Purchased a Ford Escape from this dealership. I stumbled across Daleo doing a google search. I have never dealt with a used car dealership before, but the quality of the Escape is exceptional and still blows me away! Michelle was my sales rep and Travis did the financing for my new car. They're both very friendly and did a great job. My credit isn't great due to COVID (we had a bill go to collections and it took quite the hit), but we were still able to work out something reasonable that I can afford. I don't think I would have been able to get a car of similar value at the ford dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who needs help getting into something nicer, even if your credit isn't the best. Just make sure you get something you can afford!

I recently sold my vehicle to Daleo Motors, as I did not want to deal with selling it privately. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and despite my car requiring some costly repairs, they gave me a fair price. I personally felt they were very honest, breaking down the costs of the repairs and how that would affect the amount they were offering me. They were right on par with another quote I received, but I chose to sell to Daleo because I preferred their customer service. We have gone down to 1 car in our house but I would not hesitate to purchase a used vehicle from Daleo if/when the times comes that we require another car.

We are currently financing a 2013 Ford Escape from here. Being a young couple and it was our first time fincacing we took a lot of help and advice from them. Trina urged us to go with this car as we have a growing family. As soon as our 3000km warranty expired we notice our skid plate is held on by ZIP TIES and was falling off practically dragging on the ground because one snapped. Ofcourse we got it fixed, but why sell us a car that’s falling apart knowing our children are going to be in it ? These people don’t care about you or your family whatsoever. Only the money. We learned that the hard way. Edited to add- I was told to contact because they “couldn’t find a file with my name on it” and have yet to get a response. We’re financing almost 20 grand and you can’t find my file ? Funny.

Wow horrible. Took them two days to provide me with a buy out for my car. I had to call multiple times and practically pry it out of them, all so we could pay off my car to them. Shame, Mary was rude on the phone no customer service skills and not very polite.

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone! They are rude and disrespectful, especially the owner on the multiple times I have dealt with him. They seem to like to take advantage of younger people looking for a vehicle. Buyer beware! They lied to me about the vehicle I purchased from them, and they do not explain paperwork. If there if something to hide, they will. The vehicle I bought was not in any condition to pass a safety but they got it pushed though. A few weeks after I brought the car home, I had issues. Took it back to Daleo and they took it to their garage and I was blamed for the damage because they did not want to pay for the repairs. Do your research before looking at vehicles here.

Do not buy anything from Daleo Motors. You have been warned. Very friendly people that are in it just to screw you over. I did not have a good experience with this "dealership" at all. They were never prepared, never had my file out and ready to go, desks were always a huge mess. Felice didn't even know my name, nor cared to learn it. Thats how much they don't care about you. When I recieved my car it wasn't clean at all I had to go home and clean it myself there was stains all over the roof, had to bargain with felice to get a full tank of gas. The air bags didnt go off when I wrote the car off 6 days after getting the vehicle, did they really do a safety check? When I was looking at the vehicle, the man didn't know what he was talking about and I was telling him about the car and what features it had and he was surprised by what it had, I feel if youre selling a car you should know everything about it. When i went to get another car after crashing the first one they moved my down payment over but tried to keep $3600 for themselves and only put $2000 down on my new car which is completely wrong. I felt as if they didn't care about me the whole time dealing with them, I went to pick up my car on the Friday and it wasn't ready and they didn't let me know so I had to venture all the way down there just to be shut down. I was money to them not a human being. I could keep going on but there's a word limit. In conclusion Daleo Motors is a greasy business and to top it all off the building smells like dog pee.

I first came to felice last year and I really wanted a pickup, but sadly there were none in stock so I leased a pontiac torrent I guess just get the ball rolling. Both Mary and Felice were very happy to help and very friendly. As time went on they started to get pickup in and after a few months. Felice and Mary did their very best to get into a Pickup. And today it actually happened woohhooo. With all the emails back n forth im sure I gave Mary some grey hairs lol. If you want a reliable vehicle and high quality service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can't say this has been my worst experience with a dealership but, it is a very close second. We bought a buick outright, it was advertised as certified and e-tested. A week AFTER we paid for the vehicle, we got informed that the Buick didn't pass safety and we would have to buy a different vehicle. We then bought a pontiac van. 2.5 weeks after we got it home, it broke down. They took it in and "fixed" it. We got it back about 2 weeks later, only for it to break down again. Again they "fixed" it. We have had nothing but problems with the van and they have half-assed fixed it twice already. On top of that, we were told that the payment dates were set in stone and yet, payments have not been coming out on the "set in stone" dates. I would NEVER recommend Daleo Motors to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This place is a joke. I bought a vehicle a while back and when my mechanic looked at it notice some significant issues that shouldn't of passed the safety inspection. Yet they sold it and plated it all the while I have my kids in the car. The tie rod ends ends were worn. No spare tire. One tire had a puncture. Brakes were below safety specs. When I contacted them they gave me the run around. So I had it fixed by the Ford dealer. This is the kind of place that would rip off their own mother. Then after complaining to them about the car they attempted to take a payment out early and as a result the payment didn't go through. Next thing you know some crackhead shows up at my house to repo because of one missed payment. Which was taken earlier than agreed. When the owner contacted me he started screaming like a child. Very unprofessional. Tries to act like a big man with all his employees standing around. Fact is he's a crook. So because I wanted the car to be road worthy they basically took it back. Beware of this place. Don't do business. You will pay for years just to have them take the car back before your payments are finished.

I bought my used 2010 KIA SOUL at Daleo Motors 1575 Main St E. I'll tell you, you couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with, Mary who works in the office there is such a sweet caring lady. Today I called about getting this "my pace" thingy put in and getting my brake light fixed. While the guys were busy, Mary, herself came out and put the thingy in. Before she even got back to the office , Felice, was there to take my car in and replace the brake light.I wasn't even there an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They look after their customers. Thank You So Much.

It's taken almost a year for them to fix the mirror on my car. 11 months ago I purchased an SUV (which I love by the way) that had a minor issue with an indicator light on the side view mirror. They did fix the light but while doing so, broke the mirror itself. I was told that their glass guy would replace it once ordered and received. Their glass guy kept putting me off saying it's not in yet. This was the same excuse for months on end. Finally I went back to the dealership to complain that 8 months down the road, I STILL did not have my mirror fixed. I was told they would look into it. I reached out another month or so after to find out that they "had" it but sent it back mean while no one contacted me to let me know. Very disappointed that almost a year later I am still with a broken mirror. We had an amazing sales person who went above and beyond for us but unfortunately once the car is sold and off the lot, they don't care.

Crooks. Selling cars that shouldn't pass safety. Failing to make situations correct. I'd give these crooks even worse reviews if I had an opportunity. Dont reply and say I'm not in your files as a customer either. Cause your dam correct there. Speaking as a third person in a situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LOSERS. Read the reviews they tell the story I'm trying to tell you. The better business bureau will be getting a call

Car got a totally flat tire the morning after I bought it. Had it towed back to Daleo and was accused of driving recklessly and hitting things. The owner eventually relented, paid the tow bill and had the one tire replaced. Over the next couple of days I kept having to add air to the other tires until I decided it would be best to replace all four tires. After replacing them the mechanic told me that two more tires were leaking air (ie three of the original four). My own fault for not having a mechanic inspect the vehicle before I bought it, but this is still no way to do business.

At the end of May 2018, my husband and I starting looking on-line for a reasonably priced van/SUV. We narrowed it down to 4 (3 individuals & 1 car dealer). After not being able to purchase the van from the individuals (wouldn’t pass the Safety), we decided to go to Daleo Motors as they have a location a few blocks from our house. First we went to the Barton St E, Hamilton location and looked at the vehicles; test drove a few over the course of a few days (I looked first, and then brought my hubby). The Sales Associate was very friendly and helpful – also was pleased that she wasn’t pushy. We told her what we were looking for…van/SUV that could fit both my husband (5’ 11’ and me 4’ 9”). We had printed out some of the ads from their website and were told which ones were at that location and what ones that were at the Main St, Hamilton location. A few days later (sometime in July 2018), we went to the Main St, Hamilton location. We me with Samantha and told her what we were looking for and she gave us a few choices. Samantha was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles (and not pushy either). We test drove and told her that we were just in the “looking” stages, which she said was fine, wished us good luck in our search and gave us her card. On August 6, 2018 we (finally) decided on the 2013 Ford Escape SE and Samantha did up the paperwork, explained everything to us (financing, service warranty, etc.) and I signed on the dotted line. We didn’t have to do anything, they took care of the change in ownership and license plate sticker (we owned license plates and the sticker had just expired), safety, etc. On August 8, 2018 we picked up the very shiny and clean Escape and drove off very happy indeed.

HORRIBLE experience. bought my first car there a buick rendezvous. the old man at main street told me its been sitting so the gas gauge wasnt working properly but once it moves it should work. well it didn't turned out it was a $800 fix and not safety so the dealer didn't have to do it. make sure you get your car inspected by a real mechanic.
