At the end of my car lease they said if I want to take home the car and bring it tomorrow, There will be a 1400$ charge on top of 1700$ for (really minor) wear and tear!!! When I address that the mistake was on their end ( they clearly misguided me) the sales person said: I can't do anything and the sales manager said: " yes,you are right and I'm sorry" Nothing more! Now, after 30 minutes and as a " value costumer" no one even care to see Me off!!! If I get a luxury car I want a luxury service accordingly and nothing like this!

Used to be top gun until they got greedy and expanded, forgetting about the little guys. All the honesty is gone and the almighty dollar is all that matters. My father bought every car he owned there. Took his car there for all the oil changes... until they installed a faulty oil filter that caused his engine to seize. He was 70 then, and they just said not our fault. He kicked up a fuss and was escorted out by security.

Pleased in every visit. Service team is really informative and nice and usually get my care maintenance or work done shortly afternoon when I drop the car in. There is always snacks and coffee and lots of magazines to keep you busy while you there. Text messages to confirm appointments then a survey to your email always after every time speaks of how they care. Also I find they are well priced for the services they provide. Also they are very responsive in e mails as well which make it so easy and personal!
