I had a Q7 and recently moved just outside the Hamilton area so the Hamilton location was my closest. I attended many times and deal with Justin in service who is the most amazing service rep I've dealt with. My Q7 needed to be traded in as part of the diesel CA. If it weren't for Justin, I would not have even known there was a recall on my vehicle so I thank him for that as it really helped me out. Justin referred me to Steve D to handle the process of my trade in. I met Steve and he was very welcoming and nice. We explored all my options and I ultimately decided on a particular Q5 that I liked. The vehicle I bought wasn't ready so Steve gave me his personal car to use for a couple of days until mine was ready for pick, which I was surprised as this was his car and not a company loaner, which other Audi dealerships charge you for. I was highly impressed with his efficiency, knowledge and professionalism. He always had a smile and if there were any questions or concerns, he always knew the answers which is what you want in a representative at a car dealership. I will definitely go back to Steve when I am getting my next car. I've been to many Audi dealerships over the years and I must say the Hamilton one is at the top of my list in terms of customer service and efficiency.

Recently bought a used Audi Q5 here and I have to say the experience from start to finish was top class. My partner and I had relocated to Canada last year and with that we needed a reliable car to get us around. So, after a little searching around we found Audi Hamilton. The used car sales manager, Chris Troy, was able to provide us with a used Mazda 3 which did exactly what we were looking for with no hiccups along gthe way. We always said we would go back when we're in a position to upgrade and now just over a year later and expecting our first child we wanted to upgrade to something safer. My partner has always been a fan of the Q5s and although we;re not in a position to purchase one brand new, again, Chris came to the rescue with a used model that is in prestie condition. We've had the car for over a week now and we both love it. For what's a sizeable investment for us, all our pre-existing worries no longer exist. We actually look back and laugh now that we see how great the car is and how smart of an investment it's been for us. As for going to the dealership during Covid, their sanitation and social distancing standards immediately put me at ease. Every logical step was taken with the customers experience in mind. I can't thank the staff enough for how great of a job they've done here. We are 100% customers for life and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to consider this place as a top priority.

Update - I took my car for the Audi winter tire package install. I’ve been having issues with the fobs lack of responsiveness and chalked it up to low batteries. I asked them to replace them which they did. When the service person brought me to my car outside (he has no clue where it was parked), he tried to open my door as I stood beside him to find that the fobs weren’t responding while I had two sets in my coat pocket. Clearly they didn’t bother to test it before telling me it was done and bringing me to my car. I won’t get into the whole lack of experience witn regards to the wait in the sterile waiting room upstairs. They brought me up and left me there. There was no music or tv playing. They were adamant that they don’t use the downstairs waiting area due to covid. Here’s the kicker. They have a waiting room with a lot of magazines spread all over the coffee table yet they don’t offer you a bottle of sealed water?! The fact that they have magazines sitting out for everyone and anyone to touch with their hands is absolutely inconceivable. Why would it be okay to have magazines out that everyone can touch and there’s no way to know who did or when. That’s totally illogical. They say they have measures in place due to covid well your efforts are a giant fail. You are not keeping people safe at all with your communal magazines in the sterile upstairs lobby. They did not fix what I asked them to fix on my very first appointment with the dealership. I am very less than impressed with their service. They reminded me twice in a days time that a five star rating is what they want from me. I said you will get one when you actually do what you were set out and paid to do. This was not achieved and did not happen. I was waiting to hear back from the dealership management and followed up with my awesome salesperson to no avail. I brought my car in 4 days ago and have had heard nothing back. I’m sorely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail with regards to the service that was to be given. I still can’t get my doors to respond properly and the service guy was aware as it failed when he tried to open the door as mentioned previously. Replacing a battery doesn’t mean you don’t test it before the customer is back in front of you at their vehicle. It was truly disappointing service overall. Loved the experience here. The sales people are friendly and very informative. We have an Audi TT at home but I was looking for something less sporty. I test drove an A3 and it drives like a dream. It has all the power I need along with all the bells and whistles. Tomorrow I’ll go back and sign the paperwork and test drive the actual vehicle I will be purchasing. They have covid protocols in place including sanitation station upon entry to the showroom, face covering required, test drives are solo with no salesperson along for the ride. All cars are sanitized between test driving or even sitting in a car in the showroom. As I am not familiar with the Audi brand, I asked a lot of questions and the salesman Sameer answered them all and printed off the spec sheets for both vehicles for me to review. The lease and finance rates are fantastic right now and if I decide to finance, my rate is extremely low due to the loyalty program they have.

Horrible experience! I brought my car in for service to see if there was possible excess oil burn. After performing the testing I was told the my car was burning 0.25 liters of oil every 1000k! Apparently this is normal !?! The problems started when I went to pick up the vehicle, when I had a charge for the oil used to top up the vehicle!? Keep in mind the vehicle is still under warranty and I have Audi care Wich gives me all maintenance paid for including oil changes. I explained to the assistant service manager how It didn't make any sense to charge me for the oil used to top up the engine while I don't even pay for a basic oil change, he said there was nothing he could do. After refusing to pay he rudely threw me my key and said forget it, take your car and it's not going to happen again. He aggressively walked away without even telling me where my car was parked. As he was storming off he turned around with attitude and ask if I was "good"! Very rude and unprofessional considering he is an assistant service manager! Don't waste your time and money unless you like to be treated with no respect!

Yesterday was my husband's and my second visit to this Audi dealership to test drive a vehicle my husband was interested in and had been monitoring since the summer. From the minute we arrived and were told by the salesman Tom not to be concerned if the gas light came on we were treated in a very unprofessional and confrontational manner. As much as we would have liked to negotiate a deal, the attitude of the salesman was so off putting we ended up walking out. If this is representative of how this dealership treats potential customers I don't know why anyone would do business there.

Best car-buying experience ever! We have purchased over 20 new vehicles over the years and this was by far, the best buying experience. Denley was very professional in our dealings, listened to what our “must haves” were and very quickly sourced a few vehicles for us to choose from. We were never pressured and felt that we quickly arrived at a fair price for the vehicle we chose. On delivery Denley provided us with a great overview of the operating features of the vehicle without overwhelming us in the details. He suggested that we return to the dealership after a week or so once we became familiar with the vehicle to go over some of the functions in more detail. However, I found the vehicle, with the assistance of the manual, very easy to customize to our liking so we did not return to the dealership. A week after delivery we received a followup call from Denley inquiring about how we were enjoying the vehicle and whether we had any questions about it, again offering to meet with us. Two weeks after delivery we received an email from him asking whether any questions had come up. Denley cares about his customers even after the sale is done. I strongly recommend Denley Phillip and Hamilton Audi to anyone considering the purchase of a new vehicle. By the way, we love the 2021 Q5 we purchased too!

I brought my car there a week ago and I have to say they are some great staff and nice people, but I do not tolerate when someone is supposed to work on specific part of my car. Now my car is messed up, I lost power and torque. They had my car for 2 hours now my car is basically reset to factory after putting time and money into tuning and getting my car performance up. I know my car in and out cause I spend endless hours on my car daily and also I'm into car shows etc. I know when there's something wrong my car. Whatever they input in my obdII port and scanned. It wrecked my cars tuner performance.

Arrived at the dealership upon opening without an appointment. Had blown my rear tire and was riding on the donut. An associate named Paul was extremely welcoming and friendly. Paul was able to bring positivity to a stressful situation. Paul took my info and within minutes I was at the desk of a service representative. Kevin listened to my concerns and made a few notes. Kevin called throughout the day to let me know the progress of the vehicle. My tire was replaced under warranty, a recall completed on the coolant pump and they even washed and cleaned the car. If we could give 0 stars we would. We were looking for a new vehicle and really wanted to try the Q5 and Q7 due to the amazing things we had heard. We had an appointment with Steve Dumbrell and from the start it was not great. When we arrived we were advised to go to him at his desk. We approached as he was sitting alone and he advised us that we had to wait as he was with another customer, which was not an issue.We talked for a few minutes and there wasn't really any chat about what we were looking for in a car in terms of features. We advised that we were were interested in a Q5 and maybe a Q7 as we were comparing between the Q7 and a BMW X5. He brought us the base model of the Q5. As we drove the car we tried to test the features like NAV and it didn't work as a message appeared advising it was not supported with this model. He told us nothing about the car, just gave us the keys and sent us on our way. Needless to say, the test drive was trash, nothing worked, there was no sunroof etc. When we came back, we told him we were not able to test out the features of the car, and his answer was that it was base model and can discuss the add-ons that we want... but how can we add features if we have no idea what they are like in their vehicle... Then he brought us a fully loaded Q7 handed us the keys and left. Again giving us ZERO info about the car. We drove it and liked it, however when we arrived at the dealership, he was helping other customers, meaning we had to wait again. This really threw us off as when we had arrived he gave his previous customers the time and curiosity to be available to them, a service we didn't get. We ended up leaving. All this to say, if you want an Audi, probably don't go the the Audi on Upper James, unless you like not being valued as a customer.

Steve Dumbrell contacted me on Jun 4,2021 after I made an online enquiry. The same day I responded to his email, call and left a voicemail. Did not hear back from him. June 8- had a chat with Support agent and detailed her about my exchange with Steve and requested her to assign me different sales agent so that I can book an appointment to test drive Q5 and Q7. She noted my email, phone etc and did not hear back from anyone from sales. This is extremely poor customer service and unempathetic, never expected this from Audi.
