Good service. Only thing that gets under my skin when buying a new vehicle is I've not received one call from the dealer checking in on how's the new vehicle. It's been one year.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase experience, we now have a new Nissan Rogue and my wife and I are thoroughly impressed. Our salesperson Angela Fraser-Low displayed a level of professionalism that is far too rare these days. I would not hesitate to recommend her and this dealership to anyone that I know, and hopefully I will be able to do just that in the near future as I know several people that are approaching trade in time. All of our requirements were met and even surpassed, thanks once again to Angela and her team for making this experience an absolute pleasure.

I've never had a positive experience with this place from the three times I've been there. First they charged me ~$300 to fix something that should have been fixed under warranty ( the axle needing more internal grease ) & I had to jump through hoops with Nissan Canada to get them to reverse the charges. The second time they charged me a full hour's labour to check only the stuff that I told them I'd already checked ( related to a charging issue ) & then they tell me that from their experience it's almost always an issue with the charger & not the car ( which it was, but they could have told me that on the phone in the first place ). This time when I got there the EV charger is now blocked & says no parking ( = useless charger ), so I requested that they charge it after service, to which they said "yes, for sure, no problem", I reminded them of that important request when I called mid-day, and just now when they called back they said they weren't aware of that & it might just make the charger 10-15 mins before I have to pick it up; so now I might have issue picking up my kids from camp & daycare on the way home before daycare closes. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed with the service here :(

Had a great experience buying a used 2016 Nissan Fronrier. The sale associate Raed was very courteous and showed me few trucks with different features. I went with the one that matched my needs and didn't feel pressured to make a decision. I kept checking other deals online for the same truck and I found out that I got a good deal. I also had a great rate for financing. Kim, the finance lady, made the process smooth and hassle free. She was quick to respond to emails when I wanted information about the vehicle to change my auto insurance a year later. I've had the truck for two years now and I haven't had an issue (fingers crossed).
Good experience the last time at O’Regan’s Nissan. Friendly staff working in the service department. Seemed pretty efficient with how long it took them to service for an oil change. Would recommend them to any Nissan family member.

So my Pathfinder AC stopped working, and my wife took the car to check, they guy asking for 2,900 Cad to fix it at the dealer , this will include AC clutch and rear lines, recharge the system and Labour, just an example of how they overcharge, the Ac clutch asking for is $719 CAD while online from rockauto the full AC compressor is $ 282 CAD!!! They sell you extra warranty from a third party, and they never check if it's covered unless you remind them!!! And yet you will be overcharged anyway by man per hour. Wait till your car warranty expire, and then post your review. I like Nissan, but most likely I won't buy it again because of service. Update, Nissan contacted me to fix my car, and I could say, they did their best trying to help me to reduce the cost, the sales over Nissan did their best and end up trading my car for a newer one. I am pleased from Nissan,

I have taken my car into the shop 4 times for the same problem, they keep charging and not fixing the problem. For the fifth time I am about to make an appointment so they can get this issued finally fixed. They tell me there will be a $100+ charge for the "diagnostic" of what they have not fixed!! The worst service in town!

Went in to look for a new car and left angry, disappointed and wondering how this place runs at all. Talking with this dealership was probably the most unprofessional and unorganized thing I've ever had to deal with. While the sales team agreed to certain amounts, financing and leasing terms, they attempted to change all of those figures when we went to close a deal. When we said that wasn't what we'd agreed to and we were not interested in paying more for longer, they became aggressive, rude and defensive. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Untrustworthy and unwilling to resolve issues professionally. You're better off literally anywhere else.
The "selection specialist" was nice, but the salesperson made zero attempt to work with my partner and I. First he gave us the price with undercoating, despite us telling them that we didn't need it on a new car, and their counter-offer to us was just the original price minus the undercoating charge that we didn't want anyway! He was also a little condescending. Jokes on them; If they had made any attempt to come down at all we would have driven out of there in a new car. Really we just didn't want to feel ripped off with our purchase. Instead we left feeling insulted.
They promise give me full tank gas, which every sold car should be start with, I got estimate only 87km driving distance left when I got my car. When I go back get my promised full tank, but end up with half tank. They said they have same car at home, actually they don't, they even want fill my Juke with #87 which required at least #91. I really disappointed. don't know why they treat customers like this, I'm from China, I'm not good at dealing with dealer, I'm not good at English, but I know I can write review on Google. I hate you when you fill my Juke with 87

If you'rethinking of doing business here run the other way as fast as you can. Between losing my paperwork, sending me mail in the wrong name or with the wrong vehicle information the place appears to be run by trained monkeys. Brought my vehicle in once for service and when i went to pick it up it wouldn't start. Appointments would be made and when you show up they have no record of it. One month into my lease the paint started peeling off the hood and I was charged for it. Months after I returned my lease I received a large bill for damages that magically appeared on the car after I returned it. Avoid this place like the plague. Edit 4 months later - Today I received an email from Google congratulating me on over 1000 views for this review. Which made me realize that all those folks don't know how this ends. well, here goes. I emailed the lady below who called my emergency contact the next day looking for me, (once again showcasing their record keeping) I just so happen to be with that person so I hit speakerphone and went from there. She was very nice and let me know that they were all very sorry that this had happened. With my partner beside me while on speakerphone i was told i would be getting a full refund to accompany the apology. I was very happy to hear this and even told them i would remove the bad review after I received it. Two days later however when i went to the dealership their tune had of course changed and i was offered a partial refund. I turned around, walked out the door and will never darken it again.

I purchased a used car from them a few days ago. I dealt with Raed Shbib for the car itself and with Amanda Dixon for the financial part of it. Raed was knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions regarding the car and Amanda clarified any financial questions I had. Customer Service skills stood out and I was happy that they cleaned the car and filled the tank completely before I took delivery. I will definitely consider O'Regans the next time I am looking for a car.

Very disappointed in our 2014 Rogue and the lack of help and support from the dealership. Our car had to be taken to O’Regan’s after unexpectedly developing transmission problems at 117k. Our online research shows this has been an issue with Nissan and has been dealt with in the US through lawsuits leading to an extension of the warranty to 200k., as of April 1, 2016. The service manager said that he was unaware of this. Our car sat at the dealership for 3 days before they even looked at it and our call to check on it was not returned so we had to go in person to check. Now we are told it will take a week and a half to get a transmission put in at a cost of over $5000.00. This is a huge expense and inconvenience but the Service manager was quite blasé and not at all empathetic nor willing to offer any options. We are in the market for a new vehicle but we will definitely avoid O’Regan’s Nissan!!

I bought a used Dodge Ram from Oregan's Nissan Halifax and the process was very smooth. The sales representative Raed Shbib gave me several other options which helped me pick the most suitable option. So glad that I got up early to drop my vehicle off at my 7:30AM APPOINTMENT for what I was told would be simple repairs, just to find out now, at 4:45PM, they've finished the paperwork and are ready to start repairs, and would like to keep the vehicle overnight. It took you all day to get paperwork done??? And now you expect me to bus home?? I was told these repairs wouldn't take until mid-day, come to find out they haven't even begun. Worst service to date.

Obviously their temporary location isn't as nice as their new location when it's done... but the service has always been good.
