I went into Dawson auto out of the blue and boy was I glad. I dealt with three other car lots before going to Dawson and they all screwed me around, even tried keeping my deposit on a car with structural damage. I dealt with Greg the Owner I believe. During my car buying process I visited the lot about three times and each time he had a different car in the lot sold, I thought that was a good sign and made me feel more confident in my purchase. Please be aware that there are other languages that sound similar to hindi but is not actually Hindi. You should get your facts straight. Got my 1 year old Elantra detailed there. They did a decent job of the cleaning with two major oversights. They buggered my seat heaters by not bagging the connections when they soaked the seat. This left the seat heater shorted out and running on full in mid summer until I disconnected the heater and dried it out myself. They also detail the car in a single tiny bay. Their detailer managed to take the paint on the ends of my two driver side doors by hitting the walls of the bay. Not returning.

Just purchased a 2014 Cruze from Dawson. Buying a car can be a difficult process with over zealous prices, aggressive sales tactics, and private sellers being non-forthcoming about the history of vehicles. I went to purchase a car here this month and left a deposit with the sales man. We weren’t given a reciept or a contract to sign. After changing our mind about the vehicle we went back to get the deposit but they did not want to give it. It was very hard to actually get it the full amount back without signing a contract that prevented a future purchase of a vehicle within 90 days. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I received really good customer service here. I bought a 2009 audi a4 2.0t quattro. I wanted to wait to write my review instead of right away. My engine light came on a couple weeks after I bought it. They said bring it to them. They had a scanner there and scanned it. It was my fault it came on. Nothing wrong with the car. I still love my car and it runs great. If you want a luxury type car I suggest check them out and see if they have it because I would definitely purchase here again. Thanks guys!

I also reside in Barrie so the drive to Hamilton is a long one. I had to sign the financial papers and Syed actually had Manny meet me in Barrie to sign the papers and go over all of the documents. We bought a Ford Flex from Greg Dawson a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience from start to finish. We looked at close to ten Flex's prior to going to A J Dawson's and the Flex we bought from Greg was by far the best we had seen, not only from a pricing stand point but also with the quality of the vehicle. The vehicle was virtually spotless both inside and out, we had not seen any other vehicle as clean or well taken care of then the one we found at Dawson's and the price was more than competitive. Greg was wonderful to do business with and made us feel at ease about the purchase, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable about buying the vehicle, we did not find the same level of service when dealing with other used car dealerships. It was a seamless transaction with no issues or concerns, Greg was very patient and took the time to go through every detail with us, we never felt rushed and walked away feeling confident in our decision. The vehicle was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up, Greg even cleaned it again even though it did not need it and he had an oil change done so we wouldn't have to worry about anything for a little while, the only thing that would have made it a perfect was if we had driven away with a full tank of gas :) I would definitely recommend going to see Greg at A J Dawson's if you are looking for a used vehicle, he really takes pride in what he sells and that goes a long way when making a large purchasing decision, you won't be disappointed.
