Dealership broke my key fob while working on the car: There is even literally a part from the keys circuit board missing. Complete denial of responsibility. I raised the issue with the manager: nothing. But they do recommend I should order a new key fob from them. For $1,500. So if you think about buying a Mercedes: Keep in mind that for some issues you have to go the dealership. And there is only this one in Nova Scotia. No way out. Update: Don't be anyone fooled by those 'thank you for taking the time'-replies here. You get in touch and what happens? Nothing.

Service has been excellent. They are very friendly and the job is done on time (which hasn't been my experience at other dealerships). They even do a great job cleaning the car at the end.
Sprinter Service is Highly Recommended. Bruce Gilmour, Service Manager, treated me and my entire family like friends or family, although he had never met us before. Brittany Stone, Sprinter Service Adviser, was professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. Thomas Stenason, Sprinter Technician, was thorough, efficient, friendly, and totally effective in resolving our technical issues with our Sprinter motorhome. We arrived at O'Regan's Mercedes-Benz Halifax on the hook, and we drove ourselves home to Ontario with a perfectly functional motorhome. Well done O'Regan's. Much appreciated. Keep up the great work. Not great service when you are a Sprinter owner. Even routine servicing doesn't warrant a call back or update. Customer service great for other Mercedes owners other than Sprinters. Have stood there like we were invisible while waiting to even talk to someone about our vehicle. No service after the sale on Sprinters anyways.............. :(
Ian did a wonderful job with showing us all the features that the car offered. Ian has a very friendly and a professional manner of answering all of our questions. It was not only his salesmanship but also his genuine care for the customer that convinced me to purchase the vehicle. Lucy made all the paperwork seem very streamlined, quick and efficient. The service team is great as well. Bruce and Keith did a wonderful job with checking the car and making sure that everything is in A-one condition. I was really impressed to see a top-notch team of professionals working together to provide incredible service to the customer. I have only owned my Mercedes C43 AMG for about 3 months now, but so far my experience has been day and night compared to Steele Ford Lincoln. I just had my first service today and they are truely amazing. Unlike most dealerships I have dealt with before, I actually feel like Oregan's Mercedes-Benz cares about their customers. Also thanks to Steve (my salesman) for helping me finding the best vehicule for me. Highly recommended !

4matic : I think it's the worst manmade invention ever created by a human. Service people are great and salesmen are good, but I truly think that Mercedes has lost it. No wonder they are counted (worldwide) as the 4th luxury vehicle: after Audi, BMW and Porsche. To me, they shouldn't be listed in the top-10 in the first place!
What a fast and easy experience! I'm sure not many people review their parts buying experience, but I have to share. I happened to speak with Gordon, the General Manager who put me in touch with Randy Bennett in Parts. I gave Randy a VIN#, some pictures and details of what I needed, and within days the parts were delivered to me in the Annapolis Valley. Other aftermarket parts places in the Valley couldn't guarantee when parts would arrive due to supply issues (you know, COVID and all), and none could get OEM parts. I was a Pre-Owned Sales Manager @ Performance Mercedes in Ontario for 10yrs before moving to NS, and for certain parts, you don't want to mess around with aftermarket parts, especially when OEM isn't much more...or is WAY cheaper. From the aftermarket guys I was quoted between $300-$2000(!) for an aftermarket RF CV boot as they didn't have a clue what they were doing. For some quotes the parts included the whole axle along with the boot, but Randy knew all I needed was a CV Boot kit, which even though it was OEM, it was less expensive than the cheapest aftermarket CV Boot. I ended up spending another $1000 with Randy, and it was well worth it! Amazing! I would highly recommend speaking with the pro's - Gordon, Randy and the team at O'Regan's!

Excellent sales and service staff. Mercedes-Benz cars are superb with the best warranties. In 2007 I was shopping for a car and asked the sales consultant, Kyle Viennott, for full particulars of a lease plan, such as monthly payment, upfront costs, term and lease-end buyback amount. This information was given willingly and in writing on a print-out. Needless to say, I was impressed by the transparency. We have also dealt with the Finance Manager Rima Sayde who is very professional. Service staff are excellent and very helpful, Bruce Gilmour, Manager and Chris McIsaac, Advisor.
Booked service to have fuel injectors replaced in my 06 sprinter, I had to drive 2 hours to drop it off for the work, a short time later they called and said they don't have the tool they need to pull the injectors and need to order it from Germany and they broke a hose by accident and needed to order a new one from Toronto, leaving me stranded in Halifax until the new hose comes in.

Had a puncture and stripped a flower lug and despite being fully booked, they found some time to patch and repair. The bill wasn’t far off what local tire shop quoted. Although a small job the service was bang on. Offering to arrange transport, complimentary wash, courteous staff (Chris).

We visited yesterday looking at the CLA and GLA and the staff at Oregans Mercedes were outstanding. They were extremely helpful at finding us a sales associate and Steve Klaus was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Oregans Mercedes, their cars and their staff.
Excellent experience with every service visit. The service department desk staff are very knowledgeable about my vehicle type and take the time to explain the vehicle work in detail. The technicians are friendly and interact with the clients as well. The shuttle service is appreciated with a nice driver and operates in a timely manner. Fantastic service experience. I am from out of town and needed some repairs in addition to usual service. The service team was super friendly and did a great job with the car. They cleaned it for me and returned it ahead of time! Really good at calling me back (Trish) and my service advisor (Briana) were excellent. I'll be returning back for more service and I recommend this spot for your Mercedes service.

I total had five times visited Mercedes Benz service department. The first time and last time is Chris. Other three times is three different people. I truly found Chris is the best. He very care customers feeling. He is doing a great job. I’ll always chose Mercedes Benz because they have service like Chris. I appreciate his service.

We were traveling in our Sprinter RV on our way to Lunenburg, Nova Scotia when we experienced an issue with brake-associated warning lights on our dashboard. We were worried that our two week vacation in the Canadian Maritimes was ruined! However, we called O'Regan's as they were the closest Sprinter service provider and were told to bring the RV in right away. We arrived an hour later and they were able to diagnose and correct the problem very quickly. They even found an additional, unrelated but potentially very serious problem with the air bags. We scheduled a return visit for this two days later and our RV was once again serviced promptly and completely. They saved our vacation! If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thanks especially to Bruce and Tom in the service department.

My dear old mother had purchased a certified owned still with warranty. 3 months later, she took it in for service recall, only to be told it would cost her an extra 890+tax out of pocket for an additional part. Service manager; Ken R. was extremely unprofessional and condescending to her over the phone and flat-out refused the parts were not covered under warranty coverage. Unconvinced, I reported this to MB Canada, who confirmed this is not the case. Refusing to deal with these clowns again, I ended up taking the car to my dealer in Moncton, who gladly did all the work at no cost.
Spent 300,000K on a new G65 AMG in 2016, I bought it in Calgary and tried to get service work done here in Halifax and got the door slammed on me and told they weren't willing to work with me and that their sister store in Calgary didn't know what they were doing. Beautiful vehicle, horrible service.
There seems to be a problem with ascertaining specific service details to obtain an MVI inspection.
After I bought a used Mercedes (not from them) I wanted to become their customer (service department) - but they never returned my (multitple) calls or emails. I have never, ever experienced such bad service. Every smallest auto shop I used had better service. It's a disgrace for Mercedes. They only get away with it, because they are the onliest Mercedes dealership in the province.
I recently bought a vehicle from James Carr at O'Regan's Mercedes. We had been "window shopping" for a while and kept coming back to this one vehicle. What first impressed us about James was the fact that he saw us after hours while driving home. He turned around and came back to serve us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and accommodating. He arranged meetings with the Business Manager, Accounting and the Service Department so we could make an informed decision. The whole team were great to deal with.
Overall great experience! Just moved here from China. Really enjoyed driving our new SUV and will purchase more from Shane Wan, who has been very nice and patient with us. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

We are traveling in Nova Scotia with a brand new Leisure Travel Van Unity FX, which is on a Mercedes 3500 Sprinter chassis. Experienced a couple transmission issues. Stopped in at O'Regan's. Never did fix the brakes, numerous sensors gone. Only nice to you when you buy. The reg. service $ is insane. They tell you one thing and do another. Loved the car, but can't complain enough about the service.

I have been an O'Regan's Mercedes-Benz client for almost 8 years. I have had numerous Mercedes vehicles and have always had impeccable service from Bruce and his team in the service department. The sales staff, primarily Steve and Kyle, always go the extra mile to provide world class sales experience, product knowledge, and customer service. I would not consider spending my money on a Mercedes-Benz anywhere else.

Worst service I've ever received, when i got my car back a oil rag was still left in it and stuff wasn't even put back properly, just to name one problem I've had with them/ I would suggest for all to stay away.

I purchased a vehicle from James Carr at O'Regan's in August. Being from Ontario purchasing a vehicle from another province took a lot of trust especially not seeing it physically. After talking to James I felt completely confident purchasing a vehicle from him. He answered every phone call and email very quickly. After the vehicle was delivered, James made sure I was aware of all the features of the vehicle so he called me and went through everything over the phone. When I said I wished my husband had of been here to listen to all this, he made a two part video and put it on Youtube for everyone to see which was brilliant. I am sure there are other people who don't retain all the details the first time. Thanks James for making my vehicle purchase a positive one.
