Another dealer that was prompt at first returning emails and then they just stopped. Living hours away. Email is important when vehicle shopping. So is there online inventory. Dylan seemed nice then stopped replying. It seems the Dodge dealers in and around Halifax don't care if they sell you a vehicle or not. I'll go elsewhere for my new truck.

Worse vehicle service ever! Service agent tried to tell me I didn't know the difference between a 1/4 tank of gas and a 1/2 tank of gas. Did not offer an apology when he realized he was wrong. Will never do business with them again.
Traded in my old van for a newer model and the service I got from Dylan and Jennifer was second to none. They made everything as easy and fast as anyone could ask for and both were pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for actual service I would whole heartedly recommend them!

After getting my ten-year-old van serviced last week at Steele Chrysler I realized that with new tires and other fixes that might occur in the future that it might be time to start looking for a new car. Since I’ve been going to Steele Chrysler for the past few years to get my van serviced (we’re not originally from Halifax) I have gotten such wonderful customer service (Ashlee Brown is great!) that I decided to start my search at Steele Chrysler. When I went to look at their used car selection I found my sales consultant (Caleb Oliver) very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. No pushy sales tactics, he genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me. I also had my 4 year old kid in tow and he made it convenient for me to transfer my car seat so that I could take a test drive (was pretty exciting for my kid). I ended up finding another van that I loved and I got a great trade in offer for my old van. Buying the van was a pretty painless transaction — both Caleb Oliver and Pat Hickey (the finance manager) answer my questions and efficiently completed the sale. I would highly recommend Steele Chrysler!
Feeling sad. It has been 5 months, I still didn't get my second key.
Lack of customer service. My worst experience ever. I wait almost two hours for a oil change and and my car was not ready yet. The guy on service blamed me for his awful service. They charged me one hour of labour $139 just for checking an air bag light on. Overcharge and did not provide the service I was charged for. Do not go there if you do not want to be taken $ 320 for a Service you can get easily at less than $150 in any oil Change store.

I had a very positive experience there recently. Even though the item I was originally interested in was not available, the sales person I dealt with, Brad, was able to get me sorted out with something similar and at a comparable price. After explaining how I was interested in proceeding with my down payment the finance person, Jenn, was able to help me secure a loan that even allowed me to pay off my credit card in full. As someone who is younger and just recently a graduate of university, it can be sometimes challenging to have a salesperson take you seriously and provide you with the same service. However I have now eliminated my credit card debt and secured a loan which I am QUITE satisfied with. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee 75th anniversary edition last year. Had issues with ice build up on the inside of the car windows. Took it in 6 times for same reason and they found a leak in the front fender which was “fixed” but it actually got worse.. Beyond annoyed with service and them not taking me seriously. You pay thousands of dollars on a vehicle the least you can do is fix it properly and clean it out when you’re finished so there isn’t greasy finger prints on everything. Also don’t understand how my odometer is reading 500 km over what I brought it in at too. ????????♀️

The service here used to be very good, but I guess it's run its course as the service now is not very good at all. I called them to schedule an oil change, they said they'd work something out for getting me to and from work and the appointment was made. Aretha texted me later and said they'd only drive me to a place in Halifax, but that's not where I work and there was no mention of that when I called to book the appointment. The next day, I texted back and I asked about a loaner van as they gave me one before when I had my MVI done. First, Bethanie said they don't give out loaner vehicles at all. I explained I was given one before for my MVI and Bethanie then said they don't give them out unless the work will take more than a day. My MVI wasn't scheduled to take a day though, so what's up with that, Bethanie? At the time of writing this review Bethanie has not responded. Anyways, I've decided to go elsewhere for service and I would suggest you do the same unless you want to be given the runaround. If the owner reads this, I want you to know the poor customer service at your dealership has resulted in me going to another location for future service.

I typically have a couple go-to used car dealers when searching for vehicles for my family, mostly based on price and past dealer experience. However, I couldn't help but check out Steele Chrysler due to the amazingly low prices on their used vehicles. The salesman, Dylan was easy to talk to and, despite the already low price on the vehicle we were looking at, was still willing to negotiate. There was much back & forth but the whole process was pleasant, making the entire experience enjoyable. I even got an outstanding trade-in value for my clunker. I usually avoid large dealerships such as this but Steele Chrysler will be the first place I look next time a member of my family is in the market for a vehicle.

Absolutey appalled by the service received by Steele Chrysler. I had gone to their dealership several times when looking for my first and now second vehicle. Each time the customer service was lack luster. Earlier within the week I had sent in, on my behalf, my partner to look over the vehicle I was extremely interested in. Trusting my partner's sound judgement, it was explained we wanted the car and wanted to start the purchasing process. They refused to appraise my current vehicle or even provide pricing. My partner very clearly stated our extreme interest. The sales agent instead turned him away and told him to come back later in the week with myself. To which we did and come to find the vehicle was sold. My partner had gone to several other dealerships and had zero issues with getting an appraisal and pricing. I do not recommend this dealership as it appears they pick and choose who they wish to sell to.

We visited the dealership a week ago and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly environment. We were greeted by John from the sales department who presented us with a few options. We decided to test drive and fell in love with the 2018 Pacifica he chose and after a short time we were approved and out the door. We picked up our vehicle the following day and got to meet all the other friendly departments and before we left John even took the time to pair our phones to the system and showed us how to operate the navigation system. Overall it was a great experience and we couldn't be happier with our new Pacifica. The kids are even happier!

Worst dealer ever, The saler saw you like a stranger, and wouldn’t tell you anything if you didn’t ask them. Any car's parameter configuration is checked on-site from the network. If not like the Wrangler, definitely not buy anything from this dealer. After-sales service is also a mutual excuse, the worst experience. never come to this dealer.
the name speaks for itself STEAL, you might ask why?!! an OIL CHANGE will cost 200$ yup you read that right $200 freaking $200!!!! can you just imagine that!! the total is with our 15$ discount. Still that is just plain old robbery IMO.
Don't go there. This place is a joke. They rejected the MVI on my car. The reason I was told is my car is too low.... They really didn't have a low profile jack to lift it up first?! Ha ha. As a mechanic myself, they are just being freaking lazy. 29 dollars was so tiny for them to use the jack first? They wasted my time. That's it.

I was called by my dealership Steele Chrysler Limited and the service advisor told me I was due for an oil change and break service. My appointment for an oil change and break service for my 2017 Jeep Compass was on February 26th, 2019. When the service department called to tell me that my vehicle was ready for pick up, my bill was $475. When I asked why it was such an expensive bill, I was informed that the oil change and service was $160 and the break service was $89 X 3 ($89 per 3 axles). No repairs were made to my breaks, this was just a service. They also charged me $45 for an engine flush – which I did not ask for, nor did they tell me they were going to do this. My vehicle is only at 24,000km and an engine flush was not even necessary. I feel as though they took advantage of me as I am new to car ownership. It was a very shocking and disappointing experience.
Great service & follow up! We recently moved from BC, and we looked at vehicles online before we got to Halifax. Barron followed up with an email/video as soon as we saved the one vehicle we were interested in, and even while we were on the road, checked in, not only to find out about the vehicle, but also to hear how our road trip was going. When we met in person, he came across as very knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. At the time of our appointment, there was a lot of stuff going on in the showroom, with multiple clients looking for help, but Barron managed to deal with everyone and facilitated our test drive. We liked the vehicle, and proceeded to deal with Pat, who sorted out all the relevant paperwork, and was very helpful in this regard. He offered us optional warranty programs and explained the costs involved, and we accepted some options. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, both Barron & Pat were ready to meet us and help us get on our way. I recently bought a car here. Everyone was friendly, as one would expect at a car dealership. I felt they were a bit scattered with administratively. They didn't know where to find the cheque they had received from my bank earlier in the day. In fact, they believed it never arrived and they didn't know where to look for it. I suggested it might be in their accounting department. They were skeptical and reluctant to check. Finally I persuaded someone to check and that's exactly where the cheque was found. I was relieved, but not impressed!
My very first new truck purchase was from Steele Chrysler and I have to say it was the best experience ever, I have dealt with many dealerships and purchased many vehicles over the past 30 years and these guys are by far the best I have ever experienced!! Right from my initial call to them to see if they had what I was looking for to driving off with my new truck, which by the way was EXACTLY what I was looking for and wanted. Service department needs to consider a name change! Really bad experience over a leaking Jeep roof not getting properly fixed after multiple visits. Service had terrible "can't do" attitude. *We ended up going to Blaikies in Truro. They fixed the leak for 1/3 the cost. Highly recommend.
Not so friendly
Bought a car a couple of days ago from Steele Chrysler. Dylan sold us the car. He was friendly and knew so much detail about all the cars we enquired about. It helped us to make our decision on the car we chose. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful. Adam in finance also was friendly and very good at organizing us and getting all the finances and paper work sorted out in a timely manner. Overall great service.
Kathy is the most belligerent and despicable human being we have had the misfortune to deal with. Impossibly embarrassing customer service for a life threatening issue with our Jeep that they were responsible for and did the original repair on. We will never buy or service another Jeep with Steele Chrysler and strongly advise that you avoid them at all costs.

Did the job right the first time.
I had a fantastic experience here with Dylan, Jenn and team. I can't fault them. They treated me so well and I bought a fantasic Cherokee. Their sales process is so smooth and frictionless. I test drove the car on Monday and I drove away in it on Tuesday, with no hiccups. I feel that when I need to go back to them they will be there for me.
Worst experience with this dealership. They respect you at the time of purchase, then receive poor customer service after. They will get you to replace all working parts before replacing the actual broken part. I have wasted so much money because of the lies I was told by them. I have complained to the warranty manager few times but it seems no one cares. I don’t understand when Chrysler’s dealership doesn’t know it’s own products and how to fix it? It’s time to hire real mechanics and protect the consumers!

I went into this dealership the day i turned 19 looking for a new vehicle, & boy was i naive & they sure did take advantage of that. I am now stuck in a 5 year car loan at 30% interest because they seen i was young & wanted to make a quick buck. Mind you a month & 3 days later the car had a hole in the engine & pj & everyone else who was there wouldn’t return my calls. I do not recommend this place to anyone young & doesn’t know what they’re getting into.

Took my 2 month old van in because the power doors only work intermittently and have been waiting 3 hours now. They haven't given me any updates on the progress and when I ask they said they could not find anything wrong. So not only did I wait all this time but they didn't do anything. What great service. An amazing experience on a day off. Oh also my GPS maps are outdated by at least 7 years and they are asking me to pay 130 + tax to update with no guarantee the new ones are current...

I drove in to see if I could get a Caravan because getting into a car is harder for me these days. I have CP plus a very bad back. James Anderson saw that even if I got a Caravan I'd still have trouble getting in and out. So he introduced my wife and I to a Fiat 500L. He treated us very well and was very knowledgeable and so far the Fiat is a perfect match. If you go to 44 Bedford Hwy Dodge you must find James. My wife and I think he's great Shannah Harvey was the next person that we dealt with who deals with the finance end. She was sweet and wonderful to deal with us taking us step by step through the finance of the car. She was very patient with us and made sure that we understood everything. I know we'll probably keep in touch with these guys as I am sure more questions will come down the road and these guys seem to be okay with that. Thanks James and Shannah.

Edit... I was sold a warranty for my vehicle that Stephanie didn't understand, the term is quite a bit shorter than I was originally told, she was able to get a small extension but it's still not what I signed up for. In the end that's not Steele chryslers fault but still not a great situation. Considering my car already had a catastrophic transmission failure just two months after purchasing, I was really relying on that warranty. Great experience with these guys, particularly Dylan and Stephanie! Dylan made sure I got the car I wanted at the best price he could, and Stephanie made sure I knew what I was signing up for! I had a recall on my Jeep Liberty to get a trailer hitch installed. I showed up alittle late but there was no issues and I went right in. My service advisor (Ashley) was very helpful out of the gate. I was even offered coffee/tea and got to sit in the most comfortable lounge chair. Aha. They followed the recall order step by step and inspected the vehicle before installing the new trailer-hitch with minimal time delay. When I got home I inspected the newly installed hitch myself, and it was done correctly. The mechanic even greased up the bolts for easy removal in the future. I don't go to automotive shops often besides recalls/inspections or alignment work since I can do everything else myself...but if I had to, I'd go there next time I need something done. ????

The people in the service bays were excellent, but it took over a week to have the car and after receiving a driving complaint while the car was in dealer hands and checking the dash cam to find the mechanic was abusing the car.. i will never return to this dealership again. I haven't had any issues with the other location in bayers lake and will continue to bring my vehicle there in the future for repairs and recalls.
Perhaps not the cheapest service but they do their job, they are friendly and have a very helpful shuttle transit after you drop your car or for picking up your car.

I really dread dealing with car sales and finance people, and many of them do their best to contribute to the negative image of their industry. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to Steele last week to purchase one of the Fiat 500 they had on sale. Granted, they were keen on clearing the lot and it was the end of the month, so they were probably more willing to entertain my wishes but regardless I found Matt very pleasant to deal with. Jennifer from Finance was fantastic; she is a genuinely nice person and did not try to sell me anything extra that I didn't want. I left the dealership with a very cute car purchased at an insanely reduced price. Great experience all around.

Wouldn’t take my lawn mower here to be serviced. Incompetent service writers and technicians. If you decide to get service done, make sure to get a written estimate or record your conversation. A “couple extra bucks” for shop supplies may cost you hundreds when you get your bill. If you have a rusty car, sure things take more time. But being unable to accurately quote fixed measures is unacceptable. On a $150 bill and extra $100 is not a couple bucks, not to mention all that money was wasted anyway based on their recommendation. Would rather take my chances at a Mr. Lube or other drive-thru service. At least they might be honest with you. Don’t bother trying to buy your parts here either, you can important Mopar and OE parts from the United States for cheaper including taxes and shipping and still have them within the week.

Dylan Landry was extremely helpful from the moment my wife and I stepped in the door. No high pressure tactics, just really good listening. Just purchased a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trail-hawk from Steele Chrysler at 44 Bedford on 13 Sep 2017 and received excellent customer service from all departments involved (Sales, Finance, Parts, Servicing and front desk); they definitely embrace you as part of their "family". Both Dylan (salesperson) and Cory (financial manager) along with everyone that we came into contact with treated us professionally and clearly put the customer first. I returned to have an issue with the installation of back-up sensors, which were added to the sale of the vehicle, and the Servicing Dept had it quickly addressed with the subcontracted installer and returned the vehicle in perfect condition. BEWARE , there service advisors/service manager are the worst I’ve ever dealt with.Went in for warranty work for an air bag recall , they tried to charge me for clearing the air bag code .Spoke with the service manager and he had no idea what he was talking about. I explained to them when a vehicle has a manufacture defect that causes the air bag light to come on , it’s not on the customer to pay for these hidden charges (180$!). He insisted that it was . So I called all the other local dodge dealers and they were baffled why theses guys were trying to charge me for something that is supposed to be included in making sure the repair was done properly( clearing code and making sure it doesn’t repeat after repair) The service manager then asked the service advisor if I agreed for the diagnostic scan , which he replied yes! At no time did I agree to this . This is unacceptable. I am a Licensed red seal mechanic , that knows the ins and outs of warranty work . They tried to lie to me and got caught .I did not pay this ridiculous charge , it’s concerning that they do this to their customers. Imagine if this was your wife/parents/grand parents. I hope this review makes it to the owners/GM. I will not be returning and do no recommend this STEALERSHIP.

I had a great experience with all the staff Steele Chrysler when I bought my truck. Dylan, my sales rep, was responsive, attentive and persistent in a good way ;0) He understood I couldn't be on site for very long and accommodated me through some handy online viewing options. All of the staff were respectful and helpful and did their best to get me into the vehicle I really wanted.
I am 66 years old and have bought several new vehicles in my lifetime. I can truly say this was one of the best experiences that I have had in doing so. I spent a good bit of time working in customer service for the US Postal Service and was a certified training officer for prospective window clerks for many years, so yes, I do know something about what good customer service looks like. Both the professionals I worked with(Rick and Jennifer) exuded the perfect combination of knowledge and friendliness that made me relax and ask for and most importantly get just what I wanted. They were patient and thorough in their explanations and extremely well organized it seems to me. I met with Jennifer twice and she is ever so organized with her lists and papers and makes sure she went over everything ( sometimes she asked just to make sure). Rick was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at and helpful throughout the process. I felt zero pressure and he got me what I wanted at what I believe to be a very decent price. I got think I got plenty of "Ram" for my money! I'm pleased.
So I was in the market to replace my 2014 Wrangler owing to my desire for a little more comfort. I met PJ Evans who went on what was a real journey to find the right replacement. I was singularly focused on the colour of my new ride as well as the best monthly payment possible. I fell for the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in firecracker red. Where I had to have the tow group (and sunroof) in my new vehicle too it took some time to find her. Three weeks later we had found the right one and based on exceptional work on his part (stubbornness on mine) we got to the right number. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend you look PJ up if you are in the market for a new Jeep.

So bad customer service experience, i have a 2019 jeep wrangler which one just run 3000km and the star/stop wouldn't work since 1000km. First time drop the car in the customer service while the car runs 1500, they changed the battery and that problem fixed, after two days, it happend again. Then I drop my car today with 3000km. I leaved my car here for a whole day and they told me no chance to fix it because of the technical people. Bad customer service ever.

I bought my very first truck from them and it is a 1500 sports dodge ram. The truck is nice but I was disappointed as I just found out it did not come with a trailer hitch. It was a $70,000 truck and it did not include a Trailer Hitch. I would think it would be included for that price. I should have checked on it or else I would have not made the purchase. So for those of you who are planning to buy from them, make sure you will get your money’s worth or go somewhere else that offers a better deal. You can only count on yourself for your best interest.

I recently had a service with Steele Chrysler, just regular oil/filter change. First time there. What made me really really unhappy is that the staff obviously didn't clean his/her hands when he/she was working on my Jeep. Dirty marks all over the rubber parts of the door, the light-color interior, and the steering wheel is covered by a greasy substance. I'm astonished by the unprofessional job done there. I won't have the next service done there if I can go to another place.

Although the sales experience three years ago when I purchased my truck was good, I am extremely disappointed with their service department; therefore, would not recommend this dealership! I had one experience with work being undertaken an charges applied without first being notified. Secondly, I was notified when my MVI was being completed that my rear brakes and emergency brake would not pass even though I was notified just two months earlier after a full brake service that all brakes were in good condition and had lots of life left. Upon questioning the service department on this, the story changed to it only being the emergency brake as the pad's had been overheated and crumbled. When having the rear brake work completed (clearly not by the dealership), I was notified that there was no way of the dealership knowing the condition of the emergency brake pads themselves (only that it wouldn't hold properly) as the rotors had never been off the truck (even though I had 3 full brake services completed at the dealership). While the pads were beginning to separate from the shoes, the primary issue was just a cable adjustment being required. Needless to say, I lost all faith in the information received from the service department and have indicated to them that I will never return.

I don't normally do this, but I had to share my experience buying a Jeep with the folks at Steele Chrysler. First of all, Cory was a super knowledgeable salesperson and truly worked for my business. From meeting me at the front door, to showing me all the off road stuff in my Rubicon, he kept me informed and educated me on everything . I don't buy a vehicle all too often, but he walked me through all the steps and let me know what was going to happen at all times. I knew I was in good hands. Then Pat handled my financing and paperwork. Another example of excellent customer service and I always felt like I was part of the family. If you want to feel appreciated and want to deal with the best in the business (in my opinion), then do yourself a favor and go see Cory and Pat. You won't regret it. Add, was in for my first service. The shuttle do over was very nice and picked me up when my vehicle was done.

I purchased a 2016 dodge journey in September of 2016. Had problems ever since I purchased the vehicle. Within the first month or two I needed a new transmission. Since then I have been back into the dealership 13 different times. Most recently back into the dealership because the check engine light was on. However I had been into the dealership for this problem before and was told each time that nothing was wrong or they couldn't deplicate the problem. Now after my warranty is up by 2k kilometers they have narrowed down the problem to the engine and have said I am responsible for paying to have it fixed. I will be seeking legal action. Just a fyi stay away from all steel own business they dont appreciate customers just want your hard earned money. Win or lose I will not be doing business with them again they absolutely suck.

As someone who has worked in a supervisory position for many years service is #1 to me. Being honest I prefer people get right to the point answer the questions I want and not take up extra time and Dylan did just that. I went in to check out a promotion (first time I have done this) asked for some information which Dylan was quick to give and send follow up. He was quick to get the answers I requested but not pushy. I decided to move forward and Jennifer was helpful and engaging in the finance department. She gave all options in a clear picture. This is my 3rd Jeep and first since moving to NS. I would recommend dealing with both of these individuals. Any dealership is only as good as their people and they received my business because of their people.

I just bought a used 2020 Compass with Dylan as my sales rep. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions honestly. I never felt he gave me an answer if he wasn't 100% sure which I really appreciated; that earned my trust. I did bring someone else to look at the vehicle with me although I was buying it myself, and he never once acted or spoke like I wasn't the sole person buying the vehicle. That was very important for me. He was always very quick to respond no matter the time of day. Overall great experience with Dylan, he made the whole process very smooth!

I bought a 2011 Grand Caravan new in Aug 2011. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They offered less on my trade than I wanted, but were not completely unreasonable. My experience in my 41000 kms since then with my caravan has been aweful. I replace brake pads and rotors roughly every 11 months as they don't last, and of course the tires which came from the manufacturers lasted only about 30000. The warrantee covers my pads and rotors, but I keep paying labor for replacing them. Now I have a check engine light on. Last week I booked an appointment with the "service" department to have it checked and an oil change done. I arrived early for my 9:15am appointment this morning and let them know I would wait for my vehicle in the waiting area. At 11:50 I decided I better check on the progress so I would not be late getting my kids from school. That's when I was advised that my vehicle was next in line and would be looked at soon! What is the point of making an appointment only to sit there til noon, and have nothing done! Fed up I left, so consumers beware, if you go here for service take a lunch and possibly a tent...... you may be there awhile!

Ok so, 2 years ago i had decided i wanted a Jeep... Unfortunately i decided on a chevy trax in the end... During the last 2 years i did enjoy the trax, and the abilities it had for getting around in the snow, and other slight off roading... Recently, i just could not resist the temptation of owning the jeep... With all new standard features, on the 2 door bakiki pearl model i revisited for another test drive. Although i regretted not owning a jeep for the last 2 years the wait was like an omen... I decided to go ahead and make the purchase, albeit upside down on defisite financing the wait was worth it... I now own the jeep i wanted, but with many more features than the model 2 years ago.. PJ Evans, at 44 Bedford Highway made this a smooth deal. I had dealt with him 2 years ago, and remembered the service with a smile i had gotten from him. Unfortunately, his smile did not win the battle 2 years ago but i did indeed remember his professionalism.... This time around, he rembered me, took me for a spin (although i was already sold, and did not want the test drive) amd i was amazed... Wo got back and he just knew... Looked at me mildly and stated... "So are you buying a jeep???" Well yep i guess he already knew... My time had come and the game was over... I bought it... Love it... Amd will not look back. My only reservation is when i go back in a few years to upgrade is that PJ is still there. Service with a smile, amd a no bullshit attitude sales rep is what I got from this location. Bought a jeep a year ago at this location the finance lady was absolutely amazing and actually ended up being the only reason i purchased the jeep as she went above and beyond to get me behind the wheel of it whereas the sales guy nicknamed "curly" honestly had me to the point of complete disgust of where i would of taken my business elsewhere had it not have been for his coworker. To the amazing lady doing the financing work...you should consider being a car saleswoman as if your still there when its time for another vehicle we would rather deal with you as my spouse and i both were impressed with your attitude and would have much rathered see the comission from my purchase go into your pocket as you did the majority of the work and always had a positive attitude.

Horrible experience. The staff really go out of their way to show how displeased they are that you are doing business with them. Got the new vehicle with no floor mats (which were included) and no manual. We negotiated other accessories which I'm willing to bet we will never see. Left 5 messages and haven't heard anything back.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my second vehicle from Steele Chrysler on June 25, 2021. It wasn't what I had planned when I woke up that day but the outcome was great. The day started dealing with Dave Higgins in the Service Dept. who had to deliver very bad news then off to see Dylan Landry in Sales and his Manager who's name I forget at this time. The day ended finalizing the purchase of a replace drive with Adam Prosser in the Finance Dept. I've been a costumer of Steele Chrysler for 7 years now and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here yet. All the people I've dealt with know their jobs and what is sold here. Choosing a vehicle is not easy but you also need to look at the service and warranty that comes with it. There's no question about what kind of service you will get here, I know and I'm very please with the staff I got to meet the other day.
