This Car Concessionaire is included in the category of BMW dealer.
Horrible Service- Not up to spec for a BMW dealership. Tyler and the Service Staff -Need to be fired. Incident after incident they failed. STAY AWAY.
I got my X6 at here. Great place to deal with! Great service department. I'm not in Halifax all the time, Christina Ruan helped a lot, really nice and pretty girl, thank you sooooo much.
A great measure of character is how people behave when things fall off the rails. Ryan O'Malley and O'Regans BMW could have easily walked away from our agreement when we could not find the exact car we wanted. Instead, the dealership had one custom-built in Germany and shipped to us in under a month -- at no additional cost. Classy!! Thanks again Ryan we couldn't be happier.
Helpful drive-in service. Seasonally busy. Watch out for up selling
Below average . I expect at least the level of Toyota
We had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan O'Malley when our X3 lease expired and we leased a new 328xd Sports Wagon. He was knowledgeable and friendly - great to deal with. Helped arrange everything we wanted including winter tires. Thanks again Ryan! (Sean & André)
Let's get the positives out of the way first. Good cars, coffee and snacks, and the front of house staff are professionally trained. A pleasant place to be. When everything is under warranty you feel like a BMW owner should. The cracks start to show when you are off of warranty and have been to the service department a few times. You pay double for worse service than the average mechanic can provide. Let be clear - O'Reagans BMW is a monopoly and there is no sign of them being incented to keep off warranty customers happy. I brought my Mini Cooper S in for a check engine light. They stated they could not get a code read, apologized and charged me several hundred dollars for ZERO results. The mechanic a few doors down from them got the code read (O2 sensor) and fixed it right away. Shortly afterwards I brought my 3 series in because the passenger seat sensor kept giving false passenger restraint system fault messages. They took the BMW line that I may have spilt a drink on my passenger seat and to run the seat heater to dry it out. Really? I followed the seat heater procedure (in summer!) and brought the car back, which at this point had just fallen off warranty. O'Reagans then presented a $150 minimum diagnostic fee to look at it. I didn't sign and I walked away. I have a friend who manages BMW service dept in the largest volume dealer in North America, in Ontario. With this type of issue, he said they would never handle a customer this way. When I hand a fistful of money to someone who charges a premium, I expect results. If I get zero back, to me it's the same as theft or fraud. I filled in the O'Reagans after service survey, expressing all my concerns in detail. No one got back to me which indicates the survey is a box ticking exercise that no one cares about. I am due for my next 3 series service. Not sure whether I can go in there without knowing the seat sensor issue will be fixed. If that becomes a sticking point again I will probably lose my sanity. The last thing I will say is this is a small community and a lot of people ask me for car advice. What would you like me to say?
Very good customer service, like always nice and clean place.
I have nothing but outstanding, attentive service experiences at BMW Halifax. When I moved back to the area, I registered my vehicle with them + they have been wonderful on updating + informing me of updates. Really great place + will return and recommend to friends.
Ryan is such a nice guy. Although we went back and forth and did not make the purchase at BMW in the end, he was still friendly and patient, which made us feel that he was no only a sales, but a friend!
Always great service and service explanation as to what was done to your BMW
Expensive, but only source for the ebrake cable for my Mini.
Started my search for my car in October and had a great experience from beginning to end. Ryan O'Malley was extremely patient and professional and took the time to make sure I found the right car. Highly recommend Ryan's service as he is very knowledgable and knows his cars. I look forward to buying our next car from Ryan when the time comes.
New culture value for you guys! "Rip","rude",and "useless". Can not quote price, can not fix the car! Can not serve people! Shame on this "great brand"!
Over two months, car is still sitting at dealer waiting for parts as of May2/18. Initially this was 2 weeks, then another, then another...we leave messages but do not get calls back. Last conversation the blame was on the provider in Germany not supplying the correct part. Sadly we are not the only customer with service issues. Its a joke at this point....May 03, 2018 now the blame is on a strike with the German ground workers that ended two weeks ago and an email was sent to see where the part is...after 9 weeks!?!? The only reason I have that update is because of this post, otherwise...I sit waiting for a return phone call. Sales Dept you get the customer, service dept you retain or lose.
After many hour of shopping around, I was very discouraged with the car buying process. My last and final stop was at O'Regan's BMW. I received incredible customer service and loved every second of the buying process. I met with Ryan O'Malley and he answered every question I had and made sure I drove off the lots VERY happy. If you are looking for a fun and trusted sales experience, I highly recommend dealing with Ryan!
Best service ever
Service department has been friendly and helpful.
Had a great experience buying my new Mini Cooper 5 Door, Ryan O'Malley helped us pick out the best options for our first new car. The staff here have always been friendly, and continue to show great service months after we bought the vehicle.
Just because you offer free water bottles does not make it that you have good customer service. For the price you pay, you expect a bit more than that. I feel like a cash cow heading to the slaughter house every time I drive over there...
Great Service !!
The service speed and professionalism of staff have improved tremendously over the last several years. I must say it feels like a BMW dealerships should feel like - attention to detail, polite, to the point, pride in work done with high quality. Have been a happy customer. Bought my vehicle there in 2013 and serviced there ever since.
Very professional please you got the service that you need very nice place to represent BMW
I bought my car from O'reagan's from a distance. Sales staff we great, making the experience easy and efficient. By phone and email, we were able to come to a deal in a day. My first service call was great too.
Beautiful cars
Took my 2007 3 Series in due to a misfire. Was quoted at $2500 for the repair. Sure. Got called the next day and was told that there was now a backfeed from the DME. Said no, because now it would be really expensive. They told me I couldn't take my car because now it wasn't driveable! Keep in mind that they only offered me $3000 as a trade in a month prior!! I sucked it up and had the repairs done. They had the car for 3 weeks. They gave me a 'deal' by only charging me $4200 on the initial $2500 quote. I paid them. Took the car home. The next day, I went to the car and noticed something wrong with the windshield wipers. I called and asked if perhaps they had put the wiper arms on backwards. The service guy told me "That is impossible!" I drove in and had the service manager look. Sure enough, they WERE on backwards!!! Go figure, impossible, huh? That evening, I was going to change the oil myself - which I have done many times. I lifted the hood and noticed other things askew! The wire conduit was not placed back in its holder. The insulation was just laying on top of the filter and not in its place and one of the TORX screws was missing in the engine cover and the cover was now moving all over the place. Took it back to BMW. They told me all that stuff was that way when the got the car. Bull-s#!+ !!!!!! They replaced the stuff to where it was supposed to go. A little later, we went on a road trip. About 600 km away, the engine started misfiring again. Limped back to Halifax, took it in and they investigated. Apparently, when they put the new coils in the engine, they neglected to tighten one of them and that caused the misfiring. So, $2500 turned into $4200. And I had to come back to the dealership 3 times afterwards to have their mistakes repaired! Not even a "sorry' from them! I wonder why Miss O'Regan picks and chooses who she would like to resolve unfortunate occurrences and doesn't reply to everyone!
Let it be over the phone or in person. Sales, service or parts they maintain very very high standard. This is coming from me dealing with other dealers and parts people before. They are trained to put customer first always which is a nice change. Right from service specialist who you leave your keyfob, to the person who drops and picks you to your home are super friendly. I will gladly stick with BMW just for this dealer for many more to come.
I bought my last Mini through Ryan O'Malley and he was awesome. Great service as always!
Completed the work on time and at the price quoted. Very confident driving off the lot!
The worst experience to date, put my X6in for wheel balance then I get a call back about an issue with the trunk quoting: we can’t get it to close, will work on it some more. I get the car the next day unawares they dismantled the hydraulic shocks and decided to give it back without mentioning what they have done.. (major safety hazard) Then had to deal with an incompetent service manager under the name: BEN EASON who denied and refused to take responsibility. A Zero star would have been more suitable for this kind of service from BMW #DISAPPOINTED
Only positive experiences so far with the purchase and the follow on maintenance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the vehicle is excellent!
(Translated) I bought a mini cooper red through Christina Ruan. The service from the selection to the final car is super good! Especially the Christina people are very enthusiastic, it is worthy of BMW! Give 10,000 praises! (Original) 我是通过Christina Ruan买了辆mini cooper红色的,从选定到最后拿车整个过程服务都超级好!尤其是Christina人很热情,不愧是宝马公司!给一万个赞????!

Great service, they detailed the car
Christina is a perfect sales , and I really enjoy buy the car with BMW.
Ryan O'Malley guided me through a nice purchase.Great Car. Loving it.
So far I've had a great experience with O'Regan's BMW Halifax. When I was shopping for my first BMW, I worked with two friendly, helpful, non-pushy salespeople who took the time to understand what I was looking for. I ended up going out-of-province to buy, just because they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but when I brought it in for its NS inspection, I was again pleased with the friendly professionalism of each or the individuals I interacted with. I look forward to having my new BMW serviced here.
(Translated) Great experience with Ryan Omalley. (Original) Great experience with Ryan Omalley.
Great buying experience. Salesperson was terrific, all personnel encountered were professional and well-hired!, good follow-up after purchase and, subsequent connections with O’Regans for a few different reasons (had car undercoated, got a flat tire a couple weeks after purchase and called from the road and got fab support from Kevin in Service! And, my previously-owned, low mileage 2017 X1 is a beauty. Thank you, O’Regans.
Very helpful parts department. Make sure you have the serial number.
On the simpliest of jobs, changing over to the winters tires on my daughter's Mini Cooper, they broke one of the four wheel locks and asked me to pay for the replacement! They first blamed it on the wheel locks being over tightened, yet only one broke, the other three didn't. This would suggest that a torque wrench was in fact used to 90 ft/lbs. Secondly he blamed it on corrosion and the weather in Nova Soctia. While the Mini was old, it had only been in Halifax for two months as my dauther in now there for univerisity. When I mentioned that I was surprised we were even having the conversation, Scott ageeed.....with a healthy dose of attitude. In all the cars I have owned and all the dealerships that have performed work on them, I have never had a dealership break something, and then ask me to pay for their mistake.
Best place to get your BMW
Great experience from start to finish Gave Ryan the salesman, the details of the used car I required. In 24 hours we narrowed it down to two choices and finance sailed me through an uncomplicated process, with a bit of a challenged credit rating O Regans has access to all of their dealerships when searching, and if you know what you are looking for, they can narrow down the field with great efficiency. Good job Ryan O'Malley and good job O Reagans - Alisa Measham
Great service, never saw any sales pressure when buying my vehicles. Always needs focused. Have had good experiences with their service department as well. Highly recommend.
Great customer service
Horrible experience with the sales team. Went in with a lot of interest in buying an X1, but the sales team was totally not interested in selling the car. Not the experience I expected from bmw. Ended up getting a Mercedes from across the street.
Great service great cars
They can't diagnose a 330i with brake codes coming up. But they can take $200 from me. Then try and sell me an "oil change" package while I'm leaving. They just want your wallet opened all day, everyday.
Awful sales experience! I went in looking to test drive an X2. The sales associate clearly didn't take me seriously as I had to ask questions about the car to find out what kind of features it had. I left knowing very little about the car I test drove. During the test drive the sales associate was on his phone and didn't bother to explain anything about the car. The sales associate clearly didn't take me seriously as a potential buyer, by the lack of explanation of the vehicle and questioning of how serious I was, after I clearly mentioned I was torn between the X2 and Acura's RDX. He didn't bother to sell me on the car instead asked "when do you want to buy". Well currently I am now more inclined to buy from Acura purely out of the experience I had at BMW. Lost a sale due to poor salesmanship, how is this even acceptable.
Had a BMW X3 M40i in for a recall, they were good they kept updating me, updating me made it less stressful, nice touch. Autoone.ca loves BMW , so many choices. Alex Sly then sent me the invoice , pros.
I had a great purchase experience with Ryan O'mally. He was easy to talk to and helped me with some extra things that were a good idea for the car. lovin my new Lexus
Dealerships can be intimidating but not this one! I bought my dream car here (A barely used 2019 Mini Cooper) and all the staff that I met were super friendly and helpful and made sure I understood everything before moving on, answering every question I had. Great experience for my first time buying from a dealership.
Kind, prompt and friendly service while well maintained place with all facilities
Christina is very professional and helpful. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
Had a great experience at BMW Halifax with Chritina Ruan. Highly recommend to shop there.
I have had multiple BMW's, love the cars but have been disappointed in the service. My current 335i has been having an issue with the motor. I get a reduced power warning and the engine light comes on. This is the third time it has happened, the last time was 2 weeks ago and they kept the car for over a week. The last time it happened I was in the final week of my warranty, I have driven the car maybe 6 times briefly since. Apparently, they did $4800 in repairs but here I am with the same issue 2 weeks later and out of warranty. Hopefully they will own up to their mistake and cover and do the repairs and cover the cost. Stay tuned....
Very friendly staff. Very happy with the service.
We dealt with Ryan O'Malley when purchasing our last vehicle, and now I'll never go anywhere else! He is so knowledgeable, and he seemed to actually care about finding us the perfect vehicle for our lifestyle - not just another pushy salesperson!! Highly recommend.
I ran into some challenges returning a used 2012 BMW X5 from lease. I bought it in 2015 from a Quebec dealer. There were numerous charges going to be passed on to me even though many items were the cause of the 1st owner. However O'Regan's BMW Halifax made miracles happen! Jimmy Jiang, Sales, Ryan LeBlanc, Sales Manager, and Derek Bell, Financial Sales Manager went above and beyond to instill confidence that they would be able to help. They under-promised and over-delivered which is rare this day in age, especially in the automotive business. I cannot say enough positives of my experience. Make sure to visit them if you are looking to purchase or lease your next BMW. There won't be sales tactics or false promises when you work with them.
Great experience and amazing service. Ryan O'Malley was one of the friendliest and most honest sale reps I've ever met. He did his best to make sure client leaves satisfied. Time efficient service Knowledgeable with regards to products Making clients feel comfortable If you ever step into O'Regans BMW in Halifax make sure you get to see Ryan. Thank you
On Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2019 I visited O’Regan’s Halifax BMW to find a new car. I’ve been driving my last 328xi for 9 years. I loved it. Jimmy (Salesperson) gave me the price of a lease for a new 330xi from $782/month plus tax. He gave me the price sheet for that very same car. The next morning, I went on the BMW web site and built the exact car offered. Guess what? The lease price was substantially cheaper, for the very same car!! Let me interject here, I’m a 57-year-old Professional Engineer, so pretty good at math and not too stupid! Long story short…. Derek the “Business Manager” said that their price included a bunch of add-ons that no one had ever disclosed to me. Add-ons like: Appearance protection, damage protection, loss of employment protection, etc, etc.…. all totaling over $3000. Added to the price of the car, without my knowledge or approval!!! Derek’s response to my questioning was “we just automatically add these to every lease”. So, beware folks, if you don’t want to pay for a bunch of add-ons that were never discussed, look closely. So, Jimmy and Derek, don’t play your customers for fools. As for you, O’Regans Halifax BMW, shame on you for accepting this type of behavior….if you know about it……and now you do. I expect more from a high end, luxury car dealership. Not 1980’s style used car sales tactics!!
I recently leased a 2017 Mini Cooper Convertible. My Sales Rep was Ryan O'Malley. His knowledge of the product and patience in explaining all the features to me was very professional and informative. My vehicle was delivered on time and looked amazing in the showroom with the top down. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to purchase a Mini Cooper or BMW. You won't be disappointed.
It's a good place to buy ur car and the Chinese dealer Christina there is kind.
Great quick service. Knowledeable staff. Will be back for sure!
Excellent buying experience via Ryan O'Malley, patient and knowledgeable. Excellent service from Mark Nicholson, Business Manager, during the financing process, also patient and knowledgeable. Enjoying this vehicle.
Has been a nightmare dealing bmw and this dealership, you would think when your paying for a luxury vechile that customer service would go above and beyond. McDonald's has way better customer service and oregans bmw. Took a 2011 5 series into them becsuse was running rough and had drivetrain malfunction come up on the idrive, seemed like a serious error and wanted to take to it to the dealership where you would assume you will be paying abit extra but will have your car diginosed properly and fixed correctly, they charged 170 dollars to look at the problem and came back with 5th cylinder fuel injector needed to be replaced along with a new water pump and few other oil leaks and gaskets, agreed to go forward with these repairs as they said this would fix the car, parts and larbour ran this bill to a little over 3 grand, picked up the car and drove it home and the engine light was still on and car was running the exact same as before and drivetrain malfunction appeared on the idrive again so, brought the car back into them the next day, now we're into almost 5 grand into more repairs, warranty covered a partial almount so now we are maxed on our warranty claim, after this work is done, the car still isn't fixed, now it needs a computer, wait 3 weeks for the part to come from germeny only to recive a call that after putting all this money into the car and engine and maxing out our warranty claim that the car needs a new engine, Dealing with their service department has been dreadful, it's near impossible to get them on the phone, it takes them days to return phone calls, they are not willing to help the customer in any way, not even willing to let anthor mechanic look at the car to get a second opnion before we decide weather to go forward with the engine or get rid of the car completely. Now trying to find away out of this car so will never have to deal with bmw or this dealership again.
Lost all faith in O'Reagan's idea of customer service, fixing a vehicle properly and treating their customers with respect. Booked my Mini in for specific reasons and asked for loaner which I was told was all confirmed.... none of this was communicated to service dept. when hubby dropped off car. Worst of all.....Can not believe that after taking my vehicle in for a specific problem they "fixed it", I paid a hefty bill and then car was worse because they made a mistake. Had to have vehicle towed in, big inconvenience for me and family and after all was said and done, no compensation for this mistake, big inconvenience and they felt they were doing me a favour by paying for tow and giving me rental. Live in the Valley and this is not a quick/ close trip in to. Was planning on having other repairs done elsewhere cheaper but didn't feel confident driving vehicle on Hwy now that was already in city.... felt stuck and agreed to do more repairs and was hoping that after such a mistake/inconvenience they caused, I would get a deal.... not a dime. I know business' expect to make money but when a wrong is done like this, a right should be offered. Guess paying customers aren't as good as warranty customers?
Helpful and knowledgeable about what he's selling. Answered all questions and was eager to help
They tell you to fix something but it don't need to be fix. Then they tell you to fix the thing it needs to fix after you spend alot off $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Bought a new X1. Great service from Christina, Jackie and Derek. A good team to deal with and an enjoyable experience.
Just done my vehicle service today with O'Regan BMW, they provided awesome service. Very nice experience with them
I had a wonderful trading experience in this shop. The service is professional and it's client-oriented. Highly recommend !!!
It was a really great purchasing experience in this store. The manager is nice and he gave me great surpport when I applied for the license plate. The service here is absolutely professional!!!
Ryan O'Malley is a great sales rep, very knowledgeable about all BMW and Mini vehicles and product.
Good customer service.
I realize how shady this BMW dealership was when I first had a problem with my car. One of my folding mirrors started to go past the detent and swing almost completely backwards instead of stoping at it normal drive position. Before contacting the dealership I did a quick 10 minute search online and found that this problem was common for this particular model and age. There was about 5 forums explaining exactly what the problem was and the OEM parts to fix it. Knowing all this information and understanding it would be an easy fix for the dealership, I called to find out when I could bring the car in for the fix. I explained the problem, as well as the solution which seems to be very common and the response I received was that they will have to do a diagnostic to figure out what's wrong. Weird, because I just told you what was wrong, but that didn't matter to them. Regardless of me explaining everything they still needed to plug there machine into my car for about 5 minutes to figure out what I has been telling them. Fine, I get it, they have to do there due diligence. But tell me why the diagnostic is going to cost $250 dollars when all they are doing is plugging in a machine that reads all the error codes in a few minutes. You can buy the same price of equipment for $150. Then on top of the diagnostic fee, they then said if it is indeed what I said was the problem they would have to replace the whole mirror to fix it, which was another +$300 for parts plus labour charges. After 15 minutes on the phone with the BMW representative I had enough and did more research on the fix. Long story short, I ended up buying a $15 dollar part on Amazon, spent 30 minutes fixing it and came away with a fully functional mirror. Luckily I did the research or I would of lost my car for a full day and paid over $600 to have a "skilled" technician do the same fix. I love BMW's but this dealership has made me want to never want to support the brand BMW again. Thanks O'Reagan.
christina ruan Good sales
Excellent service
Definitely a place inspired by BMW, service charge per hour is high, staff are nice and friendly. Service department guys did a very good job helping and keeping in contact.
My wife and I recently purchased 2 cars through Ryan O'Malley at O'Regans BMW. He is very knowledgeable about all their vehicles and he made the process very smooth. I'll buy all my vehicles through him from now on.
Great experience dealing with Ryan. He really knows his stuff and works hard for you.
NOTE: This review is not an endorsement of O'Regan's Automotive Group, from whom I purchased a Toyota Prius C in 2012. The car itself is great but the purchasing experience was a fiasco. There have been other instances where O'Regan's have been a disappointment but I won't get into that here. This review is to extend my thanks to the salesperson from whom I recently purchased a Mini Cooper at O'Regan's BMW. What a contrast from my purchasing experience of 2012. 180 degrees opposite. I ended up dealing with a fine young man who has a great personality, is warm and attentive, is pleasant to deal with, and comes across as fair and genuine. To anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle and wants to be treated with honesty and dignity, look no further. Just go to O'Regan's BMW on Kempt Road and ask for Ryan O'Malley - He's The Man. You go Ryan!
Excellent customer buying experience.
Worst experience owning a vehicle in almost 40 years. Had 2 BMW's before with different dealers, never had issues. A shame there are no other BMW dealers locally. Very disappointed and sold it now, never use this dealer again.
Excellent service from.start to finish. Seamless.
Had a few questions which one of the service attendants answered with info he knew from the top of his head.Nice staff.
Buy from Jimmy!!!????
Waiting nearly 3 weeks to book an oil change. Reserved a car while my car was being serviced but when I arrived they didn't have a car available.
They do not stand behind there products. $6000 for an engine repair that should be covered under warranty.
My buying experience and post sale service was very positive. Ryan O'Malley is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was available and eager to assist me with some minor issue with the vehicle well after the sale. We've dealt with O'Regan's dealerships several times in the past and I'm glad I went to this dealer (and Ryan ) for my recent purchase. I won't hesitate to refer friends and family to Ryan and BMW Halifax.
Now 4.3 is not a great review on google, but my question is how did they get even that much!!!! Friends and family? Sick back and read at you leasure, thi will be a long one and well deserved. My experiences over the years: - Took car in because heard knocking in front suspension, they checked it, said they didn’t hear or find anything then charged me. Driving down Kempt Road I heard it, came back to dealer. The tech saw me pulling back in and rolled his eyes like, “ here he comes again”. No resolution and I felt I was being a nuisance....nice. -Car broke down, towed to dealer on Wednesday , $2000 estimate, parts coming from Vancouver the following week. Fine, I never said yes or no, do what you have to do to run a business, but I never gave a go ahead verbal or written. Got a price from ISI Automotive (highly recommended, google review avg. 4.8) for $1200, same parts. Great, go back to dealer to pick up car on Saturday, going to tow to ISI Auto and the “Unnecessary Service” Advisor says good news, parts in early car is fixed and oh yeah, please sign on the authorization form ( which is backed dated to Wednesday). Like an idiot I sign and say thank you for squeezing my wallet and performing unauthorized repairs. Called the Manager and he saw nothing wrong with this practice. There is a MAJOR obstacle right there in achieving top notch customer service when the person responsible sees nothing out the ordinary when repairs are done without written consent. His lame excuse basically was” well, we bought the parts from the other dealer so that was the consent.....in my industry work without documentable consent that is considered a YIKES!!! -$250 for an oil change , Castrol oil and a filter, next time Speedy Muffler (Bedford Highway google review avg. 4.8, awesome place) for $70. - Don’t even get started on Scott, attitude plus, unless of course you are very well heeled and ask no question/agree to everything he suggests. My advice for owners with no warranty major repairs: ISI Automotive Routine: Speedy Muffler Bedford Buying a new BMW: Moncton BMW More accurate reviews of BMW Halifax: dealerrater.ca (Avg. 2.7) Yelp.ca (2.5). I’ll Do yourself and wallet a favour, they are not the only game in town for non-warranty....I think even for that I would make the trip to Moncton. Dear BMW Halifax, no need to “reach out” ( unless you are a member of The Four Tops). This is a PSA, I am not seeking anything.
My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from O'Regan's BMW. The experience was very pleasant from start to finish. We were helped through the process by Ryan who was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had the sense that he was there to assist us and not to sell or push us into a buy. The property/show room is new, modern and beautifully laid out. Their inventory is extensive and well maintained. The business staff were also helpful and while one always looks for a better deal, we drove away in a new vehicle believing that we received good value for our money.
Ryan O’Mally , what a joke most of his comments are from Family and friends who he asked to put reviews on here as he was trying to win top sales Rep for the past couple of years ..... ripped my Son off as he bought a truck from him without the extended warranty that he was told by Ryan that was on the truck ! .... Beware when buying from Ryan O’Mally make sure you have the Warranty that he sold to you with the truck before signing!!!
A wheel alignment can makes me one tire broken there (2 deep scratches with little bulge). After I noticed them, the service manager Ben Easson argued me that I made it and I paid for the new tire. Should Be careful for doing service there.
I was really disappointment about this store and BMW. Last week I went to O'Regan's BMW Halifax to make appointment change my tire at 2021/10 /25 morning 9AM. Today I put my car in the O'Regan's BMW Halifax in the morning. Until 5PM they give me a phone call said: we didnt change your tire cause the tire you ordered hasn't arrived yet,you need come back again another day. You never check your warehouse before work?you just waste my time. And I aslo discredit the quality of the tire. I just change the tire 2 year ago. because the covid 19, I didnt drive too much(like 15000KM).And the tires are all scrapped. The price of tire almost $500 each one. The high prices have not brought us high quality!
We recently purchased a vehicle from O'Regans and could not be happier with our purchase. The vehicle is providing us with all the safety and benefits we were seeking and we are thoroughly pleased! We worked directly with Ryan O'Malley and had an excellent experience. His knowledge and customer service skills made our decision so much easier. We never once felt rushed or pressured and felt Ryan really cared about us and the purchase that was a good fit for us. The concept that auto sale personnel are only after the sale was definitely not the case with Ryan and O'Regans. We recommend them highly and have already sent our family and friends directly to Ryan as we know they also will receive the personalized and professional service Ryan provides and every vehicle purchaser seeks. O'Regans is our vehicle dealership by choice and we will definitely be back for future purchases! Mary Gorman
Service
Before I bought a BMW X5 in the store, I very like it, especially thanks for the Christina to explain the car, I hope to have the opportunity to change other BMW car later.
Went to O'Regan's and met with Ryan O'Malley to look at options for a new car. He was enthusiastic, personable and extremely friendly! Not only did he have extensive knowledge about the vehicle options, he also understood our budget and did not put any pressure on us which caused us to leave other dealerships. The staff is friendly, great vehicle selection and we appreciated being talked to like real people and not just as a sale opportunity. I recommend Ryan O'Malley and this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW or a Mini!
Bought a Good used BMW 435i with warranty, had a few issues. Fixed in a timely matter. Love the service ,Scott B. Is a good fellow, he looked after the issues
took my BMW there due to check engine light was on, they discovered that the basket in the oil filter was missing (which must of been discarded during an oil & filter change in error). They replaced it and charged me $318.27 to replace. On my drive home back to Cape Breton the low oil level light came one, we stopped checked the oil and added some. Car was working good but light did not go out, we assumed the oil level sensor must of snapped out, dealership was already closed at this time. Oil pressure light also came on later. Next morning called BMW service dept and advised of the 2 warning lights, he advised to drive over to dealership here in Sydney and have them check the oil level sensor as it might of came loose, he did NOT tell us not to drive. We attempted to drive over only to have car shut down on highway, we called a tow to get it. over to Sydney. It took several days for them to get back to me on this, They finally had the car towed there as the dealership here had advised that the cap they had replaced was not screwed on correctly, their fault my engine seized. Total cost for repair was over $12000 they would only go 50% because I drove with the oil light on (even though I was told by them the next morning to drive it to dealership here in Sydney). My total cost was just over $6300 (plus my first $318 paid to them) as I was also charged 50% for a rental for the month they had it. When I asked for documentation on the used engine they purchased they advised me they could not provide anything and all he said was we were advised it had 30000 km on it (I was first told it had 37,000 km on it). Would not even give me a copy of the purchase slip from their provided (leads me to think they charged me for the full engine cost as I also noticed that they charged me tax on the rental fee and argued with me that the price he had given me before did not include tax when I had said that is not what you emailed me, I then had to call Enterprise to confirm price and only then did they admit they did it wrong.
Ryan O'Malley was incredibly friendly and helpful. We LOVE our new MINI!
I purchased my new 2021 Mini Cooper S Countryman in August with the assistance of salesman Bobby McGuire. Bobby was more than helpful and very quick to respond to my questions during the two weeks between striking the deal and picking up the car after being on holiday. The car was gleaming in the showroom on the day of pickup and Bobby took as much time as needed to go over all the operational details. After returning home and discovering an issue with the complimentary Sirius XM subscription that came with the new car, Bobby helped to resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for a pleasant new car purchase experience, Bobby!
BMW has a good service. Especially the dealer Christina ruan helped me to solved a lot of problems and asked about the situation of my car on regular.
Bmw store
Ryan O'Malley was fantastic to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and answered all my questions. Was a good experience
I'm a new comer to Canada, which makes me somewhat difficult to lease a car. In fact I failed once with another dealership. The lucky thing is that I met Christina Ruan, a pretty and smart girl from O'Regan's BMW Halifax. She listened to me carefully and got a full understanding of my situation. She explained to and worked with her financial manager Mark on my case, and eventually got the approval from BMW Canada. It is sort of special case, but Christina got it done with her passion and open mind. Both the car and the lease works very well so far. A very happy experience with Christina and O'Regan's BMW Halifax! I did introduce her to my friends who are interested in BMW or Mini cars.
Awesome staff, like reconnecting with old friends.
Thanks Ryan for always having patients with me and always filling me in on the latest deals and promotions.
Bought a car here, absolutely fantastic experience. I was aware that the model and year of the car I was looking at had a recall for an engine component that is quite important, I requested that they look into this for me. They contacted the service centre and confirmed the issue was solved before the car was ever driven. I was supplied with the CARFAX so I could review all history of the vehicle and was allowed to thoroughly inspect the mechanics before purchase (I am quick picky over the condition of my vehicles). They answered all my concerns and did everything they could to make me happy with no fuss, all smiles. This dealership does not hide anything and will not try to put you in a lemon or a car you don’t want. Just fantastic all around. Thank you so much. PS, I do all my own mechanic work and I will say that their service costs are bang-on, BMWs and Minis are not cheap cars or easy to work on.
My experience with O'Regan's BMW and Ryan O'Malley as the sales advisor was first rate. I appreciated his low key, professional and very knowledgeable approach. I'm happy to recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
Ryan O'Malley made my first car buying experience pain free. His patience in explaining, more than once, the car details and purchasing options was greatly appreciated. Thanks Ryan
I get all my service done here. Staff are courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
It was a very enjoyable experience to purchase in Mini Halifax. Especially I want to thank Christina Ruan who help us a lot. Hope you guys all the best.
I recently purchased a used vehicle at O'Regan's BMW. My Sales Rep was Ryan O'Malley. He was very professional and helpful. Also very patient with this mom to be in finding a perfect vehicle for my growing family. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from O'Regan's BMW. I had a great experience!
The customer care is very good , The representative is knowledgeable to explain the features of BMW models. He helped to get the quotes immediately and made easier to take the decision
I was looking to obtain a new vehicle from out of province. Very unhelpful - basically total lack of interest in assisting or obtaining any information action about the other vehicle. I guess a local monopoly creates apathy.
I had the opportunity to work with an associate named Ryan O'Malley. He was very knowledgeable about the SUV we were looking at for the family. He was very easy to deal with and I felt like he had our best interest at heart. Very genuine individual. I Will be recommending him to my friends and family from here on out. Thanks Ryan! for making our buying experience at BMW a great one.
Cheers to Ryan O'Malley! I recently dropped by the BMW location to look at a Mini. Although I did not end up purchasing the Mini, Ryan O'Malley made me feel very welcome at the dealership. He was knowledgeable, informative, very positive and made me feel that if I do find myself in the market for a Mini in future, there would be no question as to where I would go and what sales rep I would seek out. Sincerely, Lisa MacDougall
Excellent service. Great personnel on staff.
Fantastic reception, help received from Christina cannot be better. Will go again in the future for sure.
