I do not leave reviews too often, but I had to this time. This place went above and beyond anything I have ever seen to get my tires working again. They spent more than an hour trying to figure out the issue and searched everywhere for a bolt that would fit my tire. The manager, mechanic and the sales agent at the front desk were superb. I sincerely thank them for doing what they did. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this place.

I bought my Chevrolet brand new in Ontario more than three years ago, and I moved to Halifax more than a year ago. So, this dealership has become my primary leadership for my car needs. In general, car maintenance prices are a lot higher in Halifax than Ontario. I pay more there, but it's the only place I could trust. As a general comment not specifically related to this dealership, the auto stop function is awful and killing my car, and I absolutely hate it. I will not buy another car with this option without the option to turn it off.

Made an appointment with one of their salespeople a week before Nov 6, for 11am. Arrived for the appointment and the salesperson had no idea who I was, or what I was there for. The person recalled nothing about the appointment, including not even having it scheduled. First impressions are everything. This was a terrible first impression and it's all I have, hence the bad review. It was bad enough that I will never contact this dealership for anything ever again.

Starter quit after 3 years, 1 month, and 34.5k km. 1 month out of warranty means 300 bucks repair bill and a weeks headache dealing with GM. Never buying a General Motors product again. Getting rid of this lemon before the power train warranty is up, and I think I'll get frigged around by Steele next time instead. Or maybe I should get a Tesla. Starter motor shouldn't go bad on those!!!!
