Very disappointed with Bay King Chrysler. We regret purchasing a vehicle from them due to the number of times my husband has had poor service. Even though we can get oil changes for $20 each time for two years, we choose to go elsewhere for more money and better customer service. Most recently, they made a mistake that they admitted to and were not accountable. Ended up costing us $350+ because of their error. Poor service starts from the owner and works its way down. Be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.

Just bought a new Ram from Evan, great guy to deal with, I like the fact that the prices they advertise are the true prices, whereas other dealers have hidden fees. They gave me a good price for my trade , would definitely buy from them again. Love the 8 " screen and the Apple CarPlay , no need for Nav when you have it . Also UCONNECT is great too, a nice app for your phone which gives you access to your vehicle through it, with it you can unlock/lock your doors as well as tell you the amount of fuel left and your mileage. Totally love my Ram

I thought very long about writing this review. After a few weeks of thinking about my encounter, I felt that it was important for me to do so because no one should be treated this way. I came in and attempted to talk to someone in regards to purchasing a new vehicle. I don't know if it was my age, ethnicity or what, but I was immediately dismissed. The associate was very condescending and kept trying to brush my questions off. What through me over the edge was when he told me to come in with my husband when I was serious about purchasing! I never felt so disrespected. It made my decision to purchase from another dealer much easier.

This time around, I had the pleasure of dealing with Krystal after a particularly well-timed promotional email. Krystal made the whole process quick, fun, easy and enjoyable. Terrible first time purchase experience. Would never return, not even for yearly vehicle service. Very rushed sale, and very unhelpful sales rep. Had minor issues with the vehicle later on, and sales rep ignored all forms of contact when I called for assistance. Before sale closed, I had also mentioned that I did not get the chance to test drive the vehicle and the sales rep responded by telling me that customers never test drive their vehicles anymore. Upon purchase, the vehicle's tire tread depth barely met the minimum requirement, which dealer refused to replace, and therefore I will now replace them at my own expense. Lastly, I barely had any gas to make it home, fuel light came on upon leaving the dealership.. Unprofessional service. Will never return again.

At Bay King Chrysler, all of the staff strive to provide a vehicle purchasing experience you will not soon forget. Scott and Krystal helped me with purchasing my 2021 Ram 1500 Warlock. It was a very personal, flexible and an extremely fun process! I took my truck home and levelled it that day. I had the alignment booked to be done the following day at a local shop. Unfortunately they were not able to perform the service because of limitations with their equipment. I called up Bay King immediately and they were able to book me in an hour later which was a life saver! Thank you again and I am pleased to be a part of the Bay King family!

Scott mcquillen is so rude I would never recommend anyone to see him we just bought a 2020 Dodge Durango from him 2 weeks ago $50.k with 30.k down payment have no respect he told me the vehicle was over 6,000 km but it was going to be on the 10,000 when I get it we got a call from the insurance saying that the vehicle that we just bought was not qualify for the depreciation value because it's over 10000 I called him y is is over by 200.km after already doing all the paperwork with my insurance and everything he told me if I want to take the vehicle take it or not but if I come to pick up the vehicle and talk about it he will not sell me the vehicle we show up to pick up the vehicle he's right there did not even say hi thank you nothing he give someone else to do the paperwork not even a I'm sorry

I just recently purchased a brand new 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan 35th Anniversary Edition from Bay King Chrysler and had an Excellent vehicle buying experience thanks to Nathan Stanley! He is very polite and conducts himself very professionally. From the moment I drove onto the lot my experience at Bay King Chrysler was Great. I had no problem finding a place to park my car and shortly after I got out I was greeted by Josh Howarth who asked me a few questions so we could start looking at vehicles. I really wanted a Jeep again as I have had one in the past but wanted to keep within a budget. Josh showed me a few excellent used Jeeps as well as asked it I would like to see a Charger and a Challenger. The Charger they have is an amazing deal and I almost went for it. We then started talking about new and at that point I thought I wouldn't be able to get enough trade in for my current vehicle as I still had a year left on it. Josh through together an amazing quote for me with some assistance from other team members and they were able to pay out my new vehicle complete as well as fit a Brand New Jeep within the Budget I wanted. The whole team there works very cohesively to make the experience amazing. The Jeep is Too BIG for a PIC LOL

We had an excellent experience at Bay King Chrysler this week purchasing a Dodge Caravan for the family. We walked in Monday evening, had a deal done by the end of the evening and the van delivered on Wednesday. Kids are more than welcome and the dealership even has an area for kids to play an assortment of games to pass some time and keep them entertained. The staff were very friendly (thanks Jim and Peter) and we felt very comfortable and welcome the whole time. Keep up the great work!

They offered a free 16point inspection and the service manager (who is apparently running a Mickey mouse business) asked for $39.95 fee when i brought the car in. I felt being tricked and betrayed. The service department ruined my morning. A year earlier 2015 they wanted to change my 2012 grand caravan transmission cooler lines claimed they were leaking when they had normal sweating. The service department will do anything to trick you to do unnecessary work so they generate revenue. Totally dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional service department.

Mopar Parts Canada runs out of this location. Got me what I needed / wanted on a 15 year old vehicle. Exhaustive Facebook, Kijiji, and Google couldn't find it. Parts employee was pleasant and did a test fit before I left to confirm part would fit.

Incompetent would not be a strong enough word to describe this service department. We brought our Jeep in ten days ago for a self diagnosed issue in regards to the after market tires and hub centric spacers. I brought it in on a Saturday at 8am, Easter weekend, knowing the issue couldn’t be dealt with. Alika assured me that the earliest they could get those spacers ordered would be Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and she says they didn’t get them, earliest would be Thursday. Thursday I don’t get a call from her. I call in Friday, she advises that the part is in and the tech is installing them as we speak. Well, two hours pass, she calls and says they don’t have them, they don’t know where to get them. My wife then finds them within half an hour in Scarborough. She calls her to let her know and tells her she will bring them in Saturday. Alika says “great, thanks, seeya”. Saturday at 8 am, we bring in the part, nothing is done with them all day, a 40 min job. Not even a call. My wife calls in and speaks with the sales manager (Jamie), who was just as genius as the service reps, and since the incompetent service manager didn’t have the class or common curtesy to call and let her know it wouldn’t be ready. The service manager didn’t know it was time sensitive.. 7 days with no vehicle, definitely not time sensitive. Not only did we have to find and deliver the part ourselves, they charged us just under $300 to have the parts installed.. the best the service manager (Patrick) could do was give us a 10$ seniors discount. So here we are ten days later, waiting for the Jeep to get the inside cleaned since the tech managed to scrub his filthy boots all over the carpet and mat. Then the service manager wanted me to describe what was dirty... like for real? Worst part is we read the reviews, they were terrible, and decided... how bad could it be. Do not bring your vehicle here. These incompetent people need to learn some appropriate customer service.. You’re better off getting the staff at McDonalds across the street to diagnose and fix the vehicle.

I had problem with the latch of my trunk (it would not close). I did not have an appointment and the service centre was closed. However, a kind gentleman whom I'm assuming was a salesman (as he was wearing a suit) offered to take a look. After a quick adjustment, I was back on the road after this excellent act of customer service. Wish I'd asked his name.

I ordered a part through their website which was a painless process. I had requested to pick the part up as I had to make a trip through that area anyway. Upon arrival, I ended up having a challenge with getting a part from the parts divison. A representative contacted me after the fact to make things right and save me the time and effort of making another trip in to get my part. Mistakes were made initially but they were quick to correct it and make things right. This is the type of service one expects from a modern, customer centric organization. Thank you!

He is a fun, hip young guy who after listening to our needs and wants, informed us he was also going through a growing family! He was exactly the associate for us! There was nothing more we ever needed than a person going through the exact same life scenario as us to offer suggestions and solutions to strollers fitting, car seat room, and some fun mom and dad perks to keep the whole family happy! Dan even called another linked dealership to make sure we looked and compared other suvs to the Jeep we were looking at. Dan worked extremely hard to ensure we received exactly what we were looking for and so the next day on Valentines Day, we signed the paperwork to our brand new Jeep Cherokee - Trailhawk edition. I took my car there for a basic oil change for 1 main reason. Their hours of operation on Wednesdays is from 7:30 am till 9:00 pm. When you commute to Oakville everyday and cannot make it back to other dealerships that close at 5pm or even 6pm, those extra hours really help. When I arrived and they found out it was my first time there they offered a tour of their new facility and even made me a coffee while I waited. She seems like she really doesn't want to be there at all. Which is too bad cause when you bring your vehicle in for service she is usually who you're dealing with.

Hi I had an app made for an outside mounding trim which took them 1 1/2 hour to tell me it wasn’t covered under my warranty which I bought extended and it was supposed to be “bumper to bumper” so they said it’s not like that, it’s a selling gimmick the service manger said which he means “we are laying to sell you a car” I didn’t mind the wait but they were so rude at the desk she even told me it would cost about 490 to fix and that’s when I told them I will never come back here even for my regular oil changes, they could have fixed the problem even without the warranty, it cost me $8 from Canadian tire to buy double sided tape. they didn’t try to keep me as a customer. They will never see a penny out of me again. I will probably get a response saying That they are sorry for my experience and try to call them back to find out what I already know and give me more lies? I ask you management to train the monkeys at the service desk to treat customers with respect and not look at them as money signs. If you want to help me then Be honest and forward from the beginning. Please don’t go there even if your tires are low on air they will charge u for something else. Thanks

Staff was very helpful until I was settled on my purchase. Then everything they offered me was off the table and suddenly she was incapable of any of the things she said would be included and in fact more fees had to be added. Things that were included in prices suddenly had charges associated or just weren't there. They claim to give you less on trade in value because of repairs needed to the car. Then turn around and sell it without the repairs and keep the difference. All in all I would never recommend someone to shop here. In fact I wouldn't even recommend they be on Google search. Picked the car up and didn't even have enough gas to get home. It required new brakes new oil change and the airbags were disabled. a few other fluids that should have been standard on car maintenance during a sale.

Very disappointed. My purchase was not above board and there wasn’t any effort to remedy the situation. Horrible experience and I have no recourse. I would not deal with this dealership. My situation is similar to Sarah’s review below. Another reviewer, Laura talks about a Chrysler Executive driven car and finds out it was a rental car. I got the same line and doubt very much that it was a Chrysler Executive’s car. There is a pattern of not being fully transparent and they held back critical information. Should I have know, well let’s not bother as we know that answer to that one. Just so you know that FCA have no ability to offer any assistance. FCA has reached out to the GM at Bay King Motors to have them call me back but I’ve yet to receive a call and FCA acknowledges they have no recourse to force the call. FCA’s dealerships have the autonomy to do as they please. Makes me think twice if I will purchase a third Jeep Grand Cherokee. This has been an expensive and horrific experience.

I was on the market for new vehicle as mine was on its last legs. I shopped around, ALOT, searching for the best deal and being cautious as I was a first time new vehicle purchaser. I went into Bay King one afternoon to check out the lot. I was approached by a polite salesman who made sure I was alright looking around by myself and offered any assistance. He was informative, polite, and not pushy. I looked at a few trucks, asked a few questions and went on my way. I went back the next day set on purchasing a vehicle, and I will say that Jim and his fellow staff treated me VERY VERY well. What was important to me was important to them, and I really did feel that I was being considered as a valued customer and was treated as such. Great group of people, knowledgable, kind and very willing to have an honest conversation. Needless to say, I felt comfortable making a very important decision at Bay King and purchased my first new vehicle there. From start to finish it was a great experience. To top it all off, these guys went above and beyond when the vehicle I was replacing did not start as I attempted to leave the dealership. Jim was far beyond willing to help and had a tech come out and have a look at my vehicle, as well as several other staff. These guys went WAY above and beyond to diagnose the problem and try to get me home. Several hours were spent working on my vehicle, and when all was said and done, the focus was on me, the customer. After being loyal for for over a decade and purchasing 5 vehicles I was quite upset to go in today for an oil change (that I was told was covered for the first two years) to be charged $450!!! - there was no open communication about what had to be done and the cost associated. and this is also after a $390 cost just 4 months prior and again no communication on what was being done when I only booked an Oil Change that was supposed to be free for 2 years, Now at 13 months of having the vehicle I have paid over $800 for two maintenance appointments.

The sales rep seemed to be doing "what he could" to get me a good deal, but there were too many "miscalculations" and the deal kept changing, including AFTER I had already signed the paperwork. Purchased a Used 2011 Chevrolet Aveo5 Lt with 35K. Had nothing but trouble from the dealership. I dont even think they safetied it and just assumed it was all ok based on the mileage. Will not be purchasing another vehicle from them. New or used. I have visited this dealer three times to inquire about service for my Jeep Wrangler. Each time I have found the service advisors to be curt and not that interested in my business. Yesterday I tried again, as I need about $2000 of work done (oil pressure sensor and low driver’s side heat). I asked if they could provide me an estimate and they told me that I would have to pay $130. I declined that ‘opportunity’ drove to South Oakville and spoke with the tech who will be repairing my Jeep next Monday. He and the service advisor gave me an idea what my expenses would be and I left feeling like they wanted my business. Bay/King may provide great service, I guess I’ll never know.

After I thought that was weird and agreed with Sales Rep Rosie to send me #'s on vehicle I would test drive vehicle when the exact one comes in a 2021 in Black. Now Rosie is telling me we cannot test drive the vehicle until we do a bill of sale and get our financing done. This is most unusual and very rude way of doing business.

Horrible experience with this place Bought a used van for 17k, check engine light with engine issues for a year and half. Dropped 2500 into the van. In the end, had to take a big loss and traded it in with a different dealer for a Toyota. People there can't fix their own vehicles. I had an apt for an oil change. When I got there, I was told they had many walk-ins and I'd have to wait. I have a baby, I can't wait that long. Which is why I booked an apt.in the first place. So I left. I went back couple weeks later as a walk in. This time I was told they have to many apt. They turned me away. I booked yet another apt. This time i got a babysitter. When i got there, i was told I would be there for over a hour. My van really needed an oil change, so I waited. Horrible service. No one apoligized. If I didn't already pre-pay for this service when I bought my van, I would never go back. I went for my last oil change first, at this place. They made my 2 year old and I wait 2 hours. Overall service is good. If your buying a used vehicle make sure you test drive it before giving the final payment. Test it on hwy and local roads, check if car pulls, or if it wobbles when you brakes on. Their used car sales manager is so nice to you before you buy but after if u have any complaints or problems with the car even next day, he wont even talk to you, he won't even recognize, he will give you run around and say hes busy. He was not busy when selling us the car, he was willing to come to work on his day off but after u take the delivery of the vehicle, alllllll of the sudden hes the most busiest person on this planet. I bought vehicle from them, fairly new, didnt test drive it day of delivery cuz i thought they are big dealership if there would be a problem they wont hesitate. My car was pulling to one side so hard, they wont even recognize it, they kep telling me thats hoe cars are, even their service manager, and my car would wobble when i put brakes on, he said well its the brakes, but brakes are matching our safety regulations so we are not gona change them. I took the car to small shop for alignment, that guy touched the tires before driving and said, this car is pulling hard. Then he drove it and said there is way too much pull but some how smart ppl at BayKing didnt purposly see that. So please dont get screwed like I did, get everything done before taking delivery of your vehicle, after delivery forget it, they wont have a minute to talk to you, they will purposely waste your time to give you run around so after sometime younjust give up and go away for good.

Their sales team has been wonderful to me, I bought my truck with James Hand and he made it an enjoyable experience. Usually the service department is good. I have never had any problems with any of the other service team members, usually I deal with Patrick and he is great. The last few times I have been I have had terrible dealings with Adrienne. Not only have I had issues with her, my other family members who are customers of Bay King, have also been disrespected and spoken down to by her, whether they are bringing in my vehicle or their own. She has been dismissive with the issues I bring in, on more than one occasion. One instance it involved my air bag system having a short in it and had I been in an accident, the air bags would not have deployed. I was told if the light went away everything is fine. I was also informed that after having been a customer at Bay King for 2 years my phone number was not correct on file, even though I have received many phone calls from them over the 2 year period. She was very rude when I called wondering about my vehicle, why I hadn't received a call and was informed that I should have updated my phone number (even though it did not change). I am currently having issues with my ignition and the issue STILL has not been fixed. When you can pull your key out and start your vehicle with your finger....something is not right. But apparently that's never happened before, it's impossible. My dad brought my vehicle in to have the ignition looked at, not only was Adrienne dismissive, but the service manager was also there looking at it and he too dismissed the issue, even after he was told by other service reps that my dad was able to start the truck with his finger. I do not feel safe bringing issues to Adrienne because who knows what she'll actually pass along to the mechanics and what she will say is fine and not to worry about. I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I can feel confident that my vehicle is being taken care of and my vehicle is safe when I get in it next. I don't know if they're waiting for my warranty to be up before they take any of these issues seriously, so they can make some money from these problems. Seems like a poor customer retention program to me.

After my Jeep had to be towed to the dealership for a transmission replacement, all I had to do was wait. The team took care of my rental and shuttle. My salesperson, Brian, was great at communicating to me what was going on and when I had questions for my service rep, Adrienne, she was patient in providing answers that I could understand. In the end, I didn't even have any paperwork to take care of. There is no doubt that leaving your car with a mechanic is stressful - rental or no rental, warranty or no warranty - but the Bay King team did their best to alleviate that stress.

Took my 2012 Town & Country there because there was transmission issues @110,000km. Factory warranty ended at 100k. They charged me 120$ to look at the problem which included draining the transmission. They then charged me 200$ for transmission service (part of that being draining the transmission - which had already been done). A week later the transmission failed again and they told me I needed a new transmission $5000. Every other shop I spoke to told me, based on the first problem the transmission was toast. They sold me a stop gap solution that lasted a week and left me stranded with children at the side of the road and then tried to sell me a new transmission. They offered nothing interns of goodwill based on a transmission in 50,000$ mini van failing at 110,000km. Despite being a Chrysler dealer they said that because i didn't buy my vehicle there there was no "goodwill" available. One don't buy a Chrysler Two if you do have a chysler stay away from Bay King Chrysler

I’ve never had a good experience at this dealership. Bought my vehicle from a dealership in Burlington and had the convenience of getting my oil changes and tire rotations in hamilton. After getting my tires rotated here, I came to realize they broke the spare tire bracket and didn’t offer to do anything about it. The mechanics do not take their job seriously and could care less about the quality of service. They also couldn’t be bothered to reset my oil light. Not to mention oil dripping down the side of my vehicle, fenders, and motor cover. Not impressed.

We purchased a used vehicle July 6th 2019, picked it up 1 week later and it has been back 3 times and less then 1000 km driven on it by us. 1st time, day 2 of owning the vehicle, the engine fan needed to be replaced, (we were told it was because of the aftermarket fan we installed??) 2nd time within the first 75 km driven, the engine light was on, and now the emergency brake (I question the certification??) we dropped it off at the salesman's request on Monday Aug 5th for a Tuesday appointment, not 1 phone call for an update. Turns out after we initiated the phone call on Aug 8th that the appointment was not actually until Thursday Aug 8th and they could not find the key (they have kindly ordered a new one!!) which were left in the drop box at the dealership and were found there?? We are now able to pick it back up Aug 10th. To date this is the biggest mistake purchase I have ever made!!

I have left my truck overnight and the keys in the drop box to find out they haven't even looked at my vehicle. They have flimsy excuses why service hasn't been preformed. This is the definition of unprofessionalism and by far worst dealership I've been to in my life. the service staff seem to have an extreme lack of any knloedge. Receive different information every single time i spoke with someone, if they close at 6 you better be there at 5 by the latest. Nobody is around at 530 you will have to search the building to find an employee and shortly after they will lock the main exits while you are still in the building within eyesight. claim parts are in then when you arrive their not. Attempted to refuse to do a safety recall and we were told its a half day service so figured drop off night before so they have all day to do the service as we booked the appointment well in advance after waiting a month for the parts to come in when only 1 of 3 did even though we were told they all were in the building before booking appointment. the service was not completed first day even though they had twice the time and were told next day then mid way through second day we are called and told other more important vehicles came in so our vehicle wont be worked on untill later next week making the total wait 7 days and we were refused any sort of loaner vehicle. Over the 6 or so calls we received each time they tried convincing us to take the vehicle back and "come by another time that's better", when we finally receive the vehicle there were dirty shop supplies left on the back seat! would never reccomend anyone ever come to a bay king dealership. Go anywhere else and you will probably have a better experience.

I strongly discourage any potential purchasers from walking into this dealership. I had the misfortune to walk in on Saturday ready to sign papers for a new truck and had the most unpleasant experience. A sales rep named Crystal came to the floor and offered to help. She was unprofessional, rude, arrogant and confrontational. In short, she lacked basic people and customer service skills. A new vehicle is not an everyday purchase and the experience should be informative and pleasant. Rather than being up front, she was evasive - would not answer a question directly and instead answered every question with another question, followed with a dismissive retort. I ended up walking away due to her attitude. I will search for a truck with a sales agent and a dealer that values their customers. I would have given no stars but Google requires at least 1 star to post.

I came in for a 'peace of mind' oil change for my 2012 Ram 1500- mileage about 115 thou --- ended up having front and back brakes done... all of it except the front calipers as well as both manifold gaskets which needed to be replaced because they were leaking, fuel injector flush, throttle body service, and spark plugs were also changed.... a lot of work resulting in quite a large bill... they were in touch to explain each needed 'extra' - the brakes and manifolds --- did give me a reduction on labour costs. A week later when first driving the vehicle after all that work - the front calipers seized - the burning smell was overwhelming...… AT NO CHARGE the front calipers - both sides - were changed as well as the disc rotor brakes. All together the service - based on their expertise regarding what needed to be done for this 7 year old truck - with fair review of the extensive labour costs and taking care of the front calipers which seized after another wise complete front and back brake job gives me confidence and in fact 'peace of mind' for travel down south. Pat the service manager was thankfully very professional, very approachable and understanding. Girls settling the bill etc were also well able to communicate and answer my inquiries. No complaints, only praise - from a satisfied customer. Art, Hamilton.

Unfortunately, I had to leave another review in the hopes of helping people avoid this dealership. Please bring your money elsewhere. I’ll keep it short and provide the highlights - Service department on multiple occasions failed to properly perform work (Example- improperly connected fuel lines which leaked fuel all over my driveway prompting the fire department to label the vehicle not road worthy due to imminent fire hazard) - my particular vehicle was the subject of a class action lawsuit for faulty parts that I was never informed of, but rather was told was my fault -offered me a trade in value of $2000 for a car I then traded in 2 days later (at a higher end dealership) for $9700 ( I have proof of both so please do not claim otherwise) - dismissed my mother’s complaints multiple times about the vehicle only to find out later that the service manager had been fired - Issues had been raised with the owner who proceeded to have a phone call with me only to attempt to belittle me. When I arrived at the dealership he did not come outside to at least have a proper conversation but rather called me afterwards to try to blame me for raising concerns. Bay king can get false 5 star reviews all they want, and attempt to reply to this review with some empty words, but it won’t change anything. Stay away please.

Not even three months yet since I bought the Jeep and my GPS stopped working. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager Scott and the owner yet they just wanted more money out of my pocket to do diagnostics and repair yet we all know GPS ISNT WORKING!! Yet I paid cash in full for my jeep and was hoping they’d fix a minor problem without hesitation. Every time I called or went in to explain the issue no one told me about any cost until I booked an appointment to go get it fixed! WASTE OF MY TIME !!!! I would not recommend to my family or friends! They’ll be nice to you until they sell the car after that you are on your own. Also, Dan layton lied that it was over 3 months yet clearly it wasn't,i do not trust to take my car back there because they would prob damage it and i wouldnt even know.

I did not like my experience at Bay King Chrysler. First the sales person kept trying to get me to put a deposit without telling me what the payments would be. I was told there was many options on the extended warranty I wanted and when I spoke with the person who does the warranty i was told no there is only one option for what i wanted. Then I added two accessories to the sale a bed mat and a tonneau cover. The bed may they ordered was for the wrong box type and I was told to cut it to fit. Then the installation of my tonneau cover was completely wrong, the brackets were misaligned, two drains are missing and the two installed are not the same and the bolt doesn't even go through the bolt hole. Also there are six spots that are supposed to be siliconed after the install is complete and there is no sign of any silicone put on my truck. I was made to drive from Toronto to Hamilton to prove to them that parts were missing off my truck because they insisted they wouldn't release the truck missing parts but they DID! I asked to be compensated for my time and gas after I proved them wrong and I've gotten nothing from them at this point, not even the parts so I can fix this horrible installation myself. I'm very unsatisfied and I'll never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I only went there in the first place because they were the only ones in Ontario that had the truck I wanted. Very unsatisfied!!!

Due to the recent COVID19 Social Distancing shutdown, I was still able to take advantage of great Chrysler Promotional sale that was interrupted by the pandemic. It was just like curbside grocery shopping. Everything was done by either phone, internet or e-mail. Never stepped inside the premise once. and picked up the new vehicle all ready to roll. Took a couple of days to get everything ready and when notified dropped off the trade in vehicle at the curb and picked up the new vehicle. What makes this so easy....... TRUST. Well done Bay King.

Revolting experience. Mother purchased her vehicle in 2014 and underwent years of verbal abuse paired with multiple dismissed complaints, only to find out that the exact issue I raised was the root of a massive class action lawsuit for my vehicle. The service manager at the time was dismissed for improperly doing his job. The vehicle went for service and was returned not having any of the work signed off on actually completed. I have written statements from the fire department that my vehicle was at risk for a massive house fire. The entire dealership from the top down is rotten and prey upon vulnerable people to make a buck. It remains a shame that people have to do deal with these things in 2020.

My wife purchased a used vehicle from Bay King, from day one the brakes didn't feel right but not bad enough to cause any alarm. After 2 and a half months they started to really sound and feel awful. She took it in and the service department said it would be $600 for a rear rotor, she said "I bought this 3 months ago"(keep in mind this isn't a clunker it's a 2015 SUV) the service person replied "of yeah there was some rust on the rotor when the safety was done, but the guys scraped it off and made it better" better is lasting three months before you asked me to spend $600 on a vehicle I just bought? We had zero intention of using their service team to fix this issue, we took it to a garage that can be trusted who informed us that it looks like they didn't even remove the wheel in the safety check. Hard to scrape rust with the wheel on fellas! I'm angry and as it goes with everything these days, our choice to NEVER use them again won't really strike a chord because customer service with dealerships like them is not as profitable as stiffing customers is. So congratulations Bay King on further cementing the sentiment that dealerships have license to thieve and won't do a damn thing for you.

I Went into bay-king with the intention of leaving with a brand new vehicle. After about an hour of the sales guy (a young man) trying to sell me something I wanted to buy already, I was ready to sign the contract. But just as I was about to sign the sales agreement my agent step aside and said an extremely offensive and rude comment about my family to witch I happened to over hear. Take this in.. you can put up a front and smile but you should continue that customer service throughout the whole ordeal. I left and the sale went to Johnson Chrysler on upper james. Disrespect will not be tolerated and I will continue to express this for years to come. Your young non professional sales man ruined my experience for myself and lost bushiness for your company.

Avoid this place at all costs for service. My last oil change as soon as I left I knew something sounded wrong with my truck. Originally I brushed it off as my imagination. A few days later I went to change my air filter and found they had left the cover off and my filter was exposed completely during their inspection during service. I called and talked to the service manager and was completely brushed off. The response I got was "it wasnt done on purpose". I sure hope not but that isn't the type of service I expect for a new vehicle. He was supposed to contact me the next day or 2.. this was 3 weeks ago. It isn't like they left the cap off the windshield washer fluid, this could have caused engine failure if I didnt fix the issue myself. This is the same service department that 3 times changed my ditch moulding and all 3 times it popped back up on both sides and the rear of the cab. I asked them if they can just use moulding tape instead of replacing it everytime and wasting 3-4 hours of my time. Since this task was to much for them to handle I went to Canadian Tire, spent $5 and fixed it myself with moulding tape. 15000 kms later and hot and cold weather it's still staying tight. This dealership lost my business years ago because of shady mechanics but I came back due to 1 salesman, who is no longer working there so once again. I will not return. Edit for response * I was never contacted for a meeting you said "I never showed up for". (Which shows even more your lack of integrity) I have not spoken to anyone since the original post. I received 1 message from Jamie on Facebook and I did not reply for this fact... You only cared a little bit once I posted this original review. That is too late and my money will go to another dealership for all future maintenance and purchases. If you truly cared about keeping customers happy, the original review would never have been necessary

I bought my Dodge Grand Caravan 2017 two months ago. I have very bad experience. First we had $500 A day ago of the purchase . I don't know why if we 0 down. When we went to pick the van up first we had to sign the papers before lock the van. On the papers a lot fees, remember $500 was a fee. When check the van had a scratch in the middle and the salesman said " is the shipping problems ". Days later check the van under and I notice that does have spare tire, I text the salesman and he forgot to tell us that the van does not have a spare tire because have 5 years road assistant free and after 5 years what? The customer pay? Or buy spare tire only $300. The van is ok but too expensive. After a lot text messages the salesman said that we are harassment with too many text that not write down more text messages. I called dogde and they told me don"t go again to that dealership. Now the van has navigation system obsoleted, I look the year of the Navigation is the 2015. They cannot update. Don't buy a navigation in yours cars buy a GPS at store and Don't waste $500 in that.

Worst dealership by far. They are keeping my 500 deposit because I decided to not buy a car and cancelled the next day as I'm on maternity leave. Manager was super rude about the situation and left his office. Now I'm stuck either buying a brand new car and hope I can pay it off to get my money back or be out 500. Do not go to this dealership. Worst customer service manager I have ever met named John Ferguson. Super rude and disrespectful literally got up and left us in his office and walked away. How this man got his licensing I will never know, he should be fired. Horrible customer service do not go here.

I had my Dodge Jouney in about 2 months ago because it was making a clunking noise. They told us it just needed a computet update. It worked good for a short time and athen started again. I then took it in agiain 3 weeks ago with the same issue. They called and told me the good news was that it wasn't my suspension but I needed front and back brakes at a cost of $2400. I asked if that what was causing the nosie. I was told yes, so I said go ahead and fix it. I picked it up and I got just up the road and it made that noise again. I went back but they already werre closed for the day. Then 2 weeks after the brake job the brakes started to make a metal on metal noise. I called and I was told that they were not taking appointments until the following week. I asked if I should keep driving it or what I should do. I was put on hold and then I was told I could bring the car in the following day. I brought it in and they called to tell me that they had to replace my front rotars and brake pads again. I said I already had them done 2 weeks previous and why were they gone again, I was told they would talk to me about it when I came in to pick it up. They said to pick it up after 7pm that day. When I got there no one was at the service centre, They had all gone home. I had to go to the reception area to get my keys. :Guess what .... the car still makes to nois. I'm reall y not very happy about the service or lack of service from Bay King, Going forward I will be looking to take it somewhere else where the car can be reapaired properly and at a resonable cost.

The sales reps are very nice and friendly. They assisted me in finding the truck I currently have. They set up everything: financing, licensing, the works. They even got it ready in just 3 business days. That was the surprising part. Even their service department is awesome. They have a friendly service counter and a shuttle service if you cannot wait for your vehicle to be fixed. They also have refreshments available for those who wish to have one. All around a very nice experience had. I would definitely go there for a future truck.

We just got rid of our second jeep- both were purchased brand new from this dealership and we will never return. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership, especially the horrible, dishonest service department. Considering that I had a top of the line, expensive brand new 2015 jeep, we had to visit the service department numerous times with numerous different issues. They would book an appointment for us, and we would show up just so they can tell us that the required part is not in. Would it be so difficult to call beforehand and inform us about it? And not to mention that they wouldn’t honour any warranties, so we often had to go to Canadian Tire for a much better price and service. We traded in our lemon for a nice brand-new Toyota and we couldn’t be happier. Be very cautious with this dealership, especially their service department- it will cost you.

Wasn't worth the hassle and trading it in was our best option. Told us, due to the accident they wouldn't be able to list it for much more than they offered us. That came straight from the manager! few months ago bought a car with a sales person who did not release the car fax till after the purchase and pretty much driving off the lot.it showed a $5800 accident in the front end. had nothing but problems with this car including motor noises. The service department solution was add an additive *lucas* The noise is now louder than ever 4 months later and the service manager will not return my phone calls. I figured I will personally take the hit and just trade the vehicle in for something else, giving the benefit of the doubt to the sales department i went back with bay king. it has now been 1 week and STILL no phone call back after leaving numerous phone messages. If its a headache they don't want to deal with it, their motto is just sweep it under the rug. I could go on and on about the worst 4 months of my life but they will just reply to this saying sorry and call the general manager for a solution. And again not return any of my phone calls and sweep me under the rug. lacking in customer service.

We recently purchased a Ram Promaster at Bay King Motors and can't say enough about the experience. Friendly and helpful from start to end. Our plans are to convert this van into a Campervan but with the shortage of vehicles and computer chips due to Covid we weren't sure if it was going to happen. We checked with a couple of other dealers in the area and they just said "Ah ya nope..sorry". Krystal at Bay King said let me check and I'll get back to you. Just that says something to me. She found a van, was honest and said it would be a bit of a wait. In the meantime she let us at least check out a van that was on the lot, not for sale, so we could at least see and sit in it. On another occassion I needed some roof measurements for the solar panels I am going to install that I couldn't find online, nor could they, so Krystal and a manager I believe got up on a ladder and got the measurements themselves. They have gone way over and above compared to any of the experiences we have recieved during other car purchases from nearby Ford, Gm, Honda and Toyota dealers. I would not hesitate to purchase with the again.

Waited 6 months for an appointment to fix multiple recalls. At first meeting I raise concern with paint cracking on my 2015 Ram hood. Service takes pictures and tells me they will submit to Chrysler and will call me in 2-3 weeks. 2 months go by and no follow up. I contact service and am told they can’t find the pictures. I send 6-10 pics more. Wait another month. I contact them and am told the person who deals with paint concerns has been off and will I yet again call them back in a week. I do so. Am now told Chrysler has requested Bay King send more pics. Frustrated, I call Chrysler Canada who opens a file on my concern. I am now told, 4 months after my first visit, that Bay King has never sent any pics in. Chrysler Canada follows up with Bay King Service manager who advised he will call me. 3 days later Chrysler Canada calls me back and asks if I have heard from anyone at the dealer, which one week later, I still have not. Anyone who wants to waste their time, be lied directly and have terrible service should use Bay King. I did leave a vm for the owner of Bay King to advise of my concerns but no response there either... Shocking.... Don’t use Bay King unless you have lots of time to waste! I wouldn’t even give them one star but couldn’t post this unless I did

As a working mom, my free time is valuable and very limited. When I have to plan vehicle maintenance, I hate to waste it juggling my scheduling to fit their availability and then waiting around for servicing to be completed. Bay King Motors' Servicing Department was able to slot me in in a time frame that fit my schedule and provide me with prompt take home and re-delivery service so that I could relax and putter about at home before returning to the dealership later for my car. All employees were friendly, courteous and professional in their undertakings.

Visited dealership to get quotes for two new cars. 1 Pacifica and 2 Ram truck. Met with sales guy Jim Coons. Very Horrible Experience! Guy does not know a single thing about Customer Service. When we asked for test drive of one of the used trucks, Jim was just trying to make different excuses which completely did not make sense..Dealership you lost two potential customers.. EDIT: Not sure what Jim has told you but basically he was giving us hardtime from the beginning and we felt it very insulting for just a small test drive of one of your used trucks. He was not friendly from the start. This is not how you treat your customers. It had nothing to do with COVID...

Two very bad experiences with service here...purchased new '13 and '15 Caravans here and in for a simple oil change service...out of approx 20x oil changes between these two vehicles, twice now the seal on the oil cap was pinched and the oil very quickly blew out of the engine. First blowout ( last year on the '13 ) was found at the dealer as they turned the van back to me...oil spraying out everywhere, had to give me a loaner vehicle as they had to powerwash the engine area. This last time ( last week on the '15 ) I drove home and immediately found oil gushing all over my driveway.....fortunately the drive home was only a few minutes, would have been very different if I had hopped on the Linc or driven even a little further!! Never had this happen anywhere ever before, and now twice here!

I took my Jeep to this dealership on the recommendation of a friend. I told them I had a vibration from the car at any speed above 60 km's and a shudder through the steering wheel. I had been told by an independent tire repair centre they could find nothing wrong. Within 45 minutes the dealership called to advise the wheel balance was out of spec and that there was a small air leak in the valve stem. These were repaired at minimal cost. The dealership said I could come and pick up the vehicle. When I returned to the dealership 2 hours later I was pleasantly surprised to see my Jeep in what I can only describe as "showroom condition" They had taken the time to clean both inside and outside the vehicle. I told them I would be bringing my vehicle back to them in future. Nice touch - kills the stereotype of being gouged at the dealership - these guys charged me 1 hour labour and $13 in parts and threw in a no charge cleanup- which I have paid almost $200 for in the past at detailing shops. Great work Bayking service - will see you shortly for my spring tune up!!

Great salesman but thats IT once they have your $$$ and you have a problem your in trouble. Adrienne and the service manager will treat you like garbage. Brand new truck, brakes started to seize after 20,000 KMs. they fixed/replaced 1 of the calipers but used the over heated burnt pads and rotors saying it normal wear. When I questioned the repair Adrienne said "we dont build them we only fix them" I was then refered to the service manager and he told me to go to another dealer if I wasn't satisfied. My truck has cost me out of pocket 2800.00 to fix. I will never buy Dodge again and stay away from this dealership. Thank you for the reply and I will not waste my time with your dealership or Dodge!

i had stopped in to Bay King to ask a question about my bug deflector which was answered quickly and to my satisfaction. When i got in my vehicle to leave,,,, the check engine light came on.. what were the odds. They took me in right away,,, diagnosed the problem and had me on the road in short order. The vehicle is still under warranty but the item in question could been argued that it is not covered. Due to it being a recent purchase (previously owned), they sent me on my way with no charges. Thank you Bay King.

Had a service appointment for my Dodge Ram just before X mas. Unfortunately I misplaced my locking nut for my rims to be removed and was told by Bay King that there would be a charge of 1 hour labour plus taxes. Needless to say Paul the Service manager and his team had them removed within 20 mins and when it was time to pay Paul wished me a Merry Christmas and said there would be no charge !!! Being grateful would be an understatement and I thanked him. Very much appreciated and thank you Bay King. What a class act !!!
