I saw a Mazda5 on Adam's lot and liked it. The price was right. During the pandemic Adam insisted on no personal contact and no test drive. Hidden Gem by the Queenston traffic circle. Truely the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Adam is honest, genuine and goes the extra mile (literally) to make his customers happy. He went above and beyond what was required with a normal safety and had minor, none concerning items fixed, like my power mirror button. Who does that? My experience was so delightful that I left Adams lot with 2 used car and a friend. It’s been a few weeks since my purchase and both cars are running nicely. Adam himself is a nice guy, He tries to make you happy which is great. But the cars he sells have issues and not sure if the mechanics he uses hide whats wrong with the car and mask the problems of the car for him. Just make sure you take the vehicle to your mechanic to have it checked over even if he certifies it. I made the mistake and did not do that...turns out the rockers are rotten, rust started showing up all over the car and you can see on the roof where they repainted it but only half the roof. Car smells of something in the engine burning to mention a few. Wish I never had bought this car for real. SO NOW AFTER THE REVIEW IS UP ADAM IS THREATENING ME WITH LEGAL ACTION IF I DONT TAKE IT DOWN. WHAT HAPPENED TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH ADAM. GUESS NOT SUCH A NICE GUY. Funny to see all the 5 star reviews on his page he asked me to do the 5 star thing as well. Beware

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!! I brought 2005 ford focus for a reasonable price from this guy and the owner Adam is extremely friendly and very honest! Finally found someone who is genuinely a nice person and not a sleazy salesman. He told me everything about the car, hid nothing, and low budget, no hidden fees, and didn't push the sale and make me feel pressured AT ALL. Some time ago I bought a vehicle from adam. He said he didnt know of any issues with it Test drive around the block went well. We bought it. I started for home an hour away. Got to the higheay and it died. Had to have it towed. Had it looked at by 2 different mechanics. Blown head gasket. I called adam . He said you bought it as is,true enough,buyer beware. Never buy there again nor recommend him

Adam gets 5 stars for honouring my car deal and being prompt in repairing a problem which appeared just as I was about to drive off the lot. A manufacturing defect in that car kicked in just as I was about to leave. I was pleased and relieved that Adam was thoroughly professional and made sure that replacement parts were properly installed, realizing that this surprise surely had to eat into his profit margin. He also responded to my concern that the front rotors pulsated when braking...and promptly replaced them. Thanks, Adam, for being both good natured and professional.
