I bought Hyundai Santafee Sports Ltd. Ashhar Malik is the person who helped me to buy this SUV. He was New to this job still tried his best to help me know more and more about the vehicle. Things that I liked:- 1. They removed the spots inside the car which they promised they Will. 2. They offered me good financing assistance. 3. Timely delivery of car. 4. They gave me 4 winter tires with rims which was not part of the deal. Thanks to SUNNY - Sales Manager. Things I did not like: 1. They did not do proper detailing of the car which they promised. 2. The front right side door is not opening smoothly. Now I have to go and get it fixed at some other delearship. Since Hamilton is far. 3. The Wipers blades are not working.

I had problems with squeaking noises from my trunk area. I mentioned it to another dealership and they promptly refused to help because I have aftermarket seat covers and accessories in my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to Hamilton Hyundai and mentioned the issue and they immediately fixed the problem free of charge. It was simply plastic caught between seat and frame. I now service my vehicle exclusively at Hamilton Hyundai.

i just want to give a huge thank you to Charles for getting me the Ioniq! Despite other dealerships saying there were none available and giving zero options, Charles immediately said they could get me one and they did. I visited this location yesterday looking for a used vehicle and mine was deemed unsafe to drive. I’m a single mother and on a fixed income. Craig was so wonderful that instead of sending me home in a used vehicle, he ended up using magic with the numbers and sent me home in a brand new Elantra. I had never leased a vehicle before so Craig and Diane took their time explaining my options. I’m so happy with their services that I will be recommending anyone looking for a new vehicle. I had a great experience! Sean was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. When I picked up my car he took the time to show me and explain all the features. He said if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to call him. He also showed me how to navigate the services website in order to book my car appointments. Roseanne was also very pleasant to deal with. She explained about the extended warranty as well as the rust proofing and fabric protection options. She also didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. My experience at hamilton hyundai has been the best yet. Bought my first venue last summer, unfortunetly was written off and I got a second exact same car from them. Diane from finance was excepional in getting me in a car, taking car of all paperwork and thanks to her I had purchased GAP insurance which was a life saver and paid out the remaining loan. Sumir, the salesperson went out of his way to pick me up on his day off and drive me to the dealership to pick up my new car. He was amazing, very attentive and had the best customer service. I recommend Hamilton Hyundai over and over and anyone wanting to buy a car there ask for Sumir.

Awesome Experience!! From Sales to the Finance Office. Having worked in the Car business for 11 years, I was really trepidatious about being on the other side of the desk. The service team was a. Extremely poor in their conduct towards me and b. They misguided me in advising that I need a complete driver side mirror replacement costing almost $600.00 when what I really needed was the turn blinkers on my mirror replaced as they broke. I checked online and it is replaceable. But the capable gentle man advised otherwise and c. he advised me to have oil change every 7,500 kms which is again misleading as per Hyundai, you should do it every 12,000 kms. Never going there for purchase or service.

We've had the 2022 Hyundai Tucson for a couple of months now and it is a really great car. We are very happy with the car. It is fun to drive with lots of cool tech stuff. I highly recommend Hyundai Canada. We also have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe and it continues to be a good car. Other than regular maintenance the only repair in 7 years is to replace the rear window wiper motor. Over the years the sales & service staff at Hamilton Hyundai have been great. The recent sales experience when buying the Tucson was excellent. Our sales consultant Chandler Horne was professional, fair, reasonable, and very accommodating. I highly recommend dealing with Chandler.

Everyone down to the finance manager pulled strings to make our purchase easy and memorable. Great pricing, great customer service and will definitely be a repeat customer in years to come. I bought my first car here and it was such a great experience. Recently had an accident and had to go through the process of getting a new car. Sumir was my sales person. He contacted me right away to see if I was doing well before I even started the process of getting a car as he had seen the state of old and damaged car. He was available for contact easily, did all the behind the scenes work so that the process was fast, painless, and seamless. He worked it so I got the best interest rate possible and a car that I loved just like my first one and that I was able to get into a new car before I had to return my rental. This is the 4th car (This time a '22 Tucson Hybrid Ultimate) I have purchased in my life. While luckily I have always had positive experiences, I felt this time was just that much better! I had originally started contact with Hamilton Hyundai via a Car Cost Canada report I generated. Chandler actually contacted me very shortly after to gauge my over interest etc. From that point and throughout, Chandler was great to deal with as the main sales point of contact. Any questions myself or my wife had, were answered clearly, professionally and in a timely manner. When we declined any additional add-ons/options, I never at all felt pressured or coerced into rethinking (which I think is a common annoyance/worry when purchasing a vehicle) In addition to Chandler, anyone else I dealt with at the dealership was also great! Nice dealership, friendly but I am biased as I bought a Palisade from them. The salesman, Charlie was very helpful; and not at all pushy. Took us for a test drive and explained all the different functions of the car. The only negative is that there are no colour or interior colours in Canada that we wanted so we had to order the car. Since it is made in Korea we have to wait 10 weeks or more for delivery. We found the atmosphere here nicer than the other Hyundai dealer in Hamilton.

Got a part replaced, got the car back with more issues, part was defective, Service Manager refused to compensate me even after I paid over $200 to fix the problem then proceeded to tell me there would be an additional $120 fee to relook at the car because THEY didnt diagnose the original issue (it was clear what needed to be replaced originally). Sad, that they need to diagnose a obvious, visibally, broken part in order to be responsible for the car. Absolutely rediculous.

This is the worst dealership i have ever seen.if i could give them a negative star i would have given them -5. I went to buy a tucson last year and they said they will give me the car on 2.5% finance rate and then increased it to 7% and they convinced me to sign on the contract with their sweet talk. And then they were forcing me to take the vehicle on 7% and i even made a $500 deposit and they never returned it to me.

On Tuesday I first contacted this location through their website asking to test drive a vehicle. Very quickly I received a phone call to set up a time which was impressive with their turnaround time. However, the phone call was not as great. The gentleman I spoke to was very brass and not helpful once I told him I could not make it in that evening before their closing time due to my work schedule. Alternatively the next couple of evenings didn't work well for me, so I said Friday after work I could come by after 3 or anytime Saturday. The gentleman was very abrupt when he continued to say, you can but who knows if the car will still be here. Which is fine to say in other words and not with his tone. This evening I decided to stop by after work to see if someone was available to show me the vehicle and take it for a drive. When I arrived someone quickly came to greet me and asked what I was looking for. I gave him the description of the vehicle I found on their site and said I was interested in taking it for a test drive. He pointed me in the right direction and said he would get someone to come help. Someone came within a reasonable amount of time and I pointed out the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle has keyless entry that did not work so he used the key to open it. Upon entry of the vehicle it was easy to tell the battery was dead as none of locks worked, and once we tried to start the vehicle it would not turn over. He then proceeded to say the battery must be dead, and when I asked him how long the vehicle had been sitting at the lot he said it had not been driven in a week. I expressed my concern with a car sitting for a week and the battery being completely dead. He then tried to tell me that was normal for a vehicle. Which was very concerning to hear that as vehicle batteries should be able to sit longer than a week without any use and not it drain completely. He then proceeded to try to boost the vehicle and had no luck. I expressed to him that I was no longer interested in the vehicle if a boost could not turn it over despite the vehicle only being 4 years old and under 100000km. He did not at any point apologize for the inconvenience or offer to show me alternative vehicles similar. As someone who comes from sales I expect someone to ask what I was looking for in a vehicle and be shown alternatives when what I was looking for fell short of expectations. The experience was very disappointing and I left. I don't think I will be continuing my search for newer vehicle with this location.

Signed a contract to purchase a Hyundai accent hatchback which they said they had in stock. Turns out they didn't and pressured me into a used showroom model. Fast forward antenna flies off. I try to purchase the specific part of the antenna which is the plastic casing and they can't help. I have to buy the whole antenna assembly which is a bunch of extra parts that wouldn't be installed for the type of repair needed. Call Hyundai Canada , no help either. They just forwarded my complaint to the dealership that I was complaining about. Made no sense

Satisfied with the technical service visit yesterday, except for the not very courteous attitude of the Service Advisor Alison Smith, when I made in a nice way an observation regarding the disproportionate difference between the time spent on the technical service (35 minutes)and the waiting period for the car to be washed (45 minutes). She just stated that next time do not ask for the washing service, plain and simple. That could be true but it could have been said in a more polite way and customer service oriented manner. I hope that if there is a next time, I won't have the deal with the same person.

It was a very bad experience for me. Trying to sell my wife's car while she was very sick, they come to pick up the car with no cheque after telling me they will bring it when they pick up. They say they'll bring it to me right away. 2 hours later I go there and they tell me the cheque is not ready. When I asked for the keys back somehow the cheque was ready. Sean was very rude. Unpleasant experience. Sell or buy somewhere else.

They were fast and friendly, but no time to check out a concern I had with a loud idle. Yet 20 minutes later they recommend a service that will take a while and want to book it. I had it done already at another dealership, and I thought you had no time? Can't test drive my car for ten minutes but can book additional service? Seat settings were also all messed up. I get it, people are taller than me. But to drive my car in to the service bay you needed to lower the seat all the way down and back? Couldn't pop it back up or forward when you got out? Called Burlington Hyundai and they squeezed me in same day to investigate my loud idle. I'd recommend them over Hamilton. Always give me my car back exactly how I left it.

If it were possible to give a no star rating, I would since it would be most deserving. The service department lacks any professionalism and knowledge on how to service their own cars. I was told that I had to be the one to tell them what oil to use, as is in the manufacturer's manual, in order to maintain my warranty. This was after they finally realized that the correct oil was not in my vehicle. After numerous calls to get any answers, I still have not heard from the service manager or even Hyundai Canada on this. They also try to up-sell you on services not needed and even perform them when your not aware, such as a $50 tire rotation a week before the winter tires were to come off.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Hyundai. Would highly recommend not going here and finding another dealership to visit. The workers were extremely rude to the point that I was debating on leaving even though I was very interested in the Kona I came to test drive. When I came inside the dealership to confirm my appointment, one employee said "calm down buddy I'll help you later". The most disgusting customer service I've ever received at a dealership. To top everything off, when I did go to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, the employee helping us out knew absolutely nothing about the car other then "it has heated seats". Went to this dealership to purchase this vehicle but the staff there persuaded me not to. Will never be visiting here again and recommend everyone else stays away as well.

2012 Genesis (CPO). Great car I've been looking at these cars for awhile now and just love them. Warren at sales knew his stuff I would recommend seeing him. The finance department worked really hard for me right to the end signature for the best rate. Plus the warranty I bought has really given me peace of mind about possible repairs with a car packed with tech. My only request for the car was a new wing logo for the trunk, when I went back I had 2 to choose from. However I was told there was to be 2 new shocks replaced for safety, but only 1 was installed. Plus was told car would be fully up to date with service records. Both air filters looked original and packed with debris. I'm now looking into what else may have been missed.

I brought my car today Dec 30, 2021, at 8 am for a service recall. They said everything is fine after scanning and no need to do anything. But I noticed in the evening today that if I leave headlights ON and lock the car, it is not itself turning off the Dashboard panel, side, and tail lights, it is only turning OFF the headlights automatically. Everything was working fine before bringing the car to their workshop. Before today, if I left the headlights ON and lock the car, after 20 sec all lights would have turned OFF.

The experience from start to finish in purchasing our new Accent was very relaxed and pleasant! Masks and hand sanitizer at the door for us. Staff always wiping chairs and cleaning, we felt safe. The staff all worked very well together as a team to make sure we were well informed about the car. Mike our sales rep worked so hard in this heat to make sure we test drove the cars we wanted and shared so much knowledge about each one to help us choose the best car for us. The repair shop had all our questions answered about safety and past recalls in a heartbeat on printed paper so we could review it at home. Went there to trade in my vehicle for a new one, and we sat and signed a contract and agreed on the terms and prices and I was clear that I'm firm on that deal and nothing what so ever will change that, went for the delivery date and while signing the final bill found increase they slipped in thinking I wouldn't notice trying to scam some more money, when I asked to speak to the manager he came his name is Sean Wilson and I can't even imagine how this person even have a job not to be a manager he start telling me that my trade me owing was higher than what I told them, well genius I never give you the amount owing you said you will get that yourself and when I offer it you and your finance team told me not to worry about it and you will get it. So he said fine no deal and we will give you your ownership and deposit back as soon as possible, so I left and called back the next day asking where's my stuff to get an answer that the manager Sean Wilson is not in today please call tomorrow, called tomorrow to be told he's aware of it and he will call you right back so the day ended no calls, next day same story and kept going for 4 days until I reached out to the general manager and then everything magically started to work after they held my ownership and deposit for 8 days for no reason. found out from someone working there that they or who call himself the manager was holding on it to put pressure on me to come back and take the deal with his terms, very shady business and for sure I'm happy that I survived that and didn't end up buying and for sure happy with the Mazda deal and people I bought from.

I was more interested in getting a 2021 Santa fe but after Gabriel took the time to go over all the pros and cons of each vehicle I knew I made the right choice. I really wanted to pick the car up the next day during my lunch hour and Heather managed to get all the paperwork all ready for my pick up. I was in and back to work within an hour. We had a great experience, right from the start at Hamilton Hyundai. I booked an appointment online to test drive a Tucson and within 2 minutes Haley called me to book an appointment. While at Hyundai, we felt safe with Covid precautions. Staff were helpful, kind and most importantly, not pushy. We felt like Samir was interested in getting to know us and our needs when determining which vehicle was right for us! We live 45 minutes away from the dealership, so Samir made it very easy for us to do most of the work over the phone ( which was incredibly helpful!). The only minor hiccup in the process was that tinting was not ready on the vehicle on the date of pick up, and we were not informed until we arrived to pick up the vehicle. However, tinting was done within 4 days of pick up. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, Haley was very helpful going over all the details of the car and getting it set up just for me! This review is only from my last experience with the service department. I have always brought my 2013 Elantra in for regular service and in the past they have always been great. However last Saturday was different. When I arrived I mentioned that the front passenger door needed lubrication and was squeaking. I was assured that is part of the service package so it would be looked after. 45 minutes later I paid and sure enough on the receipt it mentioned door lubrication as part of the package I paid for. The next day my wife went to open the door and we heard a loud squeak and the door wasn’t lubricated. I have since done it myself and I know it’s a minor issue but if the service department will lie about something so easily recognizable can I trust them for other things? Are they really checking the brakes? The whole point of going to them is they are knowledgeable and trustworthy in regards to Hyundai vehicles. I now wonder if it’s worth the cost to bring my car to them anymore.
