Scott Blackburn is the actual best! He treats his clients like family and I feel very much at home when he's there. Ben is also amazing! If I wasn't already working in health care I would very much want to be a part of this team they look like a bunch of fun and amazing people to work with. Tyler was a good one too but too bad he left. Kevin from sales and Richard from the shuttle team are also really good! Thanks Mini Halifax for all you do! Keep up the great work and more power!

I was told I needed $1000 worth of parts and labour, the car was running fine, I paid the exorbitant $130 diagnostic fee and took my business somewhere else. The next shop (euro specialist) cleared the fault code, changed the oil, explained the codes to me... all for a $100. Oh and by the way, the car didn't need any maintenance, just a common cold day fault trigger. Car is running perfectly. The only way I would use this dealership is if I was under warranty. I'm sure they do good work, but the customer doesn't seem to be their priority.

I never had luck when it comes to cars so when my latest string of bad luck happened, I was in no way shape or form to manage it all. Scott stood right beside me to figure out the best solution. He went above and beyond in terms of helping me out. I can tell you with 100% confidence he is the best at what he does. You just can't learn customer service the way he know how. Thank you Scott!

The service was amazing! As soon as I got out of my car a member of their staff was there to ask me what I needed and get where I needed to go. Once inside, Scott not only helped me right away, but replaced my car key battery and showed me how to do it myself for no charge! Great experience.

Tried to charge me over 100$ to reset a warning light. Took it to the mechanic down the road and he did it for free since I paid for an oil change in less than 5 minutes. O'Regan's Mini wanted me to pay for an hour of labor...

My experience with Mini Halifax was extremely bad. I would rate 0 star if there is an option. I am sure all service and sales r lovely people, I am here just to share my awful experience and feeling as a 2018 mini countryman s owner. So in April of 2018 I trade in my 2013 bmx X3 and leased a demo 2018 Mini Countryman S. In less than 19month with 27000km driving this car been towed for 4 times, same issue everytime. First time was the second month after purchasing the car, I was driving on the high way and car says drvingtrain problem and shut down after 8 seconds, I was lucky because was on a Saturday morning there were no many cars on the rd, so I sent it back they said oil tank problem they ll fix it, so they did, then 3 month later I was waiting my green light at intersection and shut down again, imagine how bad that was and people from behind pushed my car to the side rd and towed again, same issue they said didn't fixed will have to order new oil tank from Germany, it took me month. And in 6 month later, i was driving at a downhill trying side parking and car shut down again, it was very dangerous, so towed again and I was very upset met the service manager and GM, they said u have Warranty thats the Beauty by owning a new car. I asked them if they ll know what is feels like car shutting dowm on high way and intersection. And last Saturday night the same issue happened again, it was on high way 102 exit 2b, in 8 seconds car shut down from 100 to 0. Imagine u bought a new car and gave u some headache like this, most importantly this car put myself in a very dangerous position four times, and the dealership had 3 opportunites to have it fixed which they didn't. I wonder who ll still feel comfortable driving this car?

I just have to say that I bought my last 2 cars (mini's)from Ryan O'Malley. He was exceptional in going over all the features of the new 2020 mini. I would highly recommend him when purchasing a vehicle. O'Regan's BMW/Mini is great dealership to deal with and especially Scott in service. He was so funny and made my appointment enjoyable.

My whole experience at Mini is always excellent! Scott is fantastic! He always takes the time to look at my car's service history to ensure that my car stays in great shape! He has saved me money by taking the time to look over what's been done on the car rather than just going by what's laid out in the standard service notifications. I trust his judgment completely. Richard is always so friendly when shuttling me back and forth from the dealership! The Mini service is outstanding - and of course, so is my car! Many thanks!

Scott (Blackburn) is the best. he is always on top of things, we trust his opinion and forward thinking and consistently dealing with the same person is brilliant.

I purchased a Mini convertible from my son, Ryan O'Malley. Ryan's knowledge of the cars features and the team at Mini Halifax made my experience easy and enjoyable. In the 3 years I have owned my Mini, the service has been fantastic and I haven't had one issue with the car. I would definitely recommend Ryan as the salesperson to see if you are in the market for a new car. His knowledge and expertise is second to none. I feel safe in my car as it feels sturdy and handles extremely well in weather conditions here in Nova Scotia. I love my Mini.

I have a 2012 Countryman which I bought used. I had a rattle sound in the back. The tech said it was the lower swing arms plus a number of other parts needed to be replaced, he further said this was a common issue. It was going to cost $2200 plus labour They refused to do they work under warranty because bolts were corroded seized.. with a 3/8" ratchet I was able to move all the bolts by hand.. I then had it out with the service manager and he stated to me in a email that it was caused by tampering with the Swing arms.. yes I don't know ow the history of this car, but if the tech said it was a common issue, I have my doubts the person before me tampered with them. So out of frustration . I jacked it up again and noticed what they called the issue and fixed it at the cost of a wheel alignment at a different shop.
