Found a great car at a great price with low kms...after a couple weeks noticed a problem ..turns out it's a factory defect that ford recalled ...however no warranty remaining on the car meant ford would not fix it ...called Atlas and he got it fixed for me even rented us a car at his expense when the process took longer than anticipated ...this guy is aces is my book ...a man of his word which is rare today ...awesome customer service ...highly recommended if he treats all his customers like he did me you won t be disappointed

The most honest dealer I have come across thus far! I purchased a 2011 Jetta and was shown all papers, car proof and pictures of before and after. Azhar took the time to help me out of what vehicle is best for me and what fits my life style and budget. He treated me so well and even offered me coffee and donuts:) he took the time and initiative and went out of his way to get me the perfect car. He basically did not want me to settle for less. His prices are unbeatable (trust me I basically went and asked around almost everywhere from Toronto all the way to St. Catharines) best service I have ever got purchasing a car from a dealer. I can safely say this was my best, friendliest, most honest deal that I have ever done. I highly recommend this dealer (Atlas automotive)! It was just a pleasure and a breez :) I will definitely recommend this dealer to all my family and friends.

I'm not sure about some of the reviews here but my experience with this dealership and the owner was good experience and I recommended them to a friend of mine and he had great experience too. The Owner informed us the car we were interested in had an accident and repaired he was very honest with us and clear on everything from the first phone conversation. I'm certain if you asked the right questions you will get the right answers without any exaggeration nor miss-information. In my experience and my friend's experience with this dealership we were fully informed by the owner about every single issue with the car and he provided the history and photos of the cars before and after repair.

My experience with Atlas was great I purchased my first with them as a new buyer I was probably asking too many questions but the owner was more the helpful in providing a carproof and answering all my questions regarding the car. I will return to atlas in the future for my second car but till then I will always recommend Atlas to friends and family.

This guy is a joke! I specifically asked if the car I was interested in was in very good shape and he promised that it was. Then the real story starts as soon as I get there that the car has been in a accident, that there are multiple pieces broken and the car is utterly filthy. The reason I write this review is that I asked numerous times if the car was in good shape because it was a long drive to come see it and he blatantly lied just to get me there. This is really ignorant considering he wasted my time and I was really disappointed. I will never look at another advertisement by this guy because it is likely false and misleading - seems to be his business model...

I went to azhar with a tight budget at the time and he was able to find me a car fast! My second car was time for an upgrade and once again he was able to find me a car to meet my needs. Agree 100% previous review: Highly do not recommend going to this dealership. very shady, very rude and they try to rush your business with them. Very unprofessional. most of their vehicles have been in accidents and they aren't willing to show you car proofs for them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Tried to get me to buy an UNFIT car and told me it was all ok. No problem. Get car status checked with Ministry of Transportation before you end up in trouble.

Wow. Seem less from tow pick up to car return. Marco and Jason both are masters of there division. Being in my first accident, everything was confusing and scary. I didn’t know what I needed to do. Jason came with his tow truck hooked my car up and did not leave my side until the police report was done, and I was in a rental... safe and on my way home. Marco at the body shop dealt with the insurance company appraiser and took care of all the repairs. My car was returned to me like it came off the lot 6 years ago. Repairs were excellent, plus the car was polished inside and out. They honestly made a scary experience like an accident .... an enjoyable experience. Their numbers are saved and if I ever find myself in a position like that again they will be my go to phonecall. Thanks altas.

I was searching for a Volkswagen jetta and i went to this guy because had one listed online and when u got there he had 10 to choose from and i finally made up my mind and got the one that had the features i was looking for a really good price!! All i did was sign the papers and pay the money and get behind the wheel. Very fast dealership will get you driving right away not like any others they take days to get u going. Don't go here. The sales person isn't only arrogant but doesn't understand the business in which he deals with. I made an offer on a car, in hopes of negotiating a price, rather then bartering and proposing an alternative, he got insulted and offended, then proceeded to tell me to never go to a dealership if I'm going to make offers. I can admit it was a low offer, but the first offer is always followed up by a second and third, and aren't we all trying to save a little money? Not only that, if you are a car sales person, the occupation in which you function is made for deals, working with people, not against them. This place is nothing but laughable, he was on the phone half of the time we were inspecting the car, the car was in an accident but he didn't want to provide a car proof if i wasn't going to buy the car so he could save $50. On top of everything, the immaturity of a man trying to justify his skills by telling you he sells cars for $25,000 that have been in accidents isn't only shady but feeble minded. Telling someone to read your text messages during a business deal so they can see that someones buying the car on Friday, shows the great character which must've taken a life time to acquire. All in all I learned from it, but do your self the favour and save yourself from the unnecessary ignorance of this place. Theres many other places where you can get a car and interact with other people who are there to help you and understand that those who help other people end up helping themselves. Stay away from this place, for your own personal and financial well-being.

He honest to refund my purchase money because the oil filter could not come out when my auto shop did the oil change for the car after 10 days. The whole engine was shift in and not fix well.
