Justin Dai was an excellent sales person. He was attentive, did not waste my time, and was one of the most straight forward sales people I have ever dealt with before. He immediately reached out to BMW Canada to claim the warranty on the car and to get money for a CBS package as I never had made a warranty claim. Decio helped with setting up the service and arranging the dent to be fixed. All turned out well. Great recovery, wonderful people, much better experience. Previous Review: 1 our of 5 stars. Dont BRING YOUR BMW HERE. They dented my car and left oily hands over interior , hood and keys. I spoke with the manager Decio and he denied covering the teams mistakes. Highly un professional and not upto BMW standards at all. Will never do service here again and advise the same. Car is a 2013 bmw x1, still under warranty and also paid $150 for an oil change during my visit. Nothing special and again highly unprofessional. Good Coffee was the reason this got a 1 star even.

The engine light came on my 320i, had to take it in to have it looked at. Serviced within 24 hours (under warranty), completed all the standard checks and provided me with a rental vehicle. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff (worked with Sebastian). Will be switching to Budds' as my preferred dealership.

Bonjour everybody! I just purchased an X1 at Budd's Hamilton. I have nothing but amazing words to say about the client services I received at this dealership. From the GM John to my sales rep, Theron. Theron was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, knows his products inside and out, no pressure at all!!! Not only did I get a BIG red bow on the hood of my vehicle on delivery day, I also received a beautiful gift box produced by 'A box full of stuff' from the lovely Joanne Vincent who I have had the privilege of meeting before. What a great concept Budd's has to make sure the client is smiling and completely satisfied upon leaving the dealership with my BMW.

I was on the fence about purchasing a BMW. I was originally dealing with another dealer (one closer to home). I was not super happy dealing with them, so I called around to other dealers. I was lucky to get Blair Diamond on the phone. He was able to make the experience much more enjoyable, and his very professional and no pressure sales made my decision much easier. I would very highly recommend Blair and the whole Budd's Hamilton sales team.
Booked an appointment for an oil change and was 10 minute late due to traffic/construction. Arrived and was told my spot was given to another job and that I would have to come back and re-schedule. Advisor didn't even bother to call and confirm if I was still coming before giving away my appointment slot. What will keep me from ever going back is the attitude of the staff who displayed no empathy or willingness to accommodate a customer.
Further than the Oakville location but the welcome is warmer. Service has been commendable. Rob A. has been so helpful & provides excellent customer service.

Review with regards to my first BMW purchase and service. I would have definitely rated 0 without hesitation if google allowed me. Bought it a month ago. Found out that there were some issues with the vehicle which were not fixed before delivery during pre-inspection. One of them being the front adaptive kidney grills wont close regardless of temperature and weather. Budds BMW Hamilton picked my car from Kingston. Vehicle was in the shop for days to fix all issues. As per the service report few parts were changed to fix the issue. I picked me vehicle and drove it back to Kingston. I did not drive it for a full day to see if the kidney shutters would close but still open. Reached out to both Sales and Service: Service advisor's response was somebody from BMW Kingston will give me a call back to book an appointment (Still waiting). Sales Manager's response: We are sorry to hear that issue is not fixed, please contact BMW Kingston to get it fixed. 10 days and still couldn't rectify issue. Great Service guys !!!

We came to pick up a car. Friendly service, clean and organized inside their showroom. Unfortunately, staff here don’t know their parking lot very well as they told us where the car was parked, however when we walked over to the spot the car wasn’t there, then another employee told us to go look in another part of the lot, which it also wasn’t there. After searching the lot for about 10-15 minutes we finally found it parked in a completely different spot. Overall though, we are happy with the car (so far). And the decent price. Thanks bmw.

I would strongly suggest if you need parts to look somewhere else. I have an X5 35d 6 cylinder diesel. A valve cover gasket was listed for $86.50 on BMW Canada's own website, this dealer marks that up to $105 a 22% markup on top MSRP (FCP Euro $52USD). A Fuel Injector O-ring was $22 each x 6 (FCP Euro $1.69USD). A copper Injector Gasket for the same car was $16 each x 6 (BMW.ca is $13.65). It's just a regular Bosch injector gasket they go for $1.39 USD on FCP Euro. For all the parts to do the Valve cover job it was just over $360 with tax from this dealer. With the shipping, duties and currency conversion it was 1/3 the cost of the dealer price for the exact same genuine parts from FCP Euro. The BMW.ca price for the injector gasket is already ridiculous and to tack on more is pretty sad if you ask me. I know it's a luxury brand but Mercedes dealers charge $1.66 for their copper injector gasket for the diesel ($9.96 for 6), BMW is 10x that! ($96 for 6). $22 for an O-ring that really should cost 1/10th of that, is absolutely laughable.
Found a more flexible solution for my not start BMW 128I with a rebuilt starter which reduced price by about $500. They also helped with getting me a rental car when it took a few days for the starter to be sourced and delivered. I had a scheduled recall for the Monday, but on Saturday my car suddenly would not start and I was able to drop the car off on Saturday night and they started diagnosing on Monday. Decio kept me informed on progress as well as a follow-up the next day to ensure the car was completed properly.
Awesome experience with Decio Tendeiro, Service Manager and he has always follow through with all my request. Decio knows I am busy person as Real Estate Agent in the Hamilton area... Lack of professionalism and client respect at this garage. Had booked an appointment at 10 am with shuttle pick up. Came back at 4 pm as this was the scheduled time for the shuttle to pick me up - only to find out that the vehicle hasn't been touched! Scheduled for a brake repair due to an upcoming long distant trip now I am without a vehicle till another garage can take me in! Not only did they ignore me when I arrived for the car pick up, I also wasn't notified about the delay in service. No one bothered to call or text - such a lack of respect towards the client and unprofessional attitude I have not ever experienced. I am simply disgusted! I highly recommend not trusting this garage with your car. If they fix vehicles the way they treat clients, I wouldn't trust their work! I wish I had the read the reviews before booking. If I could do zero stars, I absolutely would! Definitely lost my business as I will never go back here again.

The beginning of the great service starts with mobile texts done days in advance to remind of a scheduled upcoming appointment and give opportunity to respond or arrange a reschedule if necessary. Working with Rob Caravilho is always a delight I feel special when being helped there because of the attentiveness and professional care that is always given. I particularly liked how Rob would contact me proactively before an appointment due to upcoming known adverse weather conditions to reschedule for a better time for me, since he knew my car isn’t equipped for driving stormy wintry weather. He arranged for a hand wash and even saw the mats were wiped down as well.
It was perfect once again. I have a 2005 330i in mint condition mainly due to the BMW service team looking after the car. Thanks for the care and all your professional staff for their attention to detail.
Brought my vehicle for its annual servicing. The service was fantastic from start to finish, special thanks to Decio and Ciro who provided exceptional service, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle to a text message notifying me that the vehicle was ready. I was also very impressed with Ciro who remembered my BMW 435 that I had 3 years ago as well as our BMW X6M.
Long story short, I had a bad experience at another dealership nearby, and unexpectedly had to purchase a new vehicle on short notice. I found my vehicle online, and texted the number for information. Shayne D. responded immediately, listened to my story, and arranged to bring the vehicle out to me, since I had no means of driving to Budd’s myself. He took me for a detailed test-drive, and had clearly done his homework on the vehicle, in order to present me with a full demonstration on a make & model outside of his usual experience. I purchased a trade-in vehicle (not a BMW), and I think it’s important to point that out - because I got treated like I was buying a flagship BMW. The dealership was clean and inviting, and they even put my vehicle in the little ‘delivery room’, complete with a big red bow, before opening the garage door and sending me on my way. Shayne even took the time to review the features with me and set up my phone through the Bluetooth connection before seeing me off. Shayne made the entire experience for me pleasant, and went out of his way to make my purchase experience special, even though he knew I wasn’t impressed to be in a jam where I had to replace a vehicle that was less than 5 years old. Whether you’re buying a BMW, or something else from their lot, I would definitely recommend asking for Shayne D. - he truly went above and beyond to help me out.

From the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave, you feel like you are treated with the upmost respect - regardless of how deep your pockets look. My partner and I had an excellent experience here. I traded in my car and bought a CPO 2018 X3. Here’s the thing — I usually sell my cars privately, but Budd’s was somehow able to give me the highest valuation for my car, it didn’t make sense to walk away from that. Not only was the valuation for my used car the highest out of all places we shopped at - the X3 was also too good of a deal to say no to. Matthew was our salesman and was very professional, courteous, and authentic in his sales approach. There were a couple of very minor issues that came up, and he resolved them without question. You can tell Matthew genuinely wants to help you step into a car that works in your best interest. Thank you Matthew! John and Leslie were also of great help and added value to our experience, thank you both. Lastly, we live in Toronto, and the reason why we chose Budd’s Hamilton is simply because of what I mentioned earlier. We went out of our way, and we are very happy we did.

Service is good and reliable. Some time issues if you are in tight schedule. But overall I'm satisfied. My main complain is towards calling the service center. No body answers the call. I've tried calling 3 times during the last couple of days and no answer. Quite frustrating. Sales department answers in 2 tones... I was just looking for some orientation towards my car. EDIT: I did try to use the online chat and I was instructed to call.

First-time BMW purchaser here, I visited BMW Hamilton as a window shopper with 0 intention to purchase, still they accommodate me with my very short notice and arrange a flexible appointment window for me. Mr. Vivian O’neal was my sales agent, was waiting for me and since the first second I met him he treated me like his one and only customer with 0 pressure on closing the deal, show me the car from bumper to bumper and kind enough to come with me for a road trial on my request (I came from Mississauga with zero knowledge on area). It was a previously loved car, he showed me all vehicle records and information to ensure that the car I am looking for is an okay to purchase, feel like a big brother helping his little one to find a good car. Accept my all-low balls and assist me to come for a win-win price. All paperwork was effortless The Account Manager Leslie was a nice lady too... No one tried me to upsell. Taking over date was one of the most memorable celebrity-style days, Mr. O’neil ensures the car is clean and load up with a special gift and a big red bow on the hood! Offered me a comprehensive car orientation, assist me to set up navigation and connect my cell phones! I Have firsthand car buying experience in 4 Different Dealerships and 2 Car Sales before Budds and these were my 7 first-hand car buying experiences. Budds’ BMW is the best out of this 7 and no one able to offer the service Budds’ Offred to me. Literally, they treat me like a king!

Towards the start of winter I was in the market for a summer leisure vehicle (secondary vehicle). I was in no major urgency as I will be only driving this vehicle in the summer so I was looking for a good deal, the right specs and right price. I saw a used convertible listed at Budd's BMW and decided to contact them for more info. Justin got in contact with me promptly and I explained to him my situation and what I was looking for and expecting as a trade in value. He was able to give me an appraisal remotely via some pics and info on my vehicle and I was offered very close to my asking value. From there I decided to go check the vehicle out in person. As I am based in the York region, I got a good feeling from Justin so I went on the weekend he took me on a test drive. As the vehicle was pre-owned, there were a few minor details like scratches that he said will all be taken care of. While I went on the test drive they took a quick look at my trade in. After the test drive, I was sold and they honored my trade in appraisal that was done remotely. Two weeks later when I went to pick up the car. The car was parked inside with a nice big red bow on the hood lol, fully detailed and a full tank of gas. Almost brand new condition! Justin noticed a few imperfections on the front bumper and said right away this is unacceptable. He said I know you drove from far so take the car and send me a quote from a local shop in your area. He followed up with me a week later on the quote and how I was enjoying my vehicle. We decided that Budd's would do the paint correction on the front bumper and he even offered me a really good rate on a car rental if I needed. The work was completed a week later and I am really impressed with Budd's BMW and Justin for his professionalism, work ethic and mannerism. Never once did I need to call him, he followed up first and keep me updated. I trusted him through out the entire process and I highly recommend his services and will be back for my next vehicle!
Sometimes I can be a very complicated person to deal with, and must admit I don't always dress up glamorously. I must say I went to BMW Upper James and they did not care how I was presented or anything along those lines, they simply treated me like a QUEEN! I have to say a very special thanks to my sales representative Matthew Schiller for his excellent service. I recommend him 1000%! I have to thank Leslie Carey as well for the way she has treated me and my daughter in the time we have known each other. Also, thank you to Decio Tendeiro for the excellent service throughout the years. I also want to take the time and give a shout out to Rana Bumanglag for always having a positive attitude with good service. I bought the 2021 BMW X3 M40i and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! My experience at Budd's BMW Hamilton was amazing! Once I saw the pre-owned BMW X5 via the website I was really excited to see if it was available. I sent a message through there online portal and received a response right away from there representative named Vivian O'neal mind you this was around 10pm at night - it was amazing to receive such a quick response back as once I viewed the car online I knew this was top on the list to view in-person. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were completely thrilled with Vivian's attention to us and answered all of our questions. Vivian took the time with us and was very very patient when we were working out the particulars with the Financials. Also the finance specialist Shannon was amazing as well from her prompt responses to providing very detailed information about the warranties were completely helpful. My modified 135 got setup pretty quickly when I first brought it in, offered a Shuttle (I declined since I had another ride available), it got a quick alignment check by their alignment quick check machine (As a guy who finished 310s Apprenticeship, they got top notch equipment any shop would love to have), got serviced super quickly within timeframe (I knew the hours required for the job), vacuumed and washed. The text feature is also very nice to communicate when you’re out and about and just can’t answer by voice. Very happy with the service, and also with Parts Department, always responding back with my online quotes where most places don’t! Big ups to Decio the Assistant Service Manager for being very kind and polite!

I usually dont leave any business a 1star review unless I have a very bad experience. So it all started with my BMW X5 on which the FRM module failed all of a sudden. However my car had a recall of passenger airbag as well both were covered under recall. I booked an appointment and left my car at Budds Bmw Hamilton. Dealership kept my car for a week and kept telling me my car doesn’t fire up after both repairs. They stated the remote starter is causing the issue and wanted to remove it which would be 3 hour labour job and I have to pay for it( which I denied as I drove the car to the dealership without any issues related to starting up the car). After some days they found out that when they replaced the passenger side airbag the ribbon cable at the back of key slot was broken during the repair process ( so due to someone else’s error I was without a car for a week and it wasn’t related to the remote starter at all). I am glad I stick to my decision of not removing the remote starter. I drove my car next day and all of a sudden I got warning lights for “Reduced Power”. I text messaged the service rep about it and he told me I have to pay for the diagnose to see what it is about. I never had this issue prior to the visit. Disappointed at this time with the service and more over cant drive my car at all.

Everyone I've dealt with at Budds' BMW Hamilton has been top notch. My Service Advisor Rob is super knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. Glen, the parts manager, was also really nice and took a lot of time to help me find the right winter tires and rims for my car at a price that made sense. On top of that, I love the fact that I can communicate with the shop via text - that is such a game changer for a busy professional! Overall my experience here has been fantastic and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.
Service is garbage. You are selling a luxury vehicle so you have to step up your service. My family was looking for a new car. My dad was eyeing originally the X3 or X5 so we went there last July. This Joshua guy greeted us. We couldn't decide on what color yet so he suggested just pick a color and he put it on the system and see how much it will cost. We told him that my brother has a benz already so this is not our first time purchasing a luxury car. He said "Benz is for girls blabla" (Really? you will insult a potential buyer?) We ask what are the specifications of the car but he explained it to us so quickly and with the attitude of "I know you guys are not going to buy so why waste my time". So it totaled 75k my brother ask what are the details of the amount. He said "I'm not bullshitting you I know my numbers". I stepped out because I couldn't take his rudeness anymore. Fast Forward he took us outside to show the X3. He showed us this dirty car. You should go to the oakville place and let them teach you customer service they even give the car a car wash before showing it to the potential buyers. So the next day we went to the Oakville place. The service is excellent from the beginning they offered us coffee. Daniel explained to us everything step by step. We upgraded from X3 to their X6. Now After almost a month we received a letter dated July 31, 2017 . It said that we were not approved of financing at BMW Hamilton Location. LOL you guys are funny. When we went to hamilton place you said we were approved we didn't avail it because of your inexperienced representative. We were actually approved 120k at the Oakville place with a sum of downpayment. Why would you send us a letter, to show that we tried to get a car from you but we were disapproved? We didn't avail it because your representatives are GARBAGE!
My service appointment at Budd’s BMW Hamilton was fast and friendly . I was greeted upon arrival by the amazing service staff and I was out on time. My car is running smooth and looking great as they gave it a wash after the service. They answered all my questions even those not directly related to my appointment.

"Excellent Service" I received excellent and professional service from the Service team at Budd's BMW Hamilton. I can't say enough about the professionalism and skill of Jason (Master Technician), he completed assigned service work in stride, and he made short work of diagnosing and repairing a shudder issue I had during acceleration. Rob was very clear in the explanations of the service to be provided and the timing. He followed up with a call to advise the vehicle was ready for pick up as discussed. Piotr provided prompt shuttle service both in drop off and pick up. I received my vehicle clean inside and out - perfect.

Yesterday I dropped off my X5 2020 for first oil change, in BMW email they asked me " would you like a shuttle or a rental car?" I said rent car ( it was my first time visit, not clear that shuttle is free and rent car for 25$) ??!!!!! I dropped my car early morning during that they said "Sebastian" we will clean your car and vacuum it from inside,,, off course they did not !! I already informed " Sebastian" then he said sorry give me the keys again I will clean it, it was 4:00 pm I have no time for that I refused. At 4:00 pm I dropped the rent car, the man in service desk who received it from me said to me we are sorry that we did not inform you that rent car will cost you 25$, for this reason, So we will not charg you because we didn't clear that for you in the time you asked us for rent car, Today I found that BMW charged me 25 $!!! I purchase a CPO vehicle. The price was fair which is always a concern when buying a car. The sales persons was straight forward and ensured that the car was in the condition I expected.

Ambrose took the time to explain all the features to me, have the vehicle ready and ensure the transition was smooth from beginning to end. He's been the best salesman Ive had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time. The financing department was also hassle free, Bryce took care of my needs and questions. I also got to meet the manager Donn of the location the day I picked up my car and he was pleasant and made me feel appreciated and taken care of that day. The team atmosphere definitely shows.
My experience at Budd’s BMW (Hamilton) was, hands down, one of my best ‘big-purchase’ experiences yet. This was my very first BMW purchase and, from onset to end, I could not have imagined a more welcoming dealership, friendly staff and seamless transaction. My sales agent, Theron Williamson, was patient, delightful and knowledgeable about the brand. He never tired from answering my never-ending questions and went beyond the typical customer service standard and exceeded my expectations. He provided a comprehensive in-service when I went to pick up my car and made sure I was comfortable with the technical details of the vehicle before I drove away and even followed up with a text message a couple days later to see how the ride home (to London) was in my new car. One of the most memorable aspects was the celebrity-style send off with the big red bow! Shannon Hoonaard was equally diligent to ensure my financing needs and closing deadlines were met. (Although, my earnest opinion is that BMW Financial Services could really use some revamping, I don’t want it to tarnish the hard work of this particular dealership’s representatives.) Oh, did I mention my obsession with my X2? Love, love, love my new car! Although the make/brand speaks for itself, it is these exact types of positive interactions and experiences that bring customers back!

Although the service staff are very good, I have had countless problems with my BMW purchased at this site. At no point has anyone contacted me about the appalling repair record. I see the service staff so often we are all on first name basis. No one in management is watching out for lemons.

I bought a bmw 750li off this dealership, Last week Without seeing it I only seen the photos, my sales rep was Theron, he was so helpful in every way possible, the car was so perfect he made sure I knew every details of the vehicle, from detail shop to service, he made sure everything was done, I’ve always had bmw 750li I mean this was the far best service I have ever had.. I bought another car from different bmw, last month I regret every bit of it. I must say every 2nd year I’ll be coming back to this dealership, and I live all the way in windsor ont. also the gm manager, John, he made sure everything was perfect, I got way more for my trade thank you to the gm and Theron the sales rep. Avoid this dealership. Horrible experience. Took my deposit and sold a car to someone else while we were negotiating my trade that I had bought two months earlier from them. AVOID AVOID AVOID. WOW . The reply is actually pathetic. At no time was I told I had 12 hours to accept a deal after I bought TWO expensive cars from this dealership within 10 months. The sales team was rude and patronizing and this is the thanks someone gets for faithful patronage. Nothing like airing your false dirty laundry online. At no time did I say I was buying the car somewhere else. I said I was trying to find the right trade value, since being offered a 20% reduction on a car I have had for 2 months was WRONG. Plus, I could not have accepted an Offer that was not sent signed to me until well after the 12 hours mentioned in your review. Oh ... and I have the text messages and email time stamp to prove that my version of events is accurate. Spoke to many other dealerships today, including the one I am getting my new car from ... they all agree that your practice is SHARP, especially with a deposit, which you did not bother to refund until well after you sold the car that had been reserved for me and after I had to chase you for the refund. Oh ... and especially after I repeatedly advised that I wished to purchase the car, as I did with the two I did buy within the preceding months. Patronage means nothing over expediency, clearly, because the car was the hot item it was, a few hours would not have mattered. I had to call to learn the car was sold and to request my money back. Nice job BMW. You and the entire Budds family has lost my business.

Recently took ownership of 2016 bmw Z4 last June 23 everything went smooth, Peter Krywiak my sales person was very good and gave me a fair deal! I only have one problem that Im hoping it will go away is that at drive thru where you go very slowly you can hear an annoying sounds from the rear brakes due to some rust on the rotors, pads are still good 6 mm on the front and 8mm at the rear

Extremely happy with my recent BMW Hamilton experience. Vishaal went out of his way to find a car that "checked all the boxes". Trading in my 2019 X3 for a 2021 X3 plug in hybrid wasn't a straightforward process, given supply chain and inventory issues. Vishaal did a great job of helping me decide what was and was not negotiable. When it looked like we might not be able to find common ground, there was no pressure - just respect for me working through an important decision in my own way. He creatively worked through many options - and in the end was able to offer me something which I was very pleased with. I really appreciated Vishaal's ability to offer "just enough". He never made assumptions, never imposed. There are lots of stories of women being stereotyped or "mansplained" in car dealerships. My experience was the exact opposite. Brought my BMW M4 in for a warranty covered oil change and my wonderful service advisor Sebastian Sobrino told me I'm eligible for sparkplug and air filter changes as well all covered under the BMW warranty! Best BMW dealership ever.

Had my 2019 440i grand coupe serviced here a few weeks back. Dealt with Sebastian. He tried hard to assist with the issues I was having with oil change and despite the rules and policies was able to help. I was taken back by a suggestion of alignment issues with only 13K on the car and the cost of over $300 to complete. Since I had refused they told me to go to the "original dealership" to deal with it. Following that my son was offered a $50 detailing on the car that he spent his hard earned money for and the job was poor at best. The windows were smudged, the tires nor the rims were not shined and the mat job inside was nowhere near what it should be. We felt the cleaning was rushed and without decent effort. This is our first BMW ever and the experience was not good. I find this dealer hides behind the policies and protocols and is quick to send you back and deny help unless you resist and fight back.

The level of service I received at Budd’s BMW Hamilton was incredible. Budd’s was my fourth stop during a day of test drives & appointments, and the experience that was provided by Shayne Doody was unmatched. Shayne took the time to review all potential options with me, took me through the vehicles in both the showroom & parking lot, and worked to ensure that I had all information required to make a purchase decision. This level of commitment continued once I left the dealership, and included additional text & email messages, phone calls, as well as a follow-up appointment the next week. Shayne took the time to ensure all questions about the vehicle were answered, and that the test drive experience was informative. I previously owned a Mercedes SUV and considered purchasing another one, however after looking at the Bimmers with my wife and more importantly working with Peter Krywiak, we were swayed to purchase the X7 and are loving it. This was for a recall on an air bag. From the start to the finish the service was exceptional and the work was done quickly. If I was to complain then the only issue is the scheduling of this work. Initially I was told that I would need to leave the car the whole day and if I need a ride somewhere I would be shuttled. I live about 80 km away and said that this would be unacceptable. I was offered a rental which I rejected on principal since this was a manufacturer issue and not mine. After a few more phone calls and discussions that the job does not take a full day I would agree to leave the car for half a day which was unacceptable. Finally I talked to the service manager who agreed to half a day. When I did bring the car in the service associate said that it would take a whole day until I mentioned that I talked to the service manager and our agreement. the car was in at 9am and the job completed by 11.
The service here should be industry standard. I’ve previously had an Audi and this place blows them out of the water! I will only every come here, I was so impressed. Keep up the great work!

I have had the worst possible experiences in this dealership for servicing my daughter's car. First last year, the car had a transmission issue related to drivetrain malfunction. First of, the car took about a month to get fixed through warranty coverage over $7000, but after this they passed the car to us and said drive it for 500km to get the computer adjusted. Why? Because they didn't know how to calibrate the computer, but the car wasn't able to drive and at one point it just stopped at an intersection. This could put my daughter's life in danger, so I had to tow the car again and then they said, yeah we are sorry and this was our mistake bla bla, and fixed it and their manager got involved and... Now, for a simple oil change we booked an appointment, the car was dropped off at 9:30am and it took them all day to change the oil by 5pm, unleavable. This is not the worst part of this, when my daughter went to pick up the car, she found out that they had almost double charge her for this oil change, which they said it was a mistake and corrected it. I called and talked to their service manager, and told him why do I need to book an appointment if it is taking you all day for 10min oil change and why you guys charged extra and got some nonsense explanations which I have never seen in any dealership. I will not take my car anymore to this dealership for anything.

He kept me updated about the status of my vehicle throughout the entire visit, and he answered all of my questions. First of all it's the hours that service ,only open : Monday to Friday , the latest appt. at 3PM, they don't work on Saturday, very inconvinient . Secondly I always asking not to wash my car, they always do. The reason i don't want to wash my car, POOR WORKMANSHIP, a lot of water on the carpet. This time oile driped on my driveway , they did not clean under the dripping pan after the service. For some reason it's seems everybody on the rush all the time Nobody return e-mail, have to call them. My expectations was always higher Thanks
I bought a used BMW from another dealership and made an appointment for outstanding recall work. I stated that I was from out of town and they put a rush on the recall work so I didn’t have to wait around very long. It was appreciated. I also popped in to buy some BMW coolant and asked the service manager for a maintenance history done by previous owners of the vehicle. The Service Manager spent 10 minutes with me going over all the work that had been done there over the years so I could know what maintenance has been performed or not. again it was very much appreciated. I will go back there again

I was driving through ontario from the US when my vehicle alerted me to replace my front brake pads. I had just replaced them a few months ago and was quite confused. I came to this dealership and Kyle in Sales had explained to me why it had alerted and that it could be acknowledged and reset. He then came outside to my vehicle and reset it for me. I truly appreciate Kyle for going above and beyond. I will definitely be referring my friends and family in the GTA to head down to Budds BMW.

While we were searching for a vehicle we narrowed it to 2 SUV'S. The BME X3 and the Audi A5. First went to Budds BMW and were greeted buy a couple of sales people who just inquired if we needed help. We were just looking so the said check in if you need any info. Decided on a vehicle and approached Theron. Super helpful. Wanted to check out the Audi down the street. We were at that dealership for 45 minutes and not one person approached us. I know what sales are like when they're agressive, but not even acknowledging we were there was a mistake. Was in the market for a new SUV and reached out to Blair Diamond as had very positive experience dealing with him in the past. He had the vehicle I had mentioned I was considering all ready for viewing/test drive upon arrival. He explained all the features of the SUV, allowed me to take it (solo) for a test drive. No undue pressure exerted to make a sale, and in the meantime he had my vehicle washed and appraised for trade-in all within 20 minutes of returning from the test drive. While ultimately I decided not to purchase the vehicle, the "customer experience" far exceeded other Luxury Car Dealerships I visited in my search for a new vehicle.
I factory ordered my 22 X3 M40i this October and Shayne was able to provide the most competitive/reasonable offer throughout GTA BMW dealers. The negotiation was done through emails and remained a hassle-free experience. Overall it was a very pleasant experience buying from Budds BMW Hamilton.
I made an appointment for an oil change drop my car off at 8:00am and Decio met me answered my question and told me it would be about an hour and he would arrange a ride home or I could relax in the waiting room and he would come and let me know when service was completed along with washing the car. Everyone is always very friendly and ready to help.

I purchased a pre owned Ford Flex from Budds remotely. The process was slow and difficult considering they offer contactless delivery and buy online. Took 2 days to get the offer looked at and then another 2 for finance all remotely. It wasn't super difficult other than my father was holding the loan and was involved throughout. I was told things weren't possible when they were and eventually were done. It all seemed shady and if i didn't like THIS Flex so much i would have walked away. I had asked about its condition obviously as i purchased it via pictures only. I was assured it was in good condition and only regular wear and tear. (Yes i know i should have just gone and seen it myself) Delivery day came and they brought it to my home. #1 it was not contactless at all. Signing papers on the hood of the car #2 no disinfecting was done. I sanitized my trade in and left anti septic wipes even for the salesman. Nothing done for my new car. So i went through and disinfected it. I found some chewed gum in the rear cup holders but otherwise they seemed to shine up the interior nicely. Otherwise i was told the car needed brakes and wiper blades to pass safety. It indeed had brand new brakes front and back no issue there. The front wipers are good but not new as is the rear again not a big deal. The issues were the oil being BLACK and burnt smelling and the dash stating 10% oil life and all 4 tires being unsafe with very low tread and weather cracking all over and the windsheild spraynot working. Also the lower front bumper was damaged as well which i was unaware off. To Budds credit about a week later they sent someone with a loaner car to take mine and fix it. Now what was supposed to be a 1 day fix turned into 8 days. I ended up renting a larger car as they left me with a small sedan and i need 6 seats; plus the kilometer restriction on the loaner wouldn't let me drive the car for work as i had to travel out of town. The loaner had no walk around done either; just swap keys and the driver left. I took photos of a scratched rim, less than full gas tank and the odometer being higher than the contract stated just to be safe Upon finally getting my car back it was given to be with 30kms to empty (they picked it up over half tank) and again no disinfecting or anything. I had their car filled up even though i got it under full and kept it as clean as i could considering i have small kids. I did get an oil change and 4 new tires and the sprayers fixed which i appreciated; however considering they claimed it was the bumper repair delaying things the work was so-so at best. Even the work order says they refitted grill and zip tied plastic. Not sure how that took 8 days Anyways i appreciate the efforts of i assume the service team and perhaps a sales manager in the after sales issues (even though bald cracking tires and sprayers not working should never have passed safety). However there is definite room for improvement in all departments I'd say. 2 stars given as they stepped up to fix what was wrong eventually but it all took FAR too long.

Under difficult circumstances (my 2016 X3 was stolen and trashed to the point of being a total loss). I was incredibly fortunate to have come into BMW Hamilton and meet Kylie. Kylie was literally incredible! She found the exact car I wanted and set it aside for us while we dealt with a long and painful experience with the insurance company. Kylie was patient, informative, and very knowledgeable. We never felt any pressure, only support and professional information. Although it took over a month, she held the car for us with a minimal, fully refundable deposit and never put any pressure on us. We also met with Peter and Bryce and they were equally kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I cannot say enough about our experience with BMW Hamilton. I don’t know who does the hiring, but you are doing an amazing job. Wow! Will never deal with another BMW dealership. You guys sure know what it means to put the customer first. Thank you, Kylie. I brought my client (Zeeshan Sheik, I am his broker) from Durham region to Budds BMW Hamilton to trade in and trade up, as we say in car industry, his 2015 bmw 650i gran coupe for the same 2017 one. After scheduling appointment 2 days prior where I provided the details about my customer and his trade in (everything is in writing) to the sales person and that if we get to numbers that work for both parties, we were closing the deal that night. Unfortunately we never got close to the deal or anything else for that matter asides a rush hour 5pm drive since my client works till that time, to experience something I never had experienced in my tenured automotive industry career. I am writing this from a neutral position since I am the broker so I am not in any shape or form disrespecting or talking negative about the dealership but I do have to talk about business etiquette, manners and customer service of used car manager John O’Neil who literally wasted my clients time and money for coming all the way there (while mostly everyone is reinforcing strategies that allow business to be done remotely due to COVID) which was not the case here. John also did wear a mask inside the dealership while engaging us. But what he did manage to do is not to introduce himself to us, he managed to not give us an official number for the trade in on paper or the final price of the car. He said he needs to see the car one more time before he can give us an offer due to him having issues where the car was previously sold. In the whole process he managed to talk down to his coworker in front of us, then the other business in question which whom I have a long lasting relationship and their cars, then my clients car and then me which I’m not getting into. We just left the dealership. This story doesn’t end here. You can get more info from Danielle at Budds Oakville who called as a follow up so I provided here with the same as above. I just want to bring awareness to other buyers about what transpired which is not how Budds BMW should look like. If upper management wants to do anything about it you can contact me as my client likes the car. Unfortunately because of John and his demeanor we couldn’t even get to the numbers.
The service department here is excellent. However, after waiting for the return of my security deposit (from previous lease) for months I find out from BMW Financial that they kept it to offset the remaining car payments on my lease. Car payments my sales representative Kylie agreed to wave with the lease of a new vehicle. I never authorized them keeping my deposit. I hope the $300 was worth it, because you have lost a long term customer. UPDATE: BMW Hamilton resolved the issue to my satisfaction. According to them, keeping the money was in error and they are returning it.
Honestly, the service was just amazing. We were helped by Shayne Doody and he took care of us! We were at the BMW X5 with no plan to purchase right away, but that didn't stop Shayne from putting 200% into our interaction! He told us all the specs, the pros and the deals he was able to offer. He was not pushy, respected our wishes, addressed our concerns and just really cared about the experience we had. Honestly had to give him credit as we went to the Audi down the street to test drive their Q7 and the service was... well... let me just say we wouldn't go back there even if there cars were 80% off. If you are looking for an honest, charismatic, thoughtful and genuine sales associate, go the Budd's BMW and as for SHAYNE DOODY!!!

We looked at a used car at Hamilton budds but as we were looking someone had purchased the car.We get a call a couple days later and we’re told financing fell threw we could purchase.We had to buy without a test drive which we did.First thing I noticed on way home is car kept veering to the right so alignment off slightly.A couple days later my car had no power and a warning came up say drivetrain failure or something to that effect.I called sales guy told him story said he was going to call.Needless to say no call or text back they already had my money.Also asked during sale if he would throw in a touch up paint which he said he would get back to me and mail out.Needless to say nothing again so no not happy at all.

Bad customer service.... Monday I got the quote for my BMW spring coils saying new parts are in stock. Today early morning I dropped the car and was told around 4-5pm will get my car back. 2:45pm I get a message that some bolts are missing with the new parts and I can't get my car back till next day?? This is ridiculous.....I have festival tomorrow and needed the car badly by end of today. There is no loaner car available and I don't want enterprise rental car. Have used services of Policaro BMW and Budds BMW Oakville without any complaints.....very good customer service. Certainly look for compensation on the quoted price for the coils. Within 2 weeks I have already spent around 4k. Last week I got my front brake pads replaced.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matthew in Sales. I visited many dealerships on the hunt for the car I wanted and ventured out to Hamilton only to be delighted by his professionalism, informative approach and fantastic sales skills. I myself coach sales people so I know a good salesperson when I see one. I believe that Matthew was the reason I decided to purchase from Budds, I wouldn't have been as confident working with any other salesperson. Compared to other sales people he was a breath of fresh air, was very straight forward, patient and compassionate. I would highly recommend talking to Matthew if you are in the area looking for a car and would even recommend him to my family and friends. In March of ‘21 I began shopping locally (Ottawa) for a 2018 BMW M3, I wanted a specific spec and options to work within the limits of buying an M3 (anyone who has bought one or is in the process knows the prices can sky rocket easily and quickly. When I was unable to find one locally I made the decision to start looking in the GTA given there was more availability, I started to work with Moe From Budds. The experience from start to finish was exceptional, Moe knew exactly what I was looking for in fact he discounted a few vehicles because he was able to understand my needs quickly. He kept in touch with me for many weeks until the right M3 finally showed up. What blew me away was his unwavering commitment to deliver the car exactly how I wanted. We ordered several M Performance Parts and had them installed perfectly. Now the complexity, Budds owns two BMW Dealerships, the car I selected was actually in Hamilton so we had to work with Leslie from the Hamilton store on the administration part. Did she ever make it easy, sending and receiving information was seamless, the paperwork when we arrived in Oakville took 5 minutes to complete and the car was delivered in like new showroom condition with no surprises. Buying a car sight unseen can be anxiety ridden but I will tell you I will not hesitate to purchase another BMW from the Budds team.

I don't give 5 stars very often. Very easy booking an appointment on-line with a quick response from the Service Team. Was greeted as soon as I pulled in and told by shuttle driver is ready to take me back home. Communication was great and driver picked me back up at home without question.
Came to see a CPO vehicle with an agreed upon price. Test drove the car, unfortunately was not properly cleaned however seemed mechanically sound. When completing sale the "manager" told me he cannot honour the price agreed upon as per our telephone conversation 4 hours ago. This is a complete lack of professionalism. Maybe that's how he does business. He told me do you have a 'signed bill of sale did you leave a deposit' I told him I just spoke to you on the phone 4 hrs ago, lets be real. After driving 2 hrs to this bmw dealership I was severely disappointed. Poorly managed, luckily bmws are great cars. Avoid this location whenever possible.
Usually dealing with dealerships can usually be an unpleasant hassle. But, this time was a great experience! Mainly due to the great customer service of Sebastian Sobrino, first class, second to none. This gentleman made my time at Budd's BMW easy, stressless, and quick.
Good overall service experience at BMW Hamilton. I was able to get my car in quickly to be serviced, staff were courteous and helpful. They were able to get my car repairs completed faster than estimated. They arranged an Uber to pick me up after shuttle service ended. Although labour costs are a little on the high side, the service exceeds that provided by other brands. I am very satisfied overall.
Amazing customer service from booking to completion of my vehicle’s repairs. Budds takes the time to reach out and communicate throughout the time they have your vehicle. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They check your vehicle to make sure everything is running safely during each visit. The service department is honest and completes high quality work. Your vehicle is clean and sanitized once repairs are complete. I will definitely be returning for all my vehicle repairs in the future.
Very professional , kept me well advised , did everything we asked for in a timely fashion needed new front brakes , i priced it out at a chain brake shop an there was only .11 cents difference between Budds and them , so for all that think the dealers are so much more costly , i have to beg to differ I will have both my Bmw's serviced by Budds from now on in Thank you for the great service

I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X3 from Budds BMW in Hamilton and I can’t express how happy I am with my experience. Not only is the car in great condition but the team at Budds was very helpful. I had been shopping around for different vehicles and often left dealerships knowing I would not return based on my experience. At Budds I worked with Peter who was top notch start to finish. Buying a vehicle is a fun and exciting time but can sometimes feel stressful. Peter went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly and I was happy with my purchase. The sales person did not recognize BMW car trims and options. And the invoice was also wrong and over changed, plus The promised delivery date was not implemented and they did not set up the exact delivery date. I was looking forward to different customer service from other car brands. I was a big fan about BMW, but now... I am disppointed so much about their service! Also, the car should be at the end of March and they promised that but they postponed the delivery once to next week at the first week of April, But they suddenly "texted" me on April 1 that the car wouldn't be next and they said they did not know when it will be deliverd! I really do not understand their business. Is this BMW CANADA business way?

I recently came into the dealership to look at leasing a BMW 540. I was fortunate to deal with Blair Diamond. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, transparent, had a very laid back demeanor and maintained a very high service level. He had to send me a few things via email and was very prompt with his replies. I ended up going with a different brand of car but the decision was made very difficult because of how much I enjoyed dealing with Blair. Definitely worth the drive to Hamilton. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealerships and sales associates in the past and by far Vishaal was the best. He took his time and answered all our questions. Took us as serious buyers from the first moment of contact which was through emails. In the past, I have experienced dealerships only wanting to talk to you if you were buying a car from them today. I didn’t plan on buying a car when I walked in but the service was amazing. Everyone always say test drive the car before buying a lot of places won’t let you do that but Budds Bmw has no problem with that they want you to purchase the correct car and not regret your decision in the future. Also Shannon the Finance Manager was wonderful and educated us on all the warranties and did not pressure us into buying them. All in all, I will be going back and definitely referring my friends and family to Vishaal and the dealership, since everyone was amazing to deal with it. 100/10

I recently visited for service. Every step from the point of my arrival to leaving the dealership was professional and courteous. The work was completed in the timeframe promised so I was very happy with that. This location is under construction (July/18) and although there was a waiting room and customer washrooms available, they were not very accessible to customers. otherwise .. worthy of 5 stars

This dealership is great when it comes to schedule a service. When I purchased my car from here, I was told that we will add you in our VIP program by their senior management Greg Crealock, upon his departure when I called in to schedule a service and requested to have my car picked up, I was told I was not enrolled in such program. Moving forward I purchased 2015 320i from this dealership and next week started having car wobbling issues only to be told "we will change one tire for you and the other one you would have to pay + alignment" so in essence it was not disclosed at the point of sale that there was an issue with the tires. I go to this dealership out of convenience. From sales (exception of Kyle) and service I give my experience a two star.
