Bought my car from here, it was a fast and easy process. Biggest thing is when I had to get my car sent in for issues which I thought was related to the starter. Two mechanics said it was the starter. Brought it to ford and all it was was a wire or battery plug that was loose. $175 instead of $1000

I have been a long term customer at Airport Ford. My guy, Nick Guastadisegni has taken care of my whole family. Nick is a fun, charismatic gentleman with a no bull commitment to his clients. Go see Nick. The service department is one that goes against the stigma of being on the take or gouging the customer. They diagnose and fulfill their repairs in a timely manner and get their people back on the road asap. Booking a regular service appointment is easy and they are very thorough. I usually deal with Krystal in service. She is friendly and efficient. My confidence level rises when she helps with my appointments. Loving my new 2017 F-150 Sport. In an age where it is hard to find dependable quality and trustworthy service, Airport goes above and beyond.

Steve Gracie went out of his way on Sunday to offer advice and help, even though the Service department was closed. Karen in service was helpful. The problem: 1. Car not starting, needs a jump every morning. 2. Central door locking system and key fob not opening/locking doors. 3. Passenger window not working. After service: 1. Car starts - New battery 2. Central door locking system and key fob NOT opening/locking doors 3.Passenger window NOT working. Cost? Over $600 for a battery and being told I will have to spend another $300.00 to repair window. $600.00 for a battery and none of the other issues were fixed. Maybe a, "Skip the diagnostic cost to find the locking problem?"

Scott the service advisor is amazing. I'm not knowledgeable with cars so he speaks to me in ways I'll understand. He is always nice and gives me an approximate time frame on when to expect my car. I switched waiting in lines for a service advisor because the one lady there ( Crystal) is always so nasty its actually unbearable having to go here when I have to go in. Next time, I'm not even wasting my time trying to deal with her. It's sad that they want to buy back my car but I won't because I cant imagine having to deal with her any longer than I already have to if I got a new Ford.

I had my third service appointment for my 2017 Escape. Staff were very friendly and inquired if I had any issues with the SUV. None reported so they took my Escape right in for it's oil change and inspection etc. I was pleased with their attention to detail when the job was done and Rob explained what the technician had noted on the work order. My experience at Airport Ford has always been a good one. Staff are friendly and now that I have had my F250 for 4 years now some of the staff remember me. I usually stay while my truck is being worked on. I have not had many issues with the truck and take it in for service for regular maintenance. Knowing that it can it can sometimes take a little more than an hour. However this time it took closer to 3 hours. Which was disappointing. My biggest complaint came towards the end of my wait. One of the staff came into the waiting area to carry on a very loud, persononal conversation. Something about having renovation done to his house, a door being hung and telling the person on the other end how to do it. Plus yelling because the phone was alway looking at the ceiling or the floor. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional. It is my opinion that he left the sales area because of the type of conversation he was having. To add to his talking, the volume on the music being played over the system was very load and the TV volume on was causing me a lot of distress. I would have left the building but due to Covid and being very cold outside I could not leave the waiting area. I do not think I should have had to do that.

Had this problem in the past with other dealerships,once you sign that paper they don’t want to go that extra mile for your customer loyalty.. I asked the salesman once I purchased the vehicle if he could help me with the enhanced park assist & thought he would take me for a drive to show me.. he just waved at the screen & gave me a quick what to do instead..also because it was a used vehicle I had an issue within my 1st week of purchase & because I didn’t pay the almost 4000$ For their 3 year warranty again they did nothing because it wasn’t “mechanical” .. there are other dealerships in Hamilton that do more for their customers unfortunately this is not one of them????????

Editing to add: whoever moved my car this time slammed my driver's seat into my car seat and managed to loosen it to an unsafe degree. Thankfully I noticed it because of how bad it was rattling it and tightened it when I got home. More great service eh! I keep giving these guys the benefit of the doubt and don't know why. The service desks are always undermanned and it can take an eternity for anyone to even speak to you, they're often too busy chatting amongst themselves, eating, or talking to clients they know on a personal level about nothing, shopping, etc. I've asked several times for the weather seal to be fixed on my door and literally saw it hanging loose when I went to pick it up and was told it had been done. It's still an issue 2 years later. I've been left in the waiting room for over an hour after my car was done, despite informing several people where I'd be, and asking if my car was ready several times. Each time I'm promised this kind of thing will never happen again and I'm over it.

Everything was terrific except that I did not receive $10 off the bill in spite of bringing the print out from my computer which the service technician had photo copied before the procedure. I didn't realize it until I was home and examined the details of my bill. So my fault too.

Real bad service. Showed car it had scratches and the AC didn’t work. Refused to fix it even when sales person and manager had said they would. Was told to go to a finance guy and told take it or leave it. Left feeling very disappointed.

Just bought a f150 from Steve Gracie at airport ford today he was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable we test drove the same truck at three other ford dealerships and then the fourth was at this one when we arrived to test drive he had the vehicle ready waiting and wasn't even gonna come along till we asked him too because we did not know Hamilton after the test drive the staff took my daughter made her a hot chocolate we made a deal and shook hands that night and were to return today Saturday to pick up we were on a time schedule so when we came he helped move things along quickly taking our three teens to the waiting room again making sure everyone got coffees and refreshments once again. the trailer brake and tunnel cover was installed and it had been detailed inside and out it had been smoked in by previous owner so he had ran the ionizer and sprayed interior with stuff and bought me air freshener!! I also brought my own so it smelt pretty good!! he paid attention to the fact that it bothered me and went the extra mile for us. he gassed it up with premium gas too full tank!! It was pouring rain so he pulled it in the bay to go over everything too. I had never used a navigation devise before in a vehicle or voice controls he was very patient explaining it to us. Even though we were buying a used truck he made us feel just as important as if we were buying a brand new Larriatt. If i have to give criticism which i don't want to would only be the bug deflector was not on when we arrived due to the fact that the skin one was not in stock so he wanted to ask us if the other style was ok and we said yes so we had to wait for it to get installed Steve got a service guy to do rather quickly in the bay area. This put us a little behind schedule a phone call Friday night would have been better but it was all good we made it to Paris in time for daughter sports game I would recommend airport ford -Steve Gracie

I’ve been around long enough to have bought and sold my own cars, boats, motorcycles, Kenworth trucks…but I’d never considered trading in my used car for another used car at a branded dealership. But I’d never met John Drysdale or Jim Efstathioi before last weekend. Spotted a car online on Friday that was exactly what I was looking for. Paid them a visit late Monday afternoon. Didn’t feel any need to trade my existing car. But literally within 5 minutes of a relaxing and informative conversation they made the math and all the logistics work effortlessly. A done deal. Five minutes. And then a brief visit with Lauren Kim to go over the details of the paper process was just as chill and professional. Three days later and everything was exactly as they promised. Airport Ford made sure we could not deal with the way they tossed my all seasons tires into the cargo area of my 2018 F150. My wife questioned what they did, they assured her it was fine. The truck and the tires were all purchased at airport Ford. My 22 inch all seasons were tossed in the truck bed leaning hard against the back gate, with the tunnel cover up all the way, not latch it to anything! The tunnel cover flopped down, crashed into the tires and almost pushed the whole lot out onto the Red Hill. As it was, when we opened the back gate, three of the four tires came charging out. Why? All these years, you wrap the tires and put them in the back seat, as we always request. Not good!

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience when buying my 2018 Ford Escape recently. Brittany made the entire transaction smooth, easy, and fun! I never felt pressured to buy anything from her, and she seemed to genuinely care about making sure I got into the right vehicle to suit my needs. She took me on several test drives and enthusiastically showed me all the features of the vehicles. Once I had picked the one for me, she made sure everything was ready exactly the way I wanted it on pick up - winter tires on, front tints done, cargo organizer in the back, and weather tech mats in place. As someone who is very busy, it was a relief to know that Brittany was always on top of everything so all I had to do was show up, sign, and drive away. (After getting a personal tutorial on how to use everything of course!) Between her and Karyn, the finance manager, everything was quick and easy. Very friendly and attentive staff, with the exception of the parts Mgr. He was abrasive when l refused to wear a mask in his shop bay while retrieving my car. I explained that l was exempt from wearing anything on my face and had told 3 other employees the same. He then asked me to wait outside in the blowing snow. I didn’t want an argument to evolve so l did as asked. This fellow needs some serious training on how to handle the public, learn what the by-laws are within the city of Hamilton. I suspect the other 3 who approached me are similarly misinformed about the wearing of protective equipment. I was less than impressed.

My car had a slight alignment issue. Took it to Eastgate Ford to have it fixed. Not only the problem was not fixed, the technician took my car out on a joyride. After a week or so, I decided to try out Airport Ford. I explained my concern to the service rep and he was very understanding. My alignment was fixed within 30 mins and I was invited to test drive my car with the service manager to ensure I was happy with the result. What a difference to be respected as a valued customer and what a great feeling when the dealership takes pride and respect your property. Airport ford was finnished with my csr in a1/2 hour. I looked at the 2020 escape. It is wonderful. Electric and gas. I am impressed. It is now 2021 and the battery in my car needed to be replace. My boyfriend recently purchased an F-150 from Airport Ford. I cannot put into words how amazing our experience was. The staff at Airport Ford are extremely knowledgeable and know exactly how to make you feel as comfortable as possible, particularity Steve Gracie, who had an amazing attitude from the start. We called ahead about a truck that we had seen online and he informed us that it was in Sault st Marie, but assured us that he could get it here in a decent timeframe. We trusted him so much that we decided to put a deal together without even seeing the truck in person! Next, we met Mike Chamberlain, who was also amazing! He made the stressful financing process such a breeze and really went the extra mile to make sure we got the deal that we wanted. We met Karen at the end, when it was time to sign all of the papers and she went over everything with us and made the deal official. She really knows how to put you at ease. I wasn’t even considering a Ford for my next vehicle purchase, however, our experience at Airport Ford means that I will definitely be returning there once I am ready to buy my next vehicle. If I could give this dealership 10 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough to describe our experience there. Amazing!

Went in to buy my first car (a new 2020 Ford Fusion) and Airport Ford couldn't have made it any easier. I dealt with Nick G and he went the extra mile to ensure that I was making the right choice and gave me very informative information. When I finally decided on what car I wanted, I asked about one that wasn't in the lot but in their dealer network. Originally this car was far out and I would have to be charged an $650 additional delivery fee. However, after my call with him he started looking up other cars in their dealer network and found one much closer. He was able to get it on the lot the next day, at which point I was able to go on a second test drive and decided to make the purchase. I was able to get the windows tinted and take delivery of the car within 3 business days after that. Overall, I'd highly recommend Nick G and Airport Ford as a whole, they made the whole experience as painless as possible.

The sale of my truck was a great experience, however some of the services have not. Had a technician forget to reconnect a sensor for my air intake which cost me dearly in fuel economy until I fixed it myself. Most recently I had a MIL (check engine light) come on the same day I received my truck from getting regular maintenance. Dealership tried to charge me $100 for running a diagnostic test after already scanning and providing them with the proper trouble code. They waived that fee but I still ended up paying $100 deductible for the crankcase pressure sensor to be replaced. My recent service was the worst. Waited over 6 weeks for parts to come in and my truck still doesn’t ride perfectly even after the $6700 service. Not the happiest camper after those experiences. I’ll be going to Mohawk Ford going forward!

I used to like them a lot because they were very good to my mom and always took great care of her and the car with exceptional service. But this is the second time it's happened where my mom has taken the car in for service and it came back with problems that were not there before. What happened: My mom took her car in for service. After the service we started noticing problems with the brake, and my mom didn't feel safe driving it anymore because it wasn't stopping well. So she took the car back and they told her there was a new problem with the brakes and that it would $1700 to fix. But before we took it in for service we had noticed no problem with the brakes. This is the second time something like this has happened. I used to plan that when I save up enough money I would buy a car from them because of how they had always took care of my mom. But now I don't want to because it seems like when we take the car in for service it comes back a little worse. (except for the two times, in which it was a lot worse and cost a lot to fix)

Scheduled service appt plus A/C repair. Intake went smooth. Shuttle service excellent. Call with estimate of work and expense came in timely manner. Service was accommodating of my needs and had everything ready. Upon arrival for pick up service could have been better. Two reps didn't acknowledge that I was waiting. One carried on non work related conversation with another customer and the other kept eyes down on desk. I eventually asked for service after waiting 5 minutes. Prices are also high at the dealer. May look into other service options for this reason. Vehicle is running great now. No issues.

Every time I called them about my vehicle somehow no one knew who I was, what vehicle I was talking about, or what I was talking about. Instead of booking my appointment they apparently forgot to and forgot to call me as well, all while my vehicle was in their possession. The woman who answers the calls to transfer was very rude when I was trying to explain to her the situation. No one is ever available to talk, the voicemail messages are out of date with either no name or an outdated name. It was an absolute headache dealing with most of the associates there. I had to take my car back before they could work on it due to the terrible service.

Two words Steve Gracie….from the entire process of start to finish, Steve was there for me. His communication with my was impeccable. If the was a day that Steve was off he arranged for test drives and had the vehicles ready to go for me! Further, Steve had locate the exact model, colour, and package I wanted for my vehicle. (Ford Edge ST, 401a pkg). My only gripe with the edge he found me was it didn’t have the wheels I wanted. HOWEVER, due to Steve’s hard work and creativity a solution was provided. The wheels were sent out to be blacked out. Further Steve, made my communication with the finance managers easy, as well as the parts department. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, go to Airport Ford and go see the one and only Steve Gracie. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren Kim and Karyn Morton. Both are extremely knowledgeable and provided me with the proper guidance, with the buying process and dealing with Ford credit. My prior vehicle was a write off and I owed money on it still. Both Lauren and Karyn walked me through this process, Lauren even contacted Ford credit on my behalf to advise me of the best course of action. I want to thank Steve, Lauren and Karyn. They put up with me and my continuous harassment. I will be recommending Airport Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle! I still will not attend this dealership for service, due to past experiences.

We were on the hunt for a Ford Transit to start a new business and this dealership happened to be the first (and only) stop. We met with Nick G. who informed us that there was a single Transit 250 in stock at this location. Due to the recent high demand of cargo vans, we had to jump on this rare opportunity. Nick was openly honest, helpful, and patient while helping us find the best deal that would fit our budget. She was always able to find us a solution to our start-up challenges and really went the extra mile to get all the necessary paperwork completed within a very tight time frame. Am sorry but my fiance and I had bad experience with this location. We bought a used car -as is and paid the whole amount and they promised to give a temporary license plate with it and the ownership. We paid for the plates and the ownership but on the day of pickup they told us they cannot provide the license plate and refunded the money. And asked us to go sevice ontario. When we visited service ontario they didn't give us the plate because there was no safety check. We both were travelling back and forth for the license plate which they said they will provide. Atlast the representative just dropped the vehicle at our home. Now we have to tow the vehicle to the garage, do the safety and then the plates. AND PAY FOR THE TOWING WHICH COULD COST AROUND $150. They should have told us before ownership that they cannot do the plates. But, I should say the salesperson was nice and helpful.

One star is generous but I am unable to post this without assigning the minimum. This is a long story but worth the read if you are considering this dealer. Last week, my car needed fixing for a recall (stalling) and I was fit in immediately for the following day (great!). I was then called the same day by the advisor assigned to me (she was amazing) to be told that the fix was completely covered and that someone would call me in the morning before noon to arrange a pick up time for a courtesy ride to the dealer - it was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. I never got a call the next day and didn't even get an answer when I called service myself FIVE times (no return of voicemail either). I then got driven to the dealer since I couldn't get an answer on the phone and upon arrival, I was not acknowledged by any one behind the counter who were seemingly chatting amongst themselves. It was the gentleman who had given me a shutle ride home the day before who actually came over and asked if I needed help. The mechanic then approached me and told me that there was a $500 repair needed on my car, that parts had been ordered (which I wasn't made aware of), and that I actually couldn't have my car back until the following week which was an issue as I study in Toronto. He couldn't explain what had happened in the time since I was told it was all covered and ready to be picked up and unfortunately, my advisor was off this day. I was then hurried off to Enterprise to get a rental vehicle without much information as to how it would be paid for and I was given no further information until I myself called Ford the Monday morning to get an update. My adviser was also confused about the situation and informed me that the mechanic had told her that he had spoken to me and that I had authorized the ordering of the needed parts... This was completely UNTRUE. Not only did I not receive a single call from Airport Ford except from the advisor the day before saying that everything was covered, but the only communication that I had with the mechanic was when I showed up at the dealer to be told that my car needed additional work, which was only AFTER the parts had supposedly already been ordered... My advisor then did some investigating and ultimately was able to get everything covered for me - she was the only saving grace in all of this. I was able to pick my car up 6 days later with no sympathy or apology offered to me by the mechanic or anyone else. As a result, I spoke with the service manager who ultimately defended the situation as a mere "miscommunication" and did in no way condemn those that were negatively involved or who had caused me unnecessary grief for a good few days. I was offered no upright incentive to return although that is fine with me as I would never feel comfortable enough to take my vehicle back to this location, or even to Ford dealership in general. The damage has been done and I would even suggest that I was taken advantage of as a young woman who is not extremely knowledgeable with regards to cars. I am a very unhappy customer and this was disgusting service, except from that of advisor, the lady who kindly booked me in so quick, and the shuttle driver who are the only three good things about this place! Avoid if you can.

Steve was always available by phone or text to answer any questions I had. The Finance Manager (Karyn) was also great. Everything was very well organized (paperwork, finance, plates etc) and was all done as per the timeline she provided. The biggest difference between Karyn and other finance managers I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships is that she did not try to force me or put pressure on me to get anything that I didn't want. She would explain what was available and moved on if I was not interested.

Was told by a friend to check out Airport Ford for the new F150 pick up trucks the wife and I went into the receptionist area and was meet by the receptionist which then called for a new car service rep. This review is a big thank you to Steve Gracie who sold me my car back in November 2018. I walked into Airport Ford with no knowledge of vehicles, no idea what would be right for me and was overall lost. This was my first purchase of a car, and I was already nervous as my previous car transmission had just died a few days prior. I received nothing but complete professionalism, kindness and knowledge from Steve. Steve was extremely patient, and thorough with me during my 2 visits before purchase. He asked the proper questions, suggested options that would suit my needs and allowed me to take my time to make the right choice. I did end up purchasing on my 3rd visit, and after meeting with Steve on day one I knew Airport Ford would be the place I would be making my first large purchase. With intentions of searching a few other dealerships I ended up cancelling my other appointments as I knew they would not be able to provide me the security I felt while being assisted by Steve. I never once felt pressured or obligated to purchase, I never felt misdirected or like I was just another sale. I had a pretty low budget and ended up purchasing used, but I was treated just as if I was purchasing the most expensive vehicle, and that is why I would always recommend Airport Ford over and over. I have been dealing with Airport Ford for 20 plus years. Until recently, they were the best. My immediate family has purchased 18 vehicles in those 20 years from them. In October I went in to purchase a brand new 2016 Lincoln MKX. Their pricing seemed really high so I decided to shop around (never questioned them before). I got two other quotes on the same vehicle, same serial no. for much cheaper. I ended up buying it for $3,900 cheaper than Airport's quote from another local dealer. Needless to say they weren't happy with me at all. In December my 18 year son spotted a 2004 Ranger at Airport. He really wanted it. I asked for an AS IS price as we have always purchased used vehicles AS IS from them. I was told we couldn't buy it AS IS. It had to have a Safety Check. We were quoted a price with the safety When my son decided to proceed with the purchase the price went up $600. They said it needed more work than they thought. I wanted to cancel but my son had to have the truck. When we went to pick it up, it wasn't ready and was filthy dirty. We waited three hours before we could finally leave with it Within a month of purchase, the rear wheel fell off while he was driving. Luckily no one was hurt. When the lug nuts were checked, we were told they were not torqued. At that point he had put on 552 km. Then a week later the muffler started to make noise. We had it checked and found out that it was paper thin and should have never passed a safety. That cost us $350. We also had the tire pressure checked as the truck was handling poorly. PSI on the tires is 30. Two were over 40 psi and one just under, the last one was 32. Keep in mind that since the purchase there have been 1100 km put on the truck to date. My son will be taking the truck into a shop this week for a Safety Check at our expense as it is very obvious this truck was not inspected properly. I have tried to communicate with them many times at Airport Ford regarding this whole situation. No one will return my call or my messages.

Had a vehicle towed in after hours for work, was meet by reception who aided in filling out the drop off form. Got a call first thing in the morning from Scott who quickly gather all the info from me before having the technician take a look. About mid afternoon, Scott gave me a courtesy call and gave me the full details and what was found and needed to be worked on. He was honest and direct and informed that a part needed to be ordered in that they don't typically stock and it would be in by next day morning. To my surprise, early next day, Scott called and said my car was ready for pick up! I informed him I would not make it in before closing time and if I could get shuttle pick up on Saturday to get my vehicle and he said yes. Come Saturday, I called in to arrange shuttle pick up with Kristy and was told there was no shuttle, even after I had mentioned I previously spoken with Scott and that was ok... reply again was sorry we don't have shuttle on Saturday. Didn't think twice about it and just had to Uber it there to the dealership. Upon arriving and waiting behind another customer who had just dropped off his vehicle for a 1st maintenance oil change on his vehicle, I hear Kristy the person behind the desk offer him a shuttle home while they work on his vehicle... If this is the way they deduct business, and probably would have gotten away with it if I didn't just happened to be there at that exact moment... I guess you only get special treatment if you recently bought. As You can see, you can get your vehicle worked on at any dealership but due to this level of service I'll be taking my car to another Ford for future work. Sorry Scott, you were great in all aspect but the latter part of my service has turned me off.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! I saw a car on airport Fords website and called to inquire. John told me that the Ford F-150 was available. I went the next day in the morning and saw the car and liked it and according to the dealership I bought it. I signed the paperwork and paid the deposit. After two days the manager brendon called and told me that the car was SOLD to someone else. This dealership was very confusing In trying to explain to me what had happened. All the manager told me was it was my bad and I can give you a similar car however all the cars he was offering was nowhere close to the one I was interested. On top of all that I had sold my car and had no car since I thought I had bought the Ford F-150 but that wasn’t the case. BEWARE of this dealership and make sure they give you proof to make sure the car stays yours.

I recently bought for my business a used 2015 Ford Transit connect from the Hamilton Ford dealership ,for a great price/millage trading in my old sedan. I'm very happy with the vehicle ( even if I had a small problem with the battery, but it was immediately replaced ) and the service, very efficient, professional and friendly . Also to mention the Ford roadside assistance service program. In less than 1 hour they were in my driveway fixing the issue. As I am a qualified automotive tech decided to take a look.Caliper pins rusty,no lubricant on pins at all,rust between flange and brake rotor ,sloppy job.Would think twice taking car back for service here.

I was referred to airport Ford by a friend. He told me to speak with Steve Gracie. I was able to set up a meeting with Steve regarding a potential trade in and purchase. Right from jump, Steve was a true gentleman. The best and most real salesman I've ever met. Just like talking to one of your buddies. He made the entire process a pleasurable experience. He was meticulously thorough in explaining the features of the car we were going to test drive. Steve's co-worker, Roland Stiler, was also extremely friendly and helpful by explaining a couple features and helping us with a second test drive. When our purchase was delivered, Steve even gave it a secondary wipe down to ensure it was extra clean (it was spotless before that). Karyn Morton, who explained the extended warranty and drew up the final paperwork, was great to deal with as well. I called in December to inquire if I could get a rental car covered for my recall work on my Flex as I live outside the limits for a shuttle a s at that time stores were closed and you could not wait at the dealership during the service. I was told No you do not do that for recalls. When I brought the Flex in for the recall work I asked for an oil change since I'm already there and had to make arrangements with someone else to pick me up and stay in the area for the day. My appointment was booked weeks in advance and nothing was communicated to me that the recall parts were on global back order until 2 hours later when my oil change was done. This was a waste of my time and inconvenience to have to make arrangements with other people as I live 45-50 minutes away and there is nowhere to wait at the dealership. If I had known my parts weren't ready I wouldn't have had you do my oil change. The service advisor told me you do actually give rental vehicles for cases Iike this and he will set one up for when my recall parts come in. You need to strengthen your admin staff. I've worked for chrysler and Honda in service booking and follow up. This level service is unacceptable. Not to mention how difficult it was just to reach someone to make an appointment. I understand everyone is working differently during this time but it's been a year like this, you should have better service by now with kinks worked out. Very disappointing.

The service department is a disgrace in the way it is run. My last visit was huge pain in the a#@. Had a part ordered. They called when it was in. I asked for a Saturday appointment. They said no mechanics work on Saturdays. What?.... Mohawk ford has mechanics on Saturdays, so do most other dealerships. I said during the week doesnt work well for me. (12hrs a day I work) They said sorry but we cant help. So needless to say...I'm done with these guys and their shoddy excuses. Service team was very professional, handled my appointment in the time frame mentioned, performed extra requests during my visit and documented one request that could not be done (specialized tech was not available - rescheduled). I was welcomed upon arrival and my questions were answered confidently. Lounge area was very comfortable, organized and clean. Coffee, tea, TV and wifi were available which is always a nice touch. Would recommend this location for service on your vehicle.

extraordinary customer service! we were in an emergency situation since our old truck broke suddenly and we were in need of finding a new truck for our fencing business immediately , we went so many dealership but no success ,finally we landed in Airport ford Lincoln and had an appointment with the sales person Blake and he was unbelievably helpful and friendly. He suggested the best truck for us and also he was so helpful . Though we purchased a truck and canceled it before picking it up and purchased a bigger truck from him , it was so much of work for him in short time but he was still very positive and made our experience great. My fiancé and I were looking for a new vehicle for a few months now. Being a young couple we do find the customer service we receive is often below average. After a terrible experience at Queenston Chevrolet we took a break from looking. In the beginning of December I was browsing online and within the same week we purchased a pre owned Ford Edge. Ken and John were very helpful finding us the right car as we are expecting a baby any day now and needed the extra room. Mike helped us with the finance portion of it all and he was excellent!! He made us feel confident and excited about our purchase. After driving off the lot we did notice a slight problem with the car, John addressed it right away and got us into service within the same week. Karen from service was amazing! She kept us updated on the status of our vehicle the entire time and was very easy to get a hold of. Not to mention this was the same week as Christmas, and Ontario going back into lockdown.
