I’m a little slow on writing this review, but thought it was very important to do so. Last Friday (October 15th) I was at the Service Ontario office trying to replace my severely worn licence plates. The Service Ontario office had no suitable tools for removing the bolts that secured my old plates, so I went searching for help. Luckily, I found Wade Zagdanski (Sales & Leasing Consultant) at Image Honda. He was very friendly, and quickly made himself available to remove the old plates from my vehicle with his trusty power tool. He even hung around to put the new plates on for me too! I appreciate all of his help, despite the fact that I am not yet a Honda customer. Truly great service with a smile!

Just purchased my first new car at Image Honda....what a great experience! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Abdi was so patient and helpful. He made the experience pleasant and fun. Julie, the financial person was super helpful too. She took the stress out of finance! And finally, Sumar, who showed us the featues on the car on pick up day was awesome! Took my CRV in to have it inspected because it was making a grinding noise from the rear wheels. Turns out my pads were stuck to my rotor. The Service Manager Steve was great showed me the brakes and explained why they were stuck. They got me back on the road fast with new rear brakes and serviced my fronts so they wouldn't seizing as well. Definitely feel safer now driving my new born around! Thanks again Steve and his team!!

Called there to order parts for pick up.. Friendly quick service even when it was not in stock I got it by next morning... Only complaint is the parking lot to get to parts counter is always packed due to limited spots to park to get off the road.

I brought used Honda CRV 2017 and at that time I have noticed one dent and they told me pick up now and some will call l you once we have mechanics for check I brought last Oct 2020 and as of today mean March 18 2021 . Worst ever. I got my civic 2014 here last year knowing the exact problem with it. After a day they charged me with diagnostic fee saying there was nothing wrong. After complaining to Honda they recalled the car and fixed the problem. However, it happened today again. I brought the car back having the same issue as last year and again they charged me with diagnostic fee saying there is nothing wrong with the car.... basically they charged for a diagnostic task which didn't happen at all (or properly). Not sure why Honda lets these guys working here. I would never brought my car here after the first experience if I had another option close to my work. Update on Dec. 11, 2018; Unlike what they said below in the response to this review, there was no further follow-up after 8 weeks. I don't need their call but at least don't lie !!!

The second time I took my car to Image Honda was awful. I asked them to check the infotainment system crash which was mentioned on the first service. But surprisingly they said this issue comes from the dash cam. I am pretty sure they are wrong because the first time I didn't have dash cam and they refused to fix the problem. I don't recommend this dealership to service your car. Try another one. I called and left a message for the service manager( as I was asked) two times but he didn't call me back!!!

I wanted to update my review as these guys deserve recognition for their customer service and care! I recently purchased a second vehicle from this dealership and after not having it very long the motorized sunshade broke. After I was given a really expensive quote to fix it the service manager Steve was able to advocate for me to Honda Canada that this wasn’t an issue I had caused but rather a manufacturing flaw in the vehicle. After all was said and done Honda Canada covered all the expenses and they even honoured their promise to do a second air purifying treatment (previous owner was a smoker) free of charge. Not to mention it was finished a day earlier than expected because they had a senior technician work on it! I picked up my car yesterday and I’m beyond thrilled! Thanks again to Rob and Steve and the service team. You guys have top quality customer service!!

I've had my car in for routine service here twice and have been very happy with the experience both times. All the staff I've encountered here have been courteous, upbeat and thorough. I've found they're always finished with the maintenance work 30-40% faster than they actually estimate, which is really nice! Went in for service for oil change and they didn’t do a proper 21 point inspection, again after doing other work 3 months later they had missed transmission fluid needing a change that was way overdue, do not recommend here as they don’t care for your cars maintenance and just say they did 21 point inspection but never actually do it.

Sam was a great salesman and was so easy to talk to. My wife and I were desperate to find a good reliable car for our new growing family. We walked into the dealership with low hopes in finding what we were looking for due to its high demand, but after speaking with Anthony, we walked out extremely excited and happy with our decision to go with another vehicle. Anthony was very knowledgeable and sincere in his desire to get us what we needed and not what he thinks he could get away selling us. You can bet that we will be returning to Image Honda and to Anthony when we are in the market again.

Customer service was terrible. Seems like they’ll try to come up with any excuse to point blame on the customer and not the dealer. I had my winter tires with pressure sensors installed, already on rims. Pick up my van, tire pressure light is on. They claim that only sometimes the pressure sensors get programmed and the other times it’s automatic? Why don’t you just say you skipped the QC that checks for any dashboard lights. That’s definitely how it felt when I’m told only sometimes they need programming? Furthermore, they told us we didn’t have pressure sensors! We bought everything tires at image Honda and they didn’t know? They even claimed that programming the sensors is extra that is not included with mounting tires? So why didn’t this give us a hard time the first season? No, it seems like no care was given to our service. No pick up call, we just had to show up. Employees were more interested in having a conversation with each other rather then with us. Over an hour to pick up my van, after they gave us the keys and we paid for the “service”. Frankly I have no clue what was true and what was a line they were feeding me but it really felt like I wasn’t treated fairly or with the respect I deserve. This will be the last time I get any work done here.

I was in need of a car since my school program outlined requirements for one and I could not be happier that I went to Image Honda for it. My family and I had the pleasure of having Michael Kolkman as our sales rep and there aren't enough words to describe what a positive experience we had! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and friendly. We didn't feel pressured at all, and felt that our wants and needs were heard. Plus, he went toe-to-toe with my dad's banter, and I already know my dad really appreciated that because he also gave Michael glowing praise during the car ride back home. Everyone we spoke with was an absolute delight. My parents and I were extremely happy with the outstanding customer service we received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership, especially Michael, to anyone looking for a new car. I am looking forward to picking up my Honda Civic later this week!

The Service team at Image Honda does not look out for the customers best interest. Moved back from New Brunswick and needed to switch information back to Ontario. Notice a bit of rumbling in my brakes earlier in the year. They said everything seems fine should have lots of driving left. One month later my rear pads were metal on metal and need to be completely replaced. After that I noticed the rumbling continued and needed to do a safety check, got the safety check done and the technician said that my brakes were sticking. After having my brakes checked twice it took a 3rd time for them to find the issue. I changed my brakes again and brought it back. They asked if it was within 10 days of my inspection (which was not communicated). It was within 8. He said well my technician isn't not available to check your brakes can you bring it in tomorrow. Unfortunately I work 9-5 like most people and could not. He then said that they would charge me another 130 dollars for another inspection. This service team does not try to help their customers. They just look to put money in the dealerships pockets by continuously charging for service. My Girlfriend wants to buy her car in the next 2 weeks and she now wants to avoid this dealership completely.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Image. Anthony, our sales person, didn't play games and offered us a fair price the first time around. Julie, the Business Manager was great as well. I'd like to give an extra special shout out to Sumar, the delivery coordinator. She made our delivery fun and engaging. I'd also like to thank Christina, their Sales Coordinator for doing a great job scheduling us in around our schedule. She was very accommodating. Image also offers a great rewards program not offered anywhere else. You get great discounts from local establishments in the area and you also earn credits towards your next purchase which you can even share with your family and friends. I absolutely loved everything about my experience at Image Honda! I went in during the summer to speak with someone about the lease I was currently in to try and get out or switch. I met with Anthony and he was completely honest and transparent with me while still being friendly and professional. He advised that I stay in my current lease as I would have spent more money trying to get out or into another one. About 6 months later, I reached out again after receiving an email about a special offer for the new civic. After a handful of appointments and honest conversations, Anthony helped me switch my lease to help me save money and was extrenely encouraging and professional the entire time . Working in sales myself and in customer service, it really stands out when someone provides a certain level of service, since that tends to lack in most places. Everyone at Image Honda that i have come into contact with have possesed that level of service. A particular shout out to Anthony, Julie and Summer specifically as they each left an impression with me that will forever be my expectation while working with Honda moving forward. They each made sure to be professional and helpful while still having their own personalities shine through. Have been attempting to buy-out my lease for over 2 weeks now and have had a far less than stellar experience. From misinformation about what documentation is needed to calls not being returned. Switchboard operation also apparently gets very annoyed at answering the phone and fielding questions.

I was not sure if I was going to purchase or not but with the help of the sales team for finding what works perfect for me. I had the worst experience with one of the sales reps, Ralph. He was very unprofessional, unhelpful and super rude. Ralph refused to discuss any prices with me, then told me to leave because someone is coming in for an appointment (20 minutes before closing). When I told Ralph that I called him multiple times to make an appointment and even left a voicemail, he lied and said he did not receive anything when I have proof on my phone that in fact I did. Then he just left me sitting there and went to talk to his colleagues. Not sure why this dealership wants this type of employee to represent their branch. I am so glad I went to a different honda dealership to get my car.

Had a great experience with Image Honda this week. General Manager Paola ensures impeccable customer service from start to finish in the process of purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. I found all of the staff to be incredibly professional, personable, courteous, safety-conscious (due to Covid-19), and it was clear to me that everyone at this dealership takes great pride in what they do. Paola, Ralph, Julie and Anthony deserve to be recognized for the great work that they do. I should mention also that I was very impressed with the Service Team as I needed to have my winter tires exchanged too - the staff in the Service dept were equally as professional, efficient and personable. I will happily continue to make my service appts here, even with Halton Honda being a shorter distance for me to drive. It is worth the extra time for me to drive to Image. After a bad experience at Halton Honda, I was ready to move on to a new brand all-together, but Paola and her team saved this customer from looking elsewhere. If you are looking for a new car, don't look further than Image Honda, and if salespeople make you nervous - ask to speak to Ralph directly. He's amazing. Thanks!

After purchasing a Honda Pilot Touring edition in 2016 with the "very best extended warranty" that was to cover a million things. We had electrical issues with our radio/display. We called, as it's covered, and were told we have to pay a service fee to diagnose the problem? That's insane. On top of that we have paid t chips that is also covered and the service person said they'd fix it while we were there for another issue to be fixed. Once we returned the service person actuallyhad the Gul to say they didn't have the right paint color and we would have to come back, which is totally fine, but then said we would have to pay $15 for the paint as they didn't have some. Lmao, we are beside ourselves. Not only do they not provide a Uber like Toyota and most places that are not doing a shuttle service but everytime you bring up warranty they try to find a way to charge for something. It's honestly such a terrible experience everytime. My husband has seen this and went to Toyota for his last two vehicles and it's a totally different vibe. They really take care of everything top to bottom.my mother also bought a Honda car because we said it was a good idea and she has the same rediculous problems. Her sunroof leaks to the point it drips when she drives in the rain and after two times replacing it they try to charge her because it's past the first year warranty. Honestly I don't want anyone to have to go through this. DONT BUY HONDA UNTIL THEY CLEAN UP THERE ACT!!! WARNING!!!! Oh and no we have not gotten our electrical issue fixed because we feel a warranty of this degree and even a regular warranty should include looking at the issue without people paying for it. Or be honest from the start and have full understanding of what to expect. We wouldn't have boughten the warranty or the vehicle if we knew this. We will never buy or recommend Honda again! Even doing a service that pops up is rediculous. We have a technician who used to work for these people open his own certified by Honda shop and he does everything at half the price. He left because he saw the craziness they would do to people and now he still makes money but honestly. Just disappointed.

I came in this morning for Oil change, AC problem and safety inspection, They said the safety didn’t pass because It needed new brakes, I told them I can comeback in two weeks to replace the brakes but I offer them to pay for what they fixed today , they refused to give me my car back so they sad they holding my vehicle till I pay for the safety certificate even though they have not issued me the vehicle safety certificate. My vehicle is currently at the imaging Honda dealership I have also have my personal belongings in my car

I visited on a busy Saturday. The showroom is nicely laid out, bright and clean. They had a nice selection of vehicles. The staff were all wearing the same Honda golf shirts which seemed to underscore their enthusiasm. I was approached by a salesman immediately. The SUVs I came to see were on display. I was able to have my questions answered quickly and effectively. A good experience overall.

Got a car back in 2018, every bit of the experience was made enjoyable... amazing team!!! Everyone was friendly and fun to chat with. I’ve brought my car in a few times and every time they were awesome!! Gave me an extra Honda keychain for my spare key, fixed my skid plate at no cost. I went here for parts and lets face it, dealer parts are REALLY expensive. If you're one of the few who can afford them then definitely go to Image. The staff are extremely friendly and when I had an issue with a stereo I bought for my car they offered to program it for free, so there are still some diamonds in the ruff. Nice folks.

When my 15-year-old car broke down during a pandemic I decided it was finally time to buy something shiny and new. Of course, options were quite limited considering the dangers of COVID-19! So, like many people in a modern society, I turned to the Internet. I built the exact model of car I wanted to purchase and applied for financing online. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Habib to arrange pickup for later that week! I had a brand new car in my driveway just four days after applying for financing. That kind of responsiveness earns a full five stars in my books! Add on to that the friendly staff that were so happy to help, all while sanitising everything in sight! It was truly a pleasant experience, and the folks at Image Honda really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Brought my 2012 Civic for warranty work on the paint and clear coat. The clear coat on the hood was cracking significantly and I still had a few months left on the warranty. They took photos of my hood at Image Honda and was told they would get back to me about my claim. Never heard from them and now my warranty has expired on the paint. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism there. I will buy another Honda because it's been very reliable in the most important ways but won't be dealing with Image Honda again.

In November 2019, I called Image Honda about a van they had. They set up an appt for me to come see it. The day of the appt, I arranged childcare for my kids and drove from Guelph to Hamilton for my appt. 5 minutes before I arrived, they called me to tell me the van is not ready. I expressed my frustration since I had an appt and just drove an hour there and they agreed to let me come see it. I took it for a test drive and decided to purchase the van. Josh was the salesman and he sold me on it being Honda Certified. He said that meant that it came with a. Guarantee and that things like the breaks had to have at least 50% oft life left in them. So it seemed like a great purchase! They used high pressure sale techniques and convinced me to purchase the extended warranty as well. After doing all the paperwork we set up an appt for me to come pick it up. I knew they needed to detail it, do some maintenance etc. After the phone call I had revived that morning, I made it clear that I was fine with waiting longer if it meant all the work was done properly and not rushed. They said no no it will be ready for you in 2 days. So I arrive for my appt at the time specified. Again driving from Guelph to Hamilton. Once I arrive, I find out the van is not ready. Nothing has been done. They tell me it’s going to be hours before it’s ready. I’m angry at this point. No one called me to let me know not to come get it. We also had our one year old with us so not exactly fun to wait around a dealership for hours. They said they would pay for us to go out for breakfast so we took advantage of that. After waiting hours we were able to take our van home. Fast forward to a month ago. Several of the light indicators came on in our van. We took it to Honda in Guelph to see what was wrong. We were given an estimate of $1500 of maintenance needed to be done. Please keep in mind at this point we had only driven 10 000km and I was sold on it being Honda certified. Our van needs brakes which is the biggest expense and particularly frustrating when I was told we would have 50% of life left on them. I called Honda and the receptionist (who was extremely rude) told me I would have to speak to Josh. I have called and left a voicemail with Josh 3 times and he has not bothered to call me back. I don’t believe Honda did ANY maintenance on our van. I don’t believe it was touched before we picked it up that day. I feel like I was sold a lot of lies by Josh and it’s not okay. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a car from Image Honda. They will tell you anything to get you to buy and they will not treat you with respect. I will be sharing my review widely unless Image Honda does the right thing. At the very least they should do our brakes. ETA: it’s been 3 weeks since I wrote this review and have had zero follow up to my phone calls or reviews. Thanks again Image Honda for treating your costumer so horribly!

Fast forward 2 months later after some good fortune at the casino I won enough money to get something I wanted even more. And once again was helped by the kind and wonderful Josh. I actually have switched over dealerships. The customer service I have received here is great. They got my car in quick as it needed a recall for the airbag inflator. I received 2 calls and a letter in the mail informing me to get it in the shop. They also did a free inspection on my car as well. Informing me of a couple things that will need attention soon. The staff are very informative and knowledgeable. They also offer to drive you home and pick you up with their courtesy shuttle. There is a lounge there to wait if you would rather stay. There is free coffee and refreshments available while you wait. Image Honda are very personable and honest. They don’t hide any hidden fees or costs. I will definitely be back.

So only giving them 3 stars as it was a typical buying experience. Be careful with the service department... my father was called in due to a “recall on his vehicle” the car had no issues or lights on dashboard that came on. The recall was due to defective airbags. Vehicle was brought in and a day later his airbag light comes on. We called the dealership and now they want $130 just to look at the vehicle. The vehicle didn’t have any issues nor the light came on but magically the light comes on now and the dealer wants their money... well played image Honda Update after response: I appreciate your response but as stated previously, the car was brought in without any lights on and strangely enough after the vehicle was brought in due to recall and who knows what was done, the lights came on a couple of days after pick up. I appreciate you guys looking at it and quoting me over $400 to fix when initially there were no lights or known issues

3 years ago I had gone to multiple dealerships of different companies and I have to say my experience was not great, a lot of sales people didn't even give me attention, or they would not even put in the effort to try to close the sale. Considering their job is to try and get people to buy a car, that shows a serious lack of commitment. At Image Honda, the agent spent a solid 2 hours with me even though I made it very clear I was just looking for information. Spent the time to ensure I was getting exactly the car I needed, no more, no less. He made very convincing arguments why I should buy it and gave a great deal. Even gave my GF at the time a $400 designer purse as an incentive! Although I had no intention of buying the car that day, I did (I really couldn't think of a reason not to) and I'm happy for it. Since then, the service department has been absolutely amazing, everybody is friendly, they don't try to get me to do service unnecessarily, they've even gone out of their way to get me a rental car once for a warranty issue. Based on the terms and conditions they did not have to get it for me in this situation, but they did, I even got an upgrade once I went to the rental car place. They always follow up after service to ensure that everything was done properly. The shuttle drivers are always very friendly, drive safe, and you never have to wait too long for a ride. I recommended this dealership to my sister, and she ended up buying a Honda Odyssey, when she had some unexpected twins after already having 2 kids. She had a great experience as well!

I was truly surprised by the unhelpful advice provided by their service team today . I called regarding a recall notice and was told we don’t have the parts and can’t even book you an appointment. I was told to call other dealerships myself to see if I could find one with parts in stock. I called Welland Honda and had Rachel explain patiently to me what the issue is, one of which there is a possibility of having the car deemed unsafe and pulled off the road. I’d say that is serious and the fact that Image Honda wouldn’t even check the vehicle is avoiding their responsibility. I hope Image Honda does not experience a serois accident involving a vehicle they sold and refused to check. Interesting approach.

Steve the service and parts manager offered to come get my car , service it , and then drop it off for me so I wouldn’t have to interrupt my work day!!! So incredibly accommodating he was!!! Surely I did experience a very good customer service here. Especially the guys over the counter - they're just so friendly, respectful and cordial. However, I think the mechanics should up their game. They seem to be more interested in doing what they think it's your problem rather than hearing you out and then look for the problem complained about to repair. My car unfortunately, when brought for overall service, ended up in some sort of a bad shape. The wheels were badly aligned and caused a stiff steering as a result. Took it back there to ascertain the cause, they ended up convincing me to fix something else. My car came out in a pretty bad shape. It was horrible the experience of driving and feeling uncomfortable and angry getting back inside the car. Thankfully, the major problem was discovered somewhere else (won't mention the name), bad stabilizer - and fixed the stiff steering and bad alignment. My car is back to shape. Hope this is a constructive criticism. Your customer service as per human interaction is applaudble!

Sad to say my experience was less than stellar. My first and only time for servicing my vehicle. My Civic had a leak in the power steering lines - that's what their diagnosis said. I asked for details about the leak: How bad is it? Where exactly is the leak? Which part(s) are the culprit? My questions were not answered, rather I was repeatedly told "Everything is bad; Everything needs to be replaced; do it soon or else." I was quoted almost $1k for the job. It's an 11 year old car that I bought for $4k - just didn't seem worth it. Then on my uncle's recommendation, I took it to an independent shop who showed me exactly what was leaking and repaired it for $160 in an hour on the spot. That's a huge cost discrepancy! My Civic has been repaired and working just fine now and I saved $850. Take my experience for what it's worth. I certainly won't be taking my vehicle here for any services again.

I am living close to their service Centre and choose them , however my decision was wrong as when I get a chance to meet the finance manager for some help, she was very inpatient and has shown her attitude to me. So then i contacted sterling Honda finance manager , she was very co-operative and helped my queries. Now, I have to drive 20km to get the service done but I don't mind because I am getting the best service and respect.

We have purchased a used VW Golf wagon TDI from the dealership mid March of 2021. The pre purchase, test drive and buying process were handle very well. The car came certified and with a 90 days or 5000 km Power Train guaranty. A month into owing the car the check engine light came on. Living an hour away from the dealership isn’t always easy to book a service in a timely manner but I finally got a chance. On April 21 I called the dealership , explained the situation and was booked for 2 pm that day. Great I thought. I got help from my son who was off that day to drive the car down for me and I would get him on my way home from work. He called me a little after 2 saying that the dealership is not able to help me since they are not a VW dealer nor are they equipped or trained to work on a diesel vehicle I have purchased from them. It took them over 2 hours ( we didn’t leave the dealership till after 4 pm ) to advise me that since they did do a quick code read when the vehicle got there , that the code reads trouble with the glow plugs and that’s not covered by the guaranty. They did not offer any help what so ever in the situation. We were told from the start to go find a VW dealership and book an appointment with them. At the end of this I am very disappointed how my case was handle , not even trying to accommodate anything and not standing behind what they sell.

I am so disappointed in Image Honda. I bought my car brand new from them three years ago. Purchased an extended warranty which is still active. I go to them for every oil change even though I live in Burlington. My car has a second recall on it for the second row seating....which is fine. But they refuse to accommodate me yet again. I'm a single full time working mother of 4 kids. Two of which are in car seats. I have not been at my job long and it's not feasible to take time off. I literally cannot be without a vehicle. If there is an emergency with one of my kids I have no one to step in and help me out. This is why I purchased brand new.....so I had reliability. Image Honda won't repair my car on a Saturday when I'm off and though they have the ability to get me a rental car they say it's not an option unless I pay out of pocket. Honda Canada tells me otherwise. So now I either risk my job getting my car fixed or I risk the safety of myself and my children because Image Honda could care less about their customers. Maybe another Honda dealership will be willing to help me out. But rest assured when I'm looking to upgrade my vehicle in won't be with Image Honda......they have ZERO customer loyalty.

She explained the process and was extremely helpful. * I ventured into the showroom as I had an appointment to explore upgrading my 2016 Honda Crv. * Michael Kolkman, was AMAZING and helpful. He showed me around and got me looking at a 2020 Crv in the showroom. He explained all the features and benefits of upgrading. But it didn't stop there. I ended up upgrading to a 2021 Pilot instead. I own a Mazda. My wife owns a Honda. We both take our cars to the dealerships we bought from for maintenance and more recently I take her car to Image Honda. The service I get is night and day. At my Mazda dealership (Maple Mazda in Vaughan ;)) They know me by name. I walk in expecting to pay anything to keep up to date and walk out with the costs expected, or even at times walk out with them telling me where they saved me money! Each service they give me a heads up that I may need to check on something for my NEXT time. There are no surprises and I always leave happy. I booked an appointment for my wife’s Honda, I’m generally flexible. I’m told I need to have some work done on my brakes, but need to order the part. That’s fine. I ask if I can group a bunch of things together and save somewhere. They helped me out and gave me a quote. Sent my wife to pick up the car when complete, she tells me the bill when she gets it. My savings wasn’t given. That’s fine. Maybe it was a new person, wasn’t aware that I had a quote. So I call in to check it out. They look for the paper work. I point out the variance in cost. Then I was told by someone who wasn’t aware of the quote what the quote would have said. Told me I could have saved if I did the work originally and it’s written on the quote. I have it in front of me and don’t see it and I know that differs from my conversation. Asked the person to point it out to me and if they had the quote in front of them. They told me “No. they don’t have it.” They honoured my quote after my call but worked really hard not to give it to me to the point where I thought I was the liar. Like I said. Night and day. The Honda is on it’s last legs. I know what my new car will be and where I’m getting it.

Bought a jeep over a year ago and was told it came with a soft top. When I picked it up it was missing parts of the soft top. Salesman who sold me the soft top said he would contact the previous owner and get back to me. Over a month later I called him and said he needed more time. I gave him five months and he never called me back. I called and asked for the used car sales manager and explained what has transpired and he said he will get back to me. I never heard back from him either. This is over a year and heard from no one. Is this the way the sales team treats customers? Once you get the money in hand do we not matter to you anymore? Very very poor customer service.

I have had 2 oil changes done here. Once I had watch my car sitting in the shop half out the door for 10 minutes while the tech talked to his buddy. Second time the forgot to put the plastic guard back on right. How ever they rebounded when I got a flat and last my lug nut key. Got it fixed fast. Monday my wife and I went in to yo grade our leased fit for a crv. Rob was great. How ever it was a huge waste of time.

I bought a CRV a few months ago and I wanted to make this review since then. I do not recommend this dealership, I had problems at the time of purchase, when I went to receive the car and also after having the car at home. My advice is: be very careful with the papers you sign and TAKE A PHOTO of everything you are signing, so you can check if you are receiving a copy of what you sign and also if you are receiving what you signed saying you received. In addition, I had to buy a new battery for the car just 1 month after the purchase, because it died overnight, and of course I didn't have the extended warranty. Another thing, take many photos of the car when you decide to buy it, and then make sure that nothing new appeared in the car, bodywork, engine, tires, etc. But more importantly, if possible, look for another dealership, I will never go back there.

I brought my car for oil change , they handed my car to an apprentice then they said bolt is crossed thread because of previous mechanic. More than that, instead of fixing the leak with another bigger bolt around $5, they want to charge around $1000 to replace the oil drain pan. Service: 1/5 I went for my first oil change here for my new 2019 Honda Civic. Shuttle service was missing. My wife was waiting to pick up the car, when the service was completed she was not even informed that the car is ready. There was no inspection report attached to the invoice. When I called them about it I was told they forgot to attach it and they will email it to me. Go to Sterling Honda instead. For the same price you will get better service and a free car wash.

On my first visit to the dealership I met Ralph and was really impressed by his enthusiasm and willingness to help me even though I was nowhere near ready to buy and only interested in second hand. Julie was great at explaining all the paperwork, warranty info and helped get the documents lined up for my trade in. Not a very good experience with this dealership today. Went in for my first oil change on a brand new 2019 Honda Civic Touring. Looked up on the ceiling of my car on way home & found grease smeared on my interior, obviously from one of the mechanics servicing my vehicle. PLEASE READ AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM EVER ATTENDING THIS DEALERSHIP, GO TO A DIFFERENT HONDA, FOR BUYING/LEASE AND MAINTENANCE! I would advise you go to a different dealership if you want to buy a Honda, great cars absolutely but go to a different dealership. This dealership is the sneakiest I have ever dealt with while buying brand new from their sales department all the way to their general sales managers. They will hide prices in your contract, change numbers around and make it look like you’re saving money but you’re actually not. You will see when you compare bill of sales with other dealerships, even those dealerships will tell you how messed up Image Honda contracts and numbers all moved around. I showed my bill of sale to three different other Honda’s, sadly I waited after the fact (learnt my lesson) just when you thought you had trusted a dealership. The unprofessionalism from this dealership is unbelievable, you’ll hear their associates coming in and talk negatively about customers that they didn’t agree with and or didn’t like. They tell you not to visit other dealerships because you won’t get a better deal, trust me, don’t visit this location see for yourself when you compare contracts with other dealerships even then just don’t waste your time. Their own management took me around the lot to show me that a lot of their vehicles had damages to them but they still sell them, if it’s defective it should be sent back to Honda not to hide damages to get a “quick sale.” To end this off, the vehicle shown and agreed on, image Honda changed the VIN numbers after the fact and swapped out cars without letting me know. All management would know how to say is “you signed the bill of sale.” Yes that is true but to the naked eye a VIN number switch is so small, and I was made aware of this through my insurance company. In the end I didn’t end up with the same car I had looked and agreed on. They wrongfully and unlawfully switched the cars without disclosing anything to me, and handed me off with one that had multiple paint damage starting from the hood to the back of the vehicle. They could have tried to resolve and fix the problem (simply by fixing the paint) but they knew exactly what they did and assumed they wouldn’t have been caught.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! On two occasions my husband and I went into Image Honda looking for a vehicle and were toldy that everyone was ‘too busy.’ I’ve worked at 2 car dealerships in Toronto and I’ve worked in customer service my whole life so if it were up to me I would have never walk back into image Honda and I regret that we did. Husband is too nice so he goes in again, he has to literally set up an appointment with the manager to go in and talk to someone when they aren’t ‘too busy’ and buy a car. Fine, he sets up time, he knew exactly what he wanted so he goes in and buys the car. I’m already upset that we have to basically ask them to take our money. Fast forward to picking up the keys. He’s sitting in the dealership, the only customer there (not surprised) waiting for everything to be done meanwhile the staff is FARTING away! They were literally passing gas all around him as he’s sitting there and they are sitting around laughing. I’m talking about the sales guys in the showroom not some service guy in the back. They were having a hoot and thought it was hilarious- including the manager. He was absolutely disgusted and he had to ask them on two occasions if they were okay, their response ‘We’re just trying to have a good time’. That was completely disrespectful. I couldn’t believe he walked out with that car! I would have never let him if I was there. The lady gave him the keys and said so are you excited? He felt more sick to his stomach then excited as I’m sure anyone would. To top it off they kept telling him, oh you’re going to get a survey asking about your experience- just give it all 10’s, we want 10’s and they’ll leave you alone otherwise they ask so many questions. Look, go somewhere else, I’m not saying don’t buy a Honda the car is fine but if you want to leave the dealership feeling like a human being go try Mississauga or Toronto, where they treat you with some class. We went here only out of convenience and I’m so terribly regretful that we did.

We purchased a used Honda Accord Touring in early May, replacing our 12 year old Accord with 374,000 km on the clock. We were most fortunate to be assisted by Joshua Logie, top notch salesman! He's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and overall a credit to the organization of Image Honda. We had to return the vehicle today because of a problem with the emergency brake, the shuttle service drove my husband home and then picked him up when the problem with the car had been corrected, at no charge. We live quite far away from the dealership but there was no issue at all with the transportation. Joshua was once again involved with this repair situation - superb after-sales service! I can't say enough about this young man, and about Image Honda and the service they have provided to us for many years. They continue to excel in taking care of their customers... 10 out of 10! I just wanted to say what great service I received from Jay in the Parts Department. They were little things like key fob batteries and wiper blades, but he was friendly and willing to install them for me right there. Yup, it only took him a minute but for me it was a hassle avoided. Some dealers are just to busy to take care of the the little guy but that wasnt the case here. I truly appreciate that my experience was made easy because of Jay. Do not buy a car from these guys. Spent 15k on a car to find out theres been repairs that arent on the service history. The quarter panel was replaced under the table which is ILLEGAL and why it did not show up on the carfax. They would be lying through their teeth if they said they had no idea the car was repaired here but they sold it to me anyways. Entire wheel well is starting to rust and probably within a year’s time the whole rear quarter panel will be rotted and falling off. Only reported damage was front end and even then the bumper is partially held on by zip ties (this was “repaired” by image Honda too which they billed insurance a couple thousand for) This gives you a picture of the kind of guys that run this place. Make a quick buck and sell junk to people. Just lost about $7000 off the resale value of the car just like that. Michael kolkman also deserves a shoutout. The dude has a file saved on his computer of a voicemail recording of some random dude (probably from a year ago) claiming to be coming to see the car and wants to buy it just to pressure you to buy the car that same day. It’s comical how ridiculous this dealership is. (Who saves a recording of a voicemail on their computer unless they use it as a selling tactic)

The car was detailed nicely. When the staff person explained all the features on the car, they noticed some road dust on the back, from the nearby street and asked if I wanted it to be taken back in to detailing to be cleaned up. I had issues with both my 2014 Honda Accord Touring and my 2016 CR-V. The Accord was making squeaky noise upon starting in cold weather and an interior issue with the CR-V with the driver seat. Dal Petrina the shop Foreman personally called me and asked for a video of the engine noise as opposed to bringing the car in. I sent him a video and he was able to determine the problem just by looking at the video. I booked both vehicles for service at Image Honda. Reception was excellent and I was provided with a rental vehicle for the duration of the time. Dal should definitely be recognized for going above and beyond.

We just moved to Hamilton from Toronto and went to Image Honda for the first time , professional dealership , I went because my airbag light was always on in my 2014 Honda CRV . We had a very good experience purchasing our future vehicle from Image Honda. Michael Kolkman, sales, was patient and thorough in explaining all the features of the CRV. Nice and calm. No pressure. Haley Regan, finance manager, was efficient, quick and refreshingly engaging in going through the leasing arrangement. Those final arrangements are tedious, detail-oriented but necessary. Thank God for her lively mind and scintillating personality.

I wouldn’t recommend getting your car serviced here. Our car stalled, and they told my partner the oil pressure switch/sensor needed replaced. $600 dollars and not even 30 kilometres driven later the engine blew out while he was on the highway. Super safe work done there, could have turned out much worse if it had caused an accident! Now apparently a new engine is needed, which they are admittedly looking for, but it’s been almost a week and they haven’t even given us a car to use in place of the one they’ve destroyed. The best part about it is they could have avoided this review by someone in the service department simply picking up the phone the many times I tried to call them today. Edited to add: The service advisor called 3 days later (Friday). It will be $3000 minus the $600 we already spent to replace the engine. $2000 of this cost is labour. He said we could speak with the service manager if we weren’t happy with that price. I left two voicemails for the service manager, and when I called back the last time at 4pm, he had left for the day. They also brought up that a tech had noted an oil leak back in February, which I can see on that service report. There was no leak noted on the service report when the car was brought back in for a recall a couple weeks later though? Seems to me like they’re attempting to weasel their way out of taking responsibility for their mistakes. These people have no respect for their customers.
