I went to Dardan auto service to get my personal car brakes and oil change done and they were very nice to me and very clean and fast and amazing prices. After this day I started bring my personal car and bussiness cars here for service. I also bought a car from them for my mother and they took care of me and did everything to get it on the road with plates and sticker all I had to do is pay and pick it up.

I bought a Honda Civic first night it was fine, next day air conditioner blow, took it in to get it fixed. I had to wait three days to get it back. Air conditioner still was not working right. Took it back again for another day. Got it back and air conditioner was still the same. When I called again to have it fixed owner told me to bad he would do nothing else to fix it. Poor service, I would not recommend them at all. Bad service, no guarantee if they won't do the work. Buy somewhere more reputable. Junk junk junk

Hot safety, sold my son a car with many problems that would not have passed a safety. Now he has to put off his schooling due to fixing up this car. The car was in storage till march. Update now needs new shocks and mufflers may not be able to be fixed. Passengers door does not sit right nor does it lock and window goes down when it wants. Windshield washer spray never worked. The list goes on.

Bought a 2014 used elantra from this place. The owner said car was in great condition and any issues within 6 months he will fix it for free! A few months later i noticed a rust spot on the hood that had been disguised with black marker! Also i heard a scrapping sound while driving! I looked underneath and realized Dardans had taped up a broken part of the bumper but never told me! When i called to complain he was all rude and lying he never taped up the car and will not fix it! This guy is shady and cant be trusted! Typical ripoff dealer!Rude as hell. Only pretends to be nice till he gets your money! I am reporting him to Omvic! I hope they pull his license if he gets enough complaints! Do youself a favour and go somewhere else! Dont fall for the fake good reviews! Crook!!!

Bought a car here first car i ever owned. They said brand new brakes and brand new tires me not knowing anything about cars i trusted them. Tire blew out in the first month brakes and pads were shot but thought that was just cars brakes. Took it to a real machanic and they showed me the brakes were not new , but old like 60 k old it was like metal on metal everytimed i braked. These guys will just play you to get money in there pocket not happy at all will never go back !!!!!!!!

I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT from Dardan auto sales back in October 2018. I looked the truck over at the lot and took for a test drive prior to purchase and noticed a few problems that would have been required to be repaired for safety, I explained to Rudy the mechanic at Dardan auto sales that the brakes were pulsating and a loud growling noise coming from the front end while driving and the exhaust was banging against the crossmember. None of this was repaired for safety, I took it back numerous of times before Rudy’s 30 day in house warranty was up and all he did was replace the front brake pads. I personally won’t buy nothing from Dardan auto sales or even take this truck of mine back to them for repairs, Rudy treated me like as if I had no clue about what I was talking about and he’s damn lucky that I did not have the time to report this to the MTO. I strongly suggest that if you are looking at purchasing a vehicle from Dardan auto sales DON’T but if you do it would be wise to have another reputable mechanic thoroughly look over your potential purchase as the Lubrico warranty’s they offer will only allow for a certain dollar amount for repairs and if there’s more than one thing wrong and depending on the cost of parts and labor you could be into digging deep into your pockets to pay to make the vehicle right. With my purchase so far since October I am into replacing front shocks, front wheel bearings, rear shocks, far rear leaf spring shackle, exhaust pipe flanges, heater fan resistor and now have to look into getting the timing chain and guides replaced as well as some electrical problems with the cruise control, fog lights and the factory stereo. Honestly this was way more problems than I was expecting to have in less than a year of ownership for the price I paid, please do your due diligence as you may save yourself a lot of headaches.

Came in for a simple safety and left with a damaged vehicle, I called the son after arriving at home and noticing damage and proceeded to send him a picture. The damage was clearly fresh. We took the vehicle the next day and the owner wouldn’t own up to the damage it was clear it happened there as it was the same colour as their lift. Proceed with caution...

Worst experience i've had buying a truck. I found an ad on facebook for a truck. when I called and asked about rust i was told it had no rust. it was pretty well rusted and the box would need to be replaced in a year. the truck also clearly showed it had a plow mount on it which was not mentioned to me at all. other than that i still decided to make a deal if he fixed it and safteyed it. that was on a friday he said it be done monday. then it got delayed until tuesday, then friday, then monday. today sunday morning his son who would be transferring the ownership monday messeged me for my info and said id need to sign some papers. assuming id have to meet him in person asked if i could do a quick onceover of the truck in the evening. he then told me to forget about buying the truck after making me wait a week after then i was originally told. big waste of my time. if you plan on buying here make sure you have a trust worthy mechanic look over it.

Do not buy from here. Sold me a safety and e tested car with no headlights? Leaking coolen. Suppose to fix anything for 36 days. Charged me 360 bucks to fix the heating coil. Now had the car for less then a month and it’s not running. He won’t fix anything. Scumbag people con artists. Can’t even understand their broken English.

Sold me a Ford escape tell me it was in excellent condition within 2 days engine light came on and head lights flashing .. brought back to have it fixed and all they did was reset battery and told me they fixed it.. since then I have had to replace coilpacks, plugs, control arm, light modules , catalytic converter , power steering pump , just about everything possible .Still having problems with it to this day. My review is late as I could not give it a review a couple years ago. I have even been stranded couple times within the first month ..tried to bring it back the 3rd day I had it and they did not fallow threw with the 30 day warranty they guaranteed... horrible vehicle and sale do not recommend to anyone that has a family or wants a good used car dunno how they survive treating family's like this .. don't be fooled on what they tell you they are full of poo

Sold me a car with no heat, leaking coolant, no AC. I went to them every week for a month and only got partly heater fixed (still not heating properly) and gave me parts to fix the rest on my own. It's now costing me over $1k to fix the leak that was reported to them within a week of purchase, even left the car for 5days to repair, paid for rental car on my own and still nothing fixed. Be careful with your purchases from them. Leaking waterpump and thermostat housing is a safety issue but to them it's not! They knew where the leak was but didn't want to fix it just gave me the parts and told me to ask another mechanic to repair it.
