSHiP!!!!! Do not use them.
My Wife's car went in for repair on a Thursday and was determined that the cost to repair would be a lot more than what the car was worth, that is when we were introduced to Ifte and Nicole. They stayed passed the regular business hours and were very helpful in directing us in our new car journey. We picked up or 2020 Kia Soul on the Saturday and could not have been happier with our experience. Kia was not on my initial list of dealers to visit for a subcompact. I had been taken with the Ford Fiesta but was unimpressed with the prices offered by local dealers. I went to Kia of Hamilton on a Tuesday after looking at the Rio online and thinking it would be fun just to take a peek at this particular car. Upon arriving at the dealership, I ran into Shane who asked if he could help me. I mentioned the Rio and he showed me a number of models they had on the lot. After sitting in some and taking one for a test drive, we went inside to discuss pricing. Upon leaving, I considered what I had been presented. After extensive research into the Rio and its competitors, as well as rounds and rounds of number-crunching, most (if not all signs) pointed toward Kia and the Rio. I received a follow-up call from Shane on Thursday and mentioned that I would like to come in again to take a second look at the Rio. After visiting for a second time and taking another test drive, I realized the Rio was the car I was looking for. We negotiated a price (which went rather smoothly) and proceeded to signing paperwork. I was driving my Rio home Friday evening. Considering this was my first time buying a car, I can say I am very happy with how the process went. Shane and the rest of the Kia team I worked with were kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend this dealership and its team to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-shopping experience.

I went in anticipating I would need my brakes replaced. I was told I had less brake pad left than I actually do (verified by a mechanic friend) and quoted ~$2500 for a drive belt that wasn’t cracked (verified) and 3-4 unnecessary flushes and cleanings. I understand the importance of maintaining your car, but don’t appreciate being told that I need to spend $2500 on unnecessary items when I went in for a specific concern. The service staff were very friendly though.

Buying a car from Kia of Hamilton was a good experience. The dealership is a welcoming environment (kid and pet friendly too!), the staff is friendly and helpful. We had mostly made our purchase decision ahead of time, but it was nevertheless great to work with Mariana to book the test drive and she and Nicole made the purchase and delivery experience pleasant and worry free. This was a MUCH better car buying experience than our previous one from a different Hamilton dealer. I recently leased a kia sorrento. This is my 3rd in a row & 4th kia total. I have always loved kia & my vehicles & have often recommended them based on how fair they have always been when negotiating. While i was happy with this experience in the end & all staff were as always friendly, negotiations were a big disappointment this time. I was clear that money was a big factor in my decision to trade in, they approached me to trade in. I love the new car i’m in BUT i was extremely disappointed to find out that i would still have my lease payment on dec 30th for my last vehicle even though i was picking up my new lease dec 29th when my new lease payment (as well as transfer costs) were due as well. It probably would not have stopped me from going ahead with the deal however the part that upset me was it was not pointed out to me clearly that one week after christmas i would have a double lease payment. I’m sure it was somewhere in the paperwork that i quickly signed, my fault, but based on my previous impression of kia, i would’ve expected a heads up given it was so soon after christmas. This has definitely tainted my view of dealings with kia & even if i do go back i will always be on alert ‘what are they not saying & being sneaky about’. Very happy with my car so far but definitely a letdown & loss of my trust in their transparency. Not sure who could’ve brought this to my attention but no one did until i asked about the 2nd payment being stopped & then i was told it was included in the trade in price. I bought a used vehicle from KIA. The sales person was friendly and answered all my questions easily. He helped me to understand all the paperwork involved and was readily available when I needed him. Although he showed me a new vehicle he did not pressure me into spending more money than I wanted to. He showed me several used vehicles and accepted my choice of vehicle without comment. I would not hesitate to buy from KIA of Hamilton again.

Visited the dealership to see Jordan for all my options in getting a vehicle. I had a budget for payments and he showed me the difference in a new vehicle versus a used vehicle. He was very helpful. Purchased a new 2020 sportage from Jordan with the help of Nicole. I was able to stay in my budget for payments including extras like warranty options. Got my turbo fixed recently good job. One thing that did bother me was not a mention of fixing my sun roof that was supposed to be fixed 2 years ago at my cost of $500. You had my car for over a week and not fixed, so I come back to see if it could be taken care of. Oh sorry sir we don't have any loner cars, for 2 years come on. I asked are you hoping I forget about it and not bother about it. Well I haven't forgotten, just fed up getting messed around. This be my last Kia. You want our money but not willing to back up your work. To spend this kind of money on a car and get poor service like this, very disappointed.

Then covid shut down, came and went, And still waiting.. 4 months and waiting… Contacted dealership, but the convo just fizzled out.. Eager to talk with you when trying to make the sale, but when something isn’t right… ** crickets **…. Not good.. Poor customer service…

Due to the length of time it would take, transportation was provided home and back.The work was completed in a timely fashion and the cost was fair. We made an appointment with Adam to test drive a used Sedona. We were planning on buying a new one but there were no new ones available at the time. We liked the used car and decided to buy it instead. Adam was happy to help us and to took the time to explain all the features of the car even though his commission was probably a lot less. Nicole was also very helpful in arranging financing and warranties. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Further issues with Kia Hamilton's service department. Had a warranty issue today, car was stalling/misfiring, took it to another Kia dealership because it's still within warranty. Issue is spark plugs, my car has 42k km and shouldn't need new plugs for years. Plugs are completely burnt out, look like they're around 90k km mark. Tech working on the car obviously could't say that Hamilton Kia swapped the plugs from my new car with old ones but that's what it looks like. The plugs are possibly 6 years old he estimates. Hamilton Kia did the same thing with my old Rio around the same length of time I had the car, not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I'm never taking my car back there and would strongly discourage anyone from doing the same. I have the spark plugs which are clearly not the originals which came with my 2017 car and will post pictures shortly. I've also filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

Extremely disappointed with my interactions with Kia of Hamilton. Purchased a used vehicle in April of 2019. Salesman did not deliver on extras offered - an extra set of tires - and halved the bonus incentive for purchasing with him after sale completion. Moved on from that disappointment. I was then involved in an accident three months later on July 1st. Requested my extended warranty to be removed through e-correspondence on their website, as I would no longer need it. I was given the run around about not being able to cancel my warranty several times, when I assured them I could read the terms which said I could cancel through issuing seller, and just needed them to do that. Finally reached out to my salesman to see if he could assist me getting it looked after. He not only assured me he'd get it handled, but offered that he had conferenced with the financial manager and that it "had been sent in for refund". He added that he would keep me posted. When no money had been returned or knocked off financing headed through the holiday season at the end of the year, and with no contact from the salesman, I reached out at the beginning of 2020 to find out what had happened to the refund and why it had never been returned. The manager at the time engaged me in a phone call where he misinterpreted and misemphasized what I was asking for. He basically told me I was out of luck, suggesting that further communication with them should be through OMVIC, and that they had "done all they could for me." I followed his advice and requested an intervention. This put me in contact with the general manager of the dealership after my OMVIC proceedings were ignored by the dealership for two months. He echoed the manager that they had done all they could for me. Still to this point, no one offering to cancel this warranty for me or rectify the situation. Turns out that OMVIC could not help me with my specific scenario, only if the dealership had not passed my monies paid for the warranty along to the warranty issuer, not for ignoring my cancelation request and not returning my money to me. I have spent a long time trying to just let it go and move past it, but it isn't okay that such a big business is okay leaving customers on the hook for thousands of dollars, and bullying them into legal action to correct what was clearly an associate's mistake. I understand my situation is unique, but I would like to avoid that potential for someone else if possible.
My partner and I both purchased new vehicles. He had owned a Kia previously. The staff at Kia of Hamilton were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. They were like a big welcoming family. We were greeted warmly by every staff person we met, including reception (Melissa) and other sales associates. The Salesman (Ifte) and Finance Manager (Nicole) were both phenomenal. They were patient, and transparent about all details and costs associated with the vehicles. I would highly recommend this dealership for both their product and customer service.

My engine blew on my kia optima. It was under recall. Kia set me up with a rental (paid for by kia) and a new engine. Only took about a week to do. The service department Martha I believe is her name is amazing. The only thing I had to pay for was my 2 tows (blew on the side of the road, towed to the shop and then re-towed to kia)

On Saturday March 3, 2018 the motor on my 2014 Kia Optima seized. On Monday March 5 I had my vehicle towed to Kia of Hamilton to have it repaired at my own expense. On the afternoon of March 5th I received a call from the service department telling me that the repair would be covered, great news. I was told that they would probably have the car for a week to 10 days, I asked if a rental car was covered. They told me it was not, thought that was strange since the engine failure was covered due to a recall/extended warranty and was no fault of mine. I received a call on Tuesday March 13 to say the car was ready for pick up. On Wednesday March 14th I had the car checked and metal shavings were found on the variable valve timing solenoids(see pictures). On Thursday March 15th I called and spoke to the service department and told them I was bringing the car back due to finding metal shavings in the engine and that I wanted it fixed correctly and wanted a vehicle to drive. When I arrived at the service department I was told that all as they would do for me was do an oil change, not really sure what this would do to remove the metal fragments from the engine. I was upset that they would not back up their work and make this right, you would think the engine components would have been cleaned before the engine was reassembled. At this point I left the dealership and contacted Kia of Canada on Friday March 16, today is March 22 and I have spoken to Kia of Canada several times since and still have not gotten anywhere in having this resolved.
Work was great but Martha made it even better. She totally helped me through all that had to be done and was really great customer service. Definately gonna go back ????

I was happy to be able to do business at a dealership closest to my home. I got good vibes from all the staff I worked with. Salesman Liam respected my wishes not to call me after my initial visit. Matt, the sales manager, is so down to earth and kind, and Nicole in the finance office was a pleasure to talk to and takes a “no pressure” approach. I love my Kia Seltos so far. My only suggestion would be to have more tutorial time upon pickup with staff who knows the vehicle inside out. The manual is overwhelming. Some of the key features should be explained before leaving the dealership, for one example, ISG. I didn’t realize this vehicle was equipped with idle stop and go. It must have been disabled when I took the vehicle for a test drive but was active on my drive home. Surprise! The infotainment system is definitely a learning curve for me as I haven’t had a new car since 2014! It’s interesting to find new features daily but it definitely takes time to read the manual and to google everything. Thank you Kia of Hamilton.
Very impressed with a family atmosphere....very comfortable talking to Jordon...He was a down to earth salesman, not pushy. Also the finance lady Nicole was very patience with me but there were a few hiccups, but we got through them! Thank you guys for a awesome first timer buyer????????????

Had to take some stars away disappointed with the overpriced oil changed that left oily prints on my steering wheel and buttons. The reminder sticker had oil all over it. during a pandemic when hand washing and gloving up before entering a customer's car should be mandatory. Maybe have extra time between appointments to allow for this and take away the paid per job thing (if your place does this) so staff are less rushed and feel they have the time for proper hand washing during a pandemic. That being sad sales team when I first bought the car where exceptional with proper covid procedures and everything else they did. until they said if you give a perfect score in our survey you get a free oil change buying good reviews. Which I couldn't do because my car had a sensor not plugged in properly got a block away after driving off lot for first time to have to turn around because engine light was on. They fixed the problem works good now. Got promised a free oil change anyways after complaining about that. but never got the email confirmation I asked for on that. after my first oil change I wasn't told if it was in my file on top of the $100 koh service certificate i got for buying the car which it was supposed to be added to. Not verry happy with this place anymore.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Kia on upper james. Jordan, in sales, was absolutely amazing. Super down to earth, honest, hard working and trustworthy. It was my first time taking my vehicle in to the Hamilton Kia dealer for service. The wait was much longer than anticipated, but otherwise they were wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and interpersonal. They shampooed my driver's seat and cleaned my car for free. The service rep was great. They were able to find the fault in my car and order the parts. I will continue to do business with Kia of Hamilton.

The van I purchased was priced very competitvely in the fitrst place, and I wasn't expecting the 10 star service that I received, especially from the salesman Garret Smith. A very sociable person that ensured I got everything I was promised and then some! Super unimpressed by this staff. told that I need an appointment to ask a few questions about the forte asked to sit for a few minutes and someone could get to me 16 minutes later still sitting there without any one coming over.. one of the sales staff having conversations about plans for the long weekend while i sit and wait... decided to get up and leave i went into a dealership in Mississauga and the difference in professionalism was like night and day. I wasn't told I needed an appointment I wasn't asked to sit and wait. The sales guy came right over and jumped between myself and another couple and I bought the car on spot.
On January 8, 2021 I visited the dealership to perform a software update. The next morning after the update my car won't start and I eventually purchased a new battery for the dealership. Once the battery was installed, the car started. I decided to return the old battery and realize that I was only charged $1.98 for the battery so I made arrangement to go back to the dealership and pay the additional $200 I wasn't charged. After leaving the dealership my engine light came on and I called the dealership immediately and booked an appointment for January 12th, Drop the car off on January 12th and was provided as courtesy car on January 14th. On January 22nd I gave the dealership a call regarding the status of the vehicle and that's when I was informed that there was some repairs required on my vehicle. Keep in mind, I never had an issue with the vehicle until the update was completed and this simply update has cost me almost $600. When I brought this to their attention I was told that it was a coincidence and the update did not contribute to the issues. I have been going to the dealerships for maintenance and repair since purchasing the vehicle in 2015 because of the Warranty, but I will not be returning after this episode.
My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a car though Kia of Hamilton. The sales person was Mariana. Considering COVID restrictions, we had to bring our two children with us. Mariana did a very professional and pressure free job of answering all of our questions, showing us the vehicles we were interested in, and remaining pleasantly patient with us and our kids (who were bombing around the dealership like children do) all while maintaining adequate social distance and mask wearing. We eventually settled on a 2020 Sportage purchase. We feel we received fair trade in value for our previous Sportage and Mariana and the dealership were flexible in price negotiations for the new purchase. We do recommend Kia of Hamilton for new car purchases.

Had a good experience with Mariana buying a used Kia Forte. Mariana worked hard to get us the car at a price we were comfortable at, and Michelle from finance was quick and professional. We were pretty decided that a Kia was the right car for us, so it is nice that they had a few used ones available to test drive so you could really choose which car felt right. As well, the work that this dealership does to make the car as new as possible is really great - they’re totally spotless upon pickup, and we liked that they make sure the brakes, wipers, tires, etc. are in good shape before you take it home. We have only had the car for a couple of weeks, but so far so good!
Service is impeccable, no pressure, no hidden costs. Everything explained clear and easy to understand. Staff so friendly. Thrilled with new purchase!
I went for oil change and service on my car and without a doubt Martha is the best to deal with. She last minute changed an appointment for me, was super friendly and professional on the phone and in person. I have had more than little bad experiences with my Kia Soul and other dealerships but Martha and Kia of Hamilton is slowly restoring my faith in Kia.

Waste of time.. low on inventory so they are looking for cars on Autotrader to buy cheap and resell. They called me and asked to bring in my "safetied" vehicle listed privately on Autotrader to "make a deal". After 40 minutes of me sitting and waiting they offer me almost half of my asking price...so they can put a for sale sign in the window and sell if for what I'm asking. No inventory and no customers in the showroom...and when I walked out thanked the manager for wasting my time his response was "no problem".
