I bought a 2004 Mercedes Benz SL500 from Acen Motors. It frankly was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've ever had. Ed Couto is more of a car enthusiast than a car salesman. In fact - there is no haggling. The price is the price. This is my 6th Benz - I've bought three directly from Mercedes in the past - and I would buy again from Ed in a heartbeat.

Great experience. Ed is a very cheerful and upfront guy. No haggle prices so he's not hiding anything. Got a good deal on a Subaru Impreza. Had some problems with the brakes and battery and Ed fully paid for a new battery and brake work after I came back to him two weeks later. Again great experience; I would recommend others looking for good cars with little hassle to check Acen Motors out.

Purchased 2006 Corvette from Ed.. The experience was exellence ... Ed was up front , answered all of my questions..before I traveled from New Brunswick to view the car.. When arriving at Ed dealership there was no presure to buy ... After the purchase Ed went well above and out of his way helping me to have the car shipped back to NB.. I dealt with Ed to purchase a vehicle just this past week and for personal reasons I had to back out of the deal. Although I lost my deposit ( I understand he registered the car for me) he was very professional and didn’t get pushy like a lot of other sales people might do. I really felt bad about backing out. What can I say ? Ed !!!! Class....Class... All the way. It cannot be bought.. you are either born with it or not... We drove to Hamilton from North of Toronto and meet Ed and his pal Mark. After a less than pleasant experience just prior, at a Burlington Dealer, Ed and Mark were refreshing, polite, knowledgeable breaths of fresh air. My son and I were happily surprised to find the vehicle exactly as advertised and pictured. We were not "Looked down upon" or treated as "tolerated second class citizens". The transaction went smoothly, and within a few days, my son was delighted to picked up his fine indeed Camaro SS. Thank you Ed... (Now if only that BMW was a hard top instead of convertible). One of the sadest and frustrating experience with one of the staff members ( maybe the owner ) !!!! Contacting the dealer 2 days ago being very interested in buying one of their's car ! Answer to my call saying that the car is not for sale cause the owner is using fir himself ! I was asked to call after 10 days ! Being really intersted to buy that car I contacted again the dealer by e-mail ! Get a fast answer trough e-mail saying that I will be contacted by someone asap ! Nobody contacted me ! Next day in the morning car was sold !!!! Sadly this is my experience with this dealership ! Of course that I will follow more complaints cause this behaviour is completely unfair wrong and dangerous for future customers !
