The sales staff did not take us seriously because we are younger. They were rude and unprofessional .They couldn’t find the vehicle we wanted to see on the lot , and said they would contact us when they found the vehicle . That was two weeks ago and they have yet to contact us . We purchased a new suv from a competitor instead .

Trudy makes buying a used car as enjoyable and stress-free as picking out a flower arrangement the day after your anniversary. If you're an avid researcher you might have more knowledge on horsepower to weight ratios, however her behind has meticulously tested every massage seat from every brand. I never got a sense of any "sales" tactic and felt like she was on my team vs the dealership the entire time. She didn't raise eyebrows when I spent the morning shuffling around child seats and will pause mowing her lawn to take your call. As for the rest of the team of the dealership you might want to be more diligent. One of the newly ordered tires was warped so they put 3 new ones and 1 old, it's not a good idea for performance cars to run significantly different treads and should have put back the 4 older tires until a replacement came. Another sales person pitched me on "electronic rust inhibitors", which is snake oil (unless you plan on submerging your car in the ocean). No biggie.

Had my car in for major service told 4-5 hours they had it from 9 am to 4:30 pm and when leaving the lot there was a grinding noise which got increasingly worse and the vibration became so bad I couldn't drive over 80kms on the highway home with an unbearable noise. The bill for this was over $1800.00
