This was my first time buying a car in ten years, so obviously I was hesitant everywhere I'd look. I came in from Toronto to check it out, and it was exactly what I wanted, and Yousif made it extremely easy. I was searching around for a car for a while until I came here and just felt comfortable. There were no hidden fees or hidden damages. The process was seamless. I literally showed up after it was finalized, and he had everything ready, plates, fuel levels, spotless. I had put a deposit down on a vehicle in order for me to acquire insurance for the vehicle before purchasing it, however I could not get any affordable insurance for myself and that vehicle, so he refunded me the deposit without question and helped me through the process the whole way through. I did my research on dealers and was nervous because I don't always have good luck when it comes to vehicles. I am very glad I went with Best Deal Auto, an independent mechanic told me I was getting a good deal and the car was in very good condition. All their cars are well taken care of and in immaculate shape. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accomodate me and their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this dealer, you will not be disappointed.

For anyone who is considering doing business with this dealership, please be aware that any perceived trust or goodwill does not exist, and exercise caution when dealing with this individual and dealership. Details of my experience as follows: This is fresh off a very disappointing experience with this dealership, and the salesperson Yousif Oshalim. I test drove a vehicle at the dealership yesterday evening, and had arranged to have it brought for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby Toyota dealership (the vehicle was a Toyota), as the salesperson would not allow me to take it to an independent garage. They offered to take the vehicle there for the inspection. So far so good. I offered to put a deposit on the vehicle as it had received significant attention as there were prospective buyers coming to look at it, and I didn't want him to be uncompensated should the purchase not actually happen, dependent on the inspection results. I was assured by Yousif that a deposit would not be necessary, and he would take it there for the appointment. I received a text two hours later from Yousif telling me that the car was sold. Needless to say I am very disappointed, and this experience has reinforced that (with this used car dealership anyways) it is exceptionally difficult to trust a used car salesperson.
